Great product bad durability
I bought this with my Motorola edge 6 months ago and it worked great at first however now it doesn't work anymore. Great product but durability is a bog issue

Great value, super fast
just got my s21 ultra 5g and since you dont get a brick at launch im glad samsung gave me credit to go ahead and get it with my device. charged my phone from 10% to 100% in about 1hr. no slow charging here.

i don't really care at this point, samsung has become increasingly disappointing and this is coming from a long-time consumer of samsung products (from phones to tvs).
while i may not understand the science behind this c-to-c super fast ultimate whatever speed charging, this is not a dual use block. the absolute bare minimum you all can do for your customers is to include a cord with a block that requires a particular cord to even work.
between this company and my phone carrier, after spending $1000 on a phone and another $100 on its dusty refurbished replacement, the hoops they want you to jump through is more than enough for me to look into other companies altogether.

Ho hmmm...
just authorized to receive a replacement from samsung. the original charger failed after 2 months. purchased a new charger from samsung--it lasted 4 months. samsung is replacing.
i've never had a charger failed except this model.
on a good note, charging is quick!

so from television to phones and the dex on my windowns pc and now samsung chargers! i love you samsung your s21 ultra was the best phone ever made by any smart phone now. im obsessed with samsung products
