What I like most, is they deliver far more bass lows than the Buds Pro 2 could ever do with only one bud in at a time. I will be getting another pair dedicated for the office.

They also fit wierd so I can't work without having to push them back in. Solid headphones but better options out there if you move alot. One fell and now doesn't work had them for less than 3 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Returned. Uncomfortable. These just don't stay put About these just before Black Friday for a trade in of my Galaxy buds 2, which I love. Unfortunately, these don't live up to the hype. The controls are a pain and the overall sound quality is okay. The main problem I had is that the plastic bulb apart that sits in the outer ear is just too big and hurts my ear if I have them in longer than 20 minutes. When I started going back to using my old buds I realized I just needed to return these ones. They're just not worth it. I hope Samsung revisits their old style, as trying to look like airpods is not worth it when it sacrifices comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound. Poor fit. The bass response is much improved over the Buds2 Pro. I cannot, however, get a good fit (according to the Wear app). Especially on my left ear. I have tried everything. I think I have spent $100 on replacement ear tips. I can jam the buds in my ears to the point of pain - nothing works. I wish I would have kept my old Buds 2 Pros at this point. Also, the stock ear tips tear very easily.

The touch controls are a bit awkward but the voice controls render them unnecessary. I often wear them at work so I love the fact that the audio pauses if I remove one bud to speak to someone. The battery life has been more than enough for my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the upgrade I'd return if I could Rating: ????? I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3, but unfortunately, they haven't lived up to my expectations. My main issue is that they fall out of my ears while working out. They feel too loose and I constantly need to adjust them, which is quite frustrating. The sound quality is fine, but it's not significantly better or worse than the previous generation, the Buds Pro 2. Additionally, the battery life seems to be worse compared to the last generation, even without any features enabled. Overall, I wish I had kept my Buds Pro 2 instead of purchasing these. They just don't meet my needs as well as the previous model did.

Lo no tan bueno, presenta problemas con la carga de los auriculares de forma independiente, en algunos casos se descarga sin usarlo (el derecho o el izquierdo), cuando se guardan en el estuche de carga a veces carga y otras no, es decir, hay que revisar varias veces verificando que si cargue, en llamadas por plataformas como Instagram, telegram y otras no se conectan a la llamada, la luz que tiene no sirve para nada, solo para saber que prende y ya. En muchas oportunidades cuando se guardan en el estuche de carga llega una notificación al celular que no están cargando y que toca revisar, esto es bastante incómodo ya que solo pasa con esta referencia. Por último, no se pueden usar cuando hay mucho viento, ya que el aire se siente cuando roza con los auriculares.

I think it's almost there, sound quality is good, battery life is sufficient but Airpods more comfortable to wear day to day so despite having a Samsung phone and being able to utilize more features, I still default to them. Will look forward to next iteration.

Zero ear fatigue and secure fit, love the voice controls.. anc is good, could be better.. mics are great for calls.. wish you could have the blade lights on with just one bud in.. but maybe that will be a firmware update later... 4.5 stars

I pass through audio, although there is almost always a slight hiss audible in the background is also very good. The disappointment, however, lies with the battery life and bluetooth performance. The bud 2 pros, were able to go around a hundred feet away from the device. These get close to 30 and start cutting out, which is average, the battery life of the case and the buds themselves have also been diminished from previous models. Overall, if you are happy with your current esrbuds, these are NOT the buds you are looking to upgrade to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these ear buds Purchased these while I pre-ordered the 25 ultra. No complaints at all. I had the buds 3 and they hurt my ears so much. Literally after wearing them for a week (around 2/3 hours per day) the inside of my ear would be raw and bleed. I thought I'd try these because of the silicone tips, hoping they would resolve the pain issue. They are SO comfortable. They do not fall out of my ears, the tips are easy to change (I was testing to see which fit better), and the sound is amazing. Originally had the buds+, then wasn't to airpods (huge disappointment), bought the Buds FE (liked them but by husband took them), then got the buds3. If you are wanting to quality sound and comfort, then just buy these.

I've had mine for around a month now and can say that I have no issues at all regarding, connectivity, reliability, or battery life. I haven't tested them but in my experience I've never had the battery run out on me. They also haven't left me wanting to wear them for longer but having to put them back in the case, or worse, back on a charger so that's nice. All that being said they're not perfect. While I've never had connectivity issues I have, occasionally, had an issue using Google assistant. The issue arises when using Google assistant and then the quality of sound goes down, significantly, and won't restore back to normal until I put them in their case and put them back on. And my other, less important criticism, is that they look like airpods. Just straight up. Down from the Buds themselves to the case. Samsung really was just looking at Apples homework and copied it. But hey, "Good artists copy, great artists steal" and in Samsung's case they made some pretty good wireless earbuds.

They end up connecting back to neither. That is sooooo frustrating. You'd think that after so many gens they would get that right, right? Noise canceling is good. Controls are good. Seal is good.

I've tried all 3 sizes and none fit quite right. I'm trying an aftermarket set of tips to see if that resolves the issue. Aside from that, they are excellent.

The sound is muddy compared to my old Galaxy Buds (from 2019), and the fit is less secure. I may amend my review once I try the noise cancellation out on noisy streets and on a plane.

I have had four pair of them and every single one of them has had the issue where the buds wont charge in the case and you get the notification on your phone. You have to wiggle them around and take them in and out of the case and figure out which one is causing the issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME. For how much they cost, I cannot fathom how they let these out of QA. Reach out to me Samsung, I'd love to chat but I'll not be looking at this review again. Be warned everyone.

Even if I wore different rubber covers the earbud presses agaisnt a part of the ear that's impossible to ignore and feels like something migraine inducing. Who designed these? Horrible product. Not to mention there's no reason to add the extended rods sticking out of the ears and remove the function of tapping to skip songs. This is a step backwards for Samsung.

Perhaps I am trying to hard to insert them because I don't feel like they make a great fit. The noise cancelation isn't as good as the Buds2. However they do stay in my ears better then the Buds2. Finally, it's impossible to put a shirt on/off without them falling out unlike the Buds2.

The clear lid will show micro scratches over time and the charging wells have the earbuds facing out which makes it unnatural when removing and replacing the earbuds as they face opposite of the direction they face when you place them in your ears. That’s an annoying shame because it takes away from the overall user experience. However, the performance and audio features were outstanding.

The material used has the consistency of one of those gloves that are very soft but when you try to remove it it immediately tears apart. I had to buy third party eartips.

