Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magic Beans! In late November 2020, I bought these to go with Galaxy S10+ and to use for work. They are still awesome after almost 2.5 years, 4-6 hours of daily use for conference calls/work out music/personal calls! I do clean them every few months with a pick and alcohol swab, when sound starts to reduce in one or both. It's a pain and won't work forever, but it has so far. Like other reviewers, I love the fit of my "beans" because I cannot stand having something in my ear canal. Sure, not all sound is blocked around me, and from a safety standpoint, that terrifies me about most ear buds! But people on the other end report hearing only me, even if there is music playing, cats meowing, or traffic noise. I wish Samsung would continue the Buds Live legacy (software and hardware)! I will be completely lost when mine die. Pros: Fit, Safety, Sound quality, Cuteness Cons: Cleaning needs, Finicky about connecting sometimes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit and concept, lacking quality i was excited about the design and the fit - for my purposes, something that fits more or less completely in the ear while allowing some ambient noise is exactly what i was looking for. battery life as stated. good quality audio sound. cons: 1. interference at times; 2. touch controls are impossibly sensitive - when trying to fix the bud in ear during the call, it often hangs up inadvertently; 3.the most annoying thing - wing tips easily disconnect from the buds when taking buds out of the ear, and get lost. i lost all of mine; call to tech support resulted in them first sending the wrong item, then on the second attempt stating that these are not covered by the warranty, and i have to purchase my own. i am not misusing the buds - so it does look to me like a manufacturing defect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faulty speaker within 3 months, no support i have owned apple airpods pro and airpods. i bought the galaxy buds live in september and within three months the primary speak stopped working. prior to the speaker going out, i was having a decent experience with the buds live. i contacted samsung and they had me send in the buds live. i am now hearing that they may not cover repair. i never dropped the galaxy buds live in water or otherwise damaged them. they stayed in my gym bag and i only used them when i exercised. i wanted to utilize something that is more compatible with my samsung phone, but i would rather have working apple airpods that are not compatible than galaxy buds live that are compatible but stop working after three months. buyer beware. perhaps i was just unlucky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Asthetically pleasing! samsung's design team seems to be focused on creating a product that is unique. appearance wise nothing is similar. they are comfy albeit a slight learning curve to get them to sit properly in the ears. theres a cute tone to let you know their engaged.. the sound quality is above par and some customization is possible with the equalizer. i don't think they were meant to be an audiophiles headphones set rather an every day casual user.

They fit my ears better than all the earbuds I have tried in the last 15 years, and they don't even hurt after a few hours of constant use. ANC is stronger than my gaming headphones have. Battery life is pretty good with ANC on, after 3 hrs of watching movies on my phone, Battery is down to 83%. Loving the Find feature that makes the buds chirp like a bird, I even heard it from underneath a couch cushion! No joke, the chirping gets louder. Outstanding job, SAMSUNG!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size size is really nice and compact pairing took an extra second on ios first paired in the app didnt work than had to pair it under 2 dif names in bluetooth settings. battery life on the buds are very good case not so much. sound is really good especially with the app equalizer settings. touch sensors took a minute to figure them out. was hoping it would be more comfortable in bed when lying on my side but otherwise pretty comfortable after foguring out the fit. dont over rotate in your ear. overall excellent product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable!! the galaxy "beans" aren't bad. they're pretty comfortable and discreet. i haven't noticed the reduced the battery life from the buds. i only wear them to work. my only complaint is the ability to disable touch for the watch like you can for the phone. there's no discreet way to put them in without touching all over the controls. other than that, great step in the right direction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible and Cause Pain i've watched the videos and read the tutorials on how to adjust for comfort. these earbuds just do not fit ears, cause pain, and are very disappointing. i have the original samsung buds and love them and thought i'd give these new ones a try. now because i'm outside of the 15 day return window, samsung is completely "unable" to help and now i'm stuck with earbuds that cause pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made for a very specific ear size i liked these buds, they sounded nice for the short amount of time i used them. the anc isnt truly noise cancelling, i could still hear outide noise with it turned on. at the same time, even without anc on i wish there were an ambient noise mode to hear outside noises more clearly. they are good if you are looking for a outer earbud design and arent going to be in super noisy atmospheres. i wish i could have tested them further, but they were just too painful to continue wearing and they made my ears red. i let my sister try them and they would not even sit in her ear. if you have smaller ears, theres really nothing you can do to make these any more comfortable. if samsung were to realese a smaller version, i would like to give them another try, but i had to return these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound great sounding ear buds. they fit nicely in my ears and stay put, for the most part. the only thing i don't care for about them is that, if i turn on my side with my head on the pillow, they make a chiming sound over the music. it does stop after about 4 chimes but still its annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good sound have been using for about 3 weeks. everything so far is insanely good. if you are looking for the noise cancelling, these may be for you but that depends what yoyre looking for. if you want to cancel out all sounds, the air pod pros are probably the buds for you. the noise cancelling on these are fairly well, reducing the sound of a lot of things aorund you, especially low frequency sounds such as an air conditioner or fan or humming. the bass and overall sound quality is very good as well, better than any bass in earbuds i've ever used before, granted, these are also the most expensive i've purchased. 1 problem to note of though is if yoy have particularly small ears, they may not fit comfortably.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't use Samsung Finance ear buds are fine but i would stay away from opening a new samsung finance account. i haven't received anything about my account in the mail and you can't get anyone on the phone. people report being charged a late fee because they don't get anything in the mail in time to make their payment.

