No Fuss Display.
So first off I really just needed a second monitor for the extra real estate. I use a ton of windows and hate switching back and forth between them or having a limited space to view everything which always just ends up with me resizing constantly. It's a no fuss monitor with great resolution and size that really helps me manage my work and study flow. Also is nice to switch from my laptop to this monitor or extend my display when gaming or wanting to watch a movie. Overall It's perfect for my needs, but if you don't have another audio source this won't do the trick since it lacks speakers. I tend to use blue tooth earbuds or a headset so it doesn't bother me. The controls being on the back are a bit awkward, but fine and only take a second to get used to. I've enjoyed having this monitor with the price I got it at (was on sale at the time) the resolution is great and the biggest thing is I don't waste time anymore with all the extra space I have to work with.

The display is crystal clear

it came damaged with a black spot of dead pixels. most companies would ask for a picture and send a replacement, but samsung told me to send it back and that theyd refund me when it arrives.

Effortless Harmony
I bought two monitors specifically for work, and I'm really pleased with their performance so far. Setting them up was a breeze, and putting them together was simple too. I use these monitors in extended mode for my work, and they work seamlessly together without any issues or delays. If you're looking for a decent second screen monitor for leisure work at a reasonable price, this is it. I've used this with my Galaxy Book 1 and the screen colors and definition did differ. Made it a bit difficult for video editing.

dislike about this monitor. It has served its purpose very well for me. I
connect it to my hp laptop so I do not have to squint to read the words on my laptop. Also, it is taller than my laptop so I do not have to look
down at m y laptop screen anymore. So this is a win win win!!! I also love that I was able to shop for it online and I was able to chat with support to and, they were so kind and, understanding and, knowledgable. They were able to suggest a few monitors for me while staying in my price range. That was great customer service specially since I did not have to call them. My monitor was delivered to me in a timely fashion and, that's always a plus in my book! It came with detailed instructions for setup, like how to care for it (such as how to clean it) , how to adjust the height , where all buttons were located and, what each button was for. I could not have asked for a better deal for the quality of this monitor! You can also make it do multiple screens with either another monitor or with your laptop and, I just bought a riser for my laptop eventually. Or you can use books or a box or boxes depending on the size of the boxes. I cannot say enough about this monitor, I absolutely love it

This monitor is so good, I'm going to replace my main monitor with the curved version of this monitor. My current main monitor is an MSI gaming screen, and the Samsung blows it out of the water! Even more reason to be a Samsung customer. Everything they make is spectacular!!

Avoid this monitor unless you have a LOT of time!
After buying this monitor, I will never buy another Samsung product again!
Try, just try to turn this monitor off; good luck!
Every monitor I have ever had, I would hit a button (on the bottom or front) and it would turn off.
Not so on this monitor!
To turn off this monitor, it is a 4-step process.
Not even to mention that the power button is VERY awkwardly placed on the BACK of the monitor!
Now I want to turn it off.
Here is what I have to go through to accomplish that :
1) Reach around back, and push the power button in.
2) then push it down
3) then push it in again
4) now you would think that doing all that will turn it off; oh no no no, we still have a ways to go.
5) doing all that does not turn off the monitor, it only powers it down.
6) so now you have to go to the power strip where it is plugged in and turn off the strip.
All in all a lot of work just to turn off a monitor. And to turn it back on...go through all that in reverse!

Ideal monitor
needed a separate monitor for the fs2020 break-out instruments. this monitor is exactly what i needed to supplement the main monitor.
my primary monitor is a 43" samsung tv - works just fine - unless you're dogfighting, the frame rates are more than adequate. i run my pc/nvidia rtc2080 at 256x1440 and get very smooth rendition.

I'd give it 0 stars if it would let me. Monitor came with a dead pixel when purchased. But I figured hey it doesn't bug me no worries. 20 months later the monitor won't turn on. Being officially out of manufacturer's warranty for the last 8 months Samsung does off to repair it but at a cost well over $200. I could just buy another one of these for 160$ new. Who expects that a good monitor lasts barely 1.5 years? Seems ridiculous to me. Guess I'm not getting another Samsung any time soon.