Intermittently won't charge due to "sweat or moisture," after workouts, even after product Also, earphones will only last for 2-3 hrs max, and the case will offer about 2 full charges. Honestly, these are a pretty solid 5, were it not for the fact that they're having issues charging. Right out of the box, the left charged fine and the case charges fine, but the right ear you have to keep taking it out and putting it back in to get it to charge. Tech support didn't have any suggestions other than taking it to UBreak Ifix, but they said they had a 3-5 week wait, and I don't have that kind of time.

She s using the S25 Ultra and Watch Ultra with these buds, and I am writing this review on my Samsung account based on the experiences she has related to me. Keep that in mind when taking this review into account. Going from Buds 2 to the Buds 3 Pro was a bit of a change as it was simple tap controls to the new "pinch" and "slide" control scheme. The new control scheme works great, it just took some getting used to. After having some time to adjust to the new ear buds, and a little more time to test out as many features that she could, my wife has taken to using the Buds 3 Pro considerably more than any other set she's had in the past. All functions have been flawless, integration with other devices has been problem free, battery life is excellent and comfort is excellent. Finding a comfortable fit was a bit of trial and error. Every person is going to have a slightly different shape to their ear. For my wife, she found the most comfortable position was the left bud in the right ear, stem facing roughly 40 degrees up from level. And the right bud in the left ear at a similar angle. Even with this set up everything works, and sounds, great!

I have to say the value offered by the Soundcore product greatly exceeds the Galaxy buds. The Galaxy Buds don't have a great natural fit and consistently fall out no matter which tips I use. The biggest issue I have is they are unusable with Windows for Teams calls. It's a VERY common issue and there hasn't been a fix I've seen. That was my primary use case and I can't use them for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Poor Product I should have gotten a pack of smart tags instead of buying these. The bass is lacking compared to the cheap Chinese earbuds. I struggle to keep these on. Swapping tips is a nightmare on these earbuds as the damaged medium tips on mine bears testament to. The battery life on the case is less than what i am used to.

Changing the silicon ear piece can easily rip the ear piece. (Luckily you can change them out to the (3rd party) sponge kind, which can give you better noise cancelling, stay put in your ear, but will cost you extra.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Abort, fly around! Needed to send back for repair. The earbud3 squeals, and its so loud I think I have lost some hearing in my right ear. There is no protection for squeals so its at max volume! I did the fit test several times and it passed every time. They also pop several times. If that's not enough the music bass goes out and in, its like the fullness of the music starts and stops. Only the right esr bud has the issues. Waiting in the return from service to test. The bottom line is I love my last pair much better. The sound was better and they were functionally better and they fit better but, I need to test a working pair to confirm. Every time I try to use them, they fail within 2 minutes. Warning- there is an adaptive setting. It will amplify everything and it takes a second or two for the sound reduction to kick in. In that time you will be blasted with amplified sound before it changes modes. Bad idea! It should work in less than 20ms not 2 seconds. My right ear rang for 30 min after the squeals. You cant remove them fast enough. Do yourself a favor,,, Abort fly around on the ear buds 3.

My JBL buds last almost an hour longer, and I needed to purchase aftermarket silicone inserts as the ones that came in the box kept the buds falling out of my ears. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding ear buds when tweaked I've been using the Buds 3 Pro now for a month or so, But I have to say that they're outstanding ear buds the sound quality is great with lots of customization. The added ai features are fun and very handy to use. They could improve on some things for one the noise cancelation could be better and it improve drastically when you change the rubber ear tips for memory foam tips. I would recommend Samsung to include them this would be such an improvement both audio quality wise as noise cancelation wise.

The sound for videos and music is excellent! I can hear every detail coming from the earbuds. Samsung has definitely out did themselves with these. I have yet to find any cons with these since I only had them for less than a month. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

So I went with one earbud and about 3 months into having the one earbud it started popping while I was using it and then it stopped working and now I can't use either of them.

I use my ear buds not just for working out but doing chores around the house. I love the Buds Pro 2 and was extremely excited for the predecessor. The only redeeming thing these Buds have to offer is their noise canceling. It's probably the best I'm the business! But the sound quality is the same as the Buds Pro 2. The biggest factor for me giving these a 1 star review is the fact that the right ear bud is never charged. I have to sit and adjust it for several minutes to make sure it is sitting perfectly in its slot within the case or else it stops charging. There have been so many times I've left the ear Buds in the case charging and I'll open the case to use my Buds and the Case will be at 100%, the left earbud will be at 100%, and the right ear bud will be at 45%. I have contacted support and they just tell me to take them some where that isn't close by to have them looked at. I wish I had returned them sooner. Also, they die really fast. You might be lucky to get 2 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big disappointment - old buds were much better I've had the old Galaxy Buds2 for a couple of years and the battery was starting to wear out...so I decided to see what the latest can do. I've been very disappointed.... * Sound quality - very similar to the old buds.; but I do get slightly richer sounds from the new Buds3 pro. * Microphone - the old buds were much better - get a little wind on these new ones and forget it. * Sound quality in wind - the new buds seems to have MUCH more wind noise than the old buds. I suspect the bars hanging down act as wind noise makers. * Battery life - the buds3 are better than the old buds. * Noise reduction - the new buds3 are really bad. I did several tests with the new buds and the old buds...and the old buds were far superior. I used them with a blender - I didn't even hear the blender on the old buds and the music was great; but the new buds I couldn't hear the music. * Weight - the old buds weighed in at 11grams on my scale...these new buds are are 12grams. * Fit - the old buds felt *slightly* better than the new ones. I've actually read the manual and tried a variety of settings in the app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible experience I purchased the Buds3 Pro online 6 weeks ago. Online system forced me to pickup Buds at Best Buy, rather than ship them to me. I was promised a delivery date that continued to slip, only getting a notice to pick them up or else a few days ago. Terrible order experience. Get them home, charge them, and connect to device. Worked for less than 1 song, only a couple minutes. While the sound was amazing, they dropped frequently. Disconnected them, and tried to reconnect, only to have them not work again and refuse to connect again, whether pairing or not. Buds are not recognized on any device. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to work through guidance online. They are going back. Of course, this now requires another trip across town to do what I did not want to do in the first place, pick up and return in store. Not gonna happen again. They are being returned for full refund.

