Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still doesnt charge both headphones consistently. Such a disappointment. Just like the previous gen this one is also plagued with randomly not charging one of the ear buds. Originally i thought they fixed the issue with the redesign. But they just slightly improved it. Bummer two generations of buyers remorse because they didnt fix the original issue. Its extremely frustrating when you pull your headphone case from the charger and dont realize until you are already at the gym that one of the headphones is dead or dying because it never charged. And sometimes I try to readjust the headphone how its resting or try firmly pressing it into the charging spot and it can be incredibly difficult to get it to charge.

I feel like every time a new generation of the Pro series comes out it's a step down from the previous and I've had all four generations. I like to listen to my music loud but with every generation the maximum volume decreases along with the bass. My biggest gripe right now is just the fact that they don't work for phone calls. I have a Galaxy s23 ultra and when I try to make phone calls, half the time no audio in my earbuds. If I play a video that's in my photo gallery no audio out of my earbuds But I get sound when playing Pandora and no, separate audio sound is not turned on. The noise canceling is absolutely abysmal. I can have it set to tie setting and I will still hear everything perfectly fine outside. It drops out of noise canceling to ambient with the move of your head. I'm half tempted to send them back. In fact when I got the 3 Pro I traded in my 2 pros and regretted that decision. This time around I kept my 3s and bought the 4 Pro. Good thing I did because I'm getting sick and tired of these. seriously? Why is it that when I place a phone call they work less than half the time. No amount of disconnecting the Bluetooth reconnecting or restarting the phone or toggling between these and speakerphone or anything will fix the issue.

They were my first buds pro from samsung, I absolutely loved everything about the ease of use, connectivity to my device, audio quality and how the fit in my ear. I lost them last week and I cannot find them, I don't know if I misplaced them or someone took them. I cannot find them via find or smart things and but I am so mad that I cannot locate them!!.????

My only concern is with the 'Find' feature. You can only find it when it is open. An update to make it visible when closed would be helpful. Also, the Samsung Wear app should allow you to access buds and other Samsung devices not just the watch. After all we wear the watch, buds and ring too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buds 3 Pro vs Buds 4 Pro Bought a set of these as an upgrade to my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Not to take away anything from the previous model, but these just look and feel better. This may be a matter of preference, but the case design is also an improvement over over Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The sound quality is excellent. What remains to be seen is how they hold up in the long run. My biggest complaint of the previous model was the build quality. After a while, the last model buds developed small cracks light along the seam despite never having been dropped. I hope this is something Samsung has remedied with these. If you are upgrading from the previous model, the controls will feel a little odd at first just due to finger positioning. You get accustomed to it fairly quickly though. The question for some may be whether the difference between the two is significant enough to upgrade. Honestly, not quite sure. I remember comparing the sound quality between Pro 3 and the original Galaxy Buds pro, and the 3s put a big grin on my face. The improvement was striking. Going from Pro 3 to Pro 4 though, while these are certainly an improvement, but I don't know if you will be blown away if you already have the previous model.

The active noise canceling is better than I expected and blocks out a lot of background noise. Battery life has been great so far and lasts through long use without needing constant charging. Connection with my Galaxy s25 Ultra has been smooth with no issues or disconnects. They’re also very comfortable and stay in place while I’m running or playing soccer. The black color looks clean and matches my phone well. Overall they work great for workouts, sports, and everyday use.

I have to manually take the earbuds out and place them back in for them to register and finally start charging. A bit frustrating when they're supposed to charge automatically inside. Aside from that they're ok. They're not much different from the previous gen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointing call quality after only a few w I bought the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro a little over a month ago. For the first couple of weeks, everything worked fine, but a few weeks later I started having serious issues during phone calls. When I make or answer calls, people on the other side often cannot hear me clearly. If I’m outside or in the car with the A/C on, they complain that my voice cuts out, sounds far away, or they can barely hear me at all. This makes the earbuds almost useless for calls. For a premium product, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better microphone and call performance. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No battery care management Disposable Electronics I purchased the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro directly from Samsung, and they arrived with both earbuds and the charging case at 100%. That may sound normal to some people, but for lithium batteries, storing products fully charged is very detrimental for long-term battery health. For a premium pair of earbuds, Samsung should offer better battery care features, such as a charging limit, storage mode, or battery health management software. Instead, there appears to be no meaningful battery protection option for users who want to preserve the product long term. It gives the impression that Samsung is more interested in selling another expensive pair of earbuds in a couple of years than helping customers keep the ones they already bought in good condition. For a company of Samsung’s size, this feels careless and wasteful. Premium products should be designed with battery longevity and repairability in mind, not treated like disposable electronics headed for a landfill.

