My only minor issue is they do not stay in as comfortably as my AirPods. The fit is just different, not so much so that I’m unhappy more so in comparison. Kept them either way and use them daily for work.

These earbuds offer good control, through the Samsung Galaxy Wear app (it would be great to have a PC based app as well, but, can't have everything. The earbuds fit snugly in the ear without much profile "sticking out". Haven't had them long enough to adequately evaluate the battery life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort and Sound Quality i am giving this a two-star rating because when i began using the buds, my inner ears began burning. as i kept them in my ears longer, they continued to burn more. when i took the ear buds out there was a chemical smell, so i naturally smelled the buds and there was a chemical smell to them. i am going to continue to try them out and hope the burning sensation goes away. another reason for the two-star rating is because the ordering process was very slow. when i first placed the order it showed i would get them on the 15th and here it is 10 days later. ugh! hopefully, i will be back in a few days to report that the burning sensation stopped and that the galaxy ear buds are amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from oh well :/ seems like this is the common problem, they wont stay in! i have changed the silicone tips to see if that helped and it did, but just a tiny bit. i also had the buds plus and those fit amazing! that wing tip really came in great use! funny, i loved the matte black case from the buds, then the buds plus was glossy (not a fan), and now yay we have matte black again but what difference does it make when they dont stay or feel secure in your ear! the sucky part is i'll just pay again for an upgrade and hope that its better than this...oh well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible fit, great sound going from the regular galaxy buds to the pro was a nice upgrade on sound but sadly samsung broke something that should of stayed the say since day one. the little removable rubberized wing that went around the headphones was superb for stability and didn't need to be removed. i tried every tip from the pro and the old buds and it didn't help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Upgrade from Buds Live i have used the buds pro over the last 3 weeks and i am really pleased with the performance of this model. the sound and fit are great. the feature that recognizes when i am speaking and provides for an ambient sound is a game-changer. i cannot wait to travel with these earbuds. the look in the ears is not too conspicuous unlike my over the ear brand. the noise-canceling feature works for me but generally, i like to stay in touch with my environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid sounds, didn't fit in my ears i previously owned the galaxy buds and first noticed when trying out the new buds pro was the lack of adjustable ear wingtips. i went to the gym trying them out and they kept falling out of my ears because they were overall too big. no matter what tip i put on nothing worked. otherwise the sound was great and the noise cancelation worked well before they would fall out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a good fit the new feature is good....but i've tried all the ear size tips and none of them can provide me a secure fit. ive owned the previous three versions and this one is the worst fit by far. i would just be sitting down eating or talking and the buds would gradually loosen and then fall out of my ear. unacceptable for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound, noise cancelling, defective ambient sound was good, noise cancelling worked well, but unfortunately, my pair had a defective ambient mode. only on my left pair, whenever i turned on transparency (ambient mode), there was significant hissing. on the right pair, the hissing from the ambient mode was a lot more subtle. the right pair however exhibited occasional static noise which was also odd. disappointed in the quality control of samsung products lately. now i have to return it, wait for my points to be returned, and then wait for a new pair to come in so i can test. and it looks like it is backordered on the site now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wanted to love them. but i don't. they won't stay in my ears no matter what size tip i use. if i smile, chew, or bend over they fall right out. they only stay in if i use the smallest tip, but then they hurt my ears so bad i can't stand them for more than 10 minutes. the sound is great, but that doesn't do me much good when i can't keep them in my ears. i had them for one day and one slipped out and hit the sidewalk and the silver coating chipped off. super disappointed and feel like i wasted my money. my original galaxy buds are much better and they were half the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, but Not Perfect, but really darn close! i consider myself to know a little about "audio" and have become very fond of several of samsungs ear buds. this newest iteration from samsung is really good however does not seem to isolate as well as i would like and the tips are not as comfortable as the others they've offered in the past. the audio however is where the buds come to life and really sound very clear and solid. i'm patiently waiting for some comply tips that will make a huge difference in the overall experience. these buds pair nicely with my z fold 2 and have really good microphones built into them and are very detailed and allow for great use as wireless mics when making calls or videos, no one can tell i'm using a bluetooth headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great earbud from Samsung i received these the pother day and opened them right up as i wanted to try them with my new phone. they come in a nice charging case and were already charged and ready to go. the minute you open the case they want to pair with your phone and work well with the samsung gear app. you use the gear app to set anc and adjust the tone you want like more bass. they come with med tips attached and large and small are in a box with the charging cable. i have seen other reviews that say they fall out of your ears but not true if you put them in correctly. i have had no issues using them when exercising or moving around and they are ipx7 rated

Don't buy i've had almost every generation of the galaxy buds and i'll admit my original fear was that they wouldn't fit. ironically the 3 other sets i've had before this fit absolutely perfect. never fell out, doing runs or excercises jumping around or even upside down. the buds pro are the opposite. you can't even use these for more than a few minutes without falling out. i've tried all the different ear tips. i even called samsung (on the website it says you can get different tips if you call) after nearly 3 hours on hold, getting transferred between sales and service departments 4 separate times they said they don't have other tips. don't even post a response that you're sorry and to try the fit guide because i already have.