Samsung support is the worst. I have called to get these replaced, and they have transferred me around to different departments like a hot potato. No one seems to knew what to do. DO NOT buy these. I am considering stopping buying Samsung altogether as I have experienced the WORST customer support. I have been a loyal customer buying their phones every year, srtarting with the original Note to the most recent Galaxy 24 Ultra,, but with this recent experience, NOT ANYMORE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Early release pair When the first images of these dropped I was really sad to see the stem. Over time it grew on me enough to purchase. I was lucky and got a good working set from the early shipments. Coming from mainly jabra products that have really good anc to buds3 pro was a shock. The anc doesnt compare to my last jabra earbuds. The buds3 pro fit my ears perfectly so I didnt have to change the tips. I'm no audiophile or anything but the sound quality is pretty decent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2.5 week review I've had these for a few weeks the phone call quality is amazing, the sound quality is also great on my samsung phone. The noise cancelation could be improved (hopefully with a future update) sennhiessers, and bose noise cancelation is much better. I would love to see the app include something like the Advanced Acoustic Technology that the Denon PerL Pro has, as that is definitely a game changer and works amazing. Touch controls are good. It didnt take long to get use to the triangle stems. Battery life is good not great, but solid, somewhere between 5-6hrs. The transparency is great. App is good but like stated above would love to see something like the Advanced Acoustic Technology that the Denon PerL Pro have. Overall great buds, would definitely recommend, especially for samsung phones, but would definitely love to see the noise cancelation improved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product from my experience - so far The new buds 3 pro are really stellar and personally I enjoy the stem and the swipe and pinching functionality it offers. Really nice case too, but the case itself is finnicky with wireless charging. Anyway, ANC is way better than the buds 2 pro, sound is more clear and detailed, bass is boomier and less blasty. The white version is super sleek. The only thing I take it down a star for is being a long time samsung fan, there is a TON of backlash going around about the quality control issues of the buds themselves and ear tips. Mine have been fine, but it's crazy that samsung took an EXTRA YEAR just to design air pod pro 2's and then have quality control issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Wireless Buds with ANC at a Reasonable Price Love these new Samsung Buds3 Pro...sound quality is great, nice ANC and ANC options that seem to work great, microphone seems to work well on calls, connecticity with my Zfold6 is excellent and easy to setup/pair. Stability in the ear is a huge improvement over the prior buds design, which constantly fell out of the ear and had difficulty with fit. Only quibble is that the volume control sensitivity with the blades is much lower than the prior Buds2 Pro model...I have a much more difficult time controlling volume from the buds in the latest model Buds3 Pro. I called tech support and "reset" the buds...they seem to respond now, but not nearly as sensitve to the touch as the Buds2 Pro. So far, I have been mostly using the phone or my watch to control volume due to this limitation. I hope that a firmware revision might improve it, but can live with this limitation. With the promotional trade-in of my Buds2 Pro, I found these to be an excellent value for the money!

Had to talk to the supervisor to request a mail-in repair because didn't want to drive down to the service center and wait to be sent of the different service center. Overall, just terrible experience with the product and customer service. Don't waste your money on this product.

I have dropped them more times just trying to grab them. They do fall out when I jog, with the large ear pieces on, so I guess I got blown out gaps for ear canals. But the do sound better then the 2 pros or whatever I had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look elsewhere for "Pro" buds. Very dissapointed. Failure to launch. The earbuds had specs of orange paint stuck on them. The seams didn't match up and you could see and feel it all around the bud. I've used $40 earbuds that fit perfectly together, c'mon Samsung. When put in the case, they sat at different heights (nit picking that one.) They are a bad design IMO. The wouldn't stay sealed in my ears at all. The buds+ that I have, fit amazingly and that's what I'm going back to. They do have really good sound, I can't fault that. I just wish they fit. I could get over the fact they were dirty out of the box and that the seams don't line up. They need to go back to the drawing board.

The problem well covered on web, Samsung had to hold the shipments. Yet, mine has shipped before and now I have the problems. Samsung's resolution? Return and reorder again while losing all the pre-order perks. Don't like? I got an offer of generous $4 dollars discount, yes, 4 dollars of 249 MSRP price.

I can hear so perfectly clear and I have been told people on the other line can actually hear me clear as well. I drive semi so usually the sound of the motor or something interferes but with these, I don't get any of that. I recommend getting them.

Unlike past models the Buds3 Pro's ear inserts are high quality and grip the inside of the ear much better without sliding. The active noise cancellation with these buds is unreal. The new "pinch and slide" controls on the blade of the bud is particularly useful, however they don't register your commands well when in the rain and your hands are wet. Overall, 5 stars out of 5.

The lights didn't work at first, couldn't get full volume when I first got them, and when you would put them in your ears they would sound like you had two microphones to close together. Also when on a call the sound was absolutely awful. If they fix them on the pair I had to buy again rather then just replacing the one I had mabe I'll turn my review around.

And if you do not have them then I recommend the Buds Pro 2 over the Buds Pro 3. The good: Their sound is fantastic. You can definitely hear the bass and music extremely clear. Also the noise canceling works better than many headphones I own. The bad: The headphones have a really smooth finish making them extremely slippery and prone to dropping. Luckily I have not dropped mine. It would be much better if they offered a matte finish. Also, the right headphone tends to not charge in its case. Even when the case is 100% full. I will randomly put on my headphones and my L will be 100% and the R will be like 21%. The battery life is also lower compared to its predecessor.

And while changing the ear tips for a better fit the app continued to give me a poor fit and the ANC never turned on just stayed on ambient mode. Loved my buds 2 pro but I had sent them as part of the purchase and now I don't have those any longer either. All round a terrible experience.

Come off lose on my runs. Scary sight trying to fetch a Bud3Pro off the highway while running on the sidewalk. Kinda really disappointed. Hoped for something better on this newst tech. No bueno.

I do wish eventually we move away from the rubber tips (as sometimes the previous models tips get stuck inside my ear detached from the buds). I also hope for better more sensitive volume control.

The sound is very good, I haven't noticed much of a difference with the Buds2 Pro. But what I liked most is the case, the shape and the transparent cover are very practical. Very happy with this purchase. I recommend it.

They then push back the official release date, leaving those of us who received the buds early wondering if we got defective buds. It's left many of us inspecting our buds and trying to figure out if there's any issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Left Bud was a Dud I had high expectations for these as I have the Buds2 Pro. With all my excitement of getting them, it turned out to be a disappointment. For some reason, the left bud wasn't working right. I had 2 issues with it, the first being that every 15-25 seconds, they would make a popping sound. If I tried to reposition the left buds, they would make a horrid screeching sound like a bad transmitter. Right bud was fine. I tried all the troubleshooting on their instructions and website, but no luck. I called to get a replacement pair, but for some reason she said that Samsung didn't do that for this product. She suggested I take them to an authorized dealer (45 min away), but I said what could they do with them? She then suggested I work with Tech Support (sure, why not try). She transferred me to them only for me to find out that they were closed for the day and to call back tomorrow. WHY SEND ME TO A CLOSED DEPARTMENT! The next day I decided to return them and got RMA for that. I returned them the next day. I just got an email that they are only refunding part of what I paid, not the actual cost I paid. On top of that, they send me another email to say that they re-authorized my coupon, but it expired 2 days before the email was sent. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON SAMSUNG! Bad Buds and even worse Customer Support.

