Rated 5 out of 5 by from This bubs are stressing me out!! I brought these because my original ones finally died. They lasted me about 3 years. I've had this pair for a couple months, and they are stressful. When they work they are perfect, but when they don't they are bad. I have a bad static pitch in the right ear bud that pitches the sound up and down and the left ear bud sound will go out and eventually come in extremely low. But when they work, I would rave about the sound and noise cancelation. I'm past the warranty period so I'm stuck with these and now looking into buying some new ones.

These buds2 headphones fall out, even while just cleaning the house. I never got the chance to run or more rigorous home projects, but I have little hope they would stay in. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hate These Don't waste your money. Got mine around Christmas 22 but the left one already does not work and it's Aug 23. They are also way too sensitive and just the pillow against my ear skips songs or stops playback. I find them to be quite uncomfortable and the ear tips are not small enough for my ears. Biggest waste of money. I would like an earphone jack back on my phone and old fashioned WIRED earphones please.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound and a little fussy Just bought these as my first set of wireless earbuds. I've avoided buying into wireless because I just know I'll drop one down a storm drain. I haven't yet, but sure enough, the rounded shape of the Samsung buds makes them slippery little pebbles that like to slip from your grip. The case has a great fidget factor (I got a silicone cover for it that has a spring clip on it, so it's not just a bar of soap), but I also find it a little fussy to seat the earbuds in their little cubbies. There is a magnet, which helps; it just requires a little attention. The sound quality is good. It has active noise canceling and ambient sound features, which actively alter the background sound. These features use additional battery power, and I find that for me, the earbuds cancel noise and allow for ambient sound adequately without the additional boost. I also appreciate the improved battery life of not using these features. All of this is easy to configure on the app. I've paired them with both my phone and laptop--switching between the two requires fumbling with the Bluetooth settings for each device. The buds fit comfortably in my ears and mostly stay put unless I'm doing a lot of bending. I had to use the largest ear rubbers (!) to get a good fit rating from the app (I usually use the medium ones on my wired earbuds), but it also means they sometimes squeeze out of my ears if I don't have them mashed in a little. The earbuds also have tap controls, such as tap once to pause, twice to play the next track, etc. I haven't mastered this feature and can't get it to work reliably. I'll continue practicing to see if I can get just the right touch or figure out just where to touch it. When I do get it to work, there's a little lag, so I end up pausing and restarting a couple of times. By the time I get it figured out, I've missed what my friend or co-worker was saying, so I just take the earbuds out, then inevitably bobble and drop one. Also, keeping track of the case is yet another device I have to remember and account for. The best practice is to always place the earbuds in the case when you take them out, but when you're out and about, it's not always handy, and the buds wind up in a pocket, or worse, down the storm drain. For me, having the case on a clip makes it handier to make sure it's always with me attached to a purse or bag. Summary of feedback: - Wireless earbuds have a learning curve and add more to your list of things to keep track of. - Designers should give the buds some texture and a tiny bit more shape so they're not so slick and your fingers can grip them more easily and - Adapt a flush clip anchor into the case so ppl can optionally attach a clip or lanyard and - Provide some texture/gripability to the case to reduce the bar-of-soap factor

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed is an understatement. These are awful and the only way I see them as having positive reviews is because the were incentivised. I have owned several pairs of galaxy buds and these by far are the worse. The sound may be ok, but considering they constantly fall out of my ear, its hard to tell. I have tried every size ear tip, nothing helps. And this design doesnt have or allow for wingtips. Ive tried...The design and shape of these just dont work. Did you actually test these on people that move before bringing them to market???? Just frustrating because we would have gotten something better had I read honest reviews with honest feedback. Now Im stuck with 2 pairs of overpriced paperweights because the hubby has the same issue. Def missed the mark with these Samsung

