Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money This is my second pair of Galaxy Buds2. The first pair starting having issues after 6 months, which was fine because it was still under warranty. The replacement pair had the same problem but this time it was just past the warranty. So my options I was given was to either pay $80 bucks to have it fixed or to trade in my faulty earbuds for a and pay $115 for a new pair. Im thinking spend more money on a product that doesnt last long? No thanks. I wont be purchasing another samsung product, their products dont last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warranty deception/power issues But this, few months later it's have power issues and later won't charge at all. Send it back to Samsung on my order product had 1 year manufacturer warranty. Samsung repairs the but and send me a bill of $108 same price they are currently charging for a new device. This is so deceptive on the part of such a big brand. Total waste of money and will not recommend this product. Not worth the price then the warranty deception too?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most underrated earbuds I've owned. I have owned the buds2 since the release and I still use them daily. I've upgraded to the Buds2 Pro but I still use the bud2 daily. Both are great earbuds and at half the price, the Buds2 really give a similar experience. I definitely recommend these earbuds.

Used the rubbers that came on it and they fit great. I would not recommend them if you plan are using them for sports related activities. I knew that going in and use my Jabra Sport ones instead. I own three kinds. The big grey M ones are three!

I don't know how many times That spot has been flooded, and they still work like a charm they charge. And there's still work, and I've been stuck outside for 5 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Earbud is quieter than the other. I bought these almost a year ago I assume? But definitely a few months ago. I absolutely adore these earbuds and have used them everyday since I got them. Now while I do like them, I am having problems with them. This situation happened to me twice. One of the earbuds would become quieter than the other. The first time it was just debri and after I cleaned them they went back to normal. Now though, one is noy going back and just keeps getting worse, and even though I have switched all the sound to go to my left earbud (the broken one) it's still quieter and I don't like this at all. This is a very annoying situation and I see others complaining about this and while you do offer solutions such as cleaning them or checking their settings, they do not work and it's very disappointing as these are not a cheap pair of regular airbus. I really hope you may resolve this problem.

Always has been I've had these since the release of the Fold 4 (that's a review in and of itself...) and I have to say I would have taken a hard pass on these bundled or not. There's some pros and a whole lot of cons. Pros: They sound great. I won't lie that these buds blow my original buds out of the water. Mic quality is better too. They just sound good. Not too much one way or the other. For casual listening, they're solid! The charge is vastly superior to their predecessors. My original buds would maybe last a charge on the case before the case was dead and the buds perhaps 2 hours later. These last a few days with pretty regular use of the charging case and the buds themselves. Glad Samsung got that sorted. Cons: These have to have the worst fit of any headphone I've ever had. If I smiled these things would fly right out and hit the floor. None of the different sizes worked. Too big, too small, WAY too big would be the sizes as I would describe. After a lot of research, I found that people were replacing the tips with aftermarket ones. I decided that spending MORE money on these headphones was the way to go instead of dropping money on all new ones. If I regret it, it's cause I regret the headphones. The purchase of the new tips actually fixed most problems with the fit and worked out well. Finally, the reason for the title, I don't know if I've yet to intentionally do anything with these buds. I've hung up on calls, skipped songs, paused music, and changed the sound mode all because the whole bud seems to be a touchpad. Adjust them a bit cause they don't fit right? Hangs up on call. Want to pause music to talk to someone? Skips song or changes ambient mode cause you brushed one part and intentionally touched the other so that counts as two. I've never had a device that was simultaneously so immensely sensitive and outrageously unresponsive. At least the first buds made it clear where the touch sensitive part was. These it's just the bean I guess. After this long, any time I think i pin it down it moves away. While they sound great, it's not worth the massive use headache you will get from this product. Other buds similarly priced will sound the same or even better and have far less aggravation. I don't mean to exaggerate when I say I've almost taken a hammer or a boot to these more than once purely out of hanging up on important calls for the 50th time. Buy something better at a similar price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent earbuds for the price! I’ve been using my Galaxy Buds 2’s for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with these earbuds. The sound quality is excellent, with crisp highs and deep bass, and they fit comfortably in my ears without causing any discomfort, even during long listening sessions. Bonus points for not sticking out nearly as much as the other earbuds! One of the standout features of these earbuds is the active noise cancellation, which works really well at blocking out external noise. I've also used the pass through mode quite a bit at work which Is excellent! I can easily have a conversation with co-workers without taking the buds out, then play music once the conversation is over. With the buds being from Samsung, they also make it really easy to switch between devices all the time. I switch from my Fold 4, to my work PC, to my work laptop, and to my own desktop at home all the time, and without fail. Just smooth flawless transitions between devices! Battery life has been impressive as well, and I'm able to get several hours of use out of a single charge. The charging case is compact and easy to carry around, and it provides an additional two or three charges before needing to be recharged. Overall, I would highly recommend the Galaxy Buds 2 to anyone looking for high-quality earbuds with excellent sound quality, noise cancellation, and comfortable fit. They are a great value for the price and have quickly become my go-to earbuds for daily use. In fact, I’ve already convinced a few of my co-workers and sister to get them and they love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Headphones I've owned since the 90s I will admit that the audio quality is good, and I've got no issues with battery life, but the overall design makes them nearly impossible to use. The problem is these things are in ear buds that aren't designed to sit inside your ear, they won't hang there via gravity like competing products. The main component to these sits above the ear hole so any movement causes them to wiggle loose and fall, which when dropped they would be impossible to find most places. Even moving my jaw to talk or eat causes them to come loose, and due to design they can't be pushed back into place without interrupting music. When I use these I find myself needing to adjust them every few minutes so they don't fall out which results in a mix of the music pausing and changes to the noise cancelation settings. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this product due to it's poor design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a good design upgraded to these when ordering my new phone. i have had the galaxy buds + for over 2 years and that platform was great. these buds2 do not want to stay in my ears no matter what. just opening my mouth to talk or yawn and the whole bud shifts. as you can read from other reviews this seems to be a common problem. i also have noticed that the touch/tap feature to answer phone calls almost never works. the buds2 also seem to disconnect and reconnect after answering a call which leads to having to repeat hello several times. call quality seems to be pretty bad with these as well as i have been told i can't be heard. the case design was not very thought out either. all 3 sides are the same feel and look, so if you are not looking directly at the case you can't tell which side to open.

I did a test with this pair and another BlueTooth set and was told these sound a little tinny. They could be a little louder, but that might be the fit. Although, they do fit pretty well. I was worried they wouldn't stay in as this type is not my favorite. I usually prefer a piece holding them in over my ear. The listening sound quality is pretty good. I got them because there was a huge discount when I bought my phone. They come in a small box so they travel well.

The other day I accidentally left them in a parking lot, out of the case, while it rained and snowed, they got ran over a couple of times too probably, and they sound the same. They charged right up and I'm still bumping music. I will never wear another pair tbh.