Cons: during running, slightly more wind noise, even in ANC mode and in transparency mode getting more high frequency noise passed through like white noise.

The clarity is so good I can listen to pop/rock recorded in a decent studio and follow individual players (including vocals) without losing the ensemble sound. I can hear things like a kicked bass drum push air, reed vibration in low saxophones and much more., lips being open and closed by singers The noise reduction is excellent leaving me with a new experience with my large music catalog.

I had a difficult time changing the silicon tip to the larger size because they kept falling out. In the process of trying to change them the way it says on the samsung website the soft silicon ripped and the hard plastic peice was stuck. I was on hold for an hour with customer support and for them to tell me I had to return the product, reorder it, and then contact them to price match again after I receive the new pair because I did a trade in and had an educational discount. This was to much of a process for me to do aside from my impacted work and school schedule so I ended up returning them. Fingers crossed I get my trade in buds back. Horrible design and customer service. This makes me second guess samsung after all the years I've had with them. So disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QC issues I was one of the many unlucky people that preordered these earbuds. They came strangely dirty inside the case, and with strange scratches on the earbuds themselves. The ear tips are extremely fragile, and will tear if you aren't extremely careful when removing them. The fit and feel of buds are quite comfortable, but do feel cheaper in terms of weight, and texture. The sound quality seems to be up to samsungs standards, but I cannot recommend this product right now with all the ridiculous QC issues.

They're trying to sell us the "Pro" label, but let's be real – it's just a rehash of the previous version with a slightly shinier casing. The sound quality? Mediocre at best. Sure, they claim "crystal-clear audio," but it's more like listening through a tin can connected by string. And don't get me started on the battery life. You'll be lucky to get through a couple of episodes of your favorite podcast before needing a recharge. Comfort? More like discomfort. Sound quality is great, battery life is above average, fitment and comfort is good also. As far as features goes, I haven't really explored all that these are supposed to do. Voice commands work 1/2 the time. Comfortable but not a secure fit, buds can fall out easily. Hopefully most things can be fixed with software updates but there really is no fix for them falling out. Hopefully they go with the beats fit design while still being able to keep their sound quality for the next model. If you have older models I'd say keep them and skip these. I wish I did. The buds 2 pro are better than the 3's in every aspect besides sound quality and even then it's not that much of a difference.

Over all the sound quality is good but no matter the eq setting the bass overwhelmes the mids almost always. The build is kinda shotty, the body seam around the buds don't line up and it makes a rough edge and it feels like cheap plastic. The design is unoriginal and uninspired, a direct mimic of the airpod pros, it leave much to be desired. So far the experience is blah.

I've been purchasing Samsung earbuds for quite sometime now and though ALL of them have been great, these Buds Pro 3 are, by far, THE ABSOLUTE BEST earbuds I have ever had the pleasure of owning! From the second I put them in, the clarity of sound was phenomenal but they didn't skrimp on the awesome bass either. You...hear...EVERYTHING! I couldn't be happier with these! I've not had this style before (with the "handle") so we shall see how that is during workouts, but just placing them in my ears - they fit fine. I can't wait to try them on my daily walks. An excellent set of earbuds for sure!

To begin with, they are awkward to put inside of thier case. They resemble, a little too much, the airpods. The included earbud tips, unfortunately, do not fit my ears. Even the large ones. So I'm not able to take advantage of the noise canceling feature. Im sure some 3rd party will comeout with better ones soon. But if they dont, within the 30 day return window period, I will be returning them.??

Buds don't fall out of the case if it flips open. The press instead of touch allows muffs to be worn over these buds (partial pro due to stems complicating that). Cons: Seem less durable. Dropped left bud only once, and it's already marked up. Dropped the buds 2 pro in the same spot and multiple others and no marks. Stems make muffs harder to wear. LEDs are a pointless gimmick. Noise canceling is noticeably worse. Changing the tips is virtually impossible without ruining them. For some reason, after like 15min of use in a dry sauna, the left bud beeps and when putting them back in the case it blinks red like it's almost dead, but checking the app they are still basically full. For some reason they smell after only a couple uses. I never had any issues with that on my buds 2 pro after over a year of almost daily use at the gym and in the dry sauna. If you've got buds 2 pro, stick with em. The sound quality improvement just isn't worth it.

Sounds quality is great, battery life on one lasts around 6 and half hours until I get the low battery notification. The new pinching features takes a little bit to get used to but they're okay. The noise canceling is great and sound quality is comparable (but not quite at good) as my over- ear earphones at the same price range. The software (talking detection especially) is great, the battery life is enough, and the ui (user interface) is great, But I have one gripe. The plastic case (altho good looking and unfortunately the market standard) is plastic, I would love to see them step up the hardness of thier cases like they did with their new phone- A big reason I bought it, I am a trades man and durability is important especially at this price range. This would have came in handy when I dropped it at the job site on day 1 and scuffed it up.

I had to use smaller eartips to get a better fit where they won't slip out and feel comfortable. Another adjustment is the pinching, but it is better than accidentally tapping the buds. I think it does sound a little better than the buds2 pro. I did have some issues with it connecting a few times, but it was solved with resetting. Other than that, it isn't too bad. It's ok to upgrade, but I still love my buds 2 pro.

I workout, eat, talk on the phone etc while using them. I love the new adaptive noise-cancelling features. It was a bit of a learning curve to realize how that part worked, but now I love it. It's funny because now I know when I'm talking to myself since they lower the volume in the buds when you speak to someone. The mic feature is definitely better than the previous versions. I never have to worry that someone can't hear me well when talking on the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible I didn't think it'd be possible to hate a product so much that I'd want to return it less than 24 hours of delivery. Fit: The actual bud is large and won't seal comfortably on my ear. I haven't tries but I have a feeling they'd fall eith a good run or bumpy ride. I really wanted these to fit well so I tried the other tips and even using tips of other galaxy buds but no luck. Sound: Sound is good. I think they are just louder so they block out noice much easily. My FE are better in this sense. These seem determined to go into ambient mode at any moment they can which can be very bothersome. I tried changing the settings on Wear but that did not work. Features: The features seem to be the same as previous models except for being able to open spotify directly and switching modes with the antennas. The way the touch pads are designed make it easier to use your phone than the buds themselves. I move them out of place with every touch to the antenna (all moves). Alsoooooo, I was really hoping these would have gps tracking even when closed but nope. So you can see them with the see through cover but they are still invisible unless the case is open or they are outside of the case I got home and tried the tips of my FE on these but they don't fit then put on my FEs omg those are so much more comfy. Save yourself the time and money. I am on chat with customer service to return them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE the Fit Fits in my ear MUCH better than the Pro 2. I had to change the tip, watched the video first, and they fit great. With the Pro 2 I ALWAYS hand to readjust in my ear. The only thing is with the Pro 2 you could set when the ANC comes back on after talking to someone, I have to find out how to this on the 3, if I can.