(however no earbud is perfect so it may not fit for everyone.) controls: they have everything you would want for touch controls. it is a bit of a learning curve for those who have never used these functions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, bad ear tips, battery life needs help i've had all model of the galaxy buds and i the buds+ is my favorite. recently bought the pro. it sounds awesome, but, it doesn't stay in the ear due to the ear tips is hard and doesn't stay in the ear like the buds+. this galaxy pro should be shipped with the buds+ ear tips. unfortunately, the ear tips for the bud+ doesn't fit the pro. i am curious how the samsung qa department checked this off. did it even pass uat? i am sticking with the bud+. battery life is better, fits better, and can wear all day. there is a cool feature on the buds+ that the pro doesn't have. while wearing the buds+, you can tap twice near your ears to increase/decrease the volume. no need to touch the ear buds.

Moronic Eartip fit. the sound quality and features are great. however, my experience with the ear tips matches many other people in these reviews. the fit is absolutely terrible. yes samsung support i have read your poorly conceived instructions on how to put these in, and watched the videos. i do not need to be sent another link that doesnt address our concerns. the earbuds slip out every 7 seconds even just sitting at my desk. i have tried all the different sizes that come with the package and none work. this was not a problem with the buds or the buds+. i am hoping that i will eventually be able to buy a set of aftermarket replacement tips that fix this issue but as of right now i am going back to using the buds+ full time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slight improvement over buds+ the buds pro sound is a little better than the buds+. the fit takes a little getting use to. the buds+ had as an advantage still because of the rubber ear fins. this helps secure the buds in the ear. the buds pro do not have this. the buds pro are slippery. make sure your hands have a good hold on them as you take them in and out of the case. wish the battery life was as long as the buds+. i have to be more aware as i use them through the day with conference calls. no warning when the battery is low or gone. buds pro will cut you off immediately. hope samsung next version has improvements with fit and battery life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's all hype they sound fine. noise canceling is nonexistent. the ambient sound sounds like your in a sound deadening chamber but with sound. it was very disorienting. over all they fell out twice while at the gym doing over head carries, and a turkish get up. the large size had bed sound and comfort but they fell out. the medium size felt like they where crammed into my ear cannal and the tips were crushed affecting the sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome sound i had problems keeping on several different brands and i gave up on ear buds but since i had an instant credit for $200 plus a $50 code when i bought my s21 ultra i went for them. these are great they don't come off my ears like others and they are very comfortable to wear. you cant beat the sound. the only issue is that i need to adjust for sounds or the go low volume expecting somebody talking. that could be a little annoying. that's why the 4 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nailed the audio, but the comfort is a big letdown i own the buds and buds+. both good in terms of audio, but i never felt they were amazing. the buds pro sound amazing and can compete with some over the ear headphones i own. the spatial audio is really nice and opens up the soundstage. however where the buds/buds+ excelled in terms of fit and comfort, the buds pro fail for me. none of the included eartips provide a secure fit and i can't keep them on for very long without discomfort. the left one fits worse than the right. i'm constantly having to adjust them when i'm on a call, and i've hung up on people several times because i'm trying to make them stay in my ears. the "block touches" option in the wearable app might exist to address a known flaw with these. these simply won't do until i find some eartips that work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Buds Live i really liked the ergonomics of the buds live but it lacked the sound. i feel like these buds pro with ambient sound and noise canceling is the best of both worlds. given that i was able to trade the buds live in for a credit and get this cheaper made the switch easier. the batteries typically last 4 hours but quickly charge in the case. i think this is the best buds experience from samsung yet and highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective on arrival buds arrived defective where one bud was filled with static when using the active noise cancelling or ambient noise. samsung doesn't have a replacement program so they require it to be returned before they'll give credit to reorder it since it was part of the s21 order. they're of course on backorder. i found it frustrating to switch between my s21 and my macbook as well which required me to turn off bluetooth on the phone to not steal the connection back. they're not the most comfortable and i did have to disable touches in order to keep fixing the placement in my ears. i couldn't justify full price for the buds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money. i was expecting a lot more from these, especially at this price point. i prefer my buds+. i don't know why samsung thought it was a good idea to make the inner ear tips in an oval shape. it makes these extremely uncomfortable to wear. i tried out all of the included ear tips. the case feels cheap and for this price it should have at least been glossy. they are a bit louder than the buds+ plus still don't believe these should be considered an upgrade. lastly, noise cancellation can only be used when both buds are beings used. thumbs down from me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge disappointment ordered these with my s21 ultra and was expecting them to be great. i have the original galaxy buds and love them so i thought these would be a nice upgrade. they have one major problem. they do not stay in your ears! they fall right out anytime you talk or smile. you also can't adjust them without hitting the pause button on accident. i don't understand how you release a $200 pair of earbuds without making sure they will not fall out. only reason for two stars instead of one is because they do sound better than the originals and have better ambient sound. wish i never bought these

