Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect We bought this TV as the centerpiece of entertainment for our new home, and we were excited about the "Art mode" for when we're not using the TV. For TV viewing, the picture is bright, sharp, and generally awesome. The TV itself is amazingly thin, and mounts extremely close to the wall, which is great. The thin "umbilical" cable was too short to reach my electronics cabinet through the chase in the wall, but we have a longer cable on order. Just about every aspect of this TV is impressive except for one thing--in the Art mode, during bright daylight hours (our living room has large windows), the TV adds a very noticeable pink tint to my selected artwork. The pinkness can be reduced by cranking up the brightness, but that sort of defeats the purpose of having a TV that looks like a picture on the wall. With the brightness all the way up, the picture is still slightly pink, but now it looks more like a TV displaying an image, rather than a framed picture on the wall. This issue mostly goes away after sunset, and it only affects Art mode. While watching TV, the image is great, and white objects look white, regardless of the ambient light in the room. Hoping for a good resolution from Samsung on this issue, but aside from that, the TV is fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, easy installation Only two minor issues so far. One is … I see a dead cell, just one dead cell but it doesn’t bother, you cannot see it from 3-4 fts away. Second issue is remote response is a little bit slow but not much. All others are good so far. Especially picture mode is great! And screen thickness after installation (less than an inch from wall) is perfect!

We have two 65" on a vaulted ceiling wall and use each of them to display each of our daughters families and a 75 inch over the fireplace has our travels and still lives. They have paid for themselves as each one family portraits printed on canvass are more expensive than the tvs, and can be kept current with no additional expense.... Couldn't be happier with our choices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Frame: Flexible Art and Media Machine I have many Samsung TV's in the house, but when I bought my first frame TV I was a amazed by the true thinness and the simple connection method. One super thin wire between the display and the control box. The depth of the art images from the library are fantastic. Mat options and color controls are very good. Many people double take when they remember old art that is suddenly different but they can't put their finger on it. A few have never inspected close enough to determine it was all electronic. Fantastic! I did treat my Frame to a beautiful custom walnut frame to enhance the Art aspect. The performance as a TV/Media display are also very good. plenty of connections available and the image rendering is clear and beautiful. Its a very nice way to solve super flat mounting, hidden electronics, and wonder picture qualities in a system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful, buggy, and now dead after 6 months Arrived in June. Dead by November. We’ve gone three weeks and counting without a replacement. Looks great on the wall, otherwise total garbage. I wouldn’t buy a Samsung phone so I should have known better. Buggy, slow, gets stuck in Art mode. I’ve had to flip the breaker to turn the thing off twice since I can’t access the power button as we put the console in the drywall behind the TV. Do not buy. Not worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Frame TV is not compatible with IPhone samsung declares that this frame tv is compatible with iphone/apple. it appeared that it’s not the case at all. i uploaded on my apple phone from apple “smart things” application to remotely from my phone to use art mode. it’s very important application letting you to create favorite paintings on your phone’s application and to set them up/to transfer on frame tv. this application on iphone only works with this frame tv when connected with it via wifi. contrary to android phones on which “smart things” application works with this frame tv not only via wifi but cellular too, it’s not the case with apple phones. i spent today a lot of time with samsung/“smart things”customer support and reported them this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The terrible OS is enough to ruin the TV This summer I got Samsung's The Frame TV based solely because I did not want the living room wall dominated by a huge black rectangle when I wasn't using the TV. Unfortunately, I've been sorely disappointed by the TV. The art mode only works so-so because it is not good at turning itself on when someone comes into the room. By far the worst aspect of the TV is its operating system. Recently, while playing Spiderman: Miles Morales on my Playstation 5 the HDMI connection frequently cuts out. In this video you can see that happen at 13 seconds in. At that point I have been playing for about 20 minutes and it had already happened about 4 times. To make matters worse, sometimes the connection never comes back and I have to unplug & replug the HDMI connection in order to continue playing. Sometimes what I plug it back in then the TV does not recognize what type if device it is. This issue is unpredictable but it does seem to happen more in during fast action with lots of effects on screen. Before getting The Frame, I used the PS5 quite a bit with my previous 2014 TBV and never had issues like this. The OS is truly disappointing, especially considering how expensive The Frame is. Some other observations on it: -- I have a Samsung soundbar connected to the TV. I estimate tha more than 50% of the time that I turn the TV on it is using the TV speakers and I have to go back into the setting to switch the audio to the soundbar. The Soundbar is connected to the eARC HDMI port so even if it were turned off the TV can turn it back on. -- This TV's multiview is really annoying. Anytime I cast something from a phone it goes into multiview unless if the TV was already in the same app. Turning off multview then takes 2 or 3 clicks. I'd like to be able to completely disable multiview but there is no option to do so. -- Its not uncommon that there is significant lag remote between button presses on the remote and when the TV registers the action.on one occasion it seemed like none of the button presses were registering so I pressed the button multiple times and then all the button presses happened all together. On another occasion the remote was not working at all. I have to use the phone app to control the TV until I did a complete shutdown of the TV. -- The home screen for the TS has ads for moves and shows that I've never expressed interest in and that I cannot remove. I already bought this very expensive TV and I'm still being served ads. 00:13 HDMI connection from PS5 cuts out