The controls are so weird that I rather use my phone or watch to do adjustments than squeeze or twist my hand uncomfortably. The sound cancelling is not great as they seem adamant to go into ambient mode even when it is completely turned off. Oh well...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect! I guess I got lucky, I got them early. What can I say, I got a perfect unit. I love them, so many good things about these buds. The sound is amazing, once I did my custom EQ, I am not a heavy bass person, you miss to many things in the background with the bass up. You can identify each and every instrument when turning down the bass. The killer feature on these buds is VOICE COMMANDS without a wake word. I did have a problem with music skipping to the next track in my Playlist with a popping sound, a song would never finish before I would hear the pop then it would skip to the next track. I fixed it by turning off voice commands then turning it back on. Super comfortable to wear for long stretches! They are the best buds I have ever owned and I have had many.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but flawed I had very high hopes for these, and really wanted to like them, but I think they will be relegated to occasional office work. They are comfortable, and I really like the controls on the stems, vice touch controls. A little awkward to put in the case, but after a few times you get used to the angle. The deal breaker for me is the poor anc. For general day-to-day walking around, but anything that produces any kind of louder noise is getting through. Case in point; I wore them while mowing the lawn yesterday and it was almost like the anc was off. I stopped to check several times and sure enough, anc was on and adaptive was off. Just not as good as the buds pro 2, which is unfortunate. Also, while weed eating the yard there was a crackling sound when I hit the grass or anything solid, like the sudden louder sound caused some kind of distortion. All in all, they are solid for every day use. Just don't expect better performance than the buds 2 pro, which I will be going back to until and unless they address these glaring issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best earbuds! This is another amazing Samsung achievement! I'm a musician, but I didn't use the buds pro to listen music, but these are great. It's a clear sound, great bass. I found the perfect fit for my sensitive ears. I usually do phone calls that can las 2 hours, with the previous buds pro my ears were soar after two hours, but with the pro 3, that doesn't happens.I On the previous pro, I had to ve sure that touch was blocked if not, when trying to accommodate them, I would accidentally hang up the call. The shape, where controls are, make that problem gone. One think against them: do not use the highest volume fir a call, the begin distortion and the microphone doesn't capture my voice well and people complain so limit the volume to half when in a phone call. The noise reduction, adaptive environment, etc. work really great, but you need to setup the right size when you setup for first time following the setup assistant. The extra protective case helps me with the carabiner hook to keep it hanging outside my bag really and easy to find, because the previous one would olay games with me hiding themselves in a hide corner at the end of my bag. The best earbuds Samsung has made!

The mic does not pick up your voice and no one on the other end can hear you. Seems to be a well documented issue with Samsung that has been around for generations with little to no fix

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Upgrade I bought these to upgrade from my original Galaxy Buds. The sound is pretty good, certainly better than my previous pair but nothing incredible. I was able to receive a significant discount, so for the price I paid, it was well worth it. I wish I was able to try UHQ audio, but due to having an S23, the update hasn't been released for my device yet. The battery life is slightly worse than my previous Galaxy Buds (with ANC/Ambient mode off), but not by a large margin. The fit is very good, I've ran with them in multiple times now and have rarely had to adjust them. The stem design is taking some getting used to, but in normal conditions it works well. The issue is trying to pause, play, or skip music while running and covered in sweat. It takes a few tries to get it to work, and I haven't gotten the volume sliding function to work in those conditions at all. Now that I'm getting used to it some, it's a slight downgrade from the touchpads on the original Galaxy Buds while exercising, but somewhat of an upgrade in normal conditions. I personally have not experienced the countless QC issues that many people are facing, although I have not attempted to replace the ear tips since they currently fit well. I have also not tested the IP57 rating, in fear of damaging one of the buds due to an unseen QC issue. Otherwise, externally the buds seem fine and sound like they should. Nothing appeared on the diagnostics report either. The features are very impressive, the ANC is far beyond what the original Galaxy Buds were capable of. I found the ambient mode to be far superior as well. The voice and siren detection works well, although I wish it was capable of detecting other people's voices including my own. The interpreter feature works as intended, but I probably will not be using it too much. I found the adaptive mode to be quite good, but I feel like it would be better if the threshold for loud noises was able to be adjusted. Overall, a very solid upgrade. If the QC issues can be ironed out, it is certainly worth picking up if you have anything older than the Buds 2 Pro.

The biggest surprise which I felt plagued the buds line up in the past is the voice quality. Several models before have had longer lives in my experience. The best I have gotten so far out of one charge has been about 5 hours but I've gotten as little as two and a half and three.

The in-ear fit is more loose than the original pros and I've been unable to get a good in-ear fit as measured by the wear app test with any of the included tips. Hoping that 3rd party tips would give a better feel but out of the box I'm disappointed.

The fit is better than my experience with other samsung buds, excepts the Galaxy Buds Fe which have the best fit but are lacking in sound quality in comparison to these Galaxy Buds Pro 3 earbuds. The lights add a nice touch and the case feels very solid. I hope i will continue to enjoy these buds.

I have this paired to Google Pixel 8 Pro which is outside the Samsung system and does quite well with Wearable App. The software prompts you to download Galaxy Buds3 Pro manager software and you are up and going. Still learning some of the features especially ANC to how it functions. So far, I am impressed with the new Buds3 Pro!

