Fragile Screen - DO NOT BUY
The screen is very fragile. After 3 months of light use, no drops or physical damage, the screen just cracked. Samsung refuses to cover it under their warranty as they blame physical damage. It was not physical damage - it is a defective product and screen. DO NOT BUY!! Best buy said it would be $1200 to fix, which basically means throwing this product away.

Slim Build but still very Powerful
When I was searching for a first laptop, I knew I wanted it to last; something with good memory and up to date software. This laptop has it all. I love how sleek it is and the good amount of heft it has. You can tell its made out of nicee material. Feeling the cold sturdy metal when you use it makes me feel comfortable in the longevity of this device. The screen is so thin and it is the perfect size. I love playing games and i was a little worried at first because this laptop wasnt meant for specifically games, but all those worries have faded. Ive been able to run big games like wukong and jedi survivor with no problem. The 360 is great for gaming because folding it gives the fan better access and allows me to get closer to the screen. It hasnt gotten too hot and if it does, it cools down really fast. I also love the fact i got a year of goodnotes for free with my purchase, its a good combi with the Galaxy AI, letting me highlight and fact check my work easy as pie. The storage is insane as well. Every aspect of this laptop makes me feel like I made the right call.

The Best 2 in 1 Computer I Have Ever Had
5 Reasons Why:
1. GALAXY AI on a Computer! I never had a computer with built-in AI capabilities. I never thought I needed one until I have one. The Galaxy AI is a very helpful tool from searching through editing to creating anything. This does not only make things easier but smarter!
2. Crazy Battery Life. On an average work and home usage, I would always charge my previous computers at least twice a day everyday. Sometimes, when I'm teaching, I would have to plug it in to make sure it stays charged. But now that I have Galaxy Book5 Pro, I never have to charge everyday. I can have all my work done and will still have enough to watch a movie at night and it I would often still have about 40-50% of battery. I now usually charge it at least once every 2-3 days.
3. Tablet Option. Since this is a 2 in 1 Laptop/Tablet computer, the option to use just the screen is a first time experience for me, and I am loving it. The option to use just the screen whenever I am presenting and I do not need the keyboard is very useful to me!
4. S-pen Capability. Editing anything using my computer has never been this easier and efficient at the same time. Photo and document editing has never been this good. I can easily screenshot and edit anything I want on the screen. This is is very useful.
5. Seamless Connection. As a teacher, I use my laptop everyday: document processing, presentation. The best part is the quick and seamless connection to my Samsung TV in my classroom.

All great except the mouse pad since day one.
Dropped my 6 year old samung 360 on its charger while plugged in and broke the charging connection.
It worked wonderfully.
This one came with windows 11.
Love AI and wish it would merge with my galaxy phone. I have that one tuned into all I need from it, so far.
Copilot likes to occupy more real-estate on desktop than necessary even in Outlook.
It's as fast as my old one.
Lighter
Can draw better when folded wish the pen would stay in the unit like the galaxy phones.
I'm happy except for having to pop the mouse pad repetitively.

Screen Spontaneously Cracked
The screen is a big issue. My 16" Book5 Pro screen spontaneously cracked sitting on my desk. Nothing was even touching it when it happened. Completely unexplainable. Possibly a thermal expansion issue from what I have read online. I just bought it new in December and it was only 4 months old. Still in immaculate condition, never dropped, bumped, or anything.

This is the best laptop I ever tried
It has great AI features and the flexibility is just a cherry on top. I love that the stylus works with my phone and my phone's stylus works with the Book. And windows paired with Samsung features is on another level. Gaming, app development, 36 tabs open on Opera Air and the device barely lags at all. Highly customizable which i love so paired with Windhawk you get your dream computer.

Lightweight Laptop with Good Productivity Features
I’ve been using the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 for work, meetings, media, and everyday productivity, and overall it has been a good experience. The display is bright, sharp, and excellent for watching content or multitasking. The lightweight design also makes it easy to carry while traveling or commuting.
The 2-in-1 flexibility is useful when switching between laptop and tablet mode, and the touchscreen works smoothly. Integration with other Samsung devices has been convenient, especially for file sharing and continuity features.
I’ve also explored some Galaxy AI features, which can be helpful for productivity and quick tasks. That said, battery life and performance may vary depending on heavier workloads, and the laptop may not be ideal for very demanding gaming or intensive editing. Overall, it feels like a premium productivity-focused device.

Excellent Ultra Portable but Lacks a 3rd USB-C
This is my second Galaxy Book laptop, my previous one is a Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 and my wife is still using it. I love the ultra portable and ultra then 2-in-1 design, I use this laptop on the plane with ease to watch movies and powerful enough to do anything I want to. The battery management is also one of the best compared to other PC laptops. Nothing comes close to OLED display and the Galaxy Book5 16" is brilliant and sharp, all my laptops and TVs are all OLED! The deduction is for Samsung eliminating one USB-C port from the right hand side, why? when this was on the Galaxy Book2, it makes it difficult to run the USB-C power cable, when you pay over $2k for a laptop you don't expect cost cutting for a single USB-C port!