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid this design Bought these last year and tried very hard to like them. Had the Galaxy Buds+ and they are great, but lost one so decided to get a new pair of Buds. This style and those designed after do not have the design that has a flange that stays in the ear so they FALL OUT! Tried all the sizes, but nothing helped them stay in. They need to go back to the Buds+ design. They stayed in beautifully. Another poor redesign idea is to make the outer recharging case white with faint gray lettering. It is very hard to see without a bright light and good magnifier. And then realize that if they do not work out for you there is only a 14 day return window.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Allergic Reaction If you have an allergy to nickel DO NOT get these ear buds. They will cause an allergic reaction to your ears since the metallic part that charges the ear buds and touches your ear contains nickel. I had a very bad allergic reaction with my ears crusting and lots of pain. My ears have become so much more sensitive after the reaction. Samsung should really warn people!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't stay in! I wanted to love these as the sound quality is really good (even compared to my old Buds +), but they will not stay in my ears! I loved the Buds+ design with the wing tips that made the buds very comfortable & fit really well; they never fell out even when running. The Buds2 don't have the wingtip and I find myself readjusting every minute. Very disappointed in the change of design and not sure I'll buy Samsung buds again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fall out CONSTANTLY These do NOT stay in your ears. I tried working out in them a couple of times and almost lost one on the treadmill (walking not even jogging). I got these specifically for working out so it's definitely a shame. I now only use them sometimes for work when I can't have my computer's speakers on. I live in LA so I don't take public transportation much although I don't know if I would trust these not to fall out of my ears at the slightest bump on a train. Would not buy again. Definitely would not gift these.

The contorls are horrible and do not work how they're suppose to, the fitment is the worst.. Not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and look for other brand and do not waste your money on this garbage

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Good I bought these and packed them back up after about a week of use and returned them. I have the Galaxy Buds Pro and they work better than these. Every time I would open the Buds 2 case without taking an earbud out, they would automatically connect to my phone. I work from home and I thought they would work fine with my headset...think again!!!! Every time I would use the Buds 2 with my headset, the Buds 2 would disconnect when I would place my headset over them. My Buds Pro don't do that at all. The only reason I purchased these was that they were smaller than the Buds Pro and thought that the Buds 2 would work similarly to the Buds Pro. That wasn't the case. When they can fix the issue, I will think about purchasing again. I called customer service to get help, but NO HELP!!! They couldn't understand what I telling/asking them what was happening with the earbuds. I did some troubleshooting by resetting the earbuds and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still no help from the reps either. Please get some American support who can actually understand English because there is a huge language barrier and that really frustrates not only me but other Americans when I have to keep repeating what I'm saying and they still get it wrong what I'm saying or asking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buds2 don't fit I bought these with my new phone. I had been using Galaxy Buds Live for several years and were happy with them. I tried the Buds2 and liked the sound. Today, I wore them the first time for a business meeting after trying the various inserts to get a good fit. Unfortunately, one kept falling out during my meeting. It is hard to look competent in front of a video client while crawling on the floor looking for my earbuds. I'm going back to my old Buds Live.

Now a few months later the right side is out completely and the left is going out. Like are you kidding me. These ear buds are also very slippery and don't stay in your ear well. Definitely do not recommend

The "bulb" part is just too heavy. So the 2nd time I wore them (within a week of receiving them) one fell out and after searching all week, it's gone. DO NOT buy these or the previous version with this shape, if you want buds you use for any outdoor activity. (The last version had the same problem and were even heavier, I only have one left of them too.) The kidney bean shaped buds (Buds-Live I think?) have a bit lower sound quality but do NOT fall out. (The very 1st buds design also stays put, but I think they've been discontinued.) These sound better but are far too expensive to use only once!

Really didn't even get a chance to judge it as far as the sound goes. I paid $110 for those things and it really aggravates me and I did look for it trust me with the app on my phone and it's just gone and that's because I never could get them to fit right!

They fall out of my ear quite frequently but I'm mostly disappointed by their lack of longevity. The right headphone is muffled and crackles emitting almost no sound. And produces a very loud, annoying frequency that I cannot ignore. My previous (not samsung) headphones lasted almost 4 years. I wanted to love these so much, but cannot afford to buy a product that can't last longer than 1 year.

Because they don't have the peg extensions on them at the bottom for balance, this affects how they fit in your ears. They are big and fat, and don't fit in your ears very well. This also prevents them from supplying good quality sound. Andbecause they don't fit well, they also fall out of your ears. I almost lost one because of this. I don't recommend them.

These headphones stay locked into your ears for most normal walking activities and even a brisk jog. However, I would NOT use these for any type exercise because they barely have any waterproofing (even sweat can deteriorate the charging case if you don't wipe it off). I believe many people underestimate the quality of the noise canceling feature, but I have found it to make a huge difference while writing on the subway trains of two large cities. Overall, these earbuds are a stylish accessory that more than handles its function well.

The only draw back is sometimes they do not stay in my ears. In their defense I do have small ear canals, they came with 3 different sizes. I use the smallest ones. Overall these are amazing definitely would recommend!!

