Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful, but Delicate (Warning) Love my galaxy book and I have been using it when traveling or managing things on the go. I wouldn't really recommend anyone to play games on it, but it can run solidly. However, in my experience, intensive tasks should be avoided! After 2 months from purchase the screen had produced a hairline crack from top to bottom and across the top right corner. It is relatively small and mostly invisible to first glance. I am worried it will progress over time. I believe the cause is shutting the laptop screen when it is hot. If you do buy this laptop, I highly advise you to treat it exceptionally well. I had never dropped it, mishandled, and always stowed it within a quality case. I am quite underwhelmed as I had purchased a nearly $1,500 (at the time) laptop that barely lasted me 2 months. If it hadn't cracked I am sure it would have been perfect for me for far longer. I did not purchase any safety plan or coverage as I have never damaged any of my devices or electronics and always take care of them to my best. Disappointing that it is a relatively wide-spread problem that seems to be ignored. Purchase with caution!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful--but fragile--laptop I bought this laptop because it was one of the first with the Lunar Lake processor. It was my first Samsung laptop and probably my last. While I was aware of the screen cracking issues, I chalked that up to possible early production batches and not something inherent in the design. However, the screen durability issues with this laptop are very real. Do not let the spec sheet fool you: while Samsung uses Corning Gorilla Glass, it ultimately doesn't matter. The laptop’s ultra-thin design—especially on the 16" lid—comes at a steep price. The lid lacks the structural rigidity to support the glass. Physics wins here; the frame flexes, and the screen is prone to cracking despite the premium materials. If you still insist on buying this machine, you must factor in the cost of Samsung Care+. Samsung will refuse to repair these stress cracks under standard warranty, and the out-of-pocket repair cost is almost as much as a new laptop. I cannot stress this enough: without Care+, you are on your own. Another major shortcoming is the Samsung app ecosystem hype. If you want to take full or even partial advantage, you need to have the apps run in the background, which takes a major hit on battery life. Even then, the apps feel half-baked. For example, if you want to use the AI abilities in Samsung Gallery, you are actually running a mirrored instance of your phone's app, not a native Windows process. You cannot even sync your photos or albums properly between your phone and laptop. Other disappointments for a "Pro" laptop include a finicky fingerprint reader, the absence of a Num Lock indicator, and marginal palm rejection on the oversized touchpad which leads to constant accidental clicks. Verdict: As a lifelong Samsung phone user (Samsung Galaxy S), I wanted to love this. Yes, the screen is beautiful and lives up to the hype. However, I am disappointed in their flagship laptop. My advice? Skip this model. Look for a brand that primarily focuses on computers, where the competitive focus is on durability and loyalty rather than just making the thinnest laptop possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HUGE COMPUTER MINOR ISSUES I am still not sure why I needed a tablet....I dont draw so who knows...I do not like the fact that I cannot get it to do away with the password/pin....and it doesnt seem like I have been successful in adjusting time out....I have set it for 15 min yet it seems like 3 min idle and I have to redo pin...I HATE THAT!!! So irritating....I have tried several "fixes" that dont work...I also could not transfer all data from.my Microsoft Surface to the Galaxy Book.. (also the pin is under Microsoft...I bought a Samsung so why is Microsoft the pin????)....also tried several ways there too.....Samsung Switch was not helpful...I tried another one too..nope...that was very irritating...and trying to get used to the updated Paint....I had windows 10 so it is different...so other stuff ok...and yes that keyboard takes getting used to...I never use the tracker thing...I never can figure out how that works so I have a wireless mouse...that is my review

Processing speeds are so fast and the s pen makes navigating the screen enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this over a tablet if productivity and media consumption is your thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would have kept my Galaxy pro Ok laptop but I preferred my old Galaxy pro. First thing is the Galaxy5 pro 360 is crazy HEAVY. I also will probably never use the 360 function. It leaves the keyboard exposed and every time I try to flip the screen I hit buttons and mess things up. Would be much better if there was a cover for the keyboard or something. The pen only attaches to the back of the screen using a weak magnet, there is no reasonable or secure way to attach the S pen. I find the touch screen to be weak. I use a Panasonic tough book at work and the screen is far superior for signing forms, my galaxy5 pro 360 touch screen works less than half the time when trying to sign something, my Galaxy phone works great for this. The only pro I have noticed over my original Galaxy book pro is the AI button on the keyboard.