I use them every single day while I listen to podcasts or music--also many phone conversations happen with them and connectivity is great. There might be a set of earbuds that are better, but I doubt that you will find a better value (pointing at the overpriced and overhyped apple earbuds).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best fitting headphones. Never fall out. Ever. For years, I could only use over the head headphones. Wireless earbuds don't stay in my ears. I've tried every major brand and most of their styles, and nothing worked until these. The pill shape is perfect for my ear. I have small ears, and using the small tip lodges them comfortably in my ear and they don't move. They don't hurt. They don't budge. I can do cartwheels and backflips on the trampoline, and these don't come out of my ears at all and cause me zero ear fatigue. There is no pain. The sound quality is also good, though because they don't make a perfect seal like some other earbuds it's not perfect. ANC is worthless and doesn't work at all. That's okay for me - I have a full house at home, and blocking out sound is not really a thing I can do. And the 360 Audio feature is wonderful for watching shows on a tablet or laptop. They charge up quickly in the case. I can listen all day on a Saturday while cleaning. After about 6 hours when the battery gets to about 20%, I pop one bud into the case and listen with one ear. Once that one's charged up, I swap out and charge up the other one and am good for the rest of the day. They are a little hard to clean. The speakers can get covered in ear gunk pretty quickly, and cause a noticeable loss of sound output. I use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean them off, and have had no problems with the finish or performance. One annoyance I've found with the software - the feature that allows the headphones to easily switch between Samsung devices can be annoying. I have a Samsung laptop, tablet, TV and phone that have that feature. If I'm listening on my phone and I open my tablet to take notes, it will sometimes auto-switch the connection to my tablet and stop my book or music. That feature can be turned off, so it's not a big deal. They're excellent headphones, and I love them so much that I now have three sets to make sure they're always around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel bad..... about product and service both I bought the new Galaxy S21 with Galaxy Buds live a month ago. As you know, new galaxy S21 only support the Bluetooth earphone. But the mic of galaxy buds live is so bad.. People always told me it hard to understand your voice and noise happened. So I decided to return the buds or upgrade the upper model. but this site can allow me to do that. Return service was worst..... I like the Samsung brand.. but I am so disappointed this time...

The bean shape of the earbud is my favorite because it doesn't hurt my ears but still delivers a great sound!

The fit was a little bit awkward at first because they have a unique shape, but after a day or so, I got used to them. The sound is for sure above average, and I wouldn't say that it blows me away, but its still pretty good. As for battery life, I have no complaints, and I maybe charge the case once every week or so at the most. If you're on the fence like I was, I would just take a chance and buy them. I don't think you'd be disappointed:)

So far I can't say I love the Galaxy Buds Live. They often feel like they will fall out and has fallen out 1 time. They get spotty if my phone is in my pocket. The range isn't too bad, maybe 30-35 feet. Battery life seems good so far and charges quickly in the case. Sound quality is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and small upon originally using this product, getting used to it was a hassle. often times my ears would actually start hurting from the earbuds being logged in there. but as time past and i figured out how to properly put them in my ears this product is one i'll most likely keep purchasing. although it does not compete with the galaxy bud pro's (in terms of sound/utilities), i have found these to be more better as they stick perfectly in my ear and do not fall out. other products such as the bud pros fall off way to easily and are uncomfortable. i own both the pros and lives and these are my go to (until i inevitably put them in the washing machine) but will most likely continue to use these!

I grew up with an audiophile dad and I kind of inherited his pickiness when it comes to sound. I didn't expect the Buds Live to sound as good as they do as I'm used to high end headphones. These are excellent for their size and do not go into the ear canal so they're comfortable. If mine break, I'm definitely buying another pair.

It was great, I could turn off the background noise so I could concentrate on the conversation on the zoom call. I have also used them for music and the sound is really good. I actually bought a second pair for my husband who is a sound engineer and he was impressed with the quality of the sound too.

I remember when the Galaxy buds live very well it was the best Samsung earbuds that I've owned the sound was amazing the design fit well in my ears and I could sleep with them in without discomfort the probability of them falling out was very low I'd recommend these over the new ones anyday.

I have a bit shallower ear holes and so these buds tend to fall out as i am running around my day to day. the ear nubs supplied helps with the stability, but ultimately only recommend if you have a certain ear typ.

