The first time the screen didn’t turn on at all, after going through Samsungs dismal customer service process. They took the TV back but I had to rebuy the TV since they wouldn’t send another. I rebought it, and the second tv they sent me, turned on, but only once and then it went black and wouldn’t back turn on. Also found a “defective” sticky note on the inside of the box. Seems I may have gotten my last tv back (joking, but serious questions arise on their QC process). Went back through Samsungs TERRIBLE customer service process again, at this point I lost much of my faith in the Samsung brand. But apparently the masochist in me gave it one more chance. And finally, the third time was a charm. It’s a beautiful TV and an amazing OLED, but the process to get here was painful and took months…

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware of the warranty before you purchase. Let's start with the television has a beautiful picture and I can't complain about performance. To make a long story short the television had a short. It took over a week for Samsung to arrange for a service call under my warranty. They determined the one connect needed its motherboard replaced. This was backordered 2 months. So it then took another 2 weeks for Samsung to come to the conclusion they should offer a refund or replace. I opted to replace. This process took another 2 weeks and they told me it could not even be started unless the model was available locally. The exchange was approved and the process was at the point the trucking company needed to make delivery arrangements. Despite expecting that call instead I got a call now at 5 weeks out from the exchange department saying the TV was not available and would I like a different available model (all of which were lesser options in my opinion from a performance standpoint and the visual look in the room{bezel vs no bezel) So now I have to start the whole process for a refund which will take a month because Samsung has to send someone out to collect the unit first(and I have to take time off from work to be here for them). Total nightmare. It has been such a bad experience I will never purchase another Samsung product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S95C 77" FREEZING and speaker buzz. 5 Stars for picture. 3 Stars for speaker buzz during some programs even at a low volume setting of 18. 1 Star (too high a score) for the new $3,499.99 TV FREEZING!!!!! Have had the S95C 77" TV for 6 days, and it's FROZEN 3 TIMES. Had to unplug it to resolve the problem because even the manual power switch wouldn't work. Never had a problem like this on any of my other SMART TV's. Good job Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Stunner After buying - and returning - the Sony A95k, LG G3, and Sony X93L, this is by far the best television I have ever owned. It should be noted I still have the LG G2 - and love it - and a LG C1, but this Samsung S95C is a stunner! Show-stopping color and OLED blacks are a perfect combination. And using the Smart Things app to soft calibrate the t.v does make a bit of difference. I believe that if you’re looking for accurate yet entertaining color, you can absolutely achieve that with this model. I prefer a slightly vibrant, but not cartoonish, look and the S95C truly achieves this objective. It’s rich and yet within the accuracy spectrum - sound is decent but mine js wall mounted and in a smaller room - and I just love both SDR (bring on football season) and streaming HDR content!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best OLED Ever! I just received this TV on 2/22/23. It is by far the best TV I have ever owned. It arrived earlier than estimated and has greatly exceeded my expectations. I specifically waited for this 2023 model to be released, so as to not receive a screen made by LG with Samsung badging and I’m glad I did. The S95C and it’s addition of Quantum Dots to the OLED screen has made a TV that is Superior to all on the market. The detail, light, range of blacks/whites, and calibrated colors make this screen a privilege to watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best picture I’ve ever seen I once sold them. I bought this only 4 months ago. It was a dream come true. The only tv I’ve ever owned that makes me fall in love with it every time I walk into the room. Outstanding for nearly every form of content. Jaw dropping image is the only way to describe it. My only wish was for it to be a bit bigger at first. Then it just quit working on me through every HDMI port one at a time. I was in shock that my perfect screen was only going to allow me to watch streaming content and off aire feed. I have been waiting for warranty service for nearly a month now. Still waiting I purchased another brand in the 85 in. a lesser brand to get me by until my new tv gets repaired. This was a mistake however. Now I’m hooked on the larger size which is perfect fit in my living room. Have been considering sending it back to get a higher end set and sell the repaired Samsung 77 in. Then is get this promo from Samsung an I see that they in fact have for sale an 83 in. just like the one I had just lost and down for repairs. Hoping Samsung would take it back and let me upgrade to the 83 in. Would be an awesome move I think. I still have my original box and have another week to wait for my replacement one connect box to arrive. That would keep my faith in Samsung very high. I was once on the sales floor and I know full well that every brand has the risk of having a failed unit. It just never entered my mind that it would happen to me an my new long lost love of a screen. For now I’m still heart broken. And looking at options on another in 83–85 in.