However previous generation of buds have great sound quality bit struggled with voice during phone conversation. Buds3 Pro fixed that part as well. Battery life is overstated. I wear them all the time and after 7-8 hours I get notification to charge. Overall very good product

Noise cancelling is in the same tier as Airpods Pro 2, and the fit is very comfortable in my ears. Words cannot do justice for the sound quality of this Bud Generation. The delivery was quick and I got them 5 days prior to the estimated date. I do not regret my purchase in any way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid them due to QC issues I really wanted to like these but unfortunately, I can't recommend them. THE BAD: 1. They don't fit properly, at least in my ears. This is isn't going to be a problem for everyone I imagine, but it was for me. I can't get a good deal no matter what. 2. when putting them in the other right earbud often make a horrible high pitch sound, right in your ear. 3. The one I received was faulty and I haven't been able to get any support from Samsung. The right ear bud won't charge. I wanted to give them another chance, with a different pair, but Samsung just suggested that I restart the ear buds. Yeah no that didn't fix it. At this point I went with different headphones and will just be returning these. THE GOOD: They do sound great. So, I can't recommend these. Quality control seems to be an issue and getting support from Samsung to fix their mistake is a huge waste of time (I went through 4 reps in their chat and still nothing).

I was skeptical to order another pair of in-ear headphones, because I didn't love the fit and performance of the Buds2 Pro and have been using the Buds Live for a few years, but these have surpassed my expectations. The fit and sound are great, I love the controls and the microphone performance on phone calls is way better. Take advantage of the trade-in to get a nice chunk off and order these!

Audio quality is obviously a lot better. ANC is superb, better than Buds2 Pro, I was able to test in a flight with kids and seat near the engine. Quite as a library. Some might argue it's too good lol.

Despite all my best efforts and all the different tip options, they would always fall out of my ears. The act of moving my jaw would pop them free. Sweating the garden would make them slip loose. It was awaful. I was so excited to get a trade in option to upgrade to the new Pro 3. WHAT an improvement. They fit in my ears great, the sound is incredible, and I love the addition of the dynamic noise blocking. It's spot on when I need some noise protection (mowing my lawn) to when I need to hear something (A family member calling my name while mowing my lawn). I love how sleek they look and feel. I couldn't be happier.

The earbud insert is not that comfortable and the fit is not as good as it should. The sound is pretty good but there's more CONs that PROs. The Case its pretty and that's about it. I choose to get the white ones because the seams are not as obvious like the silver ones. It came with a case but, if you need to pair to another device you will need to remove from the case because they didn't think all the way through. The button to pair is no accessible with the case on. Like I mentioned the fit is not the best and the rubber inserts are kind of hard so is not that comfortable and doesn't seal the ear canal the way it should. That's also why the ANC is not as good like the previous version (2pro). I will be afraid of exercise with them and lose them.

I upgraded from my Buds Pro which I got when they came out but now they were reaching their life limit. I'd give 5 stars rating with no issue but my only issue I'm experiencing right now which kinda sucks is that one of the 2 charging ports on the left earbud burnt or something and left a mark in the actual earbud too and now doesn't want to charge them. All I think went wrong is something with the circuiting to the charging port. Everything else besides that slight issue, in which I plan to fix before it's too late, the build quality is good and all.

I wasn't aware of that prior to purchasing. Also, like with most bud type headphones, secure fitting is an issue. Sometimes the buds move around in my ear especially during workouts and perspiring. Someone should invent the earpiece that conforms to the inner ear for a more personalized fit.

They are more comfortable, but they don't seem to seal any better and the ANC is actually worse than the older ones and they pop and crack with loud noises, and don't cancel out noise very well in comparison to other ANC devices. I did change out the tips for more flanged tips that hold better in the ear and seal better, but even with those they don't seem to want to stay in my ears and the ANC doesn't want to drain out sound as well as I would hope One thing that would be a nice additional feature is the ability to turn on/off the lighting on the ear buds through the app so they can be quick adjusted based on your environment. Overall really they are still great.

Wearable app was flash like they was a bug in the software ,voice issues this is not good at all. I told samsung they want me to return them and reorder which is more wasted time. I just got off the phone with your terrible customer service rep and a so called supervisor that wanted me to verify myself when he already had my info. I'm not repeating myself over and over when your looking at my account. So I don't have a return label because of your terrible representatives. Also I have it all recorded.

Let me make you an offer u can't refuse is what pushed me to pull the trigger. I traded my buds 2 in and was given a great rebate the cost was out the door and took the price below $200. Also with the buds 3 pro came a travel case that I will never use... oh well. I always liked my buds 2 but had some issues with the fit in my left ear. I owned my buds 2 for a few years and was hoping th 3s fit might be better. I was not disappointed and the sound is amazingly good and only wish the ANC was better have no complaints. I have not taken them to the gym yet so the jury is still out. The "wear" app that Samsung has is a must for fine tuning and does an admiral job to help you reach the potential of the capabilities these buds offer. I have a set of high end over the ear headphones if I am looking for more sound. Overall I gave the bud 3 pros a 5 rating they have limitations but don't we all.

I'm actually appreciative of the airpod similar design because the airpods always fit so much better and seamlessly than the buds pros. I absolutely hated the buds pros. They didn't fit right and kept falling out, were heavy and awkwardly bulky, and unlike their predecessors, they didn't come with different sized wing tips to help them stay in the ears. Now I don't have to be an isheep and can remain with my galaxy devices without having to get airpods. Good choice samsung.

The stems are much easier to manipulate while placing the buds in your ear. The sound is excellent. Fantastic bass and treble response. The different modes (noise cancelling, ambient and mixed) work quite well. I am getting used to stem squeeze control, but it is still a little awkward. I haven't played around with AI voice controls yet, but I will if I need to. I have worn them for at least 15 workouts and they work great during intense CrossFit type training.

Definitely a different sound compared to the Buds2 Pro, but also very responsive to EQ adjustments. They sound great, like they have a wider soundstage. Battery life is perfectly adequate for me. The ANC is definitely better than the Buds2 Pro but appears to miss some frequencies that the previous versions didn't. The Ambient Noise is also louder and a little more clear, though not without its flaws. Using an air compressor and jingling keys cause interesting feedback from the buds3 pro. Both ANC and Ambient have adjustable levels, which I like. As for comfort, I was afraid of ear fatigue from the stem design, or not being able to lay in bed with them in, but they're pretty comfortable, and even when laying my head on a pillow. Even as a pre-order, I can't complain of any Quality Control issues. The seams on the buds aren't perfect, but they're not bad either. I've also swapped eartips multiple times without any tearing. Your mileage may vary. I'd argue way worse was the disintegrating coating on the Buds2 Pro. Overall, they're worth the cost to upgrade from the previous generation, especially with the trade-in deal and any other applicable deals. Maybe a little less so at MSRP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good. Linux compatiblity is great! These are actually pretty good, but I think they are more for regular users and less for audiophiles. The reason being is that the bass sounds more fuller and enhanced, which sounds great, but it a bit to the point that is too pronounced when compared to studio headphones. Once I adjusted the eq, they sounded great. The noise canceling is good. What I think is great is that they are compatible with Linux and someone on git hub created a flatpak for these, so you can update their firmware and control the noise canceling on Linux. When using the Gnome desktop environment, Bluetooth pairing was very easy and it shows the battery percentage of each bud under "power" and you can install an extension to show their battery percentage at the top right of the screen if you are using a more vanilla version of Gnome. If they go on sale on Black Friday, I may buy a second pair for my other computer.

