Slim Build but still very Powerful
When I was searching for a first laptop, I knew I wanted it to last; something with good memory and up to date software. This laptop has it all. I love how sleek it is and the good amount of heft it has. You can tell its made out of nicee material. Feeling the cold sturdy metal when you use it makes me feel comfortable in the longevity of this device. The screen is so thin and it is the perfect size. I love playing games and i was a little worried at first because this laptop wasnt meant for specifically games, but all those worries have faded. Ive been able to run big games like wukong and jedi survivor with no problem. The 360 is great for gaming because folding it gives the fan better access and allows me to get closer to the screen. It hasnt gotten too hot and if it does, it cools down really fast. I also love the fact i got a year of goodnotes for free with my purchase, its a good combi with the Galaxy AI, letting me highlight and fact check my work easy as pie. The storage is insane as well. Every aspect of this laptop makes me feel like I made the right call.

Fun features but quality is lacking
There are good things I like about this computer. The flip feature is really easy to use and it makes turning it into a tablet so functional. The pen is also super smooth and writes well on the screen in tablet mode or in computer mode. The colors and screen is very clear and vibrant.
Now onto the cons: I bought this computer as an extra separate from my personal computer to be used for work purposes. I am a teletherapist who frequently uses zoom and other meeting apps. For my job speed and connection as well as picture/video quality is important. And this computer was lacking in all the important areas. The video quality is poor and my face was barely visible with how blurry it is. I need to shine a light on my face just for my students to see me clearly. Additionally, my zoom or google meet would constantly say "connection unstable", when I never had issues before, and my internet speeds on my home wifi did not indicate slower speeds. I tested the theory with my personal computer again, which is a Mac, and no issues with connection. My video quality is also much clearer on the Mac.
I wanted to give this computer a fighting chance since I really love the 360 feature and the functionality of the pen, so I waited in hopes an update to the software would solve it, but it never got better. So now I am out of my refund and return window. I likely will not purchase one in the future unless there is a major upgrade to the system and camera. I will be finding a place to buy or trade in and just go back to my Mac.

Incorrect GPU - not as advertised
I bought the Book5 Pro360 with the upgraded Nvidia GTX 4050 GPU a few days ago and when I received it, the storage space and RAM was correct, however the GPU was the Intel Arc instead of the GTX 4050. Samsung support confirmed that the model number was correct and claimed it was a defective product. I initiated a return and was sent a replacement, however the replacement also came with the Intel Arc GPU instead of the GTX 4050. This leads me to believe that the advertised GTX 4050 is not in fact an option and is being falsely marketed.
There is currently one other review for this product that appears to have the exact same issue.

Make sure u get the right order
I Didnt get the one with the nvidia 4050 like i ordered but they sent me the one with the arc 2 which is weird. U can tell by going to settings and checking the graphics card. Well the it does play triple A but if your used to nvidia way for triple A smoothness of gameplay then dont get the intel arc graphics because it does work just not as smooth but everything else is great like the charger itself is not a big old block like the 3 and 4 version. I didnt do a return because they probably send me the same one idk if the person sending it did it that way or they ran out of the nvidia 4050 version of it .

All great except the mouse pad since day one.
Dropped my 6 year old samung 360 on its charger while plugged in and broke the charging connection.
It worked wonderfully.
This one came with windows 11.
Love AI and wish it would merge with my galaxy phone. I have that one tuned into all I need from it, so far.
Copilot likes to occupy more real-estate on desktop than necessary even in Outlook.
It's as fast as my old one.
Lighter
Can draw better when folded wish the pen would stay in the unit like the galaxy phones.
I'm happy except for having to pop the mouse pad repetitively.

Screen Spontaneously Cracked
The screen is a big issue. My 16" Book5 Pro screen spontaneously cracked sitting on my desk. Nothing was even touching it when it happened. Completely unexplainable. Possibly a thermal expansion issue from what I have read online. I just bought it new in December and it was only 4 months old. Still in immaculate condition, never dropped, bumped, or anything.

This is the best laptop I ever tried
It has great AI features and the flexibility is just a cherry on top. I love that the stylus works with my phone and my phone's stylus works with the Book. And windows paired with Samsung features is on another level. Gaming, app development, 36 tabs open on Opera Air and the device barely lags at all. Highly customizable which i love so paired with Windhawk you get your dream computer.

Definitely worth the money
Best laptop I've ever owned! At first I thought it was very expensive, but it was worth the money. All my games work on it including my sims and wow games, even though the description on Amazon said it did minor games. Definitely worth it!

Lightweight Laptop with Good Productivity Features
I’ve been using the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 for work, meetings, media, and everyday productivity, and overall it has been a good experience. The Best 2 in 1 Computer I Have Ever Had
5 Reasons Why:
1. GALAXY AI on a Computer! I never had a computer with built-in AI capabilities. I never thought I needed one until I have one. The Galaxy AI is a very helpful tool from searching through editing to creating anything. This does not only make things easier but smarter!
2. Crazy Battery Life. On an average work and home usage, I would always charge my previous computers at least twice a day everyday. Sometimes, when I'm teaching, I would have to plug it in to make sure it stays charged. But now that I have Galaxy Book5 Pro, I never have to charge everyday. I can have all my work done and will still have enough to watch a movie at night and it I would often still have about 40-50% of battery. I now usually charge it at least once every 2-3 days.
3. Tablet Option. Since this is a 2 in 1 Laptop/Tablet computer, the option to use just the screen is a first time experience for me, and I am loving it. The option to use just the screen whenever I am presenting and I do not need the keyboard is very useful to me!
4. S-pen Capability. Editing anything using my computer has never been this easier and efficient at the same time. Photo and document editing has never been this good. I can easily screenshot and edit anything I want on the screen. This is is very useful.
5. Seamless Connection. As a teacher, I use my laptop everyday: document processing, presentation. The best part is the quick and seamless connection to my Samsung TV in my classroom.

Poor performance
Burns through the battery when it's fully off. When you start it up from sleep mode it's super slow. The screen is great but rhe battery and the performance makes this not worth it.
