That makes it easier to find enemies when I'm playing Call Of Duty 6. The picture is so great that when other players 5ry to hide or camp and snipe me I always find them before they get a chance to find me. I would recommend this tv to any gamer, especially one that loves to play war games like I do. I wish I had this tv when the original Call Of Duty came out. Since I've got my Samsung tv and started playing I've already converted 11 of my online friends to change to samsung tvs. I wish I could have got my tv for a little bit less money but overall it's still worth the price. One thing I would like to be able to change is the pip mode for my tv. My last model before i switched was a TCL 75" and overall it was a great tv but for games I wouldn't have any other model than the one I have now. When and if I do upgrade it would be to an 85" 4k but that will have to wait until I get my taxes next year, unless I win this then I'll have one a lot sooner and my gaming experience will be that much better. To anyone that is thinking of changing brands or models then there is no better choice than a Samsung. My phone is a Samsung also. I believe they make they very best products on the .market today and I wouldn't trade mine for anything other than another Samsung. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Remember if your not using Samsung your not really getting the full experience in gaming. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good. I was super excited to get my first 85” TV. I did the pre-work to prepare the wall where I was going to hang it. I got an appropriate sized wall mount and installed it. The TV came and it was definitely big and heavy, so I would need a helping hand. I finally got it up on the wall. Once I powered it on, it was bright and vivid. And that’s where the good news ends. I didn’t realize what I was getting when I purchased an AI enhanced picture. Everything was grainy and there was were these weird, subtle fluctuations in the picture. Then I noticed the small, bizarre picture anomalies. Textures were off and I saw the weird AI face abnormalities on distant faces, distortions that were typical of AI image generation. I was so disappointed. I just wanted to try to get the screen to be normal, so I tried to turn off all AI settings. I succeeded in getting rid of the AI motion blurring artifacts, but the weird textures and distortions remain. I’m really disappointed. I want a refund or a TV with no AI enhancement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arrived with giant crack & No customer support Wow! I could not be more disappointed. First this TV arrived with a giant crack along the bottom. It looks like someone in the factory/warehouse dropped it and put masking tape over it before boxing it up. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get in touch with anyone at Samsung who could help wait it on hold for a very long time dealt with multiple clueless very unhelpful people in the chat and and finally got someone who could help and she explained that it has to go through a return request review process before I will get authorization to return it. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and will never buy through Samsung again. Buyer beware.

Motion handling is satisfactory. The only drawback is that the brightness could be better, especially in very bright rooms. Overall, it’s a great TV unless maximum brightness is a top priority for you.

The smart TV functions are top tier with smart assistant integration. Sharing your phone picture has never been easier either so if you are looking at a recipe on your phone you can cast it to the TV for everyone to see and help with the prep. Something I should have purchased a long time ago. It was the missing piece to the house and our lifestyle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with My Choice Researched brands, specs, technologies, for 6 months and found this to be an excellent choice. Considered OLED, QLED, QNED and refresh rates. This TV is an amazing value AND service because of Samsung’s online shop. It has an easily navigable HOME screen where you can manage apps and 100’s of free channels. 4K Upscaling works good! Resolution and Contrast is a big upgrade from my prior HD/UHD TV. The audio is also very good; not limited. I don’t game on the TV; but understand it’s possible. I’m completely happy with this choice and it has made me more interested in movies again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Product This is a terrible product. We previously had a 75" inch Samsung which worked fine with the apps and features we have including surround sound. This one was very problematic. There is no search feature for Apps. All instructions reference what is available on our 75" Samsung. That feature has been eliminated on this model. Our tech even called and spoke with a Samsung rep who stated he also couldn't locate the app search on this model. The other issue was we can't get sound when using Prime via Samsung. Again our tech tried all sorts of fixes and called Samsung but this couldn't be fixed. In addition the Samsung format for this model is very cluttered and the link portion moves. On our 75" the link portion was always on the bottom. In the future I will never again purchase a Samsung product.

Seemless interface accross all devices so Im not pulling my hair out and just end up using a chrome device. They genuinely care about the users experience... The brightness is very very high even in bright light and h resolution is insanely good. I love the dark and light contrasting as well

I love the Samsung TV Plus app that allows me to watch "cable TV" without a cable package. The picture is so clear and crisp. It adds that "Wow" factor into my home. The picture is so nice that my 96 year old grandmother can actually see the TV from her spot on the couch (hasn't happened in a long time). Overall, great TV and would definitely recommend!