I definitely love the automatic switching between active noise cancellation to ambient sounds when around people. it switches between different environment I guess based on the sounds around you. Music sounds I am still on the fence. That bass sound the Bud live has is much better sounding than this Bud Pro 3. Time will tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy these!!! I purchased this product with high expectations, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at all right out of the box. My left earbud never worked right from the beginning. It would consistently cut in and out and lose signal. I just dealt with it but then it stopped charging in the case and I consistently get messages saying that the Bud has quit charging please clean case and check for debris and reinsert. I sent the earbuds off to get them inspected and replaced under warranty. Samsung responded saying that the device got wet and wants to charge me $177 to repair them. First of all, these have only been used inside and have never come into contact with water ever. And second the fact that these have never worked right from the very beginning and Samsung is not willing to stand behind their products is very eye-opening and disappointing. I have always been a strong supporter of Samsung products but this changes my mind about the company. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support and quality control. I would not recommend buying from this company, as they don’t seem to care about their customers once they have your money."

I ended up buying some memory foam from Amazon and they are much better. For the price I paid these should have been included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Little niggling problems with replacing tips Basically, these are great but there are problems for the unsuspecting. I admit my mistake in failing to read the instructions to view a YouTube video. Unlike every earbud set I've ever owned the tips are not just floppy silicone but instead have a hard center that mirrors the bud and attaches to it. I'm not explaining it well, sorry, but just be sure not to make my mistake and pull the covers off. I had to order a replacement set and Samsung routes you to its Samsung parts department, which at least so far does not offer the white tips, Navigating the Samsung website was not easy. I ended up ordering non-OEM tips from Walmart and am hoping for the best. Unrelated but important to keeping your buds in your ears, is that they will easily get knocked out of your ears when you take off a tee shirt over them...they will end up on the floor, It's happened twice. My advice is not to risk it. Remove your earbuds before pulling off your shirt.

They are much easier to get into your ear esp. if you have any kind of arthritis or issues with your hands and the mic's sound better to other people. My only issue is that they are difficult to get back into the case and even though they feel very comfortable the app tells me that I have a bad fit. In fact it has never said that I had a good fit but from my perspective they are comfortable, cancel noise well and sound great. For reference I owned buds 2 and buds 2 pro and these are a big improvement.

It's strongest feature is definitely the noise cancelation, which makes up for it's weakness in audio customization. You do get to customize it a bit, but it's a far less intuitive than my last ones, although it might be the app and not the earphones themselves. The built in safety decreases the overall volume when listening from Spotify, quality is still great, but there's around a 10-20% difference from YouTube music or other media playing apps. Once again I'm not extremely tech savvy so there might be easy fixes I've overlooked, but for now they're pleasant and a safe choice for any use earphones.

They fell out that were annoying to use as they fell out. These NEVER fall out The noise canceling is so effective I find myself using them as ear protection as a heavy equipment operator! I've owned them a month and I use them everyday and worry about them being charged everyday. I have one major complaint I've owned them one month and I have no idea how to use them. I'm relying on some YouTuber video to make them function. I'm sure there's a better way but Samsung has not provided one. When they're in my ears and I am listening to music they are spectacular. I'm talking on the phone and loud equipment they are spectacular. I still don't know how to drive them. I give him a 5 if it interface with instinctual

The noise cancellation is excellent—it blocks out background sound better than I expected. Voice commands work flawlessly, making them super convenient for quick controls, and the battery life has been solid so far. They’re also very comfortable to wear, even for long periods. The stems did take a little getting used to since they’re not the typical round design, but after a short adjustment period, they feel natural. I’ve also had no issues putting them back in the case, even though I’ve seen some people say it can be tricky. Overall, I think these are a fantastic set of earbuds and well worth it.

My Galaxy buds 2 Pro are way better than this ones. Buds 2 Pro stay inside your ears and don't come off. Buds 3 like the air pods by walking already start to come off. That why I always like Samsung product because they stays inside your ear drums. But this Buds 3 pro is the worst product I have bought from Samsung so far. I new buds 3 pro i have been using them seen I got them like a mount ago and still go back to my buds 2 pro after a few minutes I have them on my ear because they start coming out of my ear drum every time I used them. Plus the bud2 pro did came with different ear pieces to replace in case one don't fit right you have the chance to adjust it to you preference. But this new buds 3 doesn't give you that chance, I don't know if Samsung sell the ear pieces replacement separately. Sound quality maybe a bit clear from the previous but not by much, volume wise I prefer the buds2 pro because doesn't come out of your ears and maybe you fill like the volume is better on the buds 2 pro. I don't like the experiences I been having with this new product from Samsung. Is the first time I'm disappointed with their product. If I could I will return it.

I upgraded to the Earbuds 3 and the reason why I have mixed emotions, the sound is great, but the fit li still not good. I wear the. In a chair because they will fall out if I am active. I have tried multiple combinations of ear tips and none are secure - the bud will fall out. I dare not wear outside. the app only works when the case is open-how do I find the buds in the case if that falls out? I made a gamble upgrading and will continue to use. Also, very little information on how to use the other features available. I am still learning, but the Galaxy earbuds 2 were a great disappointment because of bad ear fit. The Galaxy 3 earbuds are no better.

Software is buggy, and loses connection randomly, or if on a call for more than a couple of minutes, the microphone starts to fail and the person I'm calling tells me I sound like a robot. The right bud rarely charges over 35% and I've only had them a few months. Don't purchase. Galaxy buds2 pro were much better product even if they fell out on the plane a few times when I would lean over.