We have uploaded our pictures, created a slide show, and created a collage of our favorite photos. The option to wall mount was perfect for us. We took our 65” older TV off the media console and mounted this beautiful piece of electronic art onto the wall. Couldn’t be happier!

I have the 2019 version in my bedroom and I love it. I was considering purchasing a new one for the living room after selling our curve TV. As I researched more about the 2022 version, I was convinced with the anti glare feature and it is awesome! I got the 75" and it looks cool! Awesome picture quality and looks beautiful with the TV off when displaying art! Everyone who comes over always talks about it and is amazed! I will most likely continue to buy this TV series in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this TV We wanted the best picture, but also wanted more than a huge black hole on our living room wall when the tv wasn’t being used. Also, our living room is very bright and we had glare issues with our previous tv. We’ve had this tv for around 4 months now and it looks amazing when we’re watching something, there is no more glare, and it looks amazing when it’s “off” in art mode. We have a lot of fun rotating the art and it makes me smile when I walk in the room and see it. I can’t wait til we hang it on the wall and get a new soundbar to complete our setup. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that I really dislike the Home Screen where you select your app/channel. If it would open without playing whatever the default Samsung TV Plus tv channel is and just show the app/channel options, and ideally open without sound at all, then it would easily be 5 stars for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad issues and worse support The TV is beautiful but has severe issues: 1) Horrible blotchiness in dark scenes. You can see cloudy patches and the black is not uniform in the slightest. 2) Extremely slow interface. I can't understand how it's the slow with all of these years of Samsung building operating systems. Unusable at times. 3) Bezel blocks remote. Why not a bluetooth remote? Unless I'm pointing directly at the sensor from a low angle, it doesn't read the remote. Extremely frustrating. A TV at this price, the remote should work from the other room while pointing at the ceiling. I took all these issue to samsung, and it's been over a month. They can't get the TV repaired, and they said they can't exchange because "They don't have any in stock". So they said they could refund me. The rep kept pushing me to this solutions so that I can "get it resolved right now, and the other solutions would leave me without a TV". Ummm...taking my TV away and not offering a replacement would leave me without a TV. It sounded like this was the easiest solution for Samsung, not for me. I want the TV, just a working one. I find it hard to believe you don't have any in stock, when I can go purchase one right now. Please just exchange mine with one that works. For how much this cost over other, wonderful looking 65" TVs, please just get me one that works.