She is home schooled and we loved the fact that it was touch screen and could be turned into a tablet. My daughter is also a gamer so she uses it for her gaming. The screen is incredible. Beautiful picture. I love the way the keys feel. I know some people dont like the bigger track pad but I personally like it. Also its very fast. Im able to open tabs or do different things without any lag. Also I love that my phone, buds, and watch are all connected together. The Samsung Ecosystem is the best! I highly recommend anyone needed a new laptop to check this one out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the sign you're looking for After having the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, I gambled with the reviews and pulled the plug on this device. After using this laptop for almost 4 weeks, I can say that I find this laptop helpful for on the go activities. I got the Galaxy Tab s10+ for quick school work which is amazing if you need to type up a quick essay or discussion. The Galaxy Book5 pro 360 comes in handy if you need the extra freedom units to get work done. With the AMOLED technology in the screen, you can easily see the screen and not have to worry about anything blurry. One downside is the amount of ports given on the device and the absence of an ethernet port. I would've gone without the hdmi port as using my Galaxy Tab s10+ gets the job done quicker than needing to carry a cable I probably don't need to carry everywhere. For the wifi 7, as long as your in a good line of sight with an access point or the router itself you will get speeds so fast, your gamer sibling will wish to have at home on ethernet. In terms of the cpu, it is equivalent to the Intel Core I7 11th gen processor. The cpu gives you enough freedom units to do practically anything. I don't know much about Intel's arc graphics cards yet to know if it is any good for gaming but it is pretty dang good for watching shows and movies from. In terms of AI, I could've gone without at as I don't use copilot or bixby anyways. If you have more than 1 Samsung device with bixby enabled, I wish you luck because the bixby you want to talk to won't listen well and the device across the room with bixby will hear you loud and clear. Moving on to battery life, if you watch anything you can probably see about 10 hours of battery life before needing to plug in. I will suggest you enable the battery protection in the Samsung settings to get the full extent of the battery. This will help you down the road in about 5 to 7 years when it comes time to replace the battery. I have yet to replace the battery as it is nearly 4 weeks old. Protecting your battery early on will extend its life. If you are doubting the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 and aren't sure you want to take the gamble on it, this is your sign to take the chance. Much like the Galaxy Tab s10+ I find myself using the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 at least twice a day sometimes 3 or 4 times. If you have a Samsung device that has an s pen, trust me you will find yourself using the s pen on this device as well.

The screen is bright and beautiful, the battery lasts all day, and I love that it flips into a tablet for taking notes or watching lectures. It is powerful enough to handle everything I need while staying slim and easy to carry, and the quick charging keeps me going without stress. It is literally my best purchase ever! Coming from the Flex2 is such a huge change! Worth every penny!

Internet is full of such complains. Samsung refuse to acknowledge and won't cover it under warranty. Repairs cost around $900. THESE GALAXYBOOKS HAVE DESIGN FLAWS, CAUSING HAIRLINE CRACKS ON SCREENS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Laptop Performance Wise, NOT Build Wise Bought this laptop on 3/6/25 and it got delivered on 6/10/25 and it runs great and is fast. The problem lies in the screen. Had it for about 6-8 months and then one day I grabbed it to use and noticed the screen was cracked in the top left corner area (See pictures). Now keep in mind this sits and gets used on my desk 99% of the time or on the couch. So it hasn't been dropped or abused in ANY way but the screen still cracked??? Also only been converted to tablet mode maybe twice , Which is a great feature at times. It has to be because of the flex on the screen area when you open it or close it. Just disappointing that a laptop in this price range doesn't have a screen that'll last long. I've also seen OTHERS say the same thing on here about theirs. So it's not just me!

