Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good I bought this phone new January 2022 unfortunately this phone didn't last me through the year. The camera was fine, the storage was good (but I purchased a 65gb SD card to add more space for photos), but the phone broke on my twice the same way. I would have given this phone 4 stars but due to the fact that it didn't even last me a year compared to my previous phone which lasted me about 5 years, I can't say that it worked for what I needed. I did not use a super sturdy case, but this phone's LCD display was destroyed when I dropped it from a relatively low height. The screen flashed in all sorts of colors and I could no longer use it, the speaker also stopped working. I replaced the screen and it broke again the same way weeks later. Prior to breaking, the phone itself worked fine, but I did not like that the phone did not come with the option to use a different keyboard (only the Samsung keyboard) and the phone's auto-correct was unhelpful because it would change my correctly spelled words. If the phone was sturdier, and more minor customization options were available it would have been great. I'm not picky with phones, I prefer Android, but it just sucks how much I spent on a phone that was so fragile! The phone I used previously really took a beating, and the only reason I stopped using it is because cosmetically it was falling apart, but the system itself still worked! It would be nice if products weren't designed to break so easily.

I dropped it and it completely submerged into water during the hurricane but no problems at all from being under water. The only gripe I have it's that it's a bit slow. But other than that I love it and would definitely recommend this phone to others.

The phone is okay it lags a lot I don't have a lot of memory or storage so that's probably the problem it was only $200 so what do I expect is it okay phone I'm definitely going to get a better phone next time.

This is the worst phone it is so slow it takes forever to get from one screen to another. The camera takes forever to take a picture and half the time the camera fails. So, I would NOT recommend buying this phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for it's a pretty solid phone for the price. people keep complaining about how the phone sucks compared to their old phone, yet 2 seconds of research shows that their old phones have better hardware at a higher cost. if you had an almost $400 old phone and buy a new phone that is half the cost you are going to get a lesser phone, use your brain. that being said for the price that it is, it is a decent deal. the camera could be better in low light and the fingerprint sensor only works half of the time (mostly because you have to have your finger on exact or it won't work) but, those are the only issues. compared to my old a10 it is a definite upgrade. if all you need a phone for is simple web browsing and streaming shows, with an occasional non-professional photo, this is a great option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Phone Ever i have been a samsung customer for years. phones, tv's and appliances. i have never had a regret until now. i broke my phone (s10+) and needed a new one asap because of my work. went to my cell carrier and they did not have any samsungs in stock except for the a-12. i could not wait so i went ahead and bought it. that was a mistake. the phone is extremely slow and lags. the apps it is pre loaded with almost takes up all the memory space. there is a 3-4 second delay when you press a button or open an app. the phone is almost non functional. i am disappointed samsung would even release such an inferior product. i tried to give it a fair shot...too bad i am beyond the return window!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprised Going from a S7 to the A12 I was unsure being a creature of habit..I had gotten used to the S7 and was dreading the whole getting used to the new phone and all the new features and also skeptical because of the low price of the A12....I was more than pleasantly surprised..Easier to use...faster...awesome camera options....I have to say I have been floored with it....4 different cameras should be enough to make one happy...but just the all around functions have been great...and again for the low price its worth every penny plus! I was shuddering at the idea of paying over 1000$ for a phone like the S21...but with this one you dont have too...does everything you need it to plus....Im very happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I feel like i downgraded Coming from owning a galaxy s7 active, i can tell you that this phone sucks, the a12 is by far the biggest downgrade i have ever gotten. If i were able to switch back to my s7 active i would do so in a heart beat, a nearly 7 year old phone can play games and just do about everything way better than the a12 can. I wanted to give it a chance but i just simply cant handle how much of a downgrade this is

SURFING the WEB of course! LoL! Rated 5 out of 5 by from A12 review The device is used for playing games, internet and watching movies YouTube etc. I enjoy the device mostly but it's is unfortunate that quite frequently you can experience lag when typing texted messages, web searches or typing emails. More so if you have any apps open such as music apps or social media apps. Another unfortunate thing is that updated to the device including apps as well only are able to be stored to the internal storage which is very limited (approx 32GB). This phone is for basic usage and not to be pushed due to keyboard lag that come at odd times. I do enjoy features as face recognition and fingerprint scanner to unlock.