Art mode does not stay on. i just purchased the 75 inch fram tv. the picture quality is great. the sound is actually very good for such a thin tv. i was pleasantly surprised that the tv comes with over 50 complementary arts to choose from for the art mode. my biggest issue has to do with the "art mode". when the tv goes into art mode, it stays on for a few minutes, then the tv goes off. i tried updating the software, turning up motion detector, turning off the sleep mode etc. with no luck. this issue seems to be a common problem with this tv and i hope samsung resolves it soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Audio sync problem This tv would be great except it has an issue with Audio and Video syncing. I have a brand new 75” 2022 frame tv. After about 20 minutes, video and sound get out of sync on all my conning apps, e.g, Netflix, hbo max, prime. None of the advice on the web fixes this issue. I am using arc hdmi with Samsung soundbar but issue persists in all modes. Pausing video fixes it for about 20 minutes but it always starts up again

The size and weight were perfect for above our focal point fireplace that rises 16’ in the center of the wall. Using to display artwork when not watching television is amazing feature. Since new build, we were able to hide the cord in the wall to then go to the box in a hidden closet. Only complaint was the lack of availability of the longer 15m cord we needed to place the box further away in a designated AV closet in the center of our home, but we finally found and had shipped from an online retailer.

It took me a little over a month to install due to new house taking longer to be completed. Upon installing, I discovered multiple issues with my frame - uneven color, dead pixels, and tv turning black for a few seconds then coming back on. After research, I discovered the frames are hit or miss. I asked for an exchange to a more expensive model, and was willing to pay the difference, but Samsung gave me the run around. Now I am stuck with a worthless tv and their terrible customer service I experienced. Hard to recommend based on my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No compatibility with SONOS, AppleTV--bad purchase Samsung is obviously an incredibly reputable brand, but sometimes a company can get something wrong. This TV is a classic example of that - DO NOT BUY! I have owned four 55"-65" TVs from Samsung and two other reputable competitors, and they outperform this one in so many ways. Firstly, there is the compatibility issue - it DOES NOT WORK with SONOS BEAM II - SONOS's latest version of their mid-range cost soundbar. I have been on with tech support at Samsung twice, and tech support at SONOS. Ultimately, Samsung needs to upgrade the firmware on The Frame. The SONOS soundbar is not recognized via eARC after you first set it up. You need to hard cycle the power off on both devices, and it will recognize it for a few days. When it changes from eARC to just ARC or to just HDMI, the voices are not synced up to the movement of the mouths on screen. I have spent hours trying to fix this and still there is no solution. No firmware update to fix. I spent $2799.99 on this TV on sale from $2999 - unacceptable. Next, this TV will NOT recognize the latest AppleTV. Seriously? I figured out why - Samsung wants you to use their set of apps. Why would a non-Apple company offer an AppleTV app for their TV? Not for good reasons. Lastly - the art. It looks AMAZING, truly. And the new model with the MATTE finish - looks like art. Bad news on two fronts here - 1) when you purchase access to their art library, it is surprisingly limited. I thought I would have access to hundreds if not thousands of well known art pieces. The collections they offer are limited and not well known. 2) The MATTE screen came unprotected. a full retail $2999 TV with an unprotected screen. So that when you install the 75" TV, which is heavy and you end up getting body parts (hands, heads) on the screen as you are trying to hang it. You have probably already read reviews that tell you that once you get a thumbprint or a smudge on the matte finish on the TV, it becomes permanent when you try to clean it. By the time I researched solutions to all of these issues - it was too late to return this. I am stuck with it. Most of the time we default to watching it and listening through the TV speakers, because when it does recognize the SONOS Beam, it is NOT through eARC. The sound is terrible and often not synced with the mouth movement. The remote is small, clunky and the TV is slow to respond to it. This Samsung The FrameTV has been the worst electronic purchase I have ever made. A major box chain warned me against buying one, steering me toward Samsung The Frame TV's competition, but I didn't listen. I felt even worse about it when I saw that Samsung took $1000 off the $2999 price for a time as a promotion, no doubt to get rid of their inventory because everyone is reading these reviews and buying a competitor's TV. I did, purchasing a 65" competitive brand (just as reputable and the one that the big box chain recommended) and have had tremendous success with it. It auto-pairs with any soundbar I connect it to, has no compatibility issues with AppleTV, and the picture is superior. I don't often write negative reviews on products, because I feel guilty that someone might not purchase based on my single bad experience. But because everything about this TV has been disappointing, I am writing to hopefully help you avoid the same aggravating purchase decision. I obsess about my mistake, a pretty expensive one. So hopefully this will help me feel better...