Its just on the right ear bud there the sound during a call has loud static sound and very distorted. Its so bad its just i just take it out and do one ear or have it as a normal call. Other than that beed good.

Sound quality is amazing and makes listening to music more enjoyable. Touch sensitivity is not intrusive to your buds position and isolation is great. Much better experience than airpod pro 2 and 3 for sure! Coming from beloved Buds2 Pro.

The headphones do not fit very well because it heavily depends on your ear shape I couldn't eat with out them falling out. The battery lasts a while, the clarity of the sound is good and they connect very fast. Even though the other categories are good, the fit of the earbud is so bad that it brings the score down.

But these buds have one major flaw and that's the find feature. You cant find your buds when they are in a closed case, pretty much making the find feature worthless. I hope Samsung comes with a fix for this soon!

Even the largest one does not stay secure. I also where hearing aids when not wearing Galaxy Buds. I have Phonak hearing aids and the VA provides me with largest tips and I have to push them deep in my ear canal to stay secure. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 star.

Using the EQ putting them into dynamic mode takes the listening experience to a new level. Major upgrades from the buds 3 pro. Will say it was disappointing not getting a trade in option like we have in had in previous years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect Earbuds These are quite literally, almost the perfect ear buds on the market. The sound quality is amazing, and a noticeable upgrade over the Buds3 pro. The comfort is also majorly improved. The Galaxy Buds3 pro's did not fit well in my ears at all and would always work their way out of my ears. The Buds4 pro fit so much more comfortably and secure in my ears, and I can even talk and move around without any sign of them falling out. Earbuds usually never stay in my ears, but these ear buds are a game changer. The only thing I can think to make these a true 10/10 product is the inclusion of Ultra Wide Band (UWB) for precision finding and the inclusion of a speaker in the case to also help with locating them in the find app, in the case of misplacing them. With those additions, and the quality of sound and fit of these new Galaxy Buds you will have the best product on the market hands down.

Samsung knocked it out of the park with these. I was skeptical about the design change, from the jelly bean style to the airpod style, but these things fit my ear perfectly and are comfortable. I don't have to worry about them falling out either. The audio quality is incredible. I have tested the noise canceling in very noisy environments like the injection molding facility I work at, grocery stores, and the gym. Silence. The ambient sound mode also is nice for still being able to hear what you need to hear. Battery life is also a big win with these. I feel like the audio quality is so good I no longer have to listen to the music on max volume. I highly recommend the upgrade

Compared to Galaxy Buds 3 Pros, which were already quite amazing, these knock it out of the park in both sound quality and ANC performance, bringing deeper richer sounds and a remarkable ability to drown out what's around you. My main gripes with last gen was A: the case design with the stems going DOWN into the case made it difficult to clean, and B: they looked like knock-off airpods with randomly slapped on useless neon strips. Both of these issues have been resoundingly corrected with the new generation. The new style and shape are both more classy and useable. The case has the buds lay face down into the case, with the pins easily accessable and thus cleanable. I wouldn't say they're particularly any more comfy than last-gen...but since last-gen was 100% great that's not a gripe. One thing I did have to get used to is the touch/pinch sensitive area being shifted to the front of the buds rather than on the rear-side are. This was awkward and confusing at first but quickly I found them to be easier to control and manipulate. These are everything I wanted out of truly next gen earbuds. The title of this review btw, as someone who never owned any Airpods, refers to my agreement with mainstream youtube phone review MKBHD, who found their features to top even the newest release of airpods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2026 Galaxy Buds4 Pro - White My journey with the Buds3 Pro was a two-year saga of quality control and logistics, starting with a delayed 2024 pre-order where a painful, deformed 70HF version had to be replaced by the corrected 80 version, only for that unit to die on March 16, 2026—very coincidentally as the Buds4 Pro launched and subsequently couldn't be delivered for a month due to a UPS warehouse error. Once finally received and fully charged, it took several attempts to connect the new Buds4 Pro to my S25 Ultra—a device I'm keeping this year for its titanium body, especially given the minimal performance improvements and problematic screen, battery life, and aluminum casing of the S26 Ultra. In terms of performance, both the sound quality and fit are superb, complemented by an excellent noise cancellation feature. With no more gimmicky light shows from the stem and no need for constant fit adjustments, this is a truly well-executed design for the Buds series; in a way, I'm glad the "half-cooked" Buds3 Pro died, even if it feels like a bit of a waste of money in retrospect. Additionally, seating the earphones back into the case is much easier than the previous model, and the pinch-and-hold touch sensors work perfectly. While the sound can lean toward the dull or muddy side out of the box compared to other wireless earphones, adjusting the EQ settings in the app achieves a much better tuning—though this does require a bit of time since every model's sound profile varies. I only wish the outer metallic surface supported a swipe gesture for even more intuitive volume control. I hope to see the next iteration, possibly a Buds5 Pro version, eventually take down the highly praised SXXX WF-1XXXM series.