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There is some good, but the bad is bad. the quality of the buds and sound are fine and so far happy there. however, the bad is really bad and will probably casuse these buds to be tossed in the drawer until resolved. the issue is is these only work with samsung apps regarding assistant, messages, etc. no one uses bixby samsung but not allowing google assistant, messages, calendar, etc. to be used is just wrong. i bought buds, not your apps. hopefully this is just an update needed by google to those apps but if samsung has locked the buds to only allow bixby and their apps - in the junk drawer they go. if i had known this upon ordering (free or not) i would have picked something else with my 21 ultra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FIt and Sounds Quality when i first read the reviews about the buds falling out i was a bit concerned, but still ordered them anyway. upon arrival, the first thing i tried was the fit; to my surprise they fit quite well and were pretty comfortable, even after a few hours. i could not get them to fall out, i even tried jumping and shaking my head at the same time. they are more comfortable than the buds+ and the original buds, at least for me.

(and yes i know left from right) they are constantly popping out of my ear and dropping to the floor! i never opened the box till 2+ weeks (yesterday)after i received my phone and now after never using them it's too late to return to samsung. please if you decide to buy these be sure to order them from a retail store with a better rotten policy then 15 days! i didn't even get my phone till almost 2 weeks after i received the phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't work as intended at all. fit is a bit janky. one bud just so happen to fall in the tub when getting out. the reviews are correct. my experience was janky battery life. the right one seemingly won't charge. i seemingly need to have the cord connected to get a full charge if at all. i'm only getting 10% of real use. the buds pro dont work as intended. these are not ready for the real world. between fot and charging just discontinue these and go back to the drawing board.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound good, bad fit let's tart with the good side. they sound good. like, really good. the sound is clear and crisp and flat mostly. but, for the love of god, they won't fit my ears. there's only a sweet spot that they don't hurt my ears really bad, and that only stays for like 10 minutes. after that, they go back to hurting my ears. i have tried every tip in the box, no change. maybe try the buds +.

Good sound and ANC. first of all, when wearing correctly, those buds are very comfortable and don't fall out. people who complain about this need to inserting the tip into ear canal, and then twist the buds towards back of the head. sound is amazing. it's sounds better than full sized sony wh-1000mx3 while about 80% as good on anc. those buds blows apple ipods pro out of the water both in terms of sound and anc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Poor fit while these buds have great features, the fit is awful (yes samsung, i have read and re-read the how to wear your bud article) the problem with these as many other reviewers have stated is a combination or not fitting well in some people's ears and the weight of the bud. no matter which "tip" i use i can't get these to stay put in my ear. they are heavy and slip out, if you happen to talk while wearing..slip out, move..they slip out, bend over..fall out, they suck! would like to return exchange but i'm at day 16 since receiving and i don't see a return option. beware unless you have giant ear cavities you may have trouble with these buds!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality control issue the sound is great. but the quality control is bad. after one week's use, the left earbud start to produce static noise, which is related with specific environment noise. the noise is showing up in both modes (ambient sound mode and noise cancellation mode). i tried to ask online chat to request a replacement, but the csr told me they cannot do the replacement, instead of it, ask me to do the return and rebuy. the return option is gone in my account for this one even though it's still within 15days. i found a service request option and tried to submit a repair for it, but the samsung won't let me do it. the website now asked me to call 1-800-samsung and remove the service request option. it's really frustrating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constant Active Bluetooth Connection i had the 2017 gear iconx buds, and they were great! when done, i'd put them in the case to charge, they'd disconnect from bt. buds pro don't do this. when i'm done and put them in the case, bt connection remains active, and phone audio remains assigned to buds, in the case, with the lid closed. no audio is played through them like this, but i can barely take the bud out, and the audio starts immediately. i must manually disconnect bt, or switch audio back to the phone. samsung must update app/buds to allow 'case closed disconnect'! i