I say this mainly because of the seamless switch between my laptop (MSI), phone, and tablet. I literally have 3 older pair of Bluetooth headphones on my desk and the work just to switch is ridiculous. I will most likely upgrade these to the PRO. The reason they do not get 5 stars is because I am not so impressed with the noise cancelling feature.

My charging case and one earbud were washed on the warm cycle of my front load washing machine. I thought for sure they were history. I dried them off, and the light on the case was working. I eventually charged both ear buds, and surprisingly, they both still work. I am amazed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not last. Slips out. Unsatisfied. I've had these for only 1 year and I will be sending them in for their second repair for the same issue. One of my buds started becoming much quieter than the other. It also emits this loud static sound when I try to use it. I've taken great care of them, cleaning often and rarely dropping them. The features and noise canceling work as advertised, but that's if they stay in your ears. I have small ears and am using the smallest size, but I often have to adjust or they'll start to slip. I thought with a big brand like Samsung, I figured these would be decent quality and could last me a while. I am not satsifed and wish I could get a refund, best I can do is get it repaired :/

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but not for the price. This is my first pair of ear buds with a higher than $100 price tag. And for that price I expected... More. The good: sound quality is good. Crystal clear music. Pretty loud. Customizable controls is great actually. I love that. Ambient sound, I actually like a lot. The not so good: Bass is a little lacking, there's some there, but I wish there was a little more punch to it. At max volume they start to sound a little tin-y. It's easy to drown out ambient sound at higher volumes (starting at around 50% volume). The cups, however comfortable they are, don't feel as if they form a good enough seal to work properly. I have a $40 pair with silicone cups, that when you put them in, you can feel them seal and block out a lot of sound, even before anc is turned on. The bad: active noise canceling on these buds might as well not even be on. They block the absolute minimum amount of sound. I've had full conversations with coworkers, with both buds in and anc turned on. (yes I tested to see if my fit was good in the wearables app and it said I hat a good fit.) Overall, these are just, ok. Nothing about them blew me away, and if I had paid full price for them, I would have gotten a refund. But for $100 or below, they're ok. But considering that I have a $40 pair that provide about the same Performance (with more bass and better battery life. without ambient sound or custom controls.) it's honestly hard to argue in favor of these ear buds.

I even sent it back to Samsung, which they repairs, but it didn't fix it and now that same ear bud sounds worst than the other and still doesn't hold a chagre. As a long time 15plus years being a Samsung guy this is so dissapointing.

As luck would have it, a month out of warranty in 2023, the left Bud went to half sound and has stayed there. Resetting hasn't been helpful either. So I have been using the right Bud since. No more Samsung Buds for us, unless they are free !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad product, but worse service in my experience. My experience with Samsung's Galaxy Buds 2 was decidedly negative for a couple of small reasons and one big reason. To begin with the positives, the noise cancellation worked decently well. I don't have much of a baseline because I had never owned a noise cancelling product before, but they did what they advertised - made noisy spaces quieter such that I could get work done in an office where people were talking and the bus wasn't so loud as to give me a headache. Sound quality was okay. The battery life wasn't great (again, very little for me to compare to) but the fact that they could recharge in the case was neat and made limitations on the buds' battery life manageable. Because having them in for many hours is uncomfortable anyway, they always got a break to recharge in the case and they always seated well in their little charging spots. That does bring up a point about comfort - namely, they weren't uncomfortable at first but became so after about an hour. Not surprising, especially given how they aspire to be low profile and, thus, are primarily hard shell that sits entirely inside one's ear, but it still must be said. Also they didn't stay in my ears particularly well with any of the cups they included. This became very irritating because pushing them back into my ears as they fell out would pause my music or skip tracks because as it triggered touch commands. The way to avoid this for me was to turn off touch commands with the app, but then I could only control the ear buds (pause, play, change noise cancellation setting) through my phone - which I couldn't do if I had the buds connected to another device (like my laptop, which was typical). More to the point - after a few (3-4) weeks of owning my Galaxy Buds, they broke. The sound in the left ear became very scratchy and got worse over time, sometimes cutting out almost entirely. I sought help on Samsung's site, since my product was very new and this is where the problems really began. Samsung's customer service is abysmal - probably the worst I've ever dealt with, and that puts them in competition with Cox Communications. There is no e-mail address for me to contact. The phone number on their website isn't helpful. The online chat forces you to go through an extremely unintelligent bot, which is frustrating. The interface when using the chat is occasionally opaque. The people I've been connected to are unhelpful and frequently difficult to communicate with, with less English competency on average than I would expect for such a customer-facing position. Eventually I was able to return the ear buds to be repaired. This took a week or two and they came back fixed. The fix lasted for about one week and the left ear bud stopped working again. I was disappointed with the quality of the product I had bought and decided I would just return it. This is not possible through Samsung - you can only return things (within the warranty) to have them repaired! I tried to reason with the poor customer service tech who was obviously not authorized to do anything for me except initiate the repair process. Eventually I caved and accepted another repair. They did not initiate the process but *did* close the chat, forcing me to spend another 45 minutes going through the process again with someone else. And so I sent them off again. After getting an e-mail informing me that my product would not be returned to me, then receiving another e-mail informing me that it would, I eventually got a NEW set of ear buds in the mail after about three weeks. These, too, failed in the same manner as the first after a month. I never did anything with the buds except put them in and take them out, I have no idea why they're so poorly made. I then spent the next several months, on and off, trying to return them. Every time I interacted with their customer service I had to walk away for a couple weeks so I didn't say something really mean to the poor useless idiot that was 'assisting' me this time. I had one guy tell me to "hold on" while he got some information, then kick me for inactivity. I had somebody tell me that they were going to transfer me to someone who could help and then close the chat - nothing ever popped up. I did manage to get one guy to set up a phone call with someone higher up on a Tuesday at 6PM. I waited for them to call but they never did - until noon the next day, when I picked up to a robocall telling me that I had reached Samsung customer service and that nobody was available to take my call. It then hung up. Which was rude. The most recent interaction I had was with a guy who was adamant that *he* couldn't do anything for me (including giving me the phone number or e-mail address of someone more useful), but that a local licensed Samsung service center could. Samsung's website has a map of authorized service centers near you! I went there while he stayed on the line and they told me that, in fact, they don't service ear buds and that the customer service tech was lying to me. I came back and duly informed Khaja K. of that development and he told me "Let me transfer to order team to get it replacement", followed by the familiar message telling me "We are transferring your case to the appropriate team, a new chat window will open up in few seconds to message that team." Invariably, the chat closes and nothing else ever pops up. It does not even allow you to type anymore at that point. The moral of this story is that the Galaxy Buds 2 are probably overpriced, but if you get a pair that isn't as flawed as mine were, they might be an okay product. However, if anything ever goes wrong, you've done your money. Godspeed. If I could give this product zero stars I would, because they haven't worked for more than a month at a time in the eight months or so I've owned them. I've returned them twice and, after probably five or six *more* interactions with customer service, neither I nor my ear buds have been served. It's actually miserable interacting with them. This concludes my review of both the product and the company that manufactures it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Design & Fit galaxy buds2 is a pair of wireless headphones i cannot recommend to anyone. i've honestly wanted to love these earbuds ever since i got them in 2022, so i've been holding back on writing this review, but it's just so annoying and consistent how these earbuds manage to fall out of my ears every 2 minutes. the only way they'll stay put is when doing no movement at all. they fall out with workouts, washing dishes, brushing my teeth, and any tasks that involve the slight movement of my head. these earbuds disappointed me heavily. along with this, frequent bugs such as inaccurate "seamless bud connection" between my phone and my tablet which is a half-baked feature that doesn't know when to switch your earbuds from device to device, and frequent audio glitches. avoid these.