I really believed that these buds would fit and stay securely in my ears but thay fall out very easily no matter which sized adapter I use. The sound is good but the fit is poor. The battery is average along with slow charging. I really believe that Samsung makes some of the greatest products and I love them all with the exception of these buds. It's time for Samsung to make a gane changing over the ear bud that stays secure and sounds great. No harm, no foul!

The sound quality is clean, balanced, and feels premium. This is the upgrade people were waiting for. The Buds Pro 3, honestly, were a disappointment — poor fit, inconsistent audio, and frustrating call quality. But the Buds Pro 4 completely fixes those problems and delivers a solid experience. Well done, Samsung.

Went to my hotel room and opend the box, from the start i had issues, they didn't sync with my phone and decided to charge then and that was a total bust, so ended taking them back and exchanged them, now the replacements instantly connected with my phone, after about a week of use i can say they are a bit uncomfortable after a few hours of use, im not a big fan of the new earpice bezel on the silacone ear tip

The sound is about the same as the buds3 pros, and only slightly better phone experience when doing a bacl to bacl comparison for the buds3 vs buds4 in a call to my wife. I am pleased with them but not sure itnis worth the 250 sonce the upgrade isn't worth it from the previous gen. ANC 2 vs prior is not noticeable for noise reduction. The battery life is good. The device connects just as quickly and in general is as clear as prior. Overall these are great but not a big step up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised! At over 70 years old there are still things that surprise me and the Buds4 Pro is one of them. Wireless earbuds are subjective to the user, obviously. The first and probably most important to a person is are they comfortable for long term use (over an hour or two)? In 24 hours I have used them three times for more than 2 hours at a time, one time 5 hours and yes they are comfortable for me. Much more comfortable than the Buds3 Pro, again subjective. Sound: Oh yes, very good! Even at lower volume the clarity of the subtle background notes in many songs of many different genres is noticeable and wonderful. Almost any wireless earbud can be punchy at a louder volume but at lower ones with this product everything is still there, from the bass I like to the higher notes and everything between. Battery: At the 5 hour mark I still had a little more than 50%. Now will this be indicative in the long run? Time will tell but battery life has never been a problem for me. Connectivity: So far I have no problem with that moving between several rooms in my small abode (under 1000 sq ft). Even going outside to my car for a minute I had one small drop that was momentary, so for me not an issue. Noise: I have not noticed any but then again I am not a professional tester of anything, just an ordinary old man that likes to listen to the music I like (oldies and newbies along with classical) and I am not disappointed at all. In my case the active noise cancelling worked like a charm when I checked it while grocery shopping with a lot of people around and the store having background music playing. Advanced features: Voice control is good once you learn what words to use and the head gestures are kind of cool too. Plenty of ways to make adjustments to suit your personal preferences. Have not tried any of the AI yet but I am making a guess that it will word as advertised. One thing that got my attention was the 360 audio. Sort of neat but not when you are shopping. All the head turning during that is a little distracting and discombobulating, but that is just me. Being able to adjust the ambient sound volume and the active noise cancelling level is also a very good feature. They are smaller and lighter (IMO) than the Buds3 Pro and fit me better, again subjective. The case is also small so pocketing it is easy. Are they worth it? IMO, oh yes, they are! They stay in my ears better than the Buds3 Pro and I don't have to adjust them periodically like with other types and designs. I still have some wireless buds of lesser companies I use when I am doing something dumb that I probably should not be doing, that if something were to happen to them it would not be a loss to me. My standard since 2022 have been Nuratrue and Nuratrue Pro, different design, which is now under the Denon label. They came out in October 2022 and were the first with aptX Lossless audio and are still good, again IMO. Good comfort and sound the way I like it. Is there a best or one truly better than every other type and design? No, there is not. Like many things in life it come down to personal preference. All the top end ones are similar in one way or another only separated by design and specs and those are usually small. The thing about them all is what your personal preference and needs are and that can be difficult to determine and take a while. Price: Another factor that affects a lot of people. Are these pricey? Maybe. 10 years ago I was not in a position to even consider the higher end models. As problematic as it would be, being able to try them in a store like setting before purchase would be nice. But I have to be honest and say that I love the Buds 4 Pro. They connect and work well with my desktop computer, Z Fold 7, Galaxy Tab 11 Ultra, Galaxy Watch Ultra 2026 and A35 5G standby phone. A lot of people did their homework and have produced a top of the line product. These are now my go to wireless earbuds. Yes I highly recommend but then again, it is just my personal, old man opinion. Thank you Samsung, these really are great!