I have tried every setting adjustment I can find and still have to repeat everything I say with no luck. The sound for me is great as is the fit, which is why I gave 2 stars. I rarely use these for listening to music so they weren't worth my investment.

The option to turn on or off the noise canceling feature is amazing, I can listen to music and not hear baby shark in the background or I can watch a show and listen for baby crying! Honestly I feel these are a must have for any parent. I'm still learning the tap actions but the fact that there are 4 different tap sequence and you can customize what they do is a huge plus!

ONLY because they refuse to stay in my ear, I've changed all the tips and just none make it so I'm not ALWAYS pushing them back in, they definitely do not pass the t-shirt test. Walking fast paced almost makes them fall out. It's so insane.

It's all about the sound right and the sound of these are just not comparable to anything I've tried the including very well known brands like Bose. They pair well and easily stay charged for a long time fit comfortably cute lavender what more can I say? My daughter who is an iPhone user has Commandeered my pair she has every kind of earbuds known to man also headset because she likes to work out while listening to music these are her favorites I would love to attach a photo for this review but I need to buy another pair as everybody was fighting over this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, weight, and color I just bought the lavender Galaxy Buds2. This is my first pair of eat buds. I was surprised at how light and comfortable these ear buds are. I wore them to go walking and I could barely tell they were in my ears. I also wore them in the kitchen while I meal prepped and listened to music. The sound quality was great for both activities. Other ear phones or headsets would hurt in my ears after a short amount of time. These ear buds did not. I like that they provided multiple sizes to fit into my ear. I'm loving this product.

The locator app only works if your buds are turned on, and they only turn off when in the case. I lost the full case! So there is no way to use locator app. Shame. glad I got the sale price. Even so; these are not for smaller people. They will squeeze on your ear canal quickly or slowly. Sometimes I could wear for 1 hour or 2 if I tolerated some minor discomfort and my ears turning red. Other times just 10 min. The sound was nice, ANC quit good. But one bud just flew out of my ear at the gym when I did a few forward bends in a step class. I would have had to purchase a third party accessory to tether them and have them not fall to the ground. Also, despite weighing only 5 grams, they look like small bird eggs protruding from the ears. ?? ??. Just a bit bulky. The pro buds LOOK like they might have a lower profile but I can't tell if it's just photography tricks. If you tolerate these types of headphones then for the sale price you have a really good deal but I found them lacking. As someone else mentioned, foam tips and stabilizer tip and I might try them but those features may already be made by another company. Myself, I'll have to go with over the head, or the ones with the ear wrap stability until someone make a truly small, comfortable bud. Maybe 15 years from now. *sigh

I found that using the smallest earbud size works but it still messes with my ear. I didn't have that issue with the original Galaxy Buds so if there's new material in the buds please go back to the old materials or something.

Love the design in the way they fit my ear and that I have the option to change the earpieces to fit my ears for custom fitting. Just want to improve on battery length that's all I think needs to be updated. Just a couple more hours of lasting time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Malfunctioning buds and poor customer service! I bought these for my wife in late November for Christmas. Received them in early December, wrapped them, and then she opened on Christmas. At first, all seemed OK. Within a day of two, however, one of the buds was not staying charged after being fully charged in case. After sitting overnight, the case would be close to a full charge, one bud would be 100% charged and the other would be almost dead. We tried trouble shooting for a few days to make sure the bud wasn't improperly seated or getting jarred in her purse. After ruling those out we called customer service. We thought the clear option was for Samsung to send us a new working set of earbuds and we send back the defective set. They disagreed and said because we had them for more than 15 days, we would need to send them in for repairs which was a 7 day process plus shipping time to and from. This was a Christmas present. They were used only a few days before realizing the issue and then a few more to make sure we weren't doing something wrong. I'm writing this as we are waiting for a manager to call us back after requesting one about 7 hours ago. We did not pay for refurbished earbuds. We paid for new ones that work and that's what we expect. I would caution anyone giving Samsung as a gift especially if you're not a procrastinator and plan to but 2 weeks in advance. I'm sure these buds are a fine product but the service has been sub-par.

My Dad died and I forgot them in the hotel. I've never got them back. I've tried several other brands, but nothing compares to Samsung. I'm going to HAVE to get a new pair of Samsung buds. My world can't be complete without them!