When trying to put them in and answer a call, they'll connect and disconnect and connect again before working. Sometimes the touch is super sensitive and sometimes you have to nearly smack it. Sound quality is nothing compared to my old set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible connectivity with OnePlus phone Terrible connectivity with my OnePlus 8 phone. Either side ear bud will loose connection while holding the phone and using it. It happened while writing this. The earbuds repeatedly lose connection while walking with the phone in a pocket. When both earbuds are connected, the sound is fairly good for a Bluetooth connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sounding Galaxy Buds ever! I have owned every Galaxy Bud except for Buds Live and the Buds2 Pro are the best fitting and the best sounding of all of them. These Buds are the easiest to fit in my ears. Once they're in I don't have to readjust them ever. They sound great. I use the Amazon Music as I can listen using 24 bit audio with this app. The bass response is better n the Buds Pro which I had to trade in for the Buds2 as I couldn't get them to feel comfortable. The Buds2 were very comfortable, but the audio quality is bit neat as good as the Buds2 Pro. Get your Buds2 Pro now!

My left earbud also makes this high pitch noise. Everything is louder then my earbuds. I have to concentrate to hear my music.

My only issue with them is the metallic connections for the wireless charging on the earbuds will corrode overtime, this is a special important if you are a runner and will be sweating. Please keep that in mind.

Bought them a little over six months ago and recently the right earbud's sound gave out, now it only plays at half the volume and isn't even with the other, I've done my best to ensure they wouldn't get wet or break yet I can't seem to get help with replacing or repairing the product. Going through the request repair options gives me an error and says to contact through a number but the number keeps switching support handlers and telling me to use the site before I get real help.

Bend down to tie you shoe, they will fall out. If you attempt to run, they will fall out. Walk to fast,they will fall out. For the price, these are crazy headphones. I will never buy another pair of any type of Samsung headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Infected my ears I purchased this product cuz I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5g phone which I am very happy with but their ear buds are infecting peoples ears, with their knowledge that it is, my ear were infected twice and they refused to give me a refund, instead drilled thru 40 minutes of questioning, I had to go to my doctor, now they want me to ship them the products (the evidence). I would be very cautious about purchasing these earbuds. andvother then infecting my ears they worked great

These becoming my daily driver make my everyday life so much better with the better quality sound and not to mention its jumping back and forth between my tablet and phone. Some of them were fine at first but after wearing a bit they hurt. Not these ones, they can be in for hours and it feels like I don't have any in. They are so comfortable and easy to use. I'm extremely glad I got these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Won't stay in ears not impressed with the newest incarnation of galaxy buds2. very poor fitting for me, no matter which ear tips that i use. i also don't perceive that the sound is appreciably better than the buds pro. i use ambient sound often and it is no better, in my opinion. there was no real improvement over the buds pro for me and i have unfortunately switched back to the buds pro so that i can keep them in my ears. what a bummer after all of the hype.

The Buds2 are great as well but I preferred the sleejer flat black charging module of the Buds2 as opposed to the updated flatter, shiny white (very Apple in appearance) charging module which comes with the Buds2.

Well I sat down and listen to all 3 and for peformance, connectivity and sound and found that although the buds 2 charge fast they have close to same battery life as + and sound but the plus.will fit better in ear and is more reaponsive on touch controls. Recommend to wait does not obsolete the previous model by any means.

I've gone through 4 different earphones and not one stuck. Until now, I bought these and in love with the anc and the ambient modes. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mehhhhhhhhhhh, not worth the money i bought these because most of the bluetooth devices i paired didn't like my galaxy z fold3. so i figured samsung makes the buds2 and i have a samsung phone, so it makes sense right? nope, the buds2 have some major playback issues. while samsung made pairing the buds2 stupid proof, it fails miserably when you try and use some of the purported features. when you're listening to music you can advance the song by "quick tapping" the earpiece twice. well i can tell you with certainly the only thing that will happen when tapping the earpiece twice is that you'll hear a "thump" "thump" sound in your ear twice. that's a fact. no matter how many times i tapped (either side l-r) it never advanced the music.

The battery life is fantastic, easily getting 3 to 4 hours of use on a single charge. The Bluetooth range is also far better than any other set of earbuds I own. The noise-canceling and ambient sound modes are both great features. My main problem is the included ear tips, which don't hold shape well and lead to the buds falling out too easily. This could probably be fixed with aftermarket ones, however. Overall great value.

Then the Buds 2 came out I got a pair and I the fit suits me better. The exchangeable tip cushions actually even helped improve the sound quality! Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Design, Same issues i've had both the galaxy buds and the galaxy buds 2 and they both have the same issue: they will work great for a few months, and then the volume drops to nearly inaudible. i've worked with customer support to have them both repaired (under warranty) but the problem persists a few months later. and personally i preferred the fit of the 1st gen as they felt more balanced and secure in-ear. the best way i've found to wear these ones is if you wear them upside down in the opposite ear, allowing for a more secure & stable fit; otherwise they have a tendency to fall out (yes, i've used all variations of the softcaps trying to make it work)

THEY FALL OUT. let me begin: yes, samsung, i'm wearing my galaxy buds2 properly. yes, samsung, i'm using the right tips. yes, samsung, i've done the system fit test. repeatedly. yes, i've visited the website samsung recommends to everyone (so many) who give this type of review so don't bother giving me the link. they fall out. i wear earbuds while i'm gardening and when i'm on airplanes, but unless i sit still and don't move my head, speak or chew, these fall out. i can't keep them. my husband is disappointed that what he thought was a very nice christmas gift for me is actually a poorly-designed piece of trash on its way back to the store. my one star is for the good sound quality. i highly discourage anyone from buying galaxy buds2.

I actually think after comparing them to airpods they have better ANC. The touch functions can be a little annoying, you hit twice it reads as once... but that just maybe my big fingers. They are comfortable and stay in while I am at work and I work outside so I am sweating, I do have to adjust them but after a pretty long time. The charging case is compact, a little boxy but they fit fine in my pocket. Overall I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good earphone, but with caveat this is not the best in class earphone, and it is not positioned as such. sound is ok for phones and casual music listening. one limitation is if you plan to use it outside the galaxy ecosystem (wearable app needed) it wont really have touch commands and there is no way to interact with the earphone. just beware in case you are planning to use with an iphone.