Make sure u get the right order
I Didnt get the one with the nvidia 4050 like i ordered but they sent me the one with the arc 2 which is weird. U can tell by going to settings and checking the graphics card. Well the it does play triple A but if your used to nvidia way for triple A smoothness of gameplay then dont get the intel arc graphics because it does work just not as smooth but everything else is great like the charger itself is not a big old block like the 3 and 4 version. I didnt do a return because they probably send me the same one idk if the person sending it did it that way or they ran out of the nvidia 4050 version of it .

Excellent Laptop for Work and Everyday Use
I chose the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 because I wanted a powerful and versatile laptop that could handle work, studying and everyday use while fitting naturally into the Galaxy ecosystem.
The display is excellent, and I really enjoy having the flexibility of the 360-degree design and touchscreen. Performance has been fast and smooth for multitasking, browsing, documents and the different applications I use throughout the day.
I also appreciate how thin and premium the laptop feels considering the screen size and functionality. One of the biggest advantages for me is how well it works alongside my other Galaxy devices. Having my phone, earbuds, watch and laptop within the same ecosystem makes moving between devices much more convenient.
Overall, the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 has been an excellent laptop for both productivity and entertainment. It gives me the performance and flexibility I need, and I am very happy that I chose it.

Amazing design and performance
I’ve owned more than eight laptops over the years, and this Samsung is easily one of the best. The design is outstanding, and the performance holds up extremely well even after many hours of continuous work. It’s also very versatile.
I was initially unsure about the touchscreen, but it has turned out to be a great feature that makes everyday work easier and more efficient.
When it’s time to replace this one, I’ll probably get the same model again—just the newest version.

Has a lot of quirks for the price
This laptop has a great display and is light and stylish. But is has a ton of quirks for a laptop of this price. It has on multiple occasions closed all my apps and just went back to the home screen. Every now and then it would start up and the mouse would be huge, and sometimes when its sleeping it just shut off. Kinda serious issues for a laptop that retails @ almost 2k.

Weight is well, very light to use. Functionality is also good. However after six months my screen cracked, just as the laptop was sitting on my desk and I was watching a movie. Powerful Performance Stunning Display, and premium
I chose the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro because I wanted a powerful laptop that is also lightweight, stylish, and easy to carry. After using it, I’m very impressed with the overall performance and premium design.
The display is one of my favorite features. It looks sharp, bright, and beautiful, making everything from working and studying to watching movies much more enjoyable. The laptop also feels fast and responsive when multitasking between different apps.
I really like how slim and lightweight the Galaxy Book5 Pro is without feeling cheap or fragile. The keyboard is comfortable, the build quality feels premium, and the battery life makes it convenient for working on the go.
Another big advantage for me is how well it works with other Samsung devices. The Samsung ecosystem makes it easier to connect and move between my devices, which saves time.
Overall, I’m very happy with my choice. The Galaxy Book5 Pro offers a great combination of performance, portability, beautiful display, and premium design. I would definitely recommend it to students, professionals, and anyone looking for a reliable everyday laptop.

So far, love this laptop
I chose the Pro5 360 after reading a lot of reviews. I did my research on reasons some reviewers said the screen cracks and ways to mitigate it and I've been happy with it so far about 6 months. The screen size, clarity, processor speed, I'm glad I went with Samsung over MS Surface. Plus I got my Samsung ecosystem going on. Yes, definitely recommend. Just don't treat it as a toughbook! Don't slam it closed while it's hot, don't drop your bag off your shoulder on the floor as you walk in home. Don't lift it from corners vigorously. or open it from one corner without care. It's worth it to me to be careful handling it and have the features this laptop does.

Best premium 2 in 1 Laptop Galaxy Book5 360
I needed to replace my previous laptop and I wanted a premium, advanced 2 in 1, 16 inch convertablecc laptop that would offer the special magic only the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 offers in the tech market today. Premium build, advance AMOLED display, a wonderful keyboard with Number Pad with a superb Windows Gesture Touch Pad, with built in AI and Windows 11 with Intel Core Ultra 7 and Intel ARC graphics configured with a full set modern ports.
Specifications alone cannot express just how beautifully this laptop is designed and delivered in final form. Solid in the feel, connected with Samsung Galaxy apps and services which provides a rich and rewarding experience from smartphone to tablet to smart monitor transisitions with ease. This is the best laptop I have ever experienced, that literally brings a smile to face. There is magic in the creation of the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360. All in One Device
I chose this laptop because I needed a new one, and this was the perfect opportunity to fully integrate my Samsung ecosystem. I got the 360 version because I was also looking for a product that I can use in all the ways I'd like, such as a tablet or mini TV.
It's been absolutely great to use! Packaging was great too which I'm a sucker for, powerful charger. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because I got the fated hairline crack I read about before purchasing, while always handling the laptop very carefully, because the screen is so thin. It's not even noticeable though and the laptop still works good as new.
I do wish the laptop worked off Windows or Google rather than Microsoft, as the Microsoft app store doesn't have as much available as the other two.
Overall, great laptop and would recommend.