contacted support, did troubleshooting, i was told that the case was being connected to the phone. "not be able to disconnect once you place the earbuds on the charging case as it is the actual case that is being connected to your smart phone"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Ear Design - Great Sound Quality the buds pro and live have a difficult time staying in the ear. the original ones were much better, but sound quality was not as good. you can't do any kind of exercise with these in the ears. if you are a "on the go" person, these aren't for you. i love samsung products, but you need to come up with a better design for the active person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed the samsung galaxy buds pro are the absolute best earbuds that samsung has to offer! once you have achieved the proper fit the call quality and music quality have improved dramatically! not to mention, having the ability to summon bixby and having bixby actually perform what you ask is awesome!! i have tried and tested voice assistant by asking bixby to pause my music to resuming! i even asked bixby to increase or decrease the volume while listening to music! bixby has improved and i believe in time bixby will rival google and siri! bravo samsung!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound if they would stay in my ears. samsung swung with great strength on this one, but as it soares out of the park it crossed the foul line. features are great. battery life is great. i purchased to use at the gym. the fit is terrible and earbud tip construction is very cheap. i have read the fit guidelines from samsung and followed directions exactly, however when running after a few minutes they begin to slip out of my ears. i quickly give them a nudge to put back in place....... however this activates the touch controls and stops the music. i have seen samsung 's reply to other complaints and have followed the instructions with no resolve to my issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice design but a regretful acquisition. as alluded to by other owners and/or users of the galaxy buds pro headphones, the battery life is beyond bad: atrocious would be more appropriate. a boltune wireless headphone at well under 50 bucks is a much better purchase considering what you get for shelling out 200 bucks for the galaxy buds pro. samsung missed the mark significantly with these headphones. my advice to anyone looking to acquire these: don't; just don't. unless you're okay with the huge and lasting disappointment after trying them out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Comfort and Sound tested w/ my s21 ultra/surface pro. listening to music for about 90 min on the s21, and then a meeting on the surface for 90 min. sound qual: clear audio, perfect amount of bass. i listened to all songs/calls around 50% volume. i prefer the dynamic equalizer setting. bass boost was great, but felt like it would give you a headache after a while. songs: get low-lil jon; wash it all away-5fdp ambient sound: minor feedback when on high or extra high w/o any music playing. it picks up all sounds. can listen to music through the buds, but still hear video at 30% volume on my surface. battery: -21% after an hr w/ ambient on high. -64% after 3 hrs total comfort: i could shake my head around w/ no issues. no discomfort, or pressure feeling after 3 hrs of constant wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noise canceling is a joke i got these yesterday (jan 27) and i used them at the gym for 1.5 hrs. right away one huge problem: noise canceling doesn't work why? extremely poor fit from the original tips. they do not offer a proper seal making the noise canceling feature useless. with the anc turned on at high, because of the poor fit of the tips, i am hearing all the noise sorrounding me. i have earbuds from another brand without anc, and they have a better seal and are able to reduce the outside noise for one simple reason: comply foam tips. to recommend the galaxy buds pro the fit needs to be addressed. samsung, please work with comply to create proper foam tips or make your own version. i am happy i didn't pay money for these earbuds since they were purchased with the credit offered by pre-ordering s21 ultra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but poor bud tips everything works perfectly except the rear bud tops fail to to go deep enough in my ear canal for the noise canceling to work properly. once i replace the tips with ones from a different akg set of ear phones the ear buds worked amazing. samsung needs to provide a greater variety of ear bud tip lengths as well as diameters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good, but could be fixed so easily! i really like these headphones. they sound amazing, they fit me really well, and the noise cancelling is pretty good. however, i can't get past the lack of support on non-samsung devices. when i'm using my laptop, for instance, i am not able to turn off noise cancelling. i can only choose between noise cancelling and ambient sound. instead, i have to reconnect them to my smartphone, turn it off in the app, and then reconnect to my laptop. support on ios devices is also lackluster, as there is no app for these earbuds on the app store. i really want to love these, but the lack of software support is infuriating! please samsung, this is an easy fix and would bring so much more value to these premium earbuds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, terrible fit got these with my new s21 5g and was looking forward to me (espcially since the s21 doesn't have a headphone jack), but i can't get them to stay in. i've tried the different tips, read the "how to wear" article that has been linked in other reviews, and watched a video with no success. even as i type this, the left bud is popping out of my ear. so disappointing. there is no possible way i could wear these at the gym or any other location/activity with constant motion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good sound, disgraceful fit and ANC firs of all, really wanted to love those. sound is good and call quality is stellar. despite that, fit hurts independent of tip size, and anc is basically non existence. there is no dofference at all with anc on or off, so don't buy it if you are getting it for the anc. with the above, if you dont care for anc and get lucky enough for it to not destroy your ears, try your luck! unfortunately i will be returning mine, dontt understand why samsung would change the perfect fit of buds+.