The fact that all of our streaming apps are built in or downloadable is amazing. Missing two stars for 2 reasons: 1) the TV seems to have a bug where the menu doesn't want to pop up for 2-5 minutes after turning it on and I haven't figured out how to fix yet, and 2) the process to upload your own photos to the TV is very difficult and not user friendly at all. Needs to be much simpler.

But, for a long time now The Frame was something that I was giving serious thought about. Until we crunched the numbers and realized we can and should take the plunge. I'm so glad we did! It looks incredible on our wall, and the picture quality is outstanding. When it cycles through the art we've selected when the unit is off, it's beyond incredible! My only issue is the TV always reverts back to TV Speakers, in spite of having a Samsung Soundbar with an Optical connection (and ARC HDMI one, too). Every streaming service works flawlessly from the main menu, it's just been the best thing for our living room.

The screen is matte, I believe every TV screen should be matte, it's fantastic not having a glare. The hardware is more than marvelous, it sit flat on the wall and the components are out which is very easy to access, you can't ask for a hardware design better than that. I am telling you this is the best of the best TV you will ever own ... if it was working. The major problem is with the software. When you're not in the room the art turn off the way supposed to do but it turned back on on its own and go to Samsung tv. Because of that the TV is on all night or during the day when I am at work. I talked to 11 different associates and spent hours on the phone which was very not pleasant and none of them had the solution except one person say that they knew about the problem and will sent a update very soon. I looked online it seems that problem is happening since february. I was not going to wait months with a TV that doesn't work properly. So I return when it was still returnable. I miss that TV so badly! Again, the coolest design EVER!!!

For example, they mention it's a great framed television, the picture quality is fantastic, and the TV is well known for its aesthetic. That said, some complain about the ease of use. They say it'd be difficult to install and confusing to use at first.

Picture quality is amazing with the matte finish. The ease of use and selection makes it super user friendly for our boys when wanting to stream shows and play video games. Great tv and we’re already looking at getting another for upstairs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good and Bad This review is based on my first month of owning the Samsung Frame 75”TV (July 2023). Like other reviewers have stated, the combination of the art mode and gapless wall mount allows this TV to realistically mimic a piece of wall art. If your primary interest in this TV for its art mode AND you have a tremendous amount of patience AND you have a high tolerance for pain then this TV may work for you. If you are building a home theater or plan on watching a lot of content then there are many superior products on the market. Here’s why you’ll need patience and tolerance to pain: The TV’s user interface software is shockingly bad and exceptionally frustrating to use. Samsung obnoxiously and without out asking downloads unwanted paid sponsor’s apps to the TV and then annoyingly displays them front and center. These unwanted promotional apps cannot be deleted or moved. Samsung also obnoxiously forces their “Samsung TV Plus” app to play content on the screen whenever you switch to the settings mode and while switching between sources. The art mode auto-sleep timer and motion detect auto-wake just do not reliably work. The various settings do not behave as described in the user manual. The time between pressing a button on the remote and getting a response from the TV ranges from an unacceptable one second to excruciatingly long five seconds. It’s never really clear if the remote has failed or if the TV operating system has locked up. Every possible piece of distracting, zooming, moving and exploding graphic is included on every screen during every mode of operation. It is as if Samsung brought in a giddy group of summer hires who convinced the development team that users would love to see a never ending display of mindless bobbling graphics. Many advertised and documented features and functions simply do not work. Many of the settings inexplicably interact and conflict with other settings. It takes tedious experimentation in order to figure out which settings actually end up doing what you need them to do. Many displayed menu setting options are grayed out (not available) without explanation. Many settings that are described in the user manual are simply missing from the menu options. The user manual is just horrific. It is full of inconsistencies and gaping informational holes. The manual is simply a jumble of disjointed instructions. The most repeated sentence in the manual is, “… this may or may not apply to your TV depending on your TV model and your region…” The point of a user manual is to clarify how to operate the TV that you have purchased, not to add confusion by basically stating, “Here are some instructions that may or may not work. Good luck.” It is as if the there was a penny-pinching accountant on the TV’s development team who’s sole function was to simply say, “No.” No to user testing. No to software bug fixes. No to a faster processor and no to anything that would create a properly functioning TV. And, as if the development team was lead by a disgruntled manager who was aware of the issues but said, “I don’t care. Package it and ship it out as-is. I just want to go home and drink my beer.” All in all… A disaster.

