Great sound but fall out easily
Sound is good but no matter how you wear them, even as instructed, they just fall out of your ear quite easily. This is the first pair of ear buds i have owned where this was ab issue. For the price, I would skip on this one.

Problem with use
I bought a pair of Galaxy Buds 4, and the battery lasts me a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I don't think this is Samsung's best version, or else my unit came with defects.

Great features. Wouldn't stay in my ears
I really liked the features and sound from these. Unfortunately I could not get them to stay in my ears for very long. After about 10-15 of wearing they would continously fall out. Had to return them.

This buds have great features, connectivity is awesome, sound is clear and top notch, and the look is great. I have problems with them staying in my ears and the battery not lasting as long as Samsung says it should. The battery has only lasted approximately 3½ hours on continuous use. I'm not sure if mine has a defect or that is how all the batteries are. I will return it.

Not the best
Bought them for myself, since I can't find my earbuds pro 2 in the house. I was excited, in receiving them and ready to use but...... They do not fit properly in my ear and the sound quality is awful (my personal opinion). Neatless to say I gave them to my wife, that for some reason she likes them.

Not worth the price
Battery life suck and the loudness doesn't last i just bought 2wks ago and the left earbud quit working what i paid for these i should not have 1 problem with the ear buds im so mad that i threw my receipt out because im stuck with expensive ear buds that aint worth what i paid ... Its crazy because i love Samsung i have the watch the 25 ultra i wanted to have all to match and man did i get played

Zero comfort
I was expecting a lot from Samsung buds, but they are terribly the worst ?? If I put them in my ears while laying down on my bed, then immediately they come off , I have to put them back again and again... while sitting they give me zero comfort. Highly disappointed ??

dissatisfied with the purchase.
I bought a C 26 phone and the headphones came with it. I'm not completely satisfied with them.
They last 2 hours, they keep disconnecting and it's hard to reconnect them. This is a very bad purchase.The noise insulation is good.

Location features don't really work with Earbud
**Location Features Are Misleading**
I purchased these earbuds specifically for Samsung ecosystem integration, including the location/find my features. After losing them, I discovered the "Notify if Left Behind" feature does not function as I expected based on Samsung's FAQ descriptions. The feature only shows the last known location where the buds were used, rather than actively tracking their current location. The buds and case were both fully charged at the time they were lost, yet no left-behind notification was ever triggered.
I own multiple Samsung products and chose these earbuds specifically so my Samsung ecosystem would work cohesively. If the ecosystem features don't function reliably, that undermines the core reason to choose this product over competitors. I have other earbuds at a lower price point with more reliable location tracking.
Sound quality and general performance are average for the price range. Nothing stands out as exceptional. For the cost, I expected the advertised smart features, particularly the location and notification functionality, to work as described. Buyers should research exactly what "find my" functionality means for these buds before purchasing, as active GPS tracking is not available. If losing earbuds is a concern for you, factor that in before purchasing