The most impressive new feature is the integration of Galaxy AI, which has made my device feel more like a personal assistant and less like a standard smartphone. ?For work and school, features like Transcript Assist and Note Assist are a game-changer. I can record a lecture or meeting, and Galaxy AI will not only transcribe it with remarkable accuracy but also provide a summary of the key points. This saves me hours of re-listening and note-taking. The Chat Assist feature has also been incredibly useful for crafting professional emails or quickly adjusting the tone of a text message. It's like having a writing coach right in my keyboard. ?In my personal life, I use the device constantly for everything from streaming movies and shows on the stunning Dynamic AMOLED 2X display to capturing incredible photos. The enhanced camera system, combined with Galaxy AI's Generative Edit feature, has given me a new level of creative control. I am able to use my screen extender that I have as well as my phone and have 3 extra screens with the battery power to do so. When I am not using my extra screens the battery lasts all day. I am able to take my laptop with me to school and work on it without the charger for an entire work shift. I like the quick share as well. The sound and anti glare for when I'm using my laptop outside is also great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Amazing TLDR: Generally, I am disappointed to say the laptop is not amazing. I had a version of this from a few generations ago and it doesn't feel like nearly the upgrade that it is on paper. It works fine once settings are changed to high performance, but certainly nothing to write home about. The Samsung software is buggy and often doesn't work correctly and something feels off about the track pad. Also, Samsung Notes AI features are not present on the galaxy book version of the software. Add this to the fact that you can't use Samsung Notes on a desktop anymore, and it leaves me questioning if it's worth continued investment in the Samsung ecosystem. If you can live without Samsung Notes, the answer is probably no. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a good cross platform option other than Samsung Notes, for now... Pros: The screen is beautiful and writing/note taking is wonderful. The laptop is probably worth it on sale, but I wouldn't advocate for paying full price.

The design is sleek, the 360-degree hinge is sturdy, and the build quality is solid. It’s lightweight and portable, which is great for a 2-in-1 device. The OLED display, while a fingerprint magnet, offers vibrant colors and deep blacks, making it ideal for watching Netflix or browsing photos—if you can ignore the glare. Battery life is decent, though nothing revolutionary—it’ll get you through a workday, but don’t expect miracles if you’re multitasking or using demanding apps. The Mediocre (Or Just Plain Bad) Performance For a device marketed as “Pro,” the performance is underwhelming. While it handles basic tasks like web browsing and document editing reasonably well, anything heavier—like video editing or gaming—makes the system feel like it’s struggling to catch its breath. The fans kick in far too often, and when they do, they’re loud enough to distract you. The device gets uncomfortably warm, even with moderate usage, which raises questions about long-term durability. Software and Apps Samsung’s ecosystem integration could have been a selling point, but their pre-installed apps are a letdown. Samsung Notes is functional but nowhere near as robust as alternatives like OneNote. Samsung Pass and Samsung Account? They’re plagued with syncing issues and random crashes, making them more frustrating than useful. Apps like Samsung Studio and Samsung Flow feel half-baked, with limited functionality and frequent connection problems. The Screen: A Mixed Bag The OLED screen is sharp and vibrant, but the glossy finish makes it almost unusable in bright environments. The glare is unbearable, and good luck trying to work outdoors or under overhead lighting. The touchscreen is responsive, but the included S Pen feels awkward to use—it’s laggy, and the writing experience doesn’t come close to other 2-in-1s like Microsoft’s Surface lineup. The standout for me has been the display—it's stunning, vibrant, and sharp, making it a pleasure to use for both work and entertainment. Pair that with the typing experience, which feels crisp and comfortable for long sessions, and the day-to-day speed that handles multitasking effortlessly, and you have a machine that ticks almost every box. However, my experience with the Wi-Fi performance has been disappointing. Despite trying all the troubleshooting steps—updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling them, and testing across different networks—the issues persist. The Wi-Fi disconnects frequently, and when it does connect, the speeds are nowhere near what I get on my Galaxy S24 Ultra using the same network. In fact, I’m seeing nearly a 70% drop in speed on the laptop compared to my phone, which is frustrating for streaming, downloads, and even general browsing. For a device at this price point, reliable Wi-Fi is a basic expectation. While the core experience of the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is excellent, the connectivity issues seriously undermine its usability. I hope Samsung addresses this with a firmware update soon because it has the potential to be a near-perfect device. Until then, if Wi-Fi reliability is critical for you, I would recommend waiting or looking at alternatives.