These are great, they come with multiple size eat pieces and they nestle well in your ears. They do an auto test to see if the fit is right, which is awesome. The sound quality is super good. I highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great audio, good fit, features need work the way they connected with my phone was perfect and i can't enjoy the pairing and use process from other devices knowing these exist. there are some gripes i have: - i would like to see wing tips as an option to help keep them in the ear more secure. i also find wing tips help with positioning so that the capacitive touch isn't blocked and that the audio isn't be aimed at the wrong part of the ear - i would like to see a version with a button touch. the capactiive touch on the pair i received was spotty with the right earbud even after resetting and re-pairing them -transparency should work with one bud. i typically only listen with one bud in at work so i can hear with the other ear. overall, i had a good experience. however, there were some limitations i couldn't work around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great price, best quality! I've been a galaxy buds 2 user for a while, (I got mine free with a z flip 3 pre-order) and I can say it feels nice in your ear. You get the richest sound quality and the option to turn up and down the noise cancelling. Battery would probably be the most important part of these earbuds, and I can safely say that this is the best battery life I have ever tried on any wireless ear bud, and it even outlasted my phone. Comfort is the key feature about these earbuds, and I sleep myself away with one earbud in my ear listening to nature sounds, and I never had an instance where it falls out of my ear, sleeping and real life situations, and it just feels really nice to use.

Terribly designed case not even a week since i received them and i already don't have either bud. i went for a walk with my dog the same way i always do. i clipped my earbuds to my waterbottle the same way i did with my airpods and 2.5 miles in i realize that they are not there. i passed at least 30 people,a park, and several streets i retraced my steps having to carry my poor exhausted dog trying to find my earbuds and nothing. i had stopped along my walk maybe twice to have a conversation with neighbors. this morning i got up at 5am to do it all again except this time without my poor pup and the find my app was useless. i originally thought it was going to be great switching over from apple but i was wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad fit i've been a loyal galaxy bud purchaser since the originals. sadly, i recently lost my buds plus. i tried my bf's pros and my ears are too small and you can't adjust them like the originals/plus. we decided to buy the buds2 as you can no longer buy the plus. i can't run,clean the house,or even drink without them constantly falling out. if i can't buy buds that i can customize and make sure fits secure in my ear, i will have to find a new brand. i've looked at the articles about wearing them properly and they just don't fit my ears. these buds have no adjustability to the millions of consumers all with different ear shapes. i will be returning mine and on the hunt for a new brand until samsung remembers that ear buds are not a "one size fits all" product especially for the price you pay.

There was no description of how to use them. For a first time user there was nothing except how to connect them to blue tooth. I think that the company should not assume everyone knows how earbuds work! I don't want to look it up on Youtube. I want the manual to do the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Your can't choose settings i have touch controls turned off but typically when i touch them they switch to either noise cancelling or ambient sound anyway. when i'm connected to a samsung device i can say least pull up settings and turn that off, but there's nothing you can do if you're using a device from a different manufacturer. i've tried all three provided ear tips, none are secure. and of course adjusting the fit will change the settings. i do like the lavender color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wrong fit the sound quality is the only good thing about these buds. even sitting still the earbuds will not stay in my ears. i have tried every earbud tip i could find and each earbud piece that came in the box. if i laugh they fall out, if i talk they fall out, i haven't been able to workout while using them because even sitting still they fall out. i never had a single issue with other samsung buds or headphones. it's just really disappointing to pay for something that you can barely get any use out of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst of all the Galaxy Buds i have every single type of galaxy buds. from the originals, to the plus, to pro, to live, and now these. these are by far the worst. the microphone quality is terrible. if you have a z flip 3, they will not properly communicate with the phone during calls if the phone isn't unfolded. audio quality is essentially no different from the original galaxy buds, and the fit is worse than the original galaxy buds. if you want galaxy buds, go for the pros for audio quality, or the plus for battery life.

The lavender is vibrant and a nice break from all the white earbuds out there. The ambient sound is really helpful when I am in the office and the noise cancelling is great when I am at home and just need to recharge from the day. In general, the sound quality is great. Sadly, there are a few things that effect the experience of wearing these buds. I have tried all three sizes, but the buds just won't stay in my ears. I haven't experienced these before with other earbuds, so I'm surprised to see it happen this time around. Along with that, I wish there was some sort of gel grip/texture on the earbuds. It gets easy for the earbuds to fall out of my hands and difficult to position the earbuds the way I want in my ear because it is too slippery. All in all, these earbuds are great for the office but not if you need to move around a lot (e.g. exercise, outdoors, etc.).