Paired with Q990c soundbar and it gives you a true theater experience especially with the integration with the tv speakers. Highly recommend the pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely stunning TV BUT…. Great TV, it gets almost too bright for my moderately lit room in standard mode. Absolutely stunned by the features. Only problem is, this TV is played with bugs and poor QC. The back of my panel is dented. The screen makes a high pitch squealing noise. And last but certainly not least, the TV blacks out constantly for 3-5 seconds every 15 seconds or so while gaming. I called Samsung support, they told me to ship the TV back and buy another at the current (much higher) price and hope that the next one isn’t defective. There’s a snowball’s chance in H I actually do that. If I return this TV I’ll buy an LG G3 instead. I used my warranty and scheduled for a service tech to come out. If they can’t figure it out (which I have no confidence that they will), goodbye Samsung. It’s crazy that I had to call in a service tech say 1 of receiving my tv. It’s a shame because the TV has real potential, but gaming is absolutely unbearable on this screen. I have no confidence Samsung will fix this. Customer service is clueless and offers no real support. Another thing is firmware updates don’t come with a log so you’ll never know what changed. It’s a very frustrating experience at this ticket price. Again, amazing tv, just too many bugs, if you’re considering spending this much money save yourself the headache buy a Sony or LG for a real high end luxury experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful, shameful customer service i purchased this very expensive tv on 8/16/23 and received it on 8/23/23. i waited a few weeks for my wall unit to be built and then, today, took it out of its huge box with the intent of installing it on my wall unit (with help that was there for that purpose). the tv was blatantly used and repackaged/returned, and poorly at that, and has clear damage to 2 corners (dents/scratches), and the surface has what looks like water or dirt stains. but this lack of quality control was only the start of my disappointment with samsung.

Connected a sound bar without any problems. The edges are almost invisible. Easy to wall mount that fit preexisting mount. I was able to load into an SUV with no space to spare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV, very poor One Connect Design I bought this TV to replace my previous Samsung LCD. I was excited to use a similar setup with the one connect in my stereo cabinet but after purchasing and getting incorrect information from Samsung this is not possible. I engaged with customer support and was given a part number for the 15m one connect cable. This was the incorrect part. Turns out nobody at Samsung customer service or the parts department can identify the part. Through my own search I have discovered they do not make a 15m cable. So the whole point of having a slim TV with the one connect box is defeated and now I have a box attached to the back of the TV and cables running everywhere behind the TV. If you plan to wall mount this TV and need the box to be more than a few feet from the TV, I would choose another model. Unless they make a longer cable the one connect concept is useless. I doubt they will since they have moved the power supply to the one connect box. It would be nice if this was advertised and customer service was versed in this. Do not buy the 15m VG-SOCR15 thinking it will work on this TV despite what Samsung tells you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had two TVs not work on me I bought the 77-inch OLED TV excited because the quality looks excellent. Once I got it and hooked it up, the TV didn't turn on. It had sound but no image. I ended up having to return it, which Samsung support was terrible. I decided to buy a second one, hoping it was a one-time flook. So I purchased a second one, only to have the same issue. The TV had sound, but no image also found a sticky on the box that said: "Dispose". After going through terrible customer service again, I had to have the TV returned. I would be wary of this one as Samsung is building its own OLED and not using LGs for the first time. I think they may still have kinks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead on Arrival Is not Acceptable to receive a product that got manufactured less than a month ago dead!!! I received the 77" and the wall mount. Never crossed my mind that a very fresh new TV would not get tested before leaved the factory, so I didn't try to turn it on while in the box. So I've got the mount installed after a lot of youtube and other searches, the mount they sold doesn't say S95C, so I follow some direction for one of the 8K one that look similar, anyway, I get to put it on the wall, called my whole family over to sit down to enjoy. I purchased a new XBOX Controller and a 3 year subscription for Ultimate...My son came over ready to challenge me on some game.... and ....try to turn it on....just a sound from the speakers telling me to choose an option, and that's it, black screen all the way, the only thing alive on this was the LED under the TV.....really disappointed, I'm a very long time Samsung customer and I own many, many of their products, but this one.....I would not recommend. Now take it off the wall, pack it back, call FEDEX Freight to pick it up, they are only open during normal hours, so that means I need to take off work so they can pick it up... This was a very big loss of time and money!!!