The screen is durable and is not flexible. The rotation from laptop to tablet is very smooth. I enjoy the ability to split windows smoothly. The pen does not insert but it has a spot on the outside that it sticks to by a magnet. Operationally, I have no issues with lag. Connectivity works great. Screen quality is beautiful. The camera quality is as expected of a laptop, and looks good in a well lit room. I use a 8k webcam anyways so it doesn't really matter to me, but if you were to use it be in a brighter room or turn up your laptop brightness. Charging is usb c and very fast, battery life is about 9-10 hours. No issues with overheating while working on multiple things at once. It has not felt hot whether in laptop mode or tablet mode the cooling system has been up to par. Honestly, you get what you pay for with this one. Very versatile. It also has fingerprint scanner on it! I have been enjoying this laptop for my schoolwork as well as comically large tablet gaming. Treat your laptop with care, otherwise you should search for cases and sleeves prior to purchase. ????

Wifi stopped working after doing hard reset that your techs told me to do. Now I'm being told it can't be replaced it has to be returned.. it could take 10 days after samsung gets it to get my refund. Mind you they double charged me and I'm currently waiting on 2700 to be put back onto my account. And all they can say is we've cancelled the hold. Yeah but you also are telling me it's gonna be 14 days til I goes back into my account which my bank said it could possibly take 14 days as well. And now you want me to take this device back.. and place a new order while then having to wait 2 weeks for the refund of this. Come on samsung get it together. Your product hasn't worked at all. This whole experience has been a nightmare

Now This Samsung, from packaging on has been nothing but impressive. Slim and beautiful to look at. Big vibrant touch screen. Seemless bond between my phone. Can even drag from device to device. Fold in half and have an extraordinary tablet. Entire experience is amazing.

It has been a fantastic tool for everything I do. No lag or delayed buttons screen is just beautiful. The s pen is super responsive and handles well. Works amazing for using cricut software. I was even impressed with the speaker quality over my previous Samsung computer. I get about 10-15 hours of continuous use (that's including making word documents, running cricut, research, videos, and playing games) if it was just research and word documents battery would absolutely go farther! I even had to place an order for a second one because my husband fell in love with it.

Windows spotlight for the lockscreen doesn't work at all and other lockscreen options.

The connectivity across the system is smooth so it's seamless actions across apps is smooth and amazing. For the price however I would still expect more. Something like haptic feedback for the mouse pad, the screen being at least 4k and the keyboard being easier to click would be better, some small thing would really make it 100x better. Some people complain about having 16 GB of RAM isn't enough, but at the same time, for it not being advertised as a gaming laptop, it's enough to still be able touse properly. Other than small little things to fix, the Book5 Pro 36p is still an amazing laptop. I'm able to take notes with the S pen and since it basically turns into a laptop, it makes it way easier to take notes. Other Samsung products makes this laptop better as well with being able to transfer things a lot faster especially needed for school. Overall this laptop is very well rounded for all things anyone wants to do like school, work and gaming.

It's advertised to get 25hrs of battery life and I'm lucky to get 3hrs doing extremely basic tasks like web browsing with 5 tabs open and having one word document open and also the screen being at 50% brightness so I'm not sure where they're getting 25hrs from (maybe in sleep mode?))

I guess it is not well-known enough because I am only finding out about it. And this is something that Samsung refuses to cover under the manufacturer warranty or the Samsung Care+ extended coverage that I seem to have bought for no reason. It's absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd device I've purchased from Samsung within the last 2 years that I have had major issues with. I have had to file repair claims on earbuds, phones, and now this computer. The product build is horrible and cheap and they expect us to pay hundreds and thousands for these things. It's disgusting. This will without a doubt be my last Samsung purchase, they will never see another dollar from me, and I will tell everyone I know to never buy another one of their products. It just isn't worth it.

I had this for 3 weeks and it cracked suddenly. (Think a hot bowl sprayed with cold water.) You will use it during the day, come back in the morning and the screen will be cracked. I don't know if it's a material flaw, a support flaw, or a temperature flaw. This has been an issue for GENERATIONS of the Galaxy Book (See reddit, online reviews on all electronics sites). IT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY AND IT IS A $800 FIX! Buy literally anything else, it is the worst customer service and engineering experience I've ever had and I have been a Samsung customer for 20 years.

