Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get the Repair Insurance in my situation I cant seem to get mine to stay in my ear and several times my right side Ear Bud almost fell into my dinner, which would have completely ruined them as I tend to eat soup or oatmeal and such liquidy bases. They work well. No complaints there. And I did buy the 2 year insurance plan. For me, I have small ear holes, per the doctor, so I do not want to jam them in my ear canal. I prefer the external earphones because of this reason. I would not buy another set of Ear Buds from any company as they wont stay in when I am not holding my head still and in a certain position. Besides, who knows, they might very well be causing cancer. So there's that. All Bluetooth ear bud devices could very well be causing brain cancer. We won't know for sure for another 30 years, will we? So there you go. I dont regret my purchase. I simply do not think Ear Buds are for me. And thank goodness I got the 2 year insurance plan just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new Definitive ear buds I purchased these earbuds coming off the back of years of Raycon usage; for quite some time I'd have sworn by Raycons as the best option for wireless earbuds at a reasonable price. However after my first pair of Raycons were damaged and I got a new pair, I noticed a significant downgrade in quality from my first pair, so after I lost my second pair I purchased these Galaxy Buds. MASSIVE. UPGRADE. These things are amazing, they have all the features that Raycon had but much better executed. Their integration with my Samsung Galaxy S22's OS means I get a great amount of precise control with how I want to use them and can even track them if lost, the build quality is fantastic, and I have yet to have the earbuds die on me. My ONLY problem with them is the case didn't come with a keychain or anything, so I went on Amazon to get one. But all around great purchase, and if these ever break I'm gonna come right back here for another pair!

They're bulky, with the overall look and feel quite outdated in comparison to other buds in the market. I dislike the lack of wireless charging which was available in the Live, and the color selection made available boring and lacking any creativity. I would not buy again.

The touch control is complicated at first but with time you adapt to it. Its water resistant feature is not bad but don't drop it in water, I wouldn't recommend it.

I would have gone for something else if I had known. At least these have ok noise cancellation. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone though, because you can get cheaper earbuds with the same features or just buy more expensive ones with better sounds.

It has great features of different hearing settings of noise cancellation. It sounds very good. I love the sound it makes when tapping on ear buds. All in all, price was very good for a premium quality ear buds. I will definitely buy another pair when needed in the future.

The active noise cancellation, with the ability to switch to hearing the environment around you is an excellent feature for the price. The FE's stay put much better when compared to my last pair of wireless bluetooth earbuds. One benefit I didn't realize is that when riding my motorcycle I can still hear everything around me and my navigation without wind noise becoming an issue. So I can ride safe, hear what I need to hear, and protect my hearing from the loud wind noise, win win all around.

Tried calling Samsung Care that I paid for the warranty and they will do nothing about it. Just like the $1300 Q series TV i bought. It let me down. I don't like the way these look on me, they are big in the ear and don't have the little handle you see on most buds that you hold onto when inserting them into the ear, 1 star deduction for that.

The battery lasts long enough that I do not need to worry about charging constantly. I am hesitant to use them while working out, however, I believe they will function fine once you dry/clean them off thoroughly.

The sound is amazing too but the mic is subpar. Still the fact I can finally workout without having to be fanagling them everytime is a lifesaver for me. I love the size too, very small to include the case! Love how small the case is. I don't care it doesn't have a lot of features like wireless charging and such, I never use that stuff anyway.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU Samsung for finally making buds similar to the Galaxy Buds+!! :) I loved the Buds+ so much that I tried buying them refurbished more than once because I really did not like the fit of any of the newer Buds, but the refurbished ones kept dying and I was so bummed. These Buds FE remind me so much of the Buds+ and I love them! They fit so well, comfortably for long periods of time, and have a decently long battery life. I'm not an audiophile so I can't say much about the sound quality but it sounds great to me. I also appreciate the affordable price and trade in program. Love these buds, thank you!!

However, recently, I started feeling scared they might explode because of the cheap materials. So, when I saw a discount for the Buds FE ($40), I decided to buy them. That’s when I realized what decent earbuds should be like. These are in a completely different league compared to any earbuds I’ve ever had. The sound quality is great, and most importantly, I wanted earbuds that let me call my family without any issues. With all the earbuds I’ve had before, there was always so much noise that I ended up having to use my phone’s speaker. But with these buds, my mom said she had never heard me this clearly until now. Pairing is super easy with the wearable app, and the noise-canceling and ambient sound modes work great! I can wear both earbuds at the same time without worrying about not hearing oncoming cars when I’m walking. Overall, super happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the Best Bang for Your Buck In the box, you will find a glossy square shaped case made of plastic, simply designed earbuds , a quick start guide, a USB-C to C cable, ear tips in small and large sizes, and wing tips in small/medium size. That's it. For my ear canals, this pair of earbuds fits relatively comfortably . Since I am not one of those audiophiles, I do not bother with "control customization" or "equalizer adjustment." I prefer the default mode instead. Even though this pair of earbuds is NOT Dolby Atmos or THX certified, I am quite surprised that the audio sounds better than expected when watching Hollywood movies and DW documentaries on Personal Computer. As for Active Noise Cancellation, well, all I can say is that it works, but do NOT expect the same kind of performance as something higher-end like Bose or Sony earbuds. Please note: These are NOT waterproof earbuds; however, according to Samsung, this pair of earbuds will withstand rain. With a 60 mAh battery on the earbuds, with ANC on, the battery lasts about 4 hours and several minutes. If you choose not to turn on ANC, the battery will last 6 hours. Made in Vietnam.