The Noise cancelling is great too but I rarely use it because the buds alone are good enough. I use the Ambient sound alot during school so I can hear my teachers better because they're really quiet lol. I also love how quickly and easily they pair with my Galaxy devices. Rated 5 out of 5 by from bad design i can't stand using these. they are not comfortable to keep in my ears for more than a few minutes at a time. but they have a built-in solution for that issue, as they are constantly trying to fall out of my ears on their own. there's nowhere to grab them that doesn't activate the touch controls. so every few minutes when i have to push them back in place, i either pause what i'm listening to or switch between noise cancelling and ambient noise. i finally just ordered another pair of buds+.

They were really easy to pair to my phone and they also fit very comfortably, I like the fact that they also include small, medium, and large bud tips which is great for people who have small or big ear. I set up my earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app and I tested out some features, I tried out ambient sound and active noise cancellation and they do not disappoint, I also enjoy the fact that they support wireless charging which is a great thing for most of us. These earbuds do not disappoint, I use these buds everyday to the gym. One thing I could say is that they are the best buds in the market and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THE SAMSUNG GALAXY BUDS 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT AS GOOD AS GALAXY BUDS PLUS i want to like these, but they are the worst fit of any galaxy buds i have owned. i have previously owned the original galaxy buds and then the galaxy buds plus. i have read all the tips and suggestions from samsung and nothing works to help fit better. they will not stay in your ear and the larger tip are uncomfortable. i wanted to return them because i was just so fed up with the terrible fit but didn't realize you need to return within 15 days. i have ordered memory foam earbuds off amazon. if the new ear tips don't help, i am going to take the loss and purchase a different brand. original galaxy buds and galaxy buds+ were both solid products but samsung really dropped the ball on this one. hopefully samsung is listening and will fix the fit issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability i lost one of my buds in yhe snow while doordashing, i knew where they were but they were lost in the snow so i waited months for the snow to melt and i finally found it and its in perfect condition. even after being frozen and shoveled into a bug pile and then melted to the ground, i coundt believe it but there is no degradation of quality in sound either, so im more than happy with this purchase.

My only issue is the fit. I have trouble keeping them in my ears. Not sure if it's me or the earbuds. I've tried different tips but that doesn't help. I'll keep using them tho

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic earbuds with tons of options I bought these when my original Galaxy Buds finally died. I loved the originals and was worried that later earbuds wouldn't live up to the original. Samsung has a large number of earphones and choosing the right ones was difficult. I chose the Buds2 because of the price point, features, and the fact that they were the newest in Samsung's ever growing line-up. At the price point, the Active Noise Cancellation works great, there is some sound leakage but I'm actually ok with this as I don't want 100% blockage of the outside world. The ambient sound is much better than the original Buds and does a great job of what sounds it filters in. The original buds picked up too much sound, specifically my keyboard when typing, these do a much better job. The only issue that I have is the fit of these. Whereas the originals fit my ears perfectly, these tend to slip and I have to adjust them a little more frequently than I would prefer. Despite this minor issue, overall I love the Buds2 and am happy with my purchase as they round out my family of Samsung devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing but the plug to hold it in there's nothing but the plug that holds this in. i've been using the buds+ for a year and a half, and even currently have them in while writing this. i was hoping that some of the latency problems that i've had with the them would be solved in the buds2. latency is great! unfortunately, if your ear canal isn't one of 3 sizes they pop out. can't use them for running, and they even fell out while eating. i have to hole my jaw completely still and then they work fine. all the jokes about the original airpods have come back with these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy buds2 are PERFECT i own the galaxy buds plus and the galaxy buds pro before these galaxy buds2. i prefer the galaxy buds2 over both of them. samsung wearable app needs changes. for some reason, by default, i wasn't able to switch between anc and ambient with one earbud. i had to go to earbud settings > accessibility > turn on noise controls with one earbud and i turned on customize ambient sound. turning on the customize ambient sound give an option below saying "ambient sound customized" when using ambient sound. i would also add the equalize to the main menu instead of in earbud settings. the ambient noise is as good as the buds pro and way better than the buds plus. the anc is just as good as the buds pro. the sound quality is almost as good as the buds pro and better than the buds plus.

The ear buds are very light weight and fits comfortable in my ear. In addition, it does a great job with its noise cancellation. Not to mention, it has great sound quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Previous ones great one of my original buds died. can't find them anywhere so i bought the buds 2. they sound great, but they won't stay in my ear like the old ones. samsung made them slick unlike the original ones that has a rubber ring on them so they stay in. i use my original ones all the time, including in my motorcycle helmet. they fit great. the buds 2, not so well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the greatest wireless earbud on the market I bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 about a month ago and I am really enjoying these little buds to listen to music, watching movies, yourube and talking on the phone. Foremost It has great overall sound quality, you can set up personal favorite EQ with Dolby Atmos features from a trusted brand AKG+Samsung for a longterm by now. It has Active noise canceling feature so you can focus on music, movies and dramas and show on loudest environment. Has great mic quality with 3 of them in each unit so it's good to talk on the phone when you can't hold and talk on the phone itself. Been using original Galaxy Buds, Buds Pro and now Buds2 makes me anticipated what's next from Samsung Mobile and hoping that my favorite brand can recognized more and dominate the market.

No iOS app?! these sound & fit great. i had the buds+ and the buds2 are much better. my only complaint is that there is no ios or macos app for them to control the functions like touch controls, update sw, eq settings, find feature and so on. they pair easy enough to an iphone or mac computer and work great, just no app. i use them when i sleep and turn off the touch features or i inevitably touch the buds while sleeping and turn them off.. i ended up setting the features on my wifes android phone, then she del. the app and i'm able to have the touch controls off. samsung is missing the mark not having an ios app for these great ear buds!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They Fall Out ALL THE TIME i had the buds+ with the winged eartips but they went thru the wash. so i got these. they fall out of my ear if i do anything remotely active. used them maybe 10 times with different budtips (gym, running, sitting staring at the wall) and they fell out everytime. sure they sound good but if you constantly feel them slipping out of your ear, you'll just learn to hate them. dont buy these. -sad samsung fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disapointed i have 4 pairs of samsung headphone. samsung is my brand for everything. i have samsung top of the line phones, tvs, ear buds, if its samsung im all in.... that being said im highly disapointed in my recent run in trying to get my 3 mth old buds 2 fixed under warenty. i sent them in cause of a high pitched noice in the left ear bud and the process of sending them in went very smooth. they said they fixed them and then sent them back. i got them back and within a day the same issue poped back up. i sent them back again with the same problem and samsung tried to say after a day of use they were out of warrenty cause they were dirty. i should not be looking to buy new earbuds 2 mths in