I got this phone for my kid to be able to keep in touch when away from home, as well as to keep them entertained when they want media time after school. I appreciate how much space is included in the device for all the apps and games my kid wants to download. We've had this device for a year and a half and have only had good experiences with it. When it comes time to upgrade I'll be happy to pickup the latest version. ??

It make work easier because of all the different apps I can install and all the customization features that are already on my phone. The camera takes great pictures and the different settings for my camera are a huge help for taking different types of pictures. The only thing that I don't like about my phone is I wish it came with more storage but, to compensate it does take a sd card big enough for me to store what I need so it's not to much problem. I've also had my phone for several years and it still works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous phone I've had this phone for 3 years now. I never have problems with it. I never have dropped calls. It connects to any wifi flawlessly. Its light weight and thin so its comfortable to hold in your hand. I don't have a case on it or protective screen cover and I've dropped it more times than i dare say. And to my surprise it never even cracked. Oh! But it does have some scratches and regular use wear. But all in all. Great phone.

I use it when I'm working too! The features of this phone are so easy to use. My 3 yr old nephew enjoys grabbing my phone when I go to see him. So the buttons are easy to see and use even a 3 year old can do it. Overall, I love my phone. Keeps me updated on the technology side of it and the style and flare is phenomenal!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Products I use my A12 for gaming, mostly, among other daily uses. I was always throughly surprised with the battery life, because I could play games as large as COD Mobile for hours without it dying. I was able to use it all day, pretty much every day, with no problem. The audio, graphic and camera quality, were pretty good. However... one day, my phone just shut off with no warning, never to be turned on again. I'm still to this day unaware why this happened, or even if it was my fault. Overall, however, great phone. Rarely overheated, rarely died, and was great for daily usages too. SUPER sturdy build, I dropped it often.

The only thing that I dislike about the the A12 is the camera. My pictures always turn out really grainy and blurry. But overall I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Is Pretty good for basic needs, and playing games, using financial apps, streaming etc. Only problem would be that sometimes it becomes slow, freezes, and glitches. The storage always makes it annoying as the storage is so little. Aside from those factors the phones is pretty good if you want something for everyday necessary, good amount of battery and fast charging. Pretty good feature when playing games, listening to music and streaming shows. It has options to boost games, make the music/audio better.

It does have its flaws here and there but what device doesnt? It's features make up for its flaws by a mile. It has good camera quality, great response time and allows for a good gaming experience.

It's got a device control feature that's awesome for controlling all my devices at home and makes it easy to stay connected. I had the phone for over 3 years without any issues at all. It takes great photos and great selfies the camera is excellent. I am very happy with the a12 and I would recommend it for anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This phone was adequate for my needs. I live in a rural area, in a valley between 2 small mountains. Phone service when I am at home is fine. On the road here? A different story as I often lose a signal and I am not able to connect with navigation tools. I cannot rely on the phone for directions or navigation. I always carry a paper Rand McNally paper map when I travel.

Ive had good success except it has never updated since the date of purchase. Ive visited the store and called Samsung with no success. I expected a new phone or for this to be fixed. It now constantly tells me low memory, still now update for over 1 yr. I'd be upset to lose all my photos one day. But other then that ive loved the phone!

I travel to various rural areas with poor reception but have yet encountered any issues with this product. Star 2 **Great durability.** Numerous times, being in a rush during deliveries, I have dropped, kicked, and slammed my phone around and it is still perfect. Star 3 ***Great dependability.*** Usually I charge my phone overnight. When I have forgotten, I have awaken to my phone still having enough juice to plan my work day. Product has a long lasting battery. Star 4. ****Great design.**** This product has excellent sound quality at all times. The product screen is large enough that when I am working, it is easy to read delivery instructions without compromising the safety of myself and others. Star 5. *****GREAT PHONE OVERALL!!!***** I give the Samsung Galaxy A12 5 stars for one final reason. Since I purchased this product and called to have it's activation, I have had no problems, concerns, or issues with it and have not had to reach out to Samsung or my carrier for any reason.