There are two things I don't care for, first case is a little bulky, and the turn on device by squeezing the side is annoying, rather than the simple tap.

I guess for actual music and such they're ok but I would not have purchased them otherwise. Ended up giving them away because returning things are such a hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for the price and solid quality These are amazing for the price. They easily beat the 3 pro and other brands. The dual driver is impressive and bass is solid. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is it's codec, the Samsung UHQ codec does not work with Windows 11. I have Bluetooth 6.0 on my laptop and you are stuck with a lower quality codec. I wish they added the UHQ Samsung codec for Windows or added Ldac support. Also the comfort is very good too.

I absolutely love the design and the features and it's so comfortable Thank God we have an alternative to the competition, this Samsung version beats the competitors with flying colors. Love it!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of great features that are useless. The battery life lasts an entire day on the earbuds. I might have to charge them once a week. The noise cancelling is amazing. Especially when I'm in a loud environment. I can put them in and it will drown out the noise almost completely. The sound is very rich, and the bass is amazing. They sound really good. The comfort isn't the best. The features are very intelligent, intuitive, and work well. You can only connect to one device at a time which sucks. All the great features and intelligent design is meaningless if you can't keep them in your ears!! I hate how they fit in my ears. They are falling out constantly. Ive tried all the tips. Ive tried tips from other companies. Ive even tried grip tape. They won't stay put. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Especially if they want earbuds that they could use during any activity other than sitting motionless on their couch. Does Samsung come up with a solution, nope. They just keep making the same design over and over. What happened to innovation in the mobile market. Safe and iterative is the way to go I guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very bad for calls with noise around you. They are terrible for making flames in areas with little noise . The personal voice is distorted for the other person listening to you. And for the price of the product, it would have to be efficient to give you a very clear call in your voice, even if you have noise around you. Personally, I do not recommend this product if you use making calls in areas with noise, you will not have a quality call.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from POOR Battery life, NO MULTIPOINT, and HISS = FAIL The good: EXCELLENT audio, EXCELLENT Phone Calls even while riding my bike out on the roads, fit was very good with largest eartips, though sometimes didn't seal as well on left side. Changing tips was a bit scary due to how hard they come off, but did work out and no tears. Control via S24 ULTRA was easy enough, many options available. Ambient sound level works VERY well, UNTIL IT HISSES. That seems to come and go, particularly likely to occur if switching modes. Wouldn't go away till a forced disconnect (put in the case) and reconnect; then might be fine for use, till the NEXT time it comes back. The BAD: Battery Life was BARELY 6hrs using only Ambient Mode. MUST be 8hrs Minimum. Case NEEDS A tether point or place to attach something to carry on keyring/belt/etc. This is BASIC. And LACK OF MULTIPOINT IS A DEALBREAKER! The buds would disconnect from my phone even while I was on a call if I started up my PC. No way to control that w/o turning off BT on the PC. This is such a STUPID CHOICE BY SAMSUNG! I'm NOT going to have a Samsung PC or Tablet. Even BASIC BUDS handle MULTIPOINT FINE, and with NO ISSUES. I never bought expensive buds before, but reviews so good for these that I took the gamble. FIX THE HISS and PROVIDE THE MULTIPOINT and DO IT FAST! Otherwise, Samsung may lose both of us to that OTHER BRAND, which we've NEVER done before. What a STUPID CHOICE BY SAMSUNG! Returned Buds4 Pro after 2 weeks. Forcing us both to consider turning to the dark side. Better WAKE UP, SAMSUNG! If we go, we won't be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need XL Tips and No Login for Settings! Good NC and the best audio quality is not possible without proper fit! For those of us where even the large tips don't really work, Samsung should offer XL ear tips, either in the box or as a paid option. A case redesign may not be needed. Having to login to access things like NC mode/level, voice commands and 360 audio is annoying and unnecessary. This was not true with the Buds3 Pro (and follows a trend even with some basic apps on the S25 series phones). This is a problem when the internet is not available or for data plans other than unlimited. And there are PRIVACY issues. I'm on my third series of Galaxy Buds and S phones, but just don't know if I will be buying the next generation of either.