The pictures quality is great, and the art function is top notch! I now want one in each room. I really love that you can get art from so many places, and can even have your own photos displayed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with Samsung We have had Samsung tv’s for approximately 20 years, and all have functioned flawlessly. This most recent one is the Frame 75”, and we have been very pleased with it, but do wish the cost was slightly less, along with the cost of adding a frame to it, maybe I’ll make my own someday to compliment its appearance. We mainly stream through wifi, on multiple sources. We do run into some lag issues at times, but not sure if that is due to the streaming source, wifi speeds, and/or the memory in the tv to compensate for buffering? Overall, our experience with Samsung tvs has been stellar !!

Pickle ball etc. The best thing is putting the TV in Art mode and on rotate and it gives us plenty to talk about as the pictures rotate and amaze us as we cook in your kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frame has got the job covered! The 75" Samsung Frame has been an excellent update to the 63" Samsung Plasma it replaced in our living room. Light and easy to install, with the single wire connection to the control unit a real benefit. The picture quality is excellent and the screen is visible and bright even in direct sunlight. The powered off image display really minimizes the "TV in room" look. We used a mount that allows lowering the TV for easier viewing. It's a five star TV ownership experience. The remote is pretty easy to use and includes solar charging which is a plus.

Apple TV 4k, Sonos Arc, and their smaller sub, with a custom frame, quite the stunning purchase. All in all, I wish Ring were just a little bit friendlier with the included CCTV app, and that the doorbell ring and included Talk and go fullscreen actually showed up correctly- i think it would with a google doorbell- but truly don't know what people expect from a very specific tv that has a learning curve. I am quite pleased overall. Installed 4 total today, 2 43" and another 65".

I enjoy changing the art randomly or based on season. I would definitely recommend 2 people for wall mounting. We built and painted a quick and easy frame with molding from Lowes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some stuff I like, some less so. Things I love: Picture quality is great. Looks great mounted on the wall when either in TV mode or art mode. Art mode is quite nice though we don't use it all the time. Device integration is quite good. Has most of the common apps. Has mostly replaced my AppleTV except for few things it can't do. Things I don't love. Has wifi issues sometimes and will drop connection with the AP. The longer it's on, the more it happens, so I have to reboot the TV when connectivity starts to degrade. Art mode and TV mode are very separate. You can't access all of the settings from one place. (i.e. you can't adjust art settings from the main control panel) The overall setting experience is clunky. I presume the intent is to streamline things, but it doesn't really feel that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking TV with some noticeable flaws I upgraded from a 55" frame to the 75". The TV looks amazing for the most part, with the exception of at night. The TV has noticeable "cloudy" bloom spots in various places when displaying black. I googled around and it seems like this is a common problem with the TV. It's noticeable on dark scenes, or in loading screens. From what I read, dealing with Samsung support is really difficult for this issue, I can't even imagine trying to return this massive TV since I got rid of the box. From what I also read online, my blooming isn't as bad as some, and people have reported that their replacement TV is worse than the original. Yikes! The other thing I've noticed is that, paired with a Q990C, whenever I play my Xbox the TV auto switches the soundbar sound mode to Game but never switches it back to a default setting for TV and movies. This means that if you have a console connected to your TV, you'll need to remember every time to switch it back to Adaptive+ or whatever you'd prefer it on. I can't think of a single scenario where you'd want to use Game mode on a soundbar when not gaming. The first issue is definitely a hardware defect, the second is a software. From my google research, it seems like Samsung isn't particularly responsive to solving either. For the price, I expect better. I'm too busy to deal with the hassle of having the blooming issue fix so I'll just accept that I have a less than great watching experience at night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dream tv I can't express how much I love my tv! When I first saw this 75 inch television at the store I was in head over heels in love. I immediately thought I had to get it and watch everything I have ever seen in my life. When saw this television The movie captain America the winter soldier was playing and you can literally see Scarlett Johansson's makeup trying to hide her pimples. The high definition is so great that you can see the bad makeup job on everyone on this tv I know it sounds weird but it's kind of refreshing. Also everything looks great with action movies. I literally have not turned it off. Everyone at home is always fighting for the control of the remote. When I watch Roku online streaming it's like I don't ever need to go to the movie theater. I actually did some online research and read that this television was the best television at the store. It was difficult getting it home my little brother and a couple store associates got it in a mini van. My poor brother had to crawl underneath the television just to keep it safe. The television got home all in one piece. Now there is one genre of movies I love is horror movies. I have two brothers and growing up as a way of bonding we would watch horror films we would make of it and they would go on in great detail about the special effects and it's done. This television is great at showing all the details. So when my family gets together we try and find the goriest movie for our strange and weird family get together. I love this television so much!

