I own 4 samsung chromebooks and i love them. However, i just purchased this chromebook with linux os and i hate it. i cant get a print driver that will work, the play store apps stop working and i keep getting an error message, plus i cant get any help to resolve these problems.

Love this Chromebook
I now have 2 of these in the family. I love them. I use one myself and it is absolutely perfect. For the price it is amazing. The battery life is Fantastic. Like I said I love mine so much I bought another for my son's birthday and he loves his too

Good for apps
I honestly thought it would have a better or even a way to get text messages without using the a linking or mirroring app. It can't get phone calls either.. and aamsungs customer service has gon down hill dramatically. Step up your game aqmsung you arw losing customers by the thousands.

Screen literally went black and won’t charge not even 24 hours of having it! There’s no backlight or no light whatsover letting you know if it’s powered on or anything. Looks very outdated for it to be new.

Received this morning. Been trying to get online all day. Just doesnt work. spent the entire day in chat with customer service. Cant even do a factory reset. When you get a product you expect it to work. I'm staying away from Samsung I think. I was so excited to get this as a promo gift from Verizon. What a let down.
