15 inches laptop with the features I need !
I was looking to replace my old 2018 laptop and was looking for the following features ; 15 inches, still relatively light weight, fingerprint scanner and numerical keypad, not to mention all the latest features for Windows....I can say that after about 2 months I am very happy so far. The battery has a decent capacity and it allows to efficiently run my stuff (I don't play games though). Only negatives are : a lot of Samsung software that for the most part I did not need (I uninstalled them then), a USB-C power cable that I find a bit short and a numerical keypad that is slightly different from most.
Definitely positive and would recommend.

I love this tap make me feel I'm carrying a more expensive besides it give me all the memory capacity that I what school resumes and of course my classmates and church friends and my work pictures as well I love the big expanded window I dont have to stress out for having vision problems, my music as well and FaceTime or zoomtime it's great clear loud good speakers .. overall I really recommend it..

Best decision I ever made! I'm a semi-pro photographer. Going from app to app and picture to picture it's just amazing! It makes editing the pictures so much easier and they come out so much better. And for videos the audio eraser is something I never thought I use but I use it all the time it is awesome! I am mainly using this for my photography. But I also do write-poetry, short stories and current working on a medical book. So far, it has been the best laptop I have ever bought!

Galaxy Book5 360
I got the laptop back in march and since then it has made my life a million times easier. I always get a little excited opening up the laptop because it works so well. I love being able to flip over the device and turn into a tablet like computer. And that transition is seamless. The implementation of Galaxy AI is also amazing. I think I ask question daily to it. Overall I have had an amazing expirence with the laptop.

Looks like anything I can ever want or need. Gaming would be optimized by the RAM. Screen being touch mouse or finger pad is kool.

Great laptop
When I first gotten the laptop I wasn't sure I made the right choise by switching everything from the fruit company logi to android and windows platforms, this is where Samsung camps trough providing laptop screens with the same quality as one of the high tier galaxy cellular phones. Then I can just drag any file from my phone to my computer or viceversa effortless and have everything connected even I'm halfway far from home or the office.

Great 360 laptop.
I got this in place of a notebook 9 pro, and it has been great. It's pretty cool that it comes with those Galaxy AI features, which is a nice bonus. This device also seamlessly integrates with Windows, making it easy to use. It seems like the features would improve overall productivity. The connectivity will also make your life easier. Overall it's a solid piece of tech that has a lot to offer.

Good product but online delivery kinda sucks
I've had it for about a month and so far it's working pretty good. The display is sharp and excellent, and the functions have been fast and perfect for my home office needs. The missing star on this review is that Samsung promised an extra bonus product to come with the laptop, but that did not arrive. Moreover, the delivery to my house needs improvement -- the laptop came absolutely out of charge and yet very hot to the touch.

My Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360 cracked for no reason
I recently purchased my galaxy book 5 360 about a month ago but today I found its screen cracked for no reason. There's no damage below or about the crack. When I complaint about this they told me that it's a physical damage and it won't get covered in the warranty. Now they're suggesting me to buy a new display for it. Even though I spent this much on my laptop, it doesn't even get covered in my warranty even though it's not my fault. I don't expect this type of service from "SAMSUNG". Even after buying an expensive product like this, it's durability is so weak. I likely to be expecting Samsung to look out on my issue and help me. I don't recommend buying this galaxy book 5 360 laptop.

Upgraded my galaxy book to the book 5 360. Very pleased with the new features including the galaxy AI to search and touch screen. I love the foldable aspect as well to write with the galaxy stylus. The integration with my phone is convenient as well.