Additional features include guests being constantly impressed it's not a painting. Add a supported camera and video calls are very impressive as well. Great product overall.

However, we had it for almost a year. Then, there is a tiny dot on the TV screen which is really disturbing. We contacted the samsung customer services for repair services. They said they couldn't fix the issue. Since we are still under samsung warranty, they decided to replace a new one for us.

Our sons game on one TV most of the day with their friends and the others we stream movies and shows all day. We had no idea that a TV that can display unique art shows (the frame) would bring us closer together from our busy lives. Only one complaint is that sometimes the TV firmware seems to need updating even with auto-updating turned on. When we use our fully charged remotes, it takes the TV several seconds to catch up with our actions. This frustrates my husband because then the TVs attempt too many actions in the catch-up cycle. If you know of a fix, please advise. It seems that all of these TVs have latency issues which could create minor inconveniences at times. Our next focus is to create beautiful frames for them and post them on social media to encourage others to purchase these unique TVs.

Otherwise, I’m extremely disappointed in it and Samsungs customer service is horrible now. The solar cell remote is not working 13 months after I bought the tv. Samsung says it’s out of warranty so I have to buy a new remote at $106. A $2000 tv on sale and the remote does not work correctly at 13 months in and they won’t stand behind it. If you look up reviews on the remote you will see it’s a failure. Also, there is now way to update the software through WiFi. You have to find a usb thumb drive and update the tv that way in which I have no idea how to do. Last, they boast Qsymphony sound and incorporates with the Samsung qsymphony sound bar. That’s a joke too. Every time I turn on the tv, the soundbar does not connect and I have to unplug the soundbar and plug back in to get working. I spent $400 on that soundbar. Samsungs quality is absolutely terrible now, you absolutely will not speak to a customer service rep from the United States. I will NEVER buy Samsung again which is sad because I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Their Delivery logistics and customer service are terrible. The TV mounting service was supposed to be completed by RXO at the time of delivery as per order tracking details. However when the product was delivered, mounting was not done and I was told by delivery person that a professional will be coming in later that day for the mounting. No one ever reached out to me even after contacting Samsung and RXO multiple times. It’s been two days since the TV was delivered and still have no update in regards to mounting from either of them. Samsung website says order was completed. I spent last 2 days with Samsung call center and RXO the logistics company without any answer or solution, they kept redirecting me back and forth and left in limbo. I would like a refund for the services I paid for and would not recommend Samsung products.

It really offers something that no other TV on the market does. The ability to so show of amazing paintings that look so realistic (especially from a distance). I did subscribe to the yearly plan to unlock more photos/paintings, but not sure if I will keep it come next year. Picture quality great, but others have better specs and image quality.

It's very difficult to change channels and sources, and for me, it's very complicated to do just about anything. It's located in my main living area, but I go into a different room to watch TV. Very frustrating and disappointing. The instructions on how to make the best use of the TV are almost non-existent in the instructions. it is an expensive wall picture.

