Rated 5 out of 5 byRichard from Not usable, disconnects automaticallybought this flashdrive to use in a digital photoframe. this flashdrive does not stay connected, it powers off/disconnects automatically after a short period of time, and i end up having to unplug and plug back into the photoframe everytime. it does the same thing when i plugged it into my computer. pretty much useless...

I can easily plug it into my Dell docking station to serve as backup storage for certain content on my laptop. The small design means that it is unobtrusive. It's basically like plugging a USB dongle for a mouse/keyboard into your device. You'll forget that it is even there. It would have been nice for it to come with a key ring or lanyard to help keep track of it when it's not plugged in, but that's a minor adjustment.

I inserted the drive And I've had no worries about how much data I store in the drive. I've had other USB drives that won't work from the beginning. I couldn't store any data. It was frozen from the start. I've had no problems with the SAMSUNG. It does the job I bought it for without any trouble. I can't think of higher praise.
