Good but needs in provement
I am happy with the keyboard, but it needs some improvement. I need to be able to use the keyboard in the verticle or portrait mode.

The plastic on book cover is breaking apart!!!!
I bought this cover in December of 24 however I have noticed cracking on the cover in the upper corners where it holds the tablet in place. I reached out to Samsung for warranty but claimed damage to be intentional. The keyboard works perfectly fine but I am not impressed how defective the plastic used is starting to break apart.

Happy with cover, unhappy with samsung
The A9 keyboard cover is nice. What I am unhappy with is I bought the S9 cover by accident as I was told my tablet was an S9 initially. I have been trying to return to Samsung for 5 weeks and somehow they can't come up with a fedex return label? Wow! All I get is that it has been escalated and hear nothing else unless I call them to inquire. The last time I spoke with them...I was told it was past the 11 day return window....on something I initiated the same day I received. Samsung has lost some serious points with me after countless watch and phone purchases.

Great Accessory For your Tab
Recently bought this product because I purchased the tab a9+ with 128GB of storage and 8GB of Ram. I wanted it to replace my laptop which was an older Surface Pro 3. I keyboard is not bad expect it is a little scrunched to type on. I also wish it had a trackpad at the bottom.

It connects instantly and it works!
I love this keyboard. It cost twice what I spent on the 4 predeceassors, but IT WORKS. The only thing I don't like is the placement of the 0, dash, and equal keys. My fingers constantly confuse them. So it is not a standard layout, but it's close, and it doesn't have the horrible track pad. It took 2 or 3 months to arrive, but the wait was worth it.