My kids love this product!!
We use our Samsung monitor for streaming and my 8 year old son uses it for streaming his games and we are absolutely in love with it. It provides a pristine, clear picture with amazing resolution and sound. There are so many options and apps to choose from to entertain my kids and brings our family together for quality time on movie night!! It is a product of superb quality, we have had no issues in the time we have owned our TV. We love the clear picture and the bright colors that make you feel as if you could reach right in and become a part of whatever is currently streaming on the television and it is optimized perfectly for my son to get the best gaming experience possible. We are definitely proud Samsung monitor owners. Everything about the set up was easy and stress free as is the day to day operation. Changing any setting to accommodate our personal preferences is quick and easy and our monitor has provided my family with entertainment and many fun memories ot time shared together with many laughs and lots of love!!!

Fantastic Monitor!
I use my monitor as an extension of my laptop for working from home. The wide screen is great as I can add many applications side by side without losing quality of the content. it's very clear and the screen bright and colorful even without HDR enabled. I can stream movies, view my security cameras clearly. The only thing that would make it better is if it was touchscreen capable and smart.

Great Monitor for the Price!
This Samsung monitor is perfect for light, everyday usage. It doesn't have the best specs, but is well worth it at its price. The borderless design looks incredibly elegant, and is rare to find on a cheaper monitor. I would not recommend this monitor for heavy use, but is perfect for what I do.
My only complaint is that it was delivered with a dead pixel, and this can be quite annoying as there is a black dot on the screen at all times.

I purchased two monitors for my home office. I work from home and needed reliable monitors for my work. The monitors were easy to set up and connect to my docking station and computer. Once I figured out that I had to connect one monitor through my docking station and one directly into my laptop everything worked perfectly. The 27” screens are a great size for the type of work I do. The screens are clear and provide the perfect light settings. I am very happy with these monitors.

Great monitor for great price!
I use this monitor as a second monitor for my gaming setup. It is side by side with an MSI monitor and you can see the difference in display quality. The Samsung monitor is richer, deeper, and with far better contrast between light and dark. I actually like this monitor so much, I'm planning to purchase the curved equivalent to replace my main monitor with. As always, Samsung hits another home run!

This monitor is definitely worth the money. Great for gaming and school work. I currently do both with this monitor. The screen resolution and refresh rate are both amazing. Love my Samsung monitor
I use my Samsung monitor for work. I have a three monitor setup running off of my work laptop. I do a lot of work on Excel spreadsheets and am frequently on video calls with my team which is spread across the northern part of the country.
The clarity is incredible as I frequently work on spreadsheets with up to 50 columns and I can change the screen resolution and all information is still very clear.
I also spend a lot of time looking at product specifications and product images for my company and being able to see great clarity on the products we have on our website is extremely beneficial.

The price point is the first good feature.
Unless you have a GeForce RTX 3050 or greater video card this monitor is plenty good. Solid refresh rate, easy on the eyes, and an easy set up you will be gaming,surfing,or producing in minutes. In fact unless you are hard core gaming this monitor is very good overall.

Worth the buy!!
I had purchased this monitor 2 months back, predominantly for my day to day office work. I need to spend 8-10 hours daily in front of it. This monitor is extremely good with good display and picture quality. Also have necessary settings to adjust as per the user needs. It is pretty big in size and the FHD clarity helps to read texts in smaller font sizes when shared over screen share in Teams calls.
In leisure time, you can also watch some movies or videos it with great visibility.
Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Thanks Samsung!

dead pixel out of the box. i bought from big box store and was not able to set up until the 15 day return policy had run out. samsung does warranty the product, but turnaround time is about a month. advice - check product immediately - you do not want to deal with samsung directly for something you can't work without.

I use it for work, where I have to do detailed 3D data work and this monitor has great detail and the colors look great.
I like the size of the screen and how light it is, this because I have it mounted on a monitor arm so I can adjust the position quickly.

The stand for this monitor is the worst, not only is it easily bendable but there is a tilt to the monitor that makes it always face down! meaning it wont be perpendicular to the floor and you cant turn or adjust it. other than that, there isnt much of a problem

I use as a monitor to okay online with friends. I also use it for zoom meetings with my family every Sunday.
It's clarity, color is out if this world. I told family about this monitor.

I’ve had this monitor about two months, and I find it to have a very beautiful display. I upgraded from a 24 inch monitor and the resolution is fantastic. The refresh works well, and I am very satisfied with the way it connects to my computer. It was a very easy set up, and I am grateful that the quality is as good as it is and the price is very reasonable. The display in my opinion is as good as my Samsung TV.