Very easy to cast to it from your phone or laptop. .Interface is a little clunky and should really be updated more often. Most Apps register well, but some really struggle. The one downfall is the remote, it's too simple and noisy, any repetitive scrolling or clicking just creates too much noise. Bring back the remote with the laser pointer, that's the most effective on a smart tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Displaying My Artwork I have two Frame screens. 43" and 55" Both work very well and I absolutely love them. I purchased them for one reason, to display my photographs and they work extremely well for that purpose. I don't watch a lot of television on large screens so I can't provide input on that usage. If I have any suggestions, it would be to provide more options for matt colors. Also, the software for displaying and loading personal photos could definitely be improved although it is obvious that Samsung wants you to subscribe to their art library. Beyond that, I am considering purchasing at least one more if not two more screens as they work very well for my usage.

I got great comments on how good and realistic this TV looks as a picture frame. The TV picture quality is also great and the colors are pretty vivid. My 2 minor complaints are related to a) the pictures included for free with the frame b) Connectivity with Samsung S300B soundbar (maybe this is more of a SmartThings one) - keeps getting disconnected. Otherwise this TV is stellar and worth recommending.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The design factor of this TV makes it Stand out. I have 2 one on each living room, these TVs are used most of the time in Art mode, to give our home a beautiful view. When Watching TV the Image is neat and crisp. There is really no other TV out there that gives you in an easy package everything you need to have a great TV that Looks good with your home decor. The only thing I am missing, and that is just a personal preference, is chromecast integration. I like being able to be on my apps and just send to the screen in a simple way.

Other tv's would reflect off either natural light form windows or light fixtures. But with this model there is hardly a reflection. The picture is perfectly adequate and software works for the most part.

It was easy to follow directions to connect to wifi. We then learned over a few days how to add apps to the Home Screen, use the remote, and other features. Very intuitive operations and we added the sound bar which gave us the surround sound experience. Such easy setup we love the TV.

In the evening the family gathered together to watch family shows, and on the weekends we will turn our quiet home into a movie theater. It has one of the best pictures I have ever seen on atv. And the sound is outstanding.

What’s the point of getting the Frame if it shows the wires hanging from it. I had to cancel the installation service and contacted Samsung but none of the four reps I spoke to was able to get me a pro who can install it properly. Actually, one of the reps put me on hold and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

I bought a 75 inch on Black Friday and my mistake it was too large…I wanted to return the 75 inch and buy the 65 inch instead - I also wanted to see if they’d price match from another retailer (since they told me they wouldn’t honor the Black Friday sale even though I bought the original 75 inch I was exchanging on Black Friday). I originally thought buying direct was the best option although the prices were the same everywhere else. The customer service experience was anything but customer service - truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had - from the associate to the supervisor, no one was helpful or even put in the slightest effort. While I can’t comment on the actual tv, I’d urge to buy from a retailer other than Samsung. Their prices aren’t better and their service is the absolute worst. Will be going to Best Buy later for a price match.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Visitors love it We have 3 Samsung frame TVs in our sports room. One 75” and two 55”. Each of these TVs when “Idle” show family photos. Several visitors have been shocked when we turn on the TVs and begin watching the sport of the hour. I would definitely buy again. Oh, and the picture quality. Excellent is my best description. Maybe wonderful could further describe but it’s crystal clear and we couldn’t be happier. Well, in reality I could. I want a fourth, almost have my wife talked into an 85” for a bare wall. We are still renovating so the photos show a cluttered room and an older Samsung tv waiting to be used on the porch but the photos show our current usage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything i wanted in a living room TV We have this new frame replacing an older LG 65" 4K tv. We couldnt be happier. The art mode is absolutely amazing and the matte screen is the best thing samsung has created for these types of tvs. Our living room TV is over a mantle with white shelves on each side, with the included mount the TV absolutely looks like a piece of art. My wife already wants me to order the white bezel magnetic add on to complete the look. Will be getting additