I contacted customer service multiple times, and every time they told me it would be resolved "within a few days," but months have passed with no solution! Their after-sales service is extremely bad, and lack of credibility is the only thing they excel at. I do not recommend buying their products if you expect decent customer service!

I had the bud 2s for the longest time and I think those were way better. The noise canceling is alright but not the best with these. Only thing I really liked were the design, but could be better so they don't keep falling.

I like that they do not have the silicone part as those won't stay in my ears and make them itch. So if these could be slightly smaller they'd be great. My son who is larger than myself also found them to be too large.

They do fit upside down and a tay in better that way but when u turn them that way the sensor that tells the headphones they are being worn dont touch your skin in that position so they cut off.... these are absolute hot garbage

On the first week of use I started hearing static noise, I reached out to the team , they guided me to reset them after a video sharing with them that you could hear a very loud whistle noise. They still keep doing it many times since then. Also then you rub them by mistake you can hear another whistle noise that makes you take off the earbuds. I would never buy them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Galaxy Buds3 I like the new Galaxy Buds3. The sound is good. The design is good. I like that they don't have the rubber piece on the end. I'm switching over from the Galaxy Live buds which I loved. I have small ears and these sit in the cradle of my ear well. Admittedly they are more comfortable with a silicone ear cover, but you can't leave the ear cover on and put them back in the charging case or they won't charge. There can't be any obstruction between the earbud and the case. I don't really like that, I 'm also not a fan of the fact that they look more like air pods. I liked it better when the galaxy products were more distinctive. Taking the ear cover off every time I need to charge them. Overall, the earbuds last a long while after being charged. I don't have any issue with the battery life.

The gestures become a neusance when the bud needs to be touched/adjusted constantly. I don't know how I could've tried them before I bought either, going to a store to find a floor model sounds unsanitary?

Samsung will not exchange the defective product. Samsung Customer Service requires me to send the earbuds back to them for inspection first. Now I am without any earbuds because I traded in my Buds Live. I have been a Samsung Galaxy user since 2011 and this is how they treat their loyal customers!!! Sad!!!

However, they do not fit as secure in my ears as Airpods3 due to their slightly larger size and angular shape. Overall great performance.

The voice on the other end sounds highly distorted during calls, and often, the other person cannot hear you at all. Sometimes, you even need to disconnect, place the earbuds back in the case, and reconnect them to get them to work properly during a call.

The buds stopped working properly within the first week the sound from the right bud was very low, and I could not get a replacement pair without buying a new pair. The customer service was terrible, and the service agents all had heavy accents and it was hard to even hear their names. I couldn't get any help from someone who I could understand. I was sent to a local repair facility that could not get parts for the buds.

They always got loose, or started to shift entirely to a new position. Whereas the airpod gen 2s "hook" into your ear alot better, due to how small they are. Id try the buds brand again if they made a similar stem style to the airpod gen 2s. I heavily dislike the concave shape and enlarged earbud.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite! Amazing! Got these to replace my 3rd gen airpods, and fit into the samsung ecosystem. I hate in-ear so only use the open ear and I find these a little more comfortable than the airpods, which were very comfortable to begin with, so big win there. The sound is great, definitely noticed the hi-fi difference in sound quality, I'm hearing some things in songs I've not heard before, which is pretty cool. I personally love the stem/blade design, makes it easy to find the volume adjust and tap button. The active noise canceling works, it's not amazing but it's great for when I'm reading a book, and just tried it on a flight, which again the ANC is not great but definitely noticeable which is amazing for how comfortable they are. Haven't fully tested the battery life. The case and the buds themselves feel really nice and well-made, pretty similar to the airpods i find. Overall really happy with these. Worth it!

These new galaxy buds 3 are the exact fit that I needed. My only criticism is that putting them back in the case is not the best experience. You have the have the stem perfectly lined up for them to go in or when you let them go they'll just fall outside of the case

Great battery life on both the earbuds and case and the Samsung Wear controls are easy to change and learn. These are what I've been waiting for Samsung to make, and now that they're here they do not disappoint.

At least in my case these are very slippery because the don't fit perfectly well. As a result the fall off easily. The triangular shape is out of the ordinary and makes cumbersome to press the controls. The case is nice and helps keep the charge on the buds for a long time. However, these are not worth the upgrade from my buds pro.

I LOVE THEM. I have bought every Samsung earbud they have ever sold, these are my absolute faves. Equal to AirPod third gen. I highly recommend these. I will buy a few more pair for future proofing. Samsung changes everything all the time. Some things should not change. If you hate in ear canal earbuds like me, you’ll love these. Plus they are seamless with my s24 ultra. Play around with the eq to find your sound.

I posted on the community board, but it was closed instantly and the "Specialty Claim" dept had me send the earbuds in. After almost two weeks of waiting. I got a call saying nothing was wrong with the earbuds and they were sending it back. Unfortunately, my return date expired. Now I can't use the buds and I'm out $150 bucks and my Buds Live, which I traded them in for.

I called Samsung support and was told I missed the deadline as well as nothing they can do. I started asking for help to how I can use them as they kept falling off my ears. She just hung up on me. I then called back to ask for help on how to keep them in my ears, i was left waiting on the line for many minutes. I then contacted so call "Samsung CEO". Was contacted back by Oscar via telephone which I was unable to answer. He then left message asking for information. I responded on the same day via text and well as called him. No response as of today so I contacted him via email. Again, no response. This is first time having problems with Samsung products despite having many other products. I quickly realized that customer service is the worst I have never encountered. I will not be buying Samsung products from now on after this experience for me.

They also spew sound throughout the immediate area so everyone can hear what you're listening to. The design makes it difficult to adjust the fit without changing settings by accident. The sound they put out is good though.

The sound is good when they're working properly. I've had to disconnect and reconnect them several times because they'll start sounding statically at random times. I love Samsung products, but unfortunately, I would not recommend these ear buds.

She absolutely cannot stand anything that actually goes IN the ear either... The MOMENT she put these in her ears, she asked if one fell out jokingly, because they felt THAT good to her. She uses them all the time on trains (Metra - Chicagoans here) and the CTA as well. She's worn them for workouts, and still they stick to her like glue. She rants and raves all the time now to her friends.

The bad: these ear buds don't sit securely in the ear. Over the course of a 90 minute plane trip, they fell out or nearly fell out multiple times. Even when they didn't fully fall out, they would come loose, which diminished the sound quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound, falls out of my ears Apparently I need wings on the buds in order to stay in my ears. Just chewing while listening makes them fall out. The sound is good, but my anxiety about them falling out is going to ruin these for me. I did buy 3rd party silicone covers for the buds that add a wing, and those made them fit very well, however the charging case won't charge when those are on. So since I don't want to remove them each day just to charge, they aren't a solution. I am sure some people have the perfect shaped ear for these buds 3, just not for me I guess.