Set up was easy enough and let's you know when properly in your ear. Listening to music and watching movies was good but I had to readjust a couple times like they were coming out of my ears. Able to adjust bass sounds and such on the equalizer on phone to my liking. With receiving phone calls, my husband complained that he couldn't hear me well, sounded garbled if I was outside talking and asked that I not use them when taking a call. I received as a promotion with phone and don't think I would pay full price if I were to buy these. Great if you're sitting around, though.

So finnicky with adjusting too! i'm so disappointed by these ear buds. i had the buds+ and they were amazing and stayed in place! the wings kept the earbuds in my ear, even during exercise. with these new buds2 headphones, no amount of adjusting or trying different ear tip sizes and types (even the multi-flange ear tips) can keep these in my ear. if i work out and build up a small sweat, these buds2 are like a slip'n'slide in my ear. and when i try to adjust them and put them back in place, the touch control will activate and pause, skip, put on ambient sound, or do whatever the heck it wants. with the buds+, i was able to touch the non-shiny, non-slippery plastic around the sides of the touch control to adjust of remove my headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money over time when i first got these, i was so excited! in comparison to my beat buds. when i got the buds2 they fit so perfectly in my ear! but im a stay at home mom, i do errands, daily chores and outside at times with kids. during calls it wouldnt automatically connect to the buds even though the buds are active in my ear so i would have to go to the phone just to switch it. which is fine i suppose but i dont find it fair that it doesnt automaticlly connect but it will automatically hang up for you. over time the buds would slip out of my ear, even during a call, when trying to adjust it hang up the call even with the touch option off. very frustrating, especially waiting on the phone for an hour. so i havent used these buds since i passed the return window they are just put away

While working doordash, I love driving in them but the active noise cancelling doesn't clear out all the cabin noise. My over ears used to work better with just passive. But in group situations, it does great at muting people around you. The ambient mode is great. Being able to quickly switch it on so that I can talk to customers or workers or even just friends and family without having to pause my music or video is awesome. But driving with it on, it seems to get confused. It's like it tries canceling the cabin noise even though active noise canceling is off, then randomly it lets all the noise through at once. Can be a bit disorienting sometimes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not stay in my ears these earbuds are beautiful and work well technically. however, they absolutely will not stay in my ears, no matter what i do. i have tried all the included softgels. the previous physical design with the buds and buds+ worked well for me, they were a good size and well contoured. these buds 2 are slippery beyond belief and simply will not stay in my ears, particularly the right one. i'm sure they work well for many people, but they absolutely do not for me. please revert to the previous physical design samsung, this new design completely does not work with my ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I tried but these are a disappointment but i have no clue what the samsung team did with the last two updates but now my headphones are always disconnecting with my phone. my phone can be in my pocket, in my hand, or i can be staring at it and, even though i won't be on other apps or anything else, my headphones still disconnect. or it will fade away audio and then i can only have audio in one ear till the whole thing disconnects entirely. i never had these issues when i first got my pair, it was only the two recent updates that started this issue. it's sad to say, but now my galaxy buds 2 work waaay better and with zero disconnections when i'm using only one ear bud. i could bare w the terrible fit cuz of sound but i've never had galaxy buds disconnect on me until this pair

The active noise cancellation feature on this product is great. The ease of use and battery life on this product is also a plus. Also, the sound quality of this is a pretty big step up from the original galaxy buds. The only con is I can't connect it to my laptop because the laptop driver isn't compatible, but other than that, I would totally recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear wax us better than these! unless you only use these in a quiet room, these are horrible to use. i'm 41, no elephant ears but these gave me pain and never actually stayed in. when i tried to readjust them, the sound went away and then i had to touch right and then left and then both until i put them on the floor in my garage and smashed them with my 5 lb hammer. comparing to my walmart onn $4.99 headphones, these are like an iphone 3gs, sound is horrid and delayed by 2 seconds. voice calling is better done using a pay phone. no bass for music and terrible to control, heavy and fall out when moving head in any direction except perfectly still. no wonder samsung is giving these away for free..