Everytime i put the buds back in the case it's a gamble on if they're going to charge or not. I find myself having to tap and shake the case so that they'll register they're supposed to be charging and not connecting to my phone. Its honestly annoying when I pull out my $250ish earbuds only to have one of them dead because design is poor

With Samsung's equalizer, I was able to get the base emphasized to my desire with no destorition. In addition, the volume intensity was turned up a notch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, horrible connectivity for the price I have zero complaints about the quality of the sound and the functionality... when they work. However, for the price, this product has way more connectivity issues than I'm okay with. I've had bluetooth earbuds that can stay connected even when I walk around my yard while my phone is in the house, but these ones have connection issues once I leave the ROOM that my phone is in. Forget going on another level of the house. And if you're not connected to a Samsung device, it's even worse. Every time I leave the room that my PC is in, then try to come back, I have to manually reconnect my earbuds. They'll technically reconnect when I come back in, which I know because I can start and stop the video with the earbuds, but no sound will play when I hit "start" unless I manually disconnect and reconnect them. Sometimes, even if I don't leave the room, the earbuds will have some kind of connection issue where I'll only hear a brief snippet of the audio, then a few seconds of silence, then another brief snippet, and so on and so forth. Again, this issue only resolves when I manually disconnect and reconnect the earbuds. Overall, these are good quality, but have a lot more technical issues than I consider acceptable, given the price. Can't help but feel a little disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great earbuds, but the fit needs work. I really like the Buds4 Pro, especially the ANC and Adaptive mode. I have severe tinnitus and sound sensitivity, so being able to control outside noise while still letting important sounds through is incredibly useful. My biggest complaint is the shallow fit. Ear canals vary in depth, angle, and shape, not just size, and even with memory foam tips I struggle to keep a secure seal, especially when sweating. Longer tips could solve this, but the charging case doesn't have enough clearance for them. I'd love to see Samsung move the charging contacts toward the outer portion of the buds and give the case more room around the ear tips. That would allow different tip lengths and shapes for different ears without interfering with charging. Otherwise, they're great earbuds. I'd also love a little more bass, or at least more room to boost it through the EQ.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome but tricky product I've had this product since launch and I love the features, the sound, the design, everything. I do have a small issue/complaint my Buds have since Day 1 have this issue where the sound cuts in and out repeatedly throughout use. I can use the earbuds at the start of the day for 1-2 hrs and I would have no issue but as soon as they are reconnected to the phone alter in the day the sound gets distorted/changes frequencies and quality. The sound would cut out in one earbud but not the other then come back to both or it would cut out to both. I talked to support when I first got the buds and he suggested waiting for an update and I have but it hasn't fixed the problem. I would try to take it to a repaire store but the nearest one is so far away. All in all its a very great product its jsut unfortunate that mine is either defective or broken, I dont know. Hopefully the next one won't have the same issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continuously Dead Batteries I have 2 pairs of Galaxy Buds3 Pro and 1 pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro for convenience purposes. The Buds3 Pro have been great and are still performing great. I love the functionality and capabilities of the Buds4 Pro but they do not hold a charge. I'd charge up all my buds (Buds3 & Buds4), use the Buds4 for one hour with plenty of charge left over, put them back in the case, and the next time I go to use them both the case and the Buds4 are dead. My Buds3 Pro does not discharge and remains at nearly 100% battery. Either these are defective Buds or Samsung got cheap and cut some corners. I've put in a service request and hoping for resolute, otherwise I'll be returning them.

They fit prefect and don't fall out. The quality oft sound is good. Nose cancelation is good. It's the fit that discourages me. Im going to go back to the pro 3 buds and sell the pro 4 buds.

The noise canceling is HORRENDOUS! I hear the surrounding better than i hear the user. It's just a terrible product released prematurely. It's obvious no R&D was conducted in the buds4 pro. NEXT.