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit, great sound, features that work i've always tended to not wear ear buds for any length of time due to discomfort - the galaxy buds2 are the most comfortable ear buds i've used to date. connectivity with my samsung phone & tablet is great, as well as my laptop. the sound quality is excellent, no complaints there. the anc works pretty well, the ambient sound, which i need when i use these at work is very good! i'm pleased with the case w/wireless charging, and the galaxy wear app offers good flexibility. while there may be higher-end ear buds out there, these just plain work great, are convenient to use and adjust, and comfortable to wear. best ear buds that i've ever owned!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unusably Poor Fit great battery life and sound design, an upgrade over the galaxy buds plus. but these are unusable. no wingtips and a glossy design means they will fall out of your ears during any activity. exercise, walking, talking, chewing, moving your jaw, moving your head side to side, even sitting perfectly still. i am incredibly disappointed. touch controls are also incredibly poor but i can't imagine what the cause of that is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of the buds series. I bought the Buds 2 for half off with the Z Fold 3 purchase deal. Even if I had paid full price for the Buds 2 I would still give them a 5 star. The features work fantastic I have used them for many times over the few weeks since I got them pretty consistently. My music sounds fantastic and using them when talking as been pretty flawless. They are not perfect in every way, neither is most tech these days. When boundaries are pushed perfection in not always the end result. That being said the only issue I have is the touch feature. The buds fit almost perfect but do slip out and when to push them back in place the touch then sometimes ends a call which got a little embarrassing after a few calls here and there. Maybe more so operator error but still not something expected being the 4th gen of buds. They work great with my 9+ which I wanted to confirm so if I was asked by fellow Samsung phone owners who are contempt with past devices wouldn't have to many issues if any. The buds 2 with my new Z Fold 3 just flow together. It's a very synchronized technological dance. Each device works so well with each other it hard to even see to dancers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great audio, but earbuds physically hurt you got these buds because the first galaxy buds were honestly pretty good but after years of use i knew i had to get new ones so when the 2nd generation came out i immeditely got them. while the audio quality is great, the fit and seal on these buds sucks. i tried the ear tips and found out i had to use the smallest tips so they could stay in, but even with that they would fall out every 2 minutes with minimal movement. so then i tried to make a better seal by pushing them in pretty hard inside my ear. once i got a good seal after 30 minutes of use, my right ear started to hurt because to make the seal you have to push really hard and i guess the cartilidge in my ear was pushed aside and caused the pain in my ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fall, and Disconnect during calls at this price, it's good. however, it has a major flaw for me: it falls off a lot, and each time it is not 100% fit in your ear, the audio will pause or if you are with a phone call, the mic will be transferred to the phone. most of the time when i am on a phone call, the other side won't hear me enough, or the phone will be disconnected when i am adjusting the buds on my ear. the only reason i go with samsung's buds is they will always connect on the phone and tablet from the first time. that will cover most of the other problems. but i would still prefer buds live over these, the live is the most stable buds in your ears if you don't care about good noise canceling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constantly drops these things are horrible. i have $20 headphones that work better then these. one earpiece constantly drops on its own and it's random on when and which one. it creates weird echoes in my ear regardless of changing the size and even if i turn off touch controls, if i try to physically adjust the earpieces for a better fit they turn off, change settings etc. i usually use the headphones within a few feet of the phone and when i use cheap bluetooth headphones i have no issues so i know it's not interference in my home, the phone, etc.. i though these would be an upgrade but they are anything but.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed in Fit i loved my original galaxy buds. when i lost them i took consolation in that i could upgrade to the galaxy buds2. much to my dismay, they are not an upgrade at all. the sound is minimally better, but any improvement is short lived because these just do not stay in my ears. i constantly have to push them back in, resulting in the touch functions being activated when i don't want them to - extremely frustrating! even worse, i can't use them while doing anything active for fear they'll fall out and get damaged or lost. i've tried all suggestions given by galaxy support. no matter what size pads i try, they still don't fit well. this is just a poor design. they seem to be too heavily weighted and not balanced when they sit in the ear. i would not recommend the galaxy buds2!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried 3 Pairs, All Were Defective i went through this cycle three times. i received a pair of the galaxy buds 2, and absolutely loved them with my s21 ultra, but then within 1-2 weeks every pair had the same issue. one of the earbuds would randomly and instantly lose like 70% of its volume, and begin creating a distorted ringing/scratching noise whenever anc or ambient sound was activated. i spoke to samsung support several times, and did everything they asked, but each time i just returned the product and ordered a new one. now i cant bring myself to buy it again and am shopping for another set of earbuds. there was clearly zero product testing here.

I use my buds for work in construction. Only use one side at a time. But once I start sweating they get slippery and fall out the ear. Battery life is less. I just to get a full 7 hours per side. Almost may day's work. But now I have to swap sides every 4-5 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They're awesome when they feel like being awesome first let me say i didn't spend a dime on these, they came in a bundle with my new phone. the earphones are not the quality i expected. they sound good and then they don't. i have active noise cancelling and then i dont. both my earphones worked now i'm down to one. they don't really stay in my ear. i had to turn off touch controls because every time i needed to adjust them they would activate. but the times i wanted to use touch control they wouldn't respond properly. long story short, i have a $30 pair from target i'd rather use than these. the only thing that made these stand out was how they recognize my phone's dnd settings, which other earphones don't do.

It connects seamlessly on my Note 20 5G, the build quality is excellent, the ambient sound and noise cancellation is great and should battery make it a fantastic pairof wireless earbuds I would recommend to my friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Bud2 really disappointed in the buds 2, they don't stay in the ear, despite the noise they made about it, so i barely wear them unless i am stationed. when i used them, they sound awful. i currently pair them with my mac book even on the highest volume, the sound is low and it has a buzzy sound as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely perfect! perfect everything! fit is fine i know ppl struggle with that due to their own issues with size (like people who insist on wearing smaller shoes because they want to believe they have small feet). but for the rest of us in reality, they fit all ear sizes. my only half criticism is that i wish they had the 11hr battery life of the buds+.

These products are great, they have great sound quality, decent anc, great batterys, and are comfortable. Comparing these galaxy buds to airpods makes it so much better, most features listed are either wose or don't exist on airpods. The only problem is sometimes the designs become loose in my ear despite eartip size, but getting the right angle and getting used to putting it in correct goes a long ways.