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bulky, but nice bass and noise canceling. love the initial set-up with my new galaxy s21 ultra, the wear app was beneficial in showing the correct way to put them in your ears. plus it gives you options for sound and of course the noise canceling, other than them being bulky and hard to keep in the ear without some pushing, these sound excellent when i listen to rap or heavy metal. everyone's saying these are horrible, not me though, very appreciative especially since they were free with my s21 ultra deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sound and Bass, unfortunate connectivity although they mostly seam to work on my samsung device, they most defiantly do not work or are supported on any windows 10 bluetooth enabled device. seams like a dumb move to have the cheaper models support other platforms other than android. if you are lucky you can connect these to a mac or windows device but if not its "tough love" so far i have found no workaround to get the buds to work on windows 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They don't fit i already own all the galaxy buds, and they all fit in my ear. the galaxy buds pro sound pretty good, they are louder and more bassy then the buds plus. but the buds pro won't fit in my ears. i tried all the tips from large to small size, the small tip goes in my ear, but even then the earbuds will not stay in my ear. the medium tips simply won't fit in my ear canal at all. the left bud stays in, but falls out with a little bit of head shaking. the right bud won't stay in at all and falls out when i move my lips (which also moves my ear, like smiling) or even tilt my head. on my galaxy buds plus i have the medium size wingtips and ear tips as well, and they don't even fall out while working out. so what is the deal with the galaxy buds pro? they sound good, but do not fit.

WORTH THE $ okay i thought i would see an upgrade with the noise cancelation, ambient mode etc but i honestly was not expecting this! so my buds were delivered today (even though they are released tomarrow) but it was a pleasant surprise! i am stunned at how much progress they made on the ambient noise, microphone quality and noise canceling. i feel like i am wearing bose noise canceling earphones when ambient mode is turned off. also the level of ambient mode noise is greatly improved. i have not had long enough to review battery life but i have worn them for 3 hours and both are at 78% which has to be a good thing! i liked the design on the beans a tad better but they really didn't give you an option for noise canceling!

Falls off easily! this is my first time ever sharing my review on a product online. hope this message goes to samsung administration. please, just keep all the great new features available exclusively to the buds pro, however, bring back the buds/buds+ physical body for a more secure fit. the buds pro fit-in experience sucks! it falls off the ear while exercising. with an ipx7 water resistance option gone to waste! also, having an automatic multipoint feature with two devices is a plus. especially for those (like myself) who own a samsung phone and a mac laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound quality, horrible built. depending how long you are using your earphones will determine your experience with them. the sound quality is great. i even like the noise cancelation. i'm glad they added water resistant to the pro. the reason i rated the earbuds low is because they do not stay in my ears perfectly due to the earbuds tips. once wax build up, the earbuds starts to slide out and there is always a constant adjustment. even after cleaning my ears thoroughly throughout the day, i am still constantly adjusting the earbuds. this is also frustrating when trying to workout. i have the buds live and they are more stable in my ears than the pro due to the shape and not having the tips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing some customization, but great sound these are missing some customization, but you can change a few important ones. the option to text support before this review is pointless. they only showed a link to the features i already knew about. i'm also still bitter about not getting my credit for pre ordering my note 20 ultra. overall these are better than my power beats pro, they have many more features and actually sound better, plus aren't apple.... if you're in the market for $200 headphones these are up there. definitely better then beats, and jbl in this bracket. hopefully samsung will fix a few run time issues (i only got 1.5-2 hours with ambient sound on medium.) and honor their pre order deals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound is great but... so i traded in my icon x 2018's for these with great anticipation. the initial reviews were exactly what i wanted to hear but after using them i wonder why the reviewers didnt reveal more about the fit. sure the new technology is awesome, battery life is good, and the design is sleek... but the fit leaves much to be desired and almost makes we wish i kept my old icons. the issue i have is they just dont stay in my ears well, even when sitting relatively still for periods of time. walking and running? well forget about them staying in place, i cant