I didn’t give them 5 stars because I often have to shift the buds to get them back comfortable in my ear and to hear the sound most clearly. Even with changing the size, it’s still an issue. I don’t have that issue with a competitor’s buds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the price, I expected more I've been using these for a few weeks now. I want to give it a higher score but I can't when considering the full price tag. For reference, I have a samsung phone and TV but my laptop is another manufacturer. Broad overview is that my biggest knocks pertain to ease of use, and comfort. Below is a more deailed description: 1. Sound quality is good. I have no complaints here, especially when I put in a pair of earbuds from another manufacturer that I have had for a few years. 2. I find the battery life to be good and as advertised. 3. It doesn't support multiple devices simultaneously, so you are constantly connecting and disconnecting between devices. For example, to come from using the phone, then to a virtual meeting on your laptop to need to go to bluetooth settings and manually connect. When you are done with your laptop and want to go back to your phone you then have to manually reconnect. Same thing when bouncing around between different laptops, you have contantly tell the buds to connect. So moving between devices is cumbersome and annoying. 4. The fit is not the best. I find myself adjusting the buds when they are in my ear quite often. I have played with the various sizes of tips they provide, and I have done the "fit test" that you can do via the Samsung Wear app, but the buds still feel like they are every so slowly slipping out of my ear. I don't seem to have the same problem with other ear buds from some other manufacturers. 5. The touch features on the buds take a little getting used to. The volume up/down takes a few tries to get right but once you get a feel for it, it's not a big deal. The issue is that if you aren't precise it begins to wiggle the earbud ever so slightly which goes back to the fit issue. I do utilize the adaptive sound feature which limits my need to adjust the volume at times but there are still instances where I am adjusting the volume.

I love the choices of ambient sound, adaptive, and noise canceling and boy does that noise canceling work. Of course with the selection you make determines length of battery life. I understand that and no complaints on battery life if the buds themselves. However, the battery life of the case is another story. It seems to me im charging the case every other day.

The problem is that when buying directly from Samsung, they only have a 15 day return policy and charge a restocking fee! Great product, but you should definitely buy from a 3rd party (Amazon) that has a 30 day, free returns policy. I'll never buy directly from Samsung again.

I only got these like 2/3 weeks ago and this past week one fell out of my ear while walking and it fell down into a grate. I've never had a problem with buds falling out. I feel like this is a faulty product. It also smelled bad, like chemicals. Such a waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dollar Tree fitment The fitment of these buds are the same as Dollar Tree ear buds. They hurt and they don't stay in. The sound is okay, not that much better than my FE buds. Ambient sound not that great, I have to constantly take them off to hear clearly. Noise canceling not that great either, I can still hear plenty of outside noise still with it on. All in all, absolutely not worth the price. I'll stick to my cheap FE buds. I was much happier with them.

There is a chance im doing something wrong, though. That said, I didn't have this problem with my Bose which i traded for these. Otherwise, good noise cancelling, good charge duration, and sound.

I mistakenly ordered the Galaxy Bud3's and wasn't aware of my mistake until I received my order. I vacillated about returning the 3's for the Bud Pro3's. My initial reaction to my decision, I am glad I made the switch. The Galaxy Bud Pro3's fit much better than the 3's and the sound quality is excellent. At this point I am elated with my choice. I will also add that I am a bit of a earbud addict so I have tried a lot of pairs of earbuds. I like earbuds and headphones and love to try out the latest and the greatest. I have a set of Bose earbuds and at this point I am almost willing to say that the Bud Pro3's are better overall. Stay tuned. I may update my review when i have a chance to really put these Bud Pro3's to the test.

Now the case won't charge or enter pairing mode after it was unpaired during troubleshooting. Samsung support also uselessly sent me to a repair shop who said they shouldn't have and have to have me send the buds in to samsung instead.

I've never had this issue with other earphones. Also, the it comes out from ear pretty easily, which I've never had this issue either with other earphones.

The sound is great however, they don't stay in my ears, I can't figure out how to change the rubber piece for a smaller one, and they don't hold charge very long. I had the Buds2 Pro previously and they lasted forever. I put these in while I'm at work and they don't even stay charged my entire shift. They don't feel right in my ear and always feel like they are falling out. I do like the new controls compared to the Buds2 Pro. The sliding on the stem of the buds is nice as opposed to the taps on the Buds2. Overall, I liked the wearability of the Buds2 Pro better however, the sound is better on the Buds3 Pro.

The only option in order to charge your buds while in the protective care is to use the wired USB A charger.

With the new AI features, the best thing is the audio quality and the many options in the Galaxy ecosystem with the phone... It makes things much better. It's been a mixed experience with these, since it's a great product and it does everything well. My only big problem is that after a few months (2-5), they started having issues with the earbuds. One of them just didn't charge. The worst thing was that I only realized this when I started using them, and one of them showed only under 20% while the other was fully charged. That's really annoying, because when I needed them, I couldn't use them because I had to put them to charge. I would like to see a new 4 series soon, and I would like to have a way to see the case battery of the earbuds without them being inside the case and without the case being open. With this and the mentioned problem fixed and working properly, it will be an even better experience. But in terms of audio quality, they're simply great.

Hard to connect to app and phone 3. Not intuitive controls on phone or ear buds 4. Constantly dropping connection or stopping music Just not "there" with integration and ease of use. I specifically got these to pair with my Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 thinking that coming from the same company it would be seemless and intuitive, but no such luck. I would also ad that the "submission" disclosure Samsung adds to get the review published is a bit strong almost to the point of "intimination" such that why would you agree to accepting it to publish what you write. They make you feel like its really come down on you is you speak your mind. But its typical of big companies using CYA to intimindate.....

Purchased from Samsung website provided me confidence with the item, customer service and warranty, need to add surprised the price at Samsung website was either cheaper or the same at Walmart or Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything has bugs but when it works it works Honestly they're awesome the noise cancellation is great however in the Ambient sound I've noticed at least around any kind of air compressor it's Statics out instead of producing proper sound no this does change when I look straight at it and I'm right in front of it but if I'm off to the left or off to the right its bad but other then that grate product so far

They are difficult to find when you search for them if they die on you and you leave them behind that's it they are lost no way to find it and cannot do updates without both of them being together. Since Im only using one side because I lost both right side of my earbuds now my left side have a uncomfortable pain and I have to missed used them on the right side when I really need to use headphones.

Sound is superb particularly with throaty base without overdriving and making the base sound muddy. Solid mids and complimentary highs. Fit and function are Outstanding as well, but a subtle critic for me is I prefer the tap function over the squeezing of the earbuds when advancing to the next song, etc. My profound favorite function as somewhat a gym rat is the verbal command capabilities. The ability to tell the earbuds to advance to the next song, increase or decrease volume, etc while hands free is a gift of technology and one I hope Samsung never eliminates. Additionally, I like the LED light feature on the earbuds. Again, a feature I routinely use in the gym as it subtly communicates that my earbuds are in and I'm actively listening to music, podcasts, etc. Arguably, the best pair of earbuds Samsung has made to date and sets the bar high for the competition as well as Samsung to continue improving on the Buds Pro. I can only hope that they don't remove features from future earbuds as that would be a obtuse step backwards from these gems.