I upgraded my Netflix account to the version that streams 4K content. I have nothing bad to say. The setup was easy too. All I can say is that our entire house is watching way more television than before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Talk about smart Tv. This is it with the IQ of 168 First of all I’m a former Audio Video Specialist whom sold and installed AV home theatre. Several brands over the years have ruled the top of the hill when it comes to video screens. I use this unit like anyone else would. Streaming movies, Blu-Ray, both old and new stuff. Live Tv and many streaming services. It hits every mark like one would expect at this price point. It’s as if every movie you own has been somehow transformed into something very new. Its remarkable and stunning and able to surpass everything I’ve seen so far. The remote is intuitive in that it recognises everything I hook up to it right away. Then it emulates the remote of that source. It will even message you to let you know when your network goes down at home while you’re away. My security system has never done this for me. I’m rather new to Samsungs new file tree but was able to learn it quickly. At this size anything short of a sound bar is not enough. The on board speakers work fine but with the Samsung 990c sound bar in the mix it becomes an experience in the term my dear old father use once he saw his first big screen. FEAL-A-VISION. After you set it up and dial in everything to your room. You are going to have to find a way to break away from it. Even people Whom may not understand what they are experiencing will be pleasantly amazed. As soon as someone walks into the room you will find them stopping in their tracks.The look on their face tells the story way better than I ever could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my 77" S95C This is my second OLED 4K TV. Bought my first, an LG 65" six years ago. The S95C is so bright and sharp compared to my 65" LG. Bought the S95C directly from Samsung online after several comparison reviews on YouTube. It's in a very bright room and isn't washed out at all. I mostly watch network TV during the day and streaming video and sports in the evenings. Could have purchased something a lot cheaper, but I wouldn't be happy with a TV that doesn't perform as well as this one does. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it Bought TV online with the help of the "Experts Online". I needed to know about mounting on a moveable cart. Got the TV by two guys bringing the very large box into my bedroom. When I started unpacking I noticed the size of a fist broken in the middle of the bottom. The packing of the TV is extremely good, therefore the puncture hole made no damage to TV. My point here is to examine the box front and back before excepting this very large box. Unpacking was easy by myself. However two people need to remove the TV and that is what we did onto the king size bed getting the back brackets in place to mount on rolling stand. Putting control box on back of TV was somewhat confusing because it doesn't really "snap" into the mounting screws. More or less sits on them. Setup was easy since I already have a Samsung account. The picture quality is out of this world. Watching movies without full screen is wonderful with 77", but full screen movies are spectacular! By far the best TV picture I have ever watched.

Cameras, and also I have the S23 Ultra, but I have to get the new gin on the watch and the earbuds. And I can't wait to try a pair of those.. earbuds ...

When my S95B's screen got physical damage and the screen cracked, all I wanted was a larger version of what the S95B. The S95C 77 inch delivered with an even brighter overall OLED experience. Paired with the Samsung HW-Q990C it this duo truly delivers an impressively immersive visual and audio experience. Highly recommended if your looking for the best of both worlds when it comes to OLED true colors and blacks, without sacrificing brightness and can afford the price tag.

