Great Value
I bought this several months ago as a convenience so I would not have to go to my 2nd floor office frequently. It was well worth the money I spent. it is light weight, fast and has a long lasting battery.

Great laptop
I use this everyday for work. It's great at what it does. Also able to keep all my stuff organized and easily transfer thing automatically to my phone so no matter where or what I'm on all my documents and photos are always accessible. Great as a laptop or used as a tablet!

I truly enjoy the device. It's screaming fast for work and pleasure. Able to remote to my work VM and seamlessly perform my work. And fun time come, gaming and streaming is quick.

Stopped charging/turning on
this thing was ok when it worked but it stopped charging/turning on after a year and a half (of course the warranty was for 1 year). what a waste of money. it was fine when it worked.

Horrible screen mirror
I bought this SAMSUNG product over the summer because i needed a new laptop. All the newer laptops have a screen mirror feature and figured since this a SAMSUNG laptop and i have a SAMSUNG tv it should screen mirror. NO. You need to buy an additional product in order to screen mirror both SAMSUNG products together. A chromecast. DO NOT buy this product unless you are willing to spend more for the screen mirror. MACBOOK doesn't have this problem with my SAMSUNG tv.

expensive alternative
This is a replacement for my older Samsung chromebook which was damaged but still functioning. Most things transitioned OK but could not access an important app, IVMS-4500, which is important for personal security. My new Samsung is not compatible. Ironically I can still use my older device for access but cannot fathom why the new, improved version is not capable. Otherwise, I am mostly satisfied with new purchase except for the price. At $700.00+ I think it's far from a bargain. Thinking I should have shopped around more for competing devices.

A very solid build
I purchased one through Samsung website and liked it so much I ordered two more for work and personal accounts that I like to keep separate, the display is absolutely amazing, multiple open tabs are never an issue and the battery life is better than most others, folded in tablet form allows me to take notes with USI stylus and have plenty of real estate, also works well with drawing Apps, there is very little flex with screen and keyboard, has a very solid feel overall, I now prefer these chromebooks over the other laptops I have. This is a very good choice if you are on the fence about it.

Great laptop and tablet use
Very lightweight 5 to 8 hours battery life. Barely hear the fan only at start up. Screen is very bright able to use outdoors and see the screen. Boot up within few seconds.

Outstanding Performance
During the midst of the pandemic I was experiencing troubles with my windows laptop. It's sluggish behavior and poor battery life created too many problems. I upgraded to the Galaxy Chromebook2 and gained more speed and longer battery life. I gained tablet functions that I missed with just a laptop. I'm flexin' now with a brighter screen and fast apps.

Simply splendid
I got the chromebook and though i would maybe use it once a week if that. But with having its own service is awesome. I pop it open and am online super fast no matter where i am. It gets a better signal than my current cellphone.

Basic not great
I use this for sweepstakes, emails, Facebook, zoom.
A lot of times if my phone can't handle a task I'll open this laptop to do it. It also won't be able to accomplish the task and I'll need to go get my bulky windows laptop out still. A lot of tasks aren't doable on this technology which is really sad.

Too many stickers
large, unnecessary stickers on the palm rest that tear apart when you try to peel it off. this is not a display unit so i don't need to know the specs for daily use. bottom feet have stickers on it as well, which i've never seen in a laptop before, they are a big mystery since it makes the laptop skate over the desk like a computer mouse when that's the exact opposite of what you want a laptop to do.