keep track of how many times one has fallen out. yes i have tried the different size ear tips and while the larger ones make them stay in better, they do hurt after a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit was impossible returned today. it pains me to write this since i've been a fan of samsung for so long. i was looking forward to the buds pro but unfortunately i could not get a consistent seal with these. others on the web are reporting the same. tried medium and large ear tips. i could get a seal if i pulled my ear lobes out a bit, then by shoving and twisting them in, but they would come loose after a short period of time. they have a good sound, but in my opinion they need eartip "wings" like the buds++. between these and the awful update i allowed to go through for my beloved galaxy note 10+ phone, it's a been a double whammy from samsung this week. can someone help me hide my camera hole???? :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dissapointment i was super excited about these earbuds. when they 1st arrived, they were amazing. the audio was so clear, and the noise cancelling worked so well. then, i received a phone call. the right earbud disconnected from the phone. a few seconds into the call the left earbud disconnected as well. after the phone call, only the left ear bud would connect to my phone, it was if the right one didn't exist. i put both buds back in the case to cycle the power. i had to do this 3 times before the right one would reconnect. thinking this was a fluke, i tried to make a phone call. same thing happened, except the left one did stay connected through the phone call. the design is also the worst out of the line. they are too heavy to stay in when moving around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as the original 1. don't stay in your ears as well as the originals 2. they're bigger, so they stick out more. i find my shoulder tapping them and ending my call or stopping my music 3. can't adjust them without accidentally pressing the side button and ending the call/stopping the music 4. had to turn off touch controls becasue of the above - sad when i thought i was upgrading from the originals sound and noise cancelling is amazing, but can't enjoy it bc of the above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better sound and water resistance, worse fit. i had the galaxy buds plus before trading them in for these. my buds+ fit perfectly, but the ipx4 water resistence seemed to be their downfall. honestly if samsung created a version of the buds+ with ipx7 like these, i would get those in a heartbeat. the buds pro sound great once you get a good fit, but do not move, chew, talk, or sweat with them in because they will begin to slide out. it’s really obnoxious to consrantly have to adjust them. if they had the same wing to lock them in like the buds+ i dont think it would be an issue, but the small design change had a huge negative impact. the voice detection is a great feature, i just wish they stayed in without me having to push them back in every couple of minutes.

It might be great for people with larger ears. I had to rewrite this again because they adjust the stars on my last review. I didn't rate performance and value because I couldn't really give a honest opinopn since i really didn't get to use them. But I had no idea that if you leave that blank, they automatically give themselves 5 stars. Now i'm not too sure if the rating and stars this product has is even real.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy for noise cancellation! i received the buds pro with part of the credit i received when i bought my s21 ultra. i already owned the buds+; but splurged because i had the credit. first the good part: sound quality is very good. i am not an audiophile; but to me, there is a noticeable improvement in sound quality over the buds+ and i enjoy using them to listen to music. here is the bad part: noise cancellation is non-existent. none. nada. i own the bose qc35 headphones and a pair of apple airpods pro. the qc35s are in a class of their own and are excellent. the airpods pro do a very good job reducing the type of noise that you'd experience on an airplane or from a loud computer fan. the buds pro do not cancel any noise as far as i can tell. they are so ineffective that it makes me wonder if i got a bad pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy i'm very disappointed, i sold my buds + to buy the buds pro. the buds pro is very uncomfortable, using for 1 hour the ear starts to hurt, it doesn't fix well and keeps falling, the battery using the noise canceling ends quickly 4h, and if you cancel the cancellation the noise is very loud, buds + has a very good passive noise cancellation and the battery lasts all day. i do not recommend the purchase, very expensive and bad. i regret selling my buds + to buy buds pro

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are fantastic! i have owned the galaxy bud+, live, and now the pro. the pro's are definitely the best earbuds so far! they pair extremely well with my s21 ultra, love the touch commands. the active noise canceling works even better than i expected, very good for earbuds! the ambient sound is also much better than it was previously. i really enjoy using voice detect in the gym. if someone comes up to talk to me, once i start talking my music will quiet down and our voices will be amplified. its really amazing! they are a bit expensive, but are cheaper than airpod pros and just as good! (better design in my opinion goes to samsung)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They fall out and the sound is quality mediocre they're ok. sound quality is mediocre and the have a tendency to fall out of my ears. i've tried all the instructions, tips, tricks, and changed tips. they just don't fit well. yes, the tip i'm now using seals around the ear. it's the only tip with any chance of staying in properly. they