They are extremely comfortable I can keep them in my ears for long periods of time. I have every single Samsung headphone and out of all of them I use these the most. Obviously everything came be controlled from your phone you can find the headphone if you lose it each headphone individually if lost it does let out a beep not extremely loud but it does help you find them and I know that because my daughter lost them in the grass it took us a little bit but we found it and it was buried in the grass like somebody had stepped on it. Lol (probably us looking for it) you will not be disappointed

Because after purchasing Samsung pros I realized I did not like them as much as my FE's. The pros did not stay in my ear as well. But just recently the other FE earbud started working!!

Also, there is not a lot of flexibility in the buttons to control what you are doing. I have the 3 pros, and a 6 year old pair of other bluetooh headsets that can control volume up/down, and next/previous track.

ANC gives me a constant wind noise. Ambient pass through; the right ear gets a bit of noise and is always louder. I call someone and have to reconnect and adjust my buds constantly to make the microphone not sound like I'm talking through 3 window panes.

They brought back a lot of the things I liked about the previous buds plus and the upgrades are quite nice especially Wing Tips. So happy they included this feature. Fits great in my ears and they stay in! The sound quality is great as well for the price.

Yes I've already read where some people aren't happy about the no wireless charging but that shouldn't be a deal breaker. What were you doing before that feature was available? Exactly. Anyway, they sound great, I'm happy about the wing tips and the extra tips. Wish there were more colors but it's ok. I have the Buds+, Buds Live, Buds 2, Buds 2Pro, and now Buds FE. I didn't indulge in the Buds Pro because too many complained about ear discomfort and I decided to pass. I should've got them because everybody's ears are different. But it's ok. I have a nice little selection to switch between 2 phones and I'm satisfied.

I was afraid they would die or get lost before I found an adequate replacement. As the appearance would suggest these fit just like the buds plus but with superior sound quality. Unfortunate they did away with the wireless charging feature but otherwise very happy. And the free silicone case is nice because I hate white devices and even the black earbuds come in a white case.

I've used my buds 2 twice and put them back in the box, in the drawer, money wasted(in my opinion). I haven't figured out how to fully use my FE buds yet but sitting here listening to my music and they sound GREAT! My small ears don't feel crowded like they did with my buds 2. They don't feel slippery like the buds 2. I can't wait to try them out while on the phone. Way to go Samsung!!! I'm happy ??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Danger!!!! The Warranty Process is Broken!! It arrived defective. Twice, Samsung sent me to get it repaired where they do not repair buds. I gave up and sought to return it. Even though I had been calling since the first day, it had taken more than the 15 days when I can return for a refund. Their reaction is "We are following policy." Well, my policy is to inform prospective customers that a company treats its customers badly. So here we are. All Samsung needed to do was send a replacement. I guess that is too much. I affirm that this is known by me to be true, accurate, and not misleading.

If you are moving, changing positions, over 20 feet away, they will disconnect. They do not alow the talk time as stated. This is the 3rd set of Samsung earbuds that have bern trash since the original Galaxy. Samsung take a note, stop manufacturing ear buds that perform poorly. I will be asking for a return or replacement.

Couldn't return to Amazon cus I was past my return date, got them working again only to stop working properly again March 19th. NOTHING NEW with Samsung Accessories, they NEVER last long. Bought a new pair on Amazon and got them March 20th, I'm sure they won't last long either. Went through at least 4 maybe 5 pairs of the Galaxy Buds+

This is my 5th pair of buds and I like them but they don't completely drown out the back ground noise at all, it severely muffles it but I can hear it if I'm watching TV and not listening to music, thankfully my office isn't always loud or I'd give these a 3 star rating. These buds also don't charge wirelessly, they have to be plugged in which is a down grade from my older buds. I do love the white, they have fantastic sound and they fit good in my small ears. Overall happy for the moment.

I've taken very good care of these earbuds so I dont understand why the right side quit charging despite the case being fully charged. When both earbuds did work, the noise canceling feature caused an irritating static noise on top of whatever I was listening to. I have bought the galaxy bud live before these they worked very well until I lost them. When I bought the Galaxy FE I expected these earbuds to last longer and have a higher quality noise canceling feature than they do. Over all these were a disappointing product for me.

The other party has trouble hearing our conversation and tends to pick up a lot of static. I have previously owned the buds and buds plus. Both of those products worked really well for everything above. Unfortunately, these did not work like I anticipated.