They also seamlessly connect to the phone if the Bluetooth is on through an apication; it has options of connecting to the earbuds and a little sound equalizer. The only complaint I have that the earbuds are rather big for my ears, so I cannot have them on for more than a couple of hours at the time.

The clarity and sound balance are great for music and speech. Very comfy in ear and they don't fall. They look amazing too! Absolutely love them!

The only thing critical of is that a little big, does not fit as would expect, but other than that is a great value for my Galaxy gears.

They require almost no maintenance aside from a cleaning every so often. I have the latest pair of galaxy buds also, and the buds live are my go-to set--always!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE WORST, SO DISAPPOINTED !!!!! reading the other reviews, i wonder if mine are defective. i have zero noise cancelling. i own the previous galaxy buds and i loved them. i was so excited to get the bronze buds live to match my note 20. its not even a comparison. when i turn on the noise cancellation i can hear everything, there is litterally no change. on my previous buds people have to tap me on my shoulder to get my attention cause everything is blocked out. i got them as a gift, but if i had paid for them i would have insisted on a refund. now i am extemely hesistant to spend my money on the newer buds cause it definitely a down grade from my galaxy buds.

It was a decision I do not regret and only wish I had made the decision sooner! The sound is crisp and does a great job blocking background noise, an issue I had with every single one if my previous pairs. The battery life is great and the interesting shape helps to seat comfortably in your ear. I love them and won't buy another brand. Also my girlfriend loves them over her air pod pros.

The beauty of the Galaxy Buds Live design is that it doesn't stick dirt to your ears (avoiding infections), the quality of the sound is awesome, noise cancellation works well and the microphone works flawlessly and the price is just fair. I use it every day for work purposes and at home to listen to music. I strongly recommend this product.

The sounds quality is excellent, it doesn't completely block out everything, since it doesn't sit into the ear canal. But despite that, I still enjoy them. The charging case is handy, so the buds are always charged (so long as the case isn't completely discharged). Integration to the Wear app is nice, so you can see what the battery levels are at, and adjust the sounds settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome buds i love these buds. they fit me well and sound amazing. just like with any other ear buds, fit is important, it they don't fit you well, you are not going to like them. i also like these because they don't isolate your ears too much, so you can hear what's going on around you. the active noise canceling is pretty good also. calls sound great on both sides.

Absolutely recommended.

It doesn't block your ear completely so that you can still hear outside sound. I purchased when there was offer going on so value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute buds I think I bought these about a year ago and I really like them. They don't fall out of my ears when I'm active like my previous wireless buds. They also keep a good charge and they connect easily to all my devices.. My only complaint is that they hurt my ears when I wear them for more than 1 hour but I rarely use them for that long so No biggie. Also you have to get used to the tap to pause feature.. My husband thinks they should add a touch volume feature on them but I think they're great as is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST the galaxy buds live are the best bluetooth wireless i've had, i've also had the galaxy bud pro, they didn't stay in my ear, and it wasn't comfortable to my ear. so i decided to try the buds live which they do look like a jelly bean, however they fit right in my ear, they pick up everything which is good for me as well. i love samsung products all except the bud pro... i first purchase these in the rose gold color, and due to me trading in my phone i wanted them in white to go with my purple phone.

My past earbuds from a competitor were great for about a year and then the battery life drastically diminished to a completely unusable state . I can't speak to the longevity of these, but I've found that my Samsung products in general tend to last a bit longer than most. I would definitely recommend these, but if ANC is high on your feature list then you might want to look elsewhere. The other thing I'd add is that if you have very small ears there's a strong possibility these may not fit comfortably for you. I'd say my ears are normal-ish sized, so the small inserts are perfect for me, but my GF tried them on with the small inserts in her tiny ears and she could barely squeeze them in. She said it wasn't uncomfortable, but she didn't know if she'd feel the same hours later. Just something else to consider that I'd never though of before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent fit, but basic features I love the fit of these. They've never fallen out of my ears during a workout or while speaking in a meeting at work. I have tried the Samsung Buds2, which are shaped much differently, but they don't stay in my ears. I've tried all combinations of the speaker covers that sit in your ear canal - they still fall out. If you stick a finger in your ear and then say a few words, you can feel your jaw moving. Because of this, newer Samsung earbuds (which sit inside your ear canal) get pushed out if you use them for meetings at work. However, the way these earbuds are made, they don't enter inside your ear canal, so your jaw can't push them out and you can talk all you want without them falling out of your ear in the middle of a meeting. These would have gotten 5 stars, except that their noise cancelling abilities aren't as good as the Samsung Buds2. I wish Samsung would offer all new ear buds with the option of this shape, but it includes all the upgraded features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear Pain I bought these about 2 weeks ago. The issue I have with this product is that they hurt after having them in for about 15 minutes. The other issue is that you have to be in the same room otherwise you lose connection. No Bueno!