The AI in this laptop has, not exaggerating, changed my life. It's like having an incredibly smart side kick with me at all times. Helping me with formulas I had no idea even existed in excel, to proofing my work, and when I have a mind block...It can give me ideas on where the trends are. I've used it to proof emails as well. My confidence in my work has grown, even simple things like writing meeting minutes is so much faster. This laptop has convinced me that the partnership between human minds and AI is limitless. The computer itself is amazing too, I love the keyboard. I actually type faster because of the hand placement and light-touch keyboard. The OLED screen, I thought I might have been just wasting money trying to get all these fancy features...but for once, I actually use them. The screen is the most beautiful screen Ive ever used. I dont think I could ever go back to HP (or any other brand). If you have a writing or reading heavy job or you're in school, this laptop won't disappoint you. There are so many features but they're all so intuitive, I didn't even feel like I had a learning curve.

It comes with an excellent display with touch screen features and a free stylus as well. It's easy to connect with my S25 ultra and quickshare my files between the devices. It comes with a good Ram and better graphics which never let you down in any condition.

The only thing I can say I do not care for is that it forces you to use edge for your browser but I will survive. All the features are as described and even better interface.

Not only is it touch screen, but image quality is sharp and the hardware is sleek. I love using it to watch my favorite TV shows and kdramas. It's quick and easily connects to any Bluetooth device. I only have 1 complaint, and that is that the laptop is kind of heavy. But its weight makes sense for its size.

I love that this device is really fluent, really fast, and do not make a lot of fan noices. I also love how it connects through other galaxy device through multo control and second screen, and lets not forget the camera and storage share, they are really good when it comes to use 2 or more galaxy devices. Additionally, I really like it's AI features suche as Copilot and Galaxy AI. I love select by AI because I can look up something with just doing a circle. Now, lets talk about the things I did not like about this device. I do not like how this device's camera has such a bad quality when it comes to videocall. I know that may be the reason it has camera share with compatible galaxy devices, but I really would like the camera sensor of the Galaxy s24 Ultra on the Galaxy book 5 Pro 360, as I paid a handful of money for this device, the least it should have is a really good camera. Another thing that I didn't like was that it only has just 16 GBs of RAM, considering this is a premium laptop, it should have a minimum of 36gb of RAM. Other things that I don't find bad, but need improvement are the choices, like choosing between two types of configurations, 14in and 16 in laptops, and the types of color we have to choose.

Screen crack is not noticeable when screen is on, but clearly visible when powered off. Retired lawyer that treats all my electronics with extreme care. Being device was only 7 mo old and not used more than a half dozen times, I called customer care. They generated a service ticket. I was told that if there was no physical signs of dropping.or abuse, they would replace the defective screen. Mailed from Florida to theirnservice ctr in Carlstadt NJ. Received an email that computer was physically damaged and it would cost.me $728. To repair (out of my pocket). Keep in mind I financed this purchase and its only half paod.for..I called the service ctr and spoke with the technician. He said he examined my laptop and there are no signs of physical damage, but they have to abide by Samsungs policy, which directs them to list "any laptop with screen damage" as "physical damage". He did tell me to call Samsung again as they.could issue a one time repair authorization under warranty. I spent the next.2 1/2 hrs. talking with customer service. They issued a new repair ticket to replace the screen, but I was told "it.would go in the system because the original repair order was still open and my computer in the hands of.the repair company. The rep.noted the file and said to call Monday and.it would be straightened out. I received a call from the tech rep Monday am, saying the repair order had not.been properly updated for free repair. After two more calls to Samsung customer service, being hung up, and having to call back: I was finally told that I was "out of luck", as once the repair shop declared my laptop had physical damage, it voided my warranty!!! I said, you mean I was lied.to??? They replied yes and hung up. My laptop is being sent back to me "unrepaired" and no longer with any warranty. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I believe the screen was defective and cracked when flippimg.the screen back into "tablet mode", as its a 360 laptop. Samsung must use such flimsy screen that will not take even careful force, to.fold the laptop back. This is a shame that after being a 20 yr loyal Samsung owner of many of their products, THIS IS THE WAY YOU GET TREATED.!!! Despicable!!!!!! (Review typed on my Samsung s25ultra 1tb)..All I wanted was to have the defective screen repaired.