Genius packaging that made installation easy and safe, limiting risk of having it fall over while unboxing/setting-up. Only complaint is the remote. It's too small and slippery and slides off of things easily. It also has limited functionality, is not programable and the small controls are hard to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Technical support one cable I purchased this product and love the TV. It is connected to a home theater system. I wanted to purchase longer one connect cable for it. Called Samsung support and they recommended the proper cable. I went to install the cable 5 or 6 weeks later and it was the incorrect cable. I paid a premium purchasing it through Samsung. They would not process a return. I was transferred to customer service again, they recommended another. When I looked up the part number it was a cover. I was transferred a third time. This person could not provide any Techinical detail to the recommended cable. Could not fine the part number on line to view it per customer service request. Even Samsung could not find data on the recommended cable. I refused to buy it. He could answer basic questions concerning the cable for example the length or if it was compatible with my tv. My concern is their technical support and customer service is very poor. I would not recommend purchasing any Samsung product from them. This was a simple question and exposed there system faults and gaps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blue dot problem I bought this less then 14 days. After a few hours I noticed a blue dot ?? near the bottom left side close to the middle of the screen. This means it’s a dead pixel. Samsung is giving me a hard time to replace this tv. It’s the 77” s95c. Make sure you don’t have the same problem. Keep an eye out for this can show up as t any time. If you have hands free Alexa on you will see the ?? this will only get worse. Plus do not take damage boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy - I Implore You. Please Read. We bought this from Amazon during Black Friday for a small discount. When the TV arrived, it stood upright in the box for a couple of weeks while we waited for our new TV stand to arrive (this TV is heavy and our old stand could not support it). The problems with this TV started literally as soon as we turned it on. We were able to connect the TV to our WiFi but we were unable to have the TV automatically set up and register through the Samsung app. I don't know if it was the app or the TV but not a great start. We eventually set everything up manually and moved past the initial problems (which, candidly, deflated our excitement). The picture looks beautiful. The TV is crisp, clear, and bright. But that's the only thing that's nice about this TV. The interface is annoying and unintuitive. I don't know if there are some weird settings we need to change but for some reason when you go to the home screen, whatever you were watching continues to play until you move your selection off of the "Recent" box. This also happens when you move the selection to the "On Now" box–everything autoplays. There are some other annoying settings we were able to turn off like the auto-brightness adjuster. While watching anything, the TV would constantly dim and brighten depending on the scene. This is super annoying but at least you can turn that off. The worst thing about this TV though is definitely something you cannot change. The TV is SLOW. It is incredibly unresponsive. I am shocked that something this expensive and this new is this slow. Our 10+ year old TV that we "upgraded" from was lightning quick compared to this sloth of a TV. It's infuriating. It's slow no matter what, live TV, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, anything. Slow, slow, slow. I guess if you need to work on your patience, you can invest in this thing because it will certainly test it. The TV also had a hard time displaying our Nintendo Switch. It took us about an hour to finally get one of the HDMI ports to recognize the Switch. Fortunately, HDMI 4 is a selectable input now on our screen but I don't know how we get any of the other HDMI ports to show up as selectable–it seems like Samsung tried to make everything seamless so you're unable to manually switch inputs yourself and must rely on the TV to identify that you've connected to a port and then wait for the TV to load (slow) your connection. And the icing on the cake? We used the TV lightly for two weeks and we now have a stuck pixel. 5 of those 14 days we had the TV completely off because we weren't even home due to the holidays. This is absolutely unacceptable. We paid $3,656 for this TV and we regret it. I implore you to not buy the 77" Class OLED S95C TV. This is my first experience with Samsung and I am utterly disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IF YOU ARE A GAMER READ THIS The screen will constantly black out for 5-10 seconds when gaming at 120 or 144hz. I had Samsung support come out 5 separate times to try to fix the TV and they couldn't fix it. Yes I had the correct HDMI 2.1 cables. This happens with PS5, Xbox Series X and PC. Do a quick google/youtube search and you'll see that I'm not the only person experiencing this issue. It's really sad because everything else about this TV is incredible. If all you do is watch movies then this TV is perfect. I wanted to keep it but ended up returning it after 2 months of failed repair attempts. Not to mention the absolutely horrible Samsung support team. I mean I've seriously never delt with a worse customer support process. I went with the LG G3 which doesn't compare in terms of color, but at least it works properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV is all that is advertised to be! Everything about this TV is outstanding. picture, etc. My only hurdles are setting up the "smart" portions as it relates to the remote. I am still trying to figure to a "one" button programming for all of inputs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better buy a speaker. Picture is great and that's the only nice thing I will say about this TV. Paid 4k for the 77" you'd think you'd be able to hear it!! Literally have to have every movie playing on max volume & Bixby talks LOUD but the movies play so quietly. Besides the poor speakers, the set is absolutely horrible and makes no sense. The remote sucks too. Should've stuck with LG.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sticking with LG moving forward 2 week old 77 S95C. Like many I've seen complain about screen blanking out constantly while my ps5 is connected. Not sure why this is happening but i can assure you it's the tv and not my ps5, due to the fact it plays well on my LG OLED no problem. Also customer service was no help, so expensive tv with problems. I'll stick with LG going forward.