Had them for a couple months now and I am just going to stop using them. I also have a brand new phone as well. Went to the Verizon store and I was told tons of people are having issues with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look beautiful, but feel cheap. Still with the 3 p They look beautiful, but feel cheap. They dont register hand touches as well as the Pro 3s. I've loved every never rendering of the Samsung ear buds, but this one is a step backwards. Seriously, still with the 3s, they feel more luxurious to the touch (these feel like cheap hollow plastic), and I have ti click multiple times to pause because the 4 pros dont register. Sound quality is good, but I cant tell that its any better. Haven't used for phone calls yet, but I do imagine they improve there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointing The galaxy 4 pro earbuds have been honestly the worst earbuds I've ever owned. The build quality feels surprisingly fragile and cheap despite being advertised as a premium item. The biggest issue for me is the ANC. I've tried everything, changing ear tips, both samsumg official amd reliable third party sellers. Yet no matter what I do ANC doesn't work at all. The funny part is, airpods seem to work really well and their ANC is noticeable better despite me using them with my galaxy phone. I used to genuinely like Samsumg. At this price, I expected a premium product that actually delivers what they advertised. Instead, I feel like I didn't get my money's worth.

I like the sound quality and the active noise cancelations and the ambient mode they good but it could be better but my problem with them they don't fit right on my ear especially the left I tried all the tips that comes with it and still the same it keep falling from my ear also the battery life wasn't that good sometimes they last only for 4 hours and the case i have to charge it every 2 days not like the 3 pro they used to last sometimes to 6 or 7 and the case 3 days I just upgraded it from the 3 buds pro which they where amazing from all sides and I was hoping this one would be better than the 3 pro but unfortunately my 3 pro its kinda better to me but I hope you will fix these problems with the next generation samsung supporter for ever ??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I miss the Buds3 Pro Feels like a downgrade from the Buds3 Pro, only bought these because I lost my previous headphones. Battery doesn't last very long, sound is ok at best, and none of the earbud tips feel comfortable no matter how I position the earbuds in my ear.

But, nearly every single day i have to reset them because they wont read notifications. They will for about 1 hour then it will stop. And when I double pinch them it wont skip to the next track. I really had high hopes for these considering the price but the features could be better. Very disappointing

However, within about a month after purchasing, the noise cancelling stopped working and instead gave off a deafening high pitched feedback sound. I tried to get support for a couple hours online but it was of little help. I got stuck with their AI chatbot for a while but it was of no help. Eventually I got a person on the chat, and each reply would take 5 minutes, and they were of little help too. It's so unforunate that we pay so much, but the company won't stand by their products.

The only improvement from the Galaxy Buds4 and the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is the little rubber earpiece, and they are charging a massive price difference. Even with the "improved fit" theGalaxy Buds4 Pro still don't stay in the ear well, and they aren't comfortable. The battery is nice, but honestly maybe 2 hours more than the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. The clarity is not much different than the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Connectivity is ridiculously reduced, in that you can no longer locate your earbuds using Samsung Find's map. As for isolation, I wish Samsung had isolated these out of their approval list. I've never been dissatisfied by a Samsung product this much in my life.

They fit great in my ear, and are comfortable enough for me to wear them easily for hours at a time. They sound amazing, GREAT bass with no loss of mids and highs, I love these things! Their "adaptive" sound mode works great switching itself between different levels of noise canceling and transparency mode depending on the level of ambient noise around you. These are the only headphones I ever owned that I have zero buyers remorse for, they have met all my expectations so far, I've recommended them to all my friends and family! Haha

Unfortunately, I do feel disappointed afterwards the time of experience. I do wish that the older version would be available for sale. It's been almost a while since I started to use it. What are my cons: 1. The quality of the sound is actually worse than previous model, regardless of the settings and plug size changes. 2. Keeps falling off the ears, again, regardless of adjustments. My pros: 1. I love the new design, specifically the charging case. 2. Very easy to set up and manage. 3. Love the colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable but case feels lower quality Compared to the Buds3 Pro, these buds fit very nicely. I had to adjust the Buds3 quite often and changing ear tips did not help. These have a slightly noticeable upgrade in the audio and ANC. Unfortunately, the case for the buds feel cheap. The clear top of the case scratched immediately, and I only wiped it with a microfiber cloth... The hinge also feels a bit flimsy. I wish Samsung would use better materials.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Go Buy Sony or Bose These earbuds have to be the worst yet from Samsung. When you think the quality couldn't get any worse, it most certainly does. These earbuds do better than the last generation because they actually charge for once, but their connectivity is absolutely terrible. No one on the other line can hear me during a phone call. Active noise cancelling does not work correctly to the point where ambient mode is now noise cancelling mode and I can't hear who I'm speaking with. Lop sided noise connectivity is another huge issue. No matter the updates you give to this product, it needs to be thrown away. I'll continue to buy Samsung phones, but never ever will I buy their sound products again.