have a tendency to fall out of my ears when working out. the sound quality isn't nearly as good as i expected. i had a great set of wired earphones from sony that worked great until the earphone jack was removed in the latest phones. the bose quietcomfort 35 ii's i have are my favorite, but not usable when working out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Buds so far i am super happy with the new galaxy buds pro! i have tried just about every type of wireless earbuds there are and every one of them has some good and some bad. i don't have anything bad to say about these so far. i love how small the case is and doesn't feel bulky in my pocket. the sound is great. it's no bose quality, but for the size (and price) i'm able to hear the lows, highs, and mids very well. the 360 audio is really cool. i also like how it lowers the volume and allows more ambient sound to come in when you start talking, very handy, except when you start singing out loud. the anc is one of the best i've tried so far. people barely hear my surroundings. the battery could be better, but it's not horrible for how small the case is. all in all, i'm very happy with them so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not stay in ears i saw the suggestions from samsung on how to make it work but it has been a disappointing waste of money and another tool for my diehard apple peers to use in our battles. they fall out no matter what earbud size i try. once rolled under a supermarket shelf. i’m on hands and knees on a store floor during covid fishing out my earbud. i am afraid i will lose them forever. i can just sit and they will fall out. constantly have to adjust them to stay in but are so touch sensitive i have hung up on my boss enough times to turn the touch feature off. would have just been better to spend on phone accessories instead when i got the s21. i came from an s6, i could've really used a usb-c charger. the s21 is all kinds of great, but the buds are a slap in the face to the quality i expect from samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish I wouldn't..... My first review was rejected by Samsung saying I didn't follow their guidelines. On short I compared the pro buds with another product I bought a year ago with only 40$. Sound quality is about the same, but the comfort is the main issue: the pro buds are very uncomfortable. I wish I wouldn't pay so much to get at this point. I was tricked by so many good reviews. I hope Samsung will do better next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get the Original Galaxy Buds i for one wouldn't waste $200 on these earbuds. i got them for $11 with my galaxy s21+ credit and i have to say i'm let down by samsung. issue #1 is the earbuds. they fall out of your ears too easily compared to first gen. these don't feature wingtip that secures bud inside of your ear. samsung thought it was a good idea and removed it. issues #2 is the noise cancelation. as for noise cancelation it's pretty horrible. i have it on 'high' and if people talk or mess around with their food you can hear it. with first gen, i can have media volume not even half way and i can't hear anyone. with these buds they just love to attract sound. the purpose for earbuds is for them to stay in your ear not fall out when yawning, eating or just walking around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They feel like an ear infection they offered me $9.95 for a return within 30 days. no illusions here, samsung knows what these are worth. they fall right out due to their idiotic design. the hard plastic pushing against the ear really hurts, and the blood rushing back into the compressed soft tissue feels warm and painful, like an ear infection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed i love samsung, but these earbuds are not at all what i expected. the earbuds hurt my ears horribly. they slip out of my ear constantly. i've had them since february and i was thinking of returning them or simply just selling them. i decided to give them another chance to see if my ears would adjust, but my ears are still super sore and they even peeled a bit of my skin. although the sound is nice, they are not enjoyable. i am terribly disappointed. i'm always in pain, and constantly catching them because they fall. on top of that, they cost $200.00, it's truly upsetting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bump/tap on outside of buds volume up and down best earbuds you can buy! only feature that the galaxy buds pro are missing is the bump/tap feature on the outside of the buds to turn the volume up or down. this was one of the best if not the best feature for me on these buds and sadly they were on the buds plus but not the buds pro. please add this back, it would mean so much to me! thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it 'But absolutely love the device but' not impressed with the sound it took me 3 days of reconfiguring my samsung note 20 ultra to get the sound i like it seems buds plus + had richer sound but lack in bass, this makes up some good bass but not as crisp, finally learning more capabilities of my phone as in sound pulled up nicely,, but the killer is ear fit is not good jaw muscles push the buds out no matter what size i use i hope to find a remedy for this,,, overall love it and the functions are clear off the scale.. ps battery life is a bit short..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disconnecting issue this device doesn't work individually when talking on the phone, keeps disconnected which is very frustrating for me, i tried to get samsung help, some unprofessional tried to help me despite waiting for hours, couldn't get a proper help as well. i have been using samsung products for years but it seems this would be the end!