Touch pad is laggy and not smooth at all. Also big size not comfortable. It gets hanged many times. Right after 30 days after I installed my basic daily use softwares, it start getting slow, laggy. Battery does not stay more than 6 7 hours if you use it regularly. Sound is just OK. Connection with printers gets annoying sometimes, that may be windows issue or driver. Using in 360 is also not smooth, windows minimize when you turn 360. S Pen use is not smooth, has multiple issues when typing with handwriting. Customer service is close to worst, any time you chat they have ready made answers to troubleshoot that helps nothing. If you ask for replacement or another device of their own they refused, only option to send them and get repaired laptop after 4 to 6 weeks. Its just getting annoying. If I can not get any solution I might make videos and share on social media to show how bad the device and customer service is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problems with networking with other PC's. I haven't used many of the new features. However, in the past, I've networked my PC's to make datat transfer/sharing easier. I've run into relentless problems trying to do this with this laptop when it keeps asking to enter credentials to join other PC's. Other PC's also are asking for credentials. I've never had this problem in the past. I finally found 3 commands entered from the power shell which solved the problem of the Pro 360 asking for credentials. Overall, so far, I'm quite happy with the speed and performance of this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful screen great battery life and slim There's a lot of great things to say about this laptop including much of the integration working with my Samsung phone including anything from messages to AI that makes the device fantastic. Add the newer ram that makes it snappy and very quick with programs that we use along with the beautiful 16-in 3K display the touch screen is exceptionally tactile and while the keyboard is a little further away because of the new bigger mouse pad the mouse pad is actually quite excellent. On top of that we have a Galaxy book 2 360 from the past that one was only 13.3 or 14 in but the difference in screen isn't the only big benefit having the number pad is a huge boon. It's absolutely fantastic. It boots up fast it runs quiet when you give it just a little bit of a gap between being flat on a surface then it runs nice and cool seriously the display on it is unbelievable. It's seriously competes with my 32-in Samsung OLED gaming monitor that I have. We got an awesome price on the device and let's hope it last 3 to 4 years like my last one. Also side note Samsung had that laptop at my door within a day and a half That's just crazy fast. Productive wise couldn't ask for a better PC we didn't get one for gaming as it's more for work and school and I don't think we could have picked a better device. When it comes down to it Samsung just doesn't cut corners

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for College I was skeptical to purchase a Samsung laptop originally because I heard bad reviews about the earlier models like the book 3 compared to apples mac. However, none of those claims are true. The battery lasts me all day if not 2-3 days even with it limited to 80% charge. It really fast, has more than enough ram for a school laptop for Networking and Engineering, and it also stays very cool under load and with continuous use. The galaxy ai features I haven't used to much, but I love them on my phone. The pen makes it so much better with the 360. I can carry my laptop and use it as a jornal without needing to carry another notebook.

Wife asked to use it for few days and see if she likes it and now she wants another one for herself..lol. the screen is big enough to watch shows on this screen itself plus split it to perform work on 2 images.keyboard and mouse tracker is very neat as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product is good bud lagging Product is not good and up to themark product. lagging all the time. Cant even process simple task like opening apps smoothly. I reported this within a day of delivery face delays and lags. they handed me bad product and refuse to replace it.

The 360 feature gives me the flexibility to turn it into a tablet and that makes the product usage feel worth having. The stylus pen also is a big bonus when using it as a tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad screens My honest opinion is do not buy it unless you plan to use it as a desktop. The screens are week and apparently cannot stand up to normal everyday use as a . It runs smooth for the most part. Maybe a couple glitches in the HDMI here and there when running a samsung TV for a second monitor. Otherwise performance is fine. The screen however, not so much. As many others experienced, I randomly noticed a crack down my screen that eventually spread. The rest of the computer was pristine. I expected some pushback being physical damage, with no real way to show what caused it. Most likely the paper thin screen coupled, extremely thin and flimsy bezel, and the fact that the glass screen comes in direct contact with the metal (and any speck of dust, sand or debris) every time it closes. I had to battle samsung back and forth and start a BBB complaint before Samsung decided to fix it. Sadly this will be the last Samsung purchase I make. Dont make the same mistake with this computer until the screen issues are addressed.