I also can't hear anyone at all when I have them on. They fit really good in my ears. Near perfect fit it of the box. Battery life is better overall as well. Only things is, why doesn't the case match the buds like before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from incredible, just amazing. i ordered these to upgrade from my galaxy buds live. well worth it. they fit it my ears much better than the lives. and the galaxy wear app even tells you how well they are fitting. the sound quality is a huge jump from my old galaxy buds live. and the battery charges quickly, so does the case. they last longer on battery than my old lives too. just an incredible product all around. would highly reccomend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time Bluetooth earphone user I got the buds2 as part of the z fold 3 ecosystem bundle. I came from an s10+ and previously just use a wired headphone set. I don't typically use headphones, but since getting these I'm using then more frequently, mainly for gaming. The buds 2 are comfortable in the ear and sound great. It's nice to try the ANC and the ambient mode. It's easy to switch between the two modes just by long pressing either of the buds. I've seen some reviews say the ANC could be stronger. I don't have much comparisons but I can hear it working. I imagine it works well for the price. Overall, I think these have great value especially since it has ANC.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found a way to keep them from falling out i got these during pre-order. when i first did the fit test in the app, i only got a good fit message when i had the largest tips on. the problem was they would keep falling out when i yawned or after 5-1- minutes of walking or biking if i didn't keep pushing them in. then i put on the smallest tips, switched the ears, and put them in upside down. now they stay in much longer, even though the fit test doesn't seem to like these in my ears with the smallest tips. i was a bit disappointed with the battery life. with my previous $20 pair of bluetooth earphones, i got in 3+ hours. with these, i can't seem to use them more than 1.5-2 hours without putting them back in the case to charge. the nice thing is the case charges them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hope they improved case design i bought a pair of buds + in the middle of 2020, by the end of 2020, only one ear bud would charge correctly and it took 97 adjustments to get the other to charge. i've clean the ear bud and the case constantly. i honestly stopped using them because the right bud never charges. thought it might just be me, but my husbands set are the same, except his left bud wont charge. if the case design has not improved, i would not ever buy another pair of buds from samsung. as someone who has a multitude of samsung products in their house, this was incredibly disappointing. ask questions about the case and how well they charge before buying!

Fit Terribly when these things work they sound great but that doesn't happen often. fit terribly. constantly fall out no matter what size tip i use. to make matters worse, when you attempt to reposition them, you are more than likely to shut them off because it is extra touchy. it's a stupid game you have to play to use these and i've already read the "how to" page which was no help. i would not recommend these to anyone

I really enjoy the package the Buds 2 provides so I kept them. They have great software and sound profiles. It's really nice to be able what's going on around you in work situations. With the price, battery, software/hardware features, and form factor it's hard to beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wish something worked first the fit is bad, i put in the smallest fitting and they still are not secure in my ear, the larger ones fit worse. the sound is good but wearing them as a hands free set is crap. no one can hear me talking, i hear them fine but it does not seem to pick up my voice unless im screaming. guess im back to my single ear hands free bluetooth set up for phone calls. not worth the price at all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound, Mediocre Fit i only have experience with around 3 different brands of earbuds and these, sadly, are not the best. the sound is fantastic, as you'd expect for buds in this price range, but no matter how hard you try, you will struggle to keep them in. i've used all of the included ear inserts and still have the same issue. granted, i did get them to hold fairly steady one time after thoroughly jamming them into my ear, but that not only hurt, but caused the sounds quality to muffle. overall, i enjoy listening to music with these buds, but only when moving minimally. talking, eating, or and minor facial movements will make these pop out right away :-(.

That way if I get a business call I can still accept it without having to hold the phone up to my ear. They work well, but the battery life on them is disappointing. You'd think that for a brand new product they wouldn't need to be charged after every walk (about 90-120 minutes)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear infections and allergic reactions let me start with i loved these ear buds... great fit great sound, love the special effects they have. then one day my ears started to burn and itch so i changed the rubber piece for ones i knew worked. everything was fine for a day or two then my ears started to itch and burn and ooze liquid (gross i know) turns out i got a double ear infection. ceased use. once everything got better i excitedly went back to my favorite earbuds just to go through all the pain and misery again. no doubt in my mind it's all caused by the earbuds. the pain and suffering isn't worth the price which makes me sad because i truly did love these buds.

The only downside to them is that they don't fit as good as the buds + but they do look more sleek so it makes up for that. 10/10 would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprise by the difference Had Galaxy buds+ for a couple years they lasted very well, took them to Belgium, Spain, and Tennessee. Never lost them because of the life saver find my ear buds feature. On top of that they were in the rain in my yard for like a week and still functioned great. I thought getting the buds2 would just be a little better battery increase but it's surprising the difference they made. The noise cancelling is sublime, and the ambient sound mode sounds as natural as my real ears. The buds are slimmer and fit better especially with the new feature showing how well they are fitting. I've been so impressed the $150 price tag was a no brainer considering that's what I paid the first time. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Temporary Headphones this is now my 4th pair if sumsung ear buds. i went through 3 pairs of the galaxy buds. i replaced them due to one ear going quieter than the other. 3 times under warranty. when the warranty went bad they gave me the go around. i then traded in those buds for a few bucks (ripped off) then like clock work my new galaxy bud pros are going quiet in one ear. if only i could give no stars. i wish to god i had stopped giving them money. i hate this so much. thw service is terrible and i doubt this company more each time. ill probably leave samsung on my next phone.

The design is nice and doesn't stick out too much in public, and the sound is great in indoor places. It does pick up a lot of wind noise when used in ambient mode, so be mindful of that. Noise cancellng works fine, but doesn't kill all the surrounding noise which is underatandable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade from the original Buds i got these free with my z fold 3 preorder and boy am i glad i did. they took the already good battery life of the original buds and somehow made it better by a significant margin. i dont use headphones much, but its nice not really having to worry if theyre charged when i inevitably end up using them. i've left them for weeks without charging and as soon as i open the lid, they connect. just awesome. sound quality has been improved but not by that much; still great. the anc gives the perception of better sounding audio however. with the click of a button i can put myself into a little bubble of sound. the new case design is also a welcome change. if you get them for free, its a no-brainer. if you have to pay for them, well, thats a no-brainer too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The slip hi there, are these not the most wholesome daily use headphones ever? the flexibility to the gaming has won me over but i lost faith recently on flexibility during active time. no matter what i do they tend to slip out of my ear during movement. i am not sure if its a gradual slip or induced from wearing too much but i lost a headphone taking a bike ride and now i cant hear ambient noise in one ear :((. hoping its just my headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3.5 hrs max battery life sound qualty and features are 5 star quality but the battery life is 1 star. this is my second pair because unfortunately i lost a bud on my last set which the battery life was much better but for some reason on this set they die really quick and the case only holds about a charge and a half. ive adjusted the settings and havent kept done anything that would damage the case or earphones. ive had this pair for less than a week and am very disappointed after paying so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience The downfall of the bus pro is that they came with no ear grip like the plus' did and even they seemed to be less useful when being active with the ear buds sliding and popping out. Suggestion would be to maybe at the least have a accessory that could be sold to transition the buds into a sport grip to allow a lot of movement without issues with audio expereince.