I love the feature where I can make them chirp if I lose them already saved my earbuds several times, only complaint is that it doesn't work if they are in the case when it's closed. The price is a bit much for the sound quality which is pretty comparable to Samsung's wired earbuds which were only $10. If your offered a deal that involves these earbuds I would go for it. If you are buying them Full price, there are better headphones for your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great for casual wear i'm a college student and wear them for hours on end and find little issues. for too long though (around 4-5 hrs) they do hurt my ears to keep in and i have to stop wearing them for a bit. the sound canceling is my favorite feature, ambient sound is great when i'm walking in the city or in classes, i can hear pretty well with music still playing. i like that i can turn the touch controls off/on since i touch and adjust them often. i defiantly think that these are meant for casual wear. i can't wear them while riding on anything like my scooter/skateboard they start to fall out because of how bumpy it is. other than that, i work as an artist so i'm often sitting still and find them perfect for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful compared to market the sound is fine. the touch spot is super inconvenient; just putting the bud in your ear triggers the touch sensor and will blast you with music (thanks to "smart" media). buds are impossible to keep in the ear canal, regardless of correct (and even incorrect) positioning and alteration of tip size. compared to what is on the market, dont even bother with this. they are aesthetically pleasing for normal earbud quality. other buds are way better like sony wfsp800n who does not fall out of the ear nor has weird touch sensors or apple pros who also have a better positioned sensor. not recommended for workouts nor call center use.

I Prefer the Buds Pro. i don't see how they're an improvement from the buds pro. to sum up, the major points, if your ears are on the smaller side you may prefer the buds 2, if not the buds pro will likely provide a better fit. the buds 2 case does have better battery life by 2hrs, but overall the "improvements" made to the buds 2 are passable because they simply don't fit, stand out or provide as robust of an experience as the pros.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible fit over the years i've had the galaxy live and pro so this is my 3rd pair. both pro pair continually fall out of my ear. i have tried the instructional video on how to properly insert both pair but nothing has worked. they have fallen out in the middle of the street, have fallen out at home only to roll under a dresser, etc. i only use the find my ear buds feature due to a lack of thoughtful design .the live headphones were great but during phone calls my clients would everything around me but me (ambient noise). samsung did fix this issue but with two later additions out, sound and comfortable should have been resolved. i have tried to avoid apple airpods because all their features are not compatible with my galaxy phone but any brand $200 plus is better than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such GREAT earbuds, one Tiny flaw I pre ordered these when the came out and I can't live without them, I love the bright and vibrant colors and the comfort is outstanding, the only thing is that the sound from the buds pro(what I upgraded from) has a little bit better audio quality but not the big of a difference other than that they are my preferred choice in earbuds

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hurt my ears i wanted so bad to love these since i love samsung. i tried these because i like watching videos when in a public place where i have to wait for a while. i prefer over-the-ear headphones but wanted some small ones that fit in my purse. the day i received them i decided to try them out. i had them in for about 2 hrs. they were comfortable for a few mins but when i took them out my ears were hurting and felt clogged. was never a fan of in-ear buds but really wanted something convenient. the sound was great though. had to return and decided to try the buds live since they are not in the ear buds. but those too hurt my ears where they rested and sadly returned those too. i'm sure these buds are great for other people but not me.

Fall out too much! for the money, you'd think they would have it figured out how to keep them in your ears. can't stand it. they slip out and when you try to adjust them from falling out, you end up tapping an unintentional function nearly eveytime. literally cannot stand it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very poor fit i tried to like these headphones, i really did. i ordered two pairs with my new phone, and was excited to see what the upgrade to the buds+ would be. they will just not fit. no matter what ear attachment i use, or how i adjust them, they always fall out, and the samsung provided guide on how to wear them didn't help at all. maybe it works for someone sitting in an office, never moving their head. but i wear mine for yard work, for the gym, just about for anything. not only is it annoying to adjust these super slippery headphones as they start to fall out, but by adjusting them, you hit the play/pause button every time. i loved my buds+. i really wish these fit as well as the buds+, because the sound quality does seem to be improved. sadly, functionality makes these almost unusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Earbuds will not stay intact do not purchase these earbuds if you intend on wearing them for any activity. even walking makes them difficult to stay in. i have tried wearing yeadbands and scarfs to keep them in. i have pulled my ear to give them room to settle in. everything, just so disappointed in the product.

Just wish battery lasted longer but it's still pretty good. Using all the features at loud volume I get about 5 hours before they have to charge for about an hour. Overall very pleased with product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buds for the price These buds are very great and comfortable. They do feel a bit loose and sometimes feel like they might fall off. The active noise cancelation isn't the best nor the worst, and the ambient sound is actually great with the scale it makes the experience much better! Though they are great and all they don't share much protection against water unlike the pro's which keeps you at your toe not to get them wet at all.
