A great fit. You can also test them to see if you need to adjust the fit for better sound quality. I never want to take them off!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from survived a washing machine and dryer I've had these buds for about a year and a half now and they have been my favorite earbuds ever since I got them! they have great sound quality and amazing durability. Today I accidentally left them in my pocket and they fully went through a 40 minute cycle in the wash and 40 minutes in the dryer. They still work and I wouldn't even be able to tell anything happened to them if I didn't take them out. they were in the charging case and everything and there is no problems with the case either. I have to give them a 5 star for durability alone but everything else about them is great too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still working after washer and dryer I got these like 2-3 years ago and had no problem with them, they just went through the washer and dryer I thought I lost them, after in the dryer they fell out of the case connected to my phone and rang them, and found them in the dryer perfectly working after all that I thought I should make a review 10/10 would recommend and great for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way to many issues for the price I absolutely loved this product for about the first 6 months. After that they just started falling apart. At first they started making a chirping/whistling noise that would absolutely kill my ears. Then the left earbud became super quiet for no reason. I looked online and found that other people were having this problem. Then about 3 months after the left went really quiet the right one did as well. Also the whistling noise never stopped. I have reached out multiple time and have never gotten any help with these problems. Also the noise canceling does not work very well. You can still hear everything around you. For the price, i would say do not buy this product. I am extremely appointed. I have been using Samsung products for over 10 years now and these are the only things that I have had problems with. I found that I like a $30 pair of earbuds way more than these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound! i love the new earbuds. the sound is great, and i love the fit more than the buds pro. however, my only complaint is that the surface finish is so slick that it's difficult to move them in your ear. these fit like the original galaxy buds but without the silicone ring around the buds. i like the silicone/rubber around the buds because it gave you some grip while putting the buds in or taking them out. also, when i needed to adjust them in my ears it was easy. i can barely grab onto the new ones. i wish they had the silicone around the edge like the original buds. other than that, i love these!!

I will continue to love these they are very light weight, easy to handle and very clear and loud in sound. I would recommend these if u want a lightweight and crisp clear sound and a good price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound quality I've had the Buds 2 for over a month now and I'm a fan. The sound quality is great. My only gripe is that the bass could be a little louder. Even when adjusting my EQ to bass booster, I find myself wanting just a little more bass sometimes. These have become my every day headphones and I've not been disappointed. The battery life on them is pretty decent as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pops out terrible fit samsung has addresed none of the fitment issue that were present with the pros. they fit fine as long as you plan on staying completely still all day. if you move or open your mouth they get pushed out your ears, this coupled with the fact samsung decided a glossy finish on everything make this even more pronounced. the buds are slick the case is slick they will get dropped often. why samsung? where are the wings to keep these in your ears? you had it right with the buds plus. the sound and pass through are actually great but it doesn't matter if they wont stay in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DON'T wear as recommended for best results tldr: wear them upside down in the opposite ear for the best/securest fit. so very grateful samsung offers a trade-in program, but i much prefer the shape of the old buds. these don't sit in/conform as well to the shape of your ear, causing them to slip with just mild movement. even after trying all the different cap sizes & mixing/matching sizes, i had to adjust the buds in my ears every few minutes. i found out by accident that if you put them in upside down in the 'wrong' ear you get a secure fit you don't have to adjust or mess with. my rating would've been much lower if i hadn't made the mistake putting a bud in the wrong ear & figuring out the better fit, & higher if the original fit were as good as the mix-up

I used them for everything everyday. I would rather use my galaxy bud to listen to music then the radio and having the ability to be hands free is always a plus!!! Will always be a customer.

But one thing I do wish for is the ability to locate the case :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound and features, needs redesigned I bought these when they were first announced allong with my galaxy watch 4 classic and have loved them since, the sound is amazing and I'm still getting new features with updates (just got 360 audio) however the design is not my favorite, I miss the wing tips from the Galaxy buds and buds plus, they were very helpful and gave an amazing seal. For people who didn't like them you could still use the adaptor to have none. Honestly if it weren't for ANC and a few more features I would go back to my buds plus because of the design

They have improved on sound, design, battery life and charging speed all of these are great the sound is crisp and I'd definitely recommend

They still work perfectly fine even after all of that, and the sound is so good. The sound on this product is very high quality and good for the price, the bass is not just a sound, there is actual bass inside of the earbuds. Not only is the sound good, but the earbuds actually stay in your ear very well, you could shake your head over and over, and they won't fall out. 10/10

All I had was my phone and my buds too and resorted to taking my conference calls for work at add Saint Louis bread company. Shortly after I joined the conference call I apologized to everybody on the call that I was in the middle of a noisy Saint Louis bread company restaurant and I may not be coming in very well and there may be a lot of background noise. Everyone on the call said they could not hear any background noise and they thought it was better than when I normally use my computer audio from home. That really made me impressed with these earbuds I had the next 3 conference calls that afternoon at Saint Louis breadco and then the Internet came back on. These are my go to earbuds because I can use them for work too.

The sound quality is excellent and I've enjoyed listening on my phone, computer, and anything I can sync them to. Calls are clear and the batteries last plenty of time throughout the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unusably Poor Fit i switched from iphone to galaxy just because i liked my galaxy buds plus so much. i upgraded to the buds2 at the same time. the sound quality is great but they are unusable because of how poor the fit is. no wingtips to hold them in your ears, only the force of the rubber. they will fall out during exercise, talking, eating, moving your head side to side, even sitting perfectly still. considering i switched to samsung because of how much i liked the galaxy buds plus i am incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very good this is my first noise cancelling ear bud. my wife uses apple airpods and she tried mine and she said it's as good as airpods. the noise cancelling function works well and the control app is very functional. one improvement i like to suggest. the design of bud is a little difficult to put in ears correctly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great iem, but limited these are a good product, but definitely feel a bit cheap and compromised to by price, which is strange since theyre still pretty expensive. on their own, i think you'll be satisfied, but i have the galaxy buds pro's to compare these to, and they sound a lot worse. if you can afford those, and really want samsung headphones, get those. if you dont have a phone that can take advantage of the samsung scalable codec, look elsewhere.

I comfortably wear them all day at work, and even get a workout in with plenty of battery. And THE SOUND!! Well worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please redesign please redesign them to fit like the buds plus. the design is awful. they are so slick that the fall out of your ear all the time. i tired twisting them in place like they suggest. i tried all the different tips and even ordered 3 different tips from other companies to try and fix the fitments problem but nothing helped. they sound great and like the features but fall out with almost any movement. i was hoping all the other reviewers were wrong about the fitment because i loved how my buds plus fit but i was wrong the buds 2 are terrible and i hope they redesign them quickly. i swapped them with my wife's buds plus since she doesn't use buds that often. hopefully she will like them more then i did.