I currently own a pair of Galaxy Buds+ and a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro. I was surprised by how amazing these buds sound! I expected them to be about the same as the Buds+, but honestly, they sound better, and pretty close to as good as the Buds Pro! These fit in my ears pretty good. I really miss the wingtip from the Buds+, but they fit slightly better than the Buds Pro. The ANC is okay, it's definitely not as good as the Buds Pro, but it does its job well enough. I would definitely recommend these earbuds to anyone who is looking for high quality sound and pretty good ANC for a low price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lost & Found i was at a local grocery store (app. 2.5 miles from my home). i was exhausted after a long day at work and didn't realize that i'd pulled one of my buds out of my front pocket. when i got home i was going to place them in the case and noticed i only had one bud. i opened the "find my buds" option on my phone, and the navigation showed the missing bud was where i'd just left. amazingly, after looking in the parking lot, i back-tracked to the store entrance. the bud was on the floor by the shopping carts - undamaged! the product sounds great! and the locate my buds was superb! after a few disinfection wipes, i placed it in my ear, and i'm back in business!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbadge! samsung dropped the ball on this one. out of the all the earbuds i have purchased and reviewed on my youtube channel, this one you just threw together and threw it out there. you took off all the bells and whistles from the buds pro and just gave us the plain buds 2 and expect satisfaction. unacceptable samsung! the buds pro is way better than the buds 2 and has more and better features. you took your time to design the buds pro and perfected it like a work of art and the you follow-up with this piece of crap!? i don't know who in your design team put this together but you should fire them and start back at the drawing board. no wonder why it's the cheapest earbuds you ever presented to us because even you know it's lacking.

They could have been louder and have had more bass but the main reason I returned them was because they constantly slipped out of my ears, I used all the ear tips but nothing helped.

The sound quality is at its point and the size (depending on size and ears) fits perfectly. The only thing is that I accidentally drop them and left one sound less quieter when in high volume and the right one sound high on lower volume. And it sounds off balance. Overall there very good.

It comes out easily when you are jogging/running. I have to frequently push them into my ears. Other than that its a great earphones with best battery performance.

I'd still be using them if not for the simple fact that the proximity sensor is failing. Disconnects and connects randomly throughout the day. I love that you can wear 1 at a time and charge the other without losing the functionality of the skip, pause, rewind, volume up and down taps and slides. The galaxy buds lose some of that functionality when wearing in the same fashion. The fit isn't quite as good either. I find these buds move around d a little more without that rubber wing to help keep them in. Still better than the random disconnects my icon x buds are doing. I like the noise cancellation feature so you don't have to increase the volume to compensate for the lack of this feature on my icon x buds. The ambient noise volume control is cool too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound Quality, poor design the buds work very well. however, the poor design outshines the good features. the buds do not stay in my ears very well, and when you touch them to re-adjust, it activates one of the touch sensors and either changes the noise-canceling or turns off the music. due to the frequent need to re-adjust, this gets annoying very quickly and results in me not wanting to use the buds at all. again, good quality, poor design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective product that even repairs wont fix so i received these and over time the sound quality started diminishing in one ear, a complaint i read from another user on here as well, but to add to the issues..the mic quality is terrible, everybody who i talk to using these things either cant hear me or they say i sound like i'm in a tunnel. i sent them in to get repaired, took about a week and when i got them back they were still the same. once i reached back out to samsung they suggested i send it back in for repair. why would i believe they'd fix it the second time around if they didn't the first?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Athletes, I don't recommend. over all they are nice. the sound is pretty great other than the high frequencies, the highs are a bit "robotic". noise canceling is good but not the best i've experienced. the fitment is the killer, they fit but move and feel like they will fall out. when i went to give them one more chance at the gym they didn't do well. there is hardly anything really keeping these in your ears. i have an old pair of bose earbuds and the design of the silicone ear pieces are very very good, i'd take notes on that. overall quality, good, the feeling of constantly having to make sure they won't fall out ruins them. i'll be returning this product tomorrow where i bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from keep falling out. almost lost twice. they sound great, but search for this product on any website and you'll see a common theme across all of them. these ear buds have a tendency to fall out. after almost loosing them on a walk i only dared wear them on my couch so i can easily find them everytime they fall out. i've followed the instructions, ive also done the self fitment test.... doesn't matter, they keep sliding out. it's a common problem across all review platforms and one samsung has not addressed. i ended up purchasing 3rd party replacement eartips and so far after 2 days of use they have not fallen out once. such an easy fix to recal and replace the ear tips but i can only assume samsung would rather have users loose and purchase new earbuds than swap out minimally priced eartips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The right bud shocked my ear. i bought a set of these in october 21 while i was deployed to kuwait. the right bud had noticeably less battery life pretty much from the moment i opened the box, but i wasn't able to do anything about it because i was deployed. now that i am back in the states, i have been using them to workout. recently when i was at the gym, the right bud lost volume output, sound quality, and even shocked my ear when it connected to my phone. since i bought them overseas, samsung usa won't cover the warranty, so now i'm out $135 bucks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worse Samsung earbuds from the lineup the fitting is a step down at least for my ears as this is the first earbuds i've ever had that i have to change the tips. the connectivity is horrible with these earbuds. i'm not sure what samsung has done with this device, but the connectivity is very unstable with my galaxy 21 ultra. the earphone keeps getting disconnected. if you want audio quality i found the buds pro to be better and if you want something lighter weight get the galaxy buds live (sound quality is not as high but it is still a much better experience!) samsung also needs to add asap multidevice connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The worst experience this ear buda is the worst of many pairs i have tried or own. i've understand fitting is subjective but this one is just the worst design put there. i switch up all of included fitting from small to large and they keep falling off my ears no matter what. i own the buds lives and it just great. for sounds comparision they both sounded same nothing different. so if you are looking to buy one of these i suggest looking at the buds lives for better bargains and you get the exact same sound stage. don't fall for the hype or those youtubers reviews highly recommended they do it for living or get them for free from samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from (Likely) Great buds but VERY slippery i have owned a pair of galaxy buds and galaxy buds+. i still use the buds+ and love them. so when i preorded the buds2, i was excited to get anc, wireless charging, lighter weight and overall better performance. unfortunately, i didn't get to experience it. the fit was so poor, that the 3rd day i had them, i turned to flush and the left bud slipped out and fell in and is now in the city sewer somewhere. multiple calls to samsung support said loss is not covered under samsung care + and they would happily sell me a replacement left bud for $125. so frustrating. i'm still a samsung fan - the galaxy fold 3 is awesome! and the buds2 may be great too. but you may want to buy aftermarket tips to keep them in your ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound, bad volume received my buds 2 today and promptly charged them up, connected to my s21+, and was completely disappointed. while the sound coming from them us clear, crisp and balanced....the highest volume setting is completely unacceprable. i have several sets of earbuds fr harmon kardon, samsung, raycon etc and these are about half the volume. i turned iff the ambient options, cranked the volume on the phone and used the buds themselves to increase volume....... nothing helped. ive also connected them to ither devices to be sure. tab s7....no difference.......pixel 3xl rooted to booat volume....slightly better but still terrible. sadly ill be returning them. even my original galaxy buds were much better. samsung hasnt disappointed me until today....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just "Fine" compared to other samsung buds and others on the market they are average, even good if all you plan to do is stream music or calls. issues: 1. lack of integration with google services on an android phone. 2. as a android user (galaxy z fold 3 currently) it is extremely disappointing to see the buds unable to use "google wake-up". 3. instead the bixby assistant is the only option. 4. when my messages read out they are always in duplicate (unless using samsung messages). 5. i often have the headphones disconnect and then re-connect to my device out of nowhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best wireless earbuds Just using the buds 2 for a month and loving it. Especially when I'm using it for phone call. Usually my girlfriend complains that the background noise it so loud she can barely hear my voice but with the buds 2 it cancels out the background noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work Bought these with my z fold. All I can say is that they work. The person I speak with usually tells me I sound muffled. They slip out very easily too. Sound quality when they are securely in is good but they do eventually slip out, so I do not do a lot of activity while using them. I hate using both as the suction sensation/noise cancelation feature alters my perception of my voice volume, but that is a personal problem. Overall they are good as a product, but not for my ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really let down i wanted to replace the galaxy buds+ i lost (which were perfect, no complaints). expected these to be even better but they are worse in almost everyway. they will not stay in my ear no matter what i do. any kind of movement makes them shift, then i accidently tap the button while adjusting and hangup, pause my music, etc. every single person who has called me cant hear me if i try to speak with the buds in (i have a note10+) the audio passthrough sounds natural, but is not nearly loud enough, they randomly disconnect and wont reconnect for 5+ minutes. ive had for a month and i seriously regret not returning these within the 15 day window, everytime i put them in i get upset that i paid for them