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor weight distribution these galaxy buds pro had lots of promise, but unfortunately the weight distribution results in them shifting in the ear quite a bit, which then "disconnects" them from the call. you may think the call dropped, but it is just the contacts losing connection with your ear. when you try to adjust them you run the risk of disconnecting the call. i tried the different tips, inserted them per the instructions, etc. it is a shame, because the audio is excellent, and when connected the hone microphone works well, so they were good quality for calls, which was my most important use. i was pairing them with a note 20 ultra. i returned them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good audio ruined by poor fit. coming from original buds and buds+, i was expecting comfort and decent audio from the pro for both calls and music. when the buds are seated properly, the music presentation is indeed full, detailed and reasonably neutral but having exhausted all of samsung's online advice on how to wear these buds, i am at a loss how to keep them secure in my ears when i am moving, eating or laughing. no matter which tips or insertion method i use, they never feel secure and always worm their way out. the originals and especially the buds+ were as exceptional in terms of secure fit and comfort as the buds pro are not. samsung need to get some new tips out to existing users to try and remedy this. the loss of the labs buds+ volume control is also regrettable and perplexing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from will not stay in ear headline says it all. i didn't even get the chance to activate, listen to or even enjoy one of the great samsung products i had over the years. changed ear pieces, twisted and re-positioned and twisted again, but to no avail. i was excited to try jogging with them in the rain and try them in the shower. i returned them even after receiving deep discount. the earlier version was perfect , but wasn't water resistant. the others are not as private since others could hear whats in your ear. in addition, it appears that i also lost the discount. in the final analysis, it did not work for me, but it might work for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect package for a perfect price. the headphones are amazing value for their price. the noise cancelation is very good. while i doesn't block out everything is blocks out enough that you can listen to you music lower than you would with the noise cancelation off and its still effective in reducing noise. the voice detect is amazing, but its not the best for people who sing with their music. the sound quality is a amazing it definitely is a substantial improvement from my galaxy buds plus. the ambient sound is perfect now i doesn't feel like i am using a hearing aid like the bud plus did it actually feels like i took my earbuds off. overall a really good product i'd recommend to any galaxy user.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I should have listened to the reviews traded in my buds + for these much less comfortable ones. i wish i could have the old ones back. sound is great, the issue is they literally don't fit in human ears. i gather based on the design samsung decided to try and capitulate to people complaining about how in ears are uncomfortable to make them not really go in your ear canal. the problem with that, in ears don't work that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buds i'm not sure what everyone's going on about with them falling out, i used them right out of the box and can rotate my head in any position without them moving at all. they are a very comfortable alternative to the the over-the-ear hook style single earpiece i was previously using for calls. the battery life is to be expected given the size of the buds and case and is not at all a deal breaker when coupled with the few samsung wireless charging pads i have for my note 10 and active watch. also, of course wireless charging the buds off the back of the phone as samsung introduced that feature years ago. finally, i find the noise canceling feature i think is impressive for not being an over the ear true full cancelation headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Device Decent Price i was lucky enough to receive a credit towards this great quality buds. i have had them for around 2 weeks and i use them daily with no major issues discovered so far. the sound is great with or without ambient sound turned on, but this feature is very useful for workplace use. the only small issue i found was the standard ear bud fittings did not work for me, but the next size up was a smooth fit. comfortable for all day use and the touch controls are easy to learn and seamless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great audio but pain in my ear i love the audio of buds pro as i could hear better base and sound resolution. however, regardless of ear tip size, it gave me the pain in my ear or it kept falling off. i ordered form tip to resolve this but not sure whether it will be really helpful as it is fitting issue to my ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good but not perfect at first i had difficulty getting these to stay in but changing the silicone piece to the smaller size helped with that. the sound is very good and most features work quite well however the voice recognition has a difficult time discerning between a voice and other noises that are of similar volume causing the earbuds to mute the music and let in unwanted sounds often. i have disabled this feature nd i am otherwise happy with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useless i have owned every galaxy buds and i have always had good experiences up until i bought the buds pro. these are by far the worst, what was samsung thinking? they completely removed the wings making them fall off my ears all the time!! they are so uncomfortable, i can never make them sit properly on my ears. i ended up selling them for $50 and bought the buds plus instead.