But fit is awful compared the sound on these was definitely an improvement from my previous buds +. i loved it, along with the anc and pass through mode. however, i cannot recommend these for a fatal flaw. these things constantly fall out of my ears. i use these while skating on campus, and i constantly have to adjust them and that also causes my music to pause, skip, rewind, etc. it's so infuriating that i want my buds + back. just such a terrible design in terms of fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noise canceling mode I bought this buds 2 months ago and I am impressed that the design of the product is so simple and it is so lightweight, and the different modes it has like the noise canceling mode, I'm sleeping mode, ambient mode, normal mode switching between these 3 modes is so easy and the music sound so crisp and good I can't even miss a single beat by listening to music . Thank you for such a great product Samsung keep it up

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, deep bass. first impression is that the buds 2 have really grown in sound quality and it's noticeable. 1. the headphones only support 1 device at a time. shame and shame. to switch to the second device (laptop or mobile), you have to manually in the bluetooth settings - connect. watching a movie on your laptop, incoming call on mobile - settings, bluetooth, connect, answered the call. then go to laptop - bluetooth settings, connect and continue watching the movie. needless to say, other manufacturers already support 2 devices at the same time? 2. 2. the surface is very slippery. pure plastic. the hands are soaking wet or you're at a sport and they literally slip out. could they not make rubber inserts? for the price, i'm very disappointed. 3. noise cancellation is very weak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy at your own risk! yes they look nice but they keep falling out with any size ear tip. either the one's i got are defective, which they sound like they are, or they sound terrible. from the other reviews, i can't tell which. the sound has started breaking up and wobbling worse a few days after the return date. they absolutely won't return a defective product since it's after the 2 weeks. buy at your own risk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound is good, connection not so much i bought these with my s22 ultra, but i'm not an ear bud fan, as i've had the beats studio 3 headphones for about 3 years now. upon unboxing these, i connected them to the wearable app and tried the test fit. then i tried them out with some music- i was kind of shocked, the sound quality is actually very good. the noise cancelling is decent for the price, but could always be better. call quality has been really good. my only complaint is that the headphones keep randomly disconnecting from my samsung s22 ultra throughout the day. i listen while i work, so they're on constantly. the charge is okay, but it will start with one headphone disconnecting, then both, and then they'll reconnect. i have no idea why it does this, and it's very brief, but enough to interrupt my focus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound if they stay in your ears these buds have great sound. that's where the positive features end. not only do they not stay in my ears, despite trying all the ear tips in various confirmations, they're incredibly uncomfortable whenever they do stay in. the shiny plastic provides neither the comfortable experience nor the premium experience expected at this price point. these are a poor investment; you'd be better off with bose or even apple. as a matter of fact, i had a better experience with my $30 soundpeats for the past two years than these! in hindsight, i shouldn't be too disappointed in these buds since they are a product of samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound Quality and Style i've had these earphones for over 4 months and the sound quality is what really differentiates from the rest. the equalizer settings let's you control the sounds to your desire. the music is crisp and loud without any static. the battery power is great at over 5 hours on each earbud. it's comfortable and stylish. can't ask for a better pair of earbuds ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT for runners i run typically 3+ times a week. these end up being a distraction because of their design: - no wings or tips available to help keep these in your ear. as you begin to move and especially sweat they begin to fall out of your ears. this leads to the 2nd issue. - the entire exposed surface is touch sensitive. which means as they are falling out and you are trying to put them in they reach to your touch. - fit test provides no feedback as to why you are getting a poor fit. i've tried each size and get poor fits on the test. sound is great, i've converted these to my office headset and use a different set of ear buds for running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not stay in your ear and uncomfortable i had been hesitant to purchase wireless headphones because i did not know if they would stay in your ears. these earbuds just proved me right. you have to constantly be pushing them in and in the process you are just adding more pressure to your ear making it an uncomfortable experience. i got them with the credit given to me when purchasing my new zfold and decided to give them a try given the previous models also had complains about ear fit. now i am stuck with them.

Unfortunately they will not stay in my ears! It is very disturbing to have them fall out at the worst times. I delayed contacting Samsung and passed the return time. I now can only use them when sitting still. Not happy.

After using them I discovered that if I leave them in the case that the left is always dead. Always the R 100%L40% or below. Tried reaching out to Samsung and not a word back in 3 months. Junk if you ask me

I was blown away my audio quality and noise cancelling tech in and this was a serious upgrade over my low quality wired headphones. I would love to upgrade to new buds that came out this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loads of features at a great price Not a fan of the buds pro. These are lightweight and packed full of features. The ANC blocks most noises. Ambient sound allows you to here what's going on around you. Love the tap features. Amazing sound quality and call quality. Very comfortable. You can wear these for a while without ear fatigue. The 360° audio is pretty cool. As you shift your head the volume changes in the the buds depending on which way you head is turned. My only con is I'm not a fan of the glossy white case with the color of the buds on the inside. Would much prefer the color of the case to match the color of the buds. Other than that I'm very happy with these buds

For starters they do not stay in and contently fall out, regardless of which tip I'm using. Sound is terrible, barely audible even at the highest volume. And this is even worse when paired with the Samsung tablet that I bought them for. For such a reputable brand and at this price, these earbuds are a disappointing waste of money. Definitely do not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't last 3-months! Bought these from Best Buy a few months back, and had to send them to Samsung once for repair due to volume loss in the right earbud. A couple weeks later (now), the same right earbud is quieter than the left AND the sound is crackling and cutting in_and-out. These are not worth the money. At least my Galaxy Buds+ lasted a full-year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THESE! Galaxy buds+ were so much better. For one they actually stayed in your ear with a nice play edge that was easy to find and tap with your finger. They made these new ones overly smooth and ditched the extra rubber wing that really helped keep them in place. WHY?! Why change your products to look more like Apple stuff when you actually already had a superior design? They sound the same and so far the battery seems to also be weaker than the Buds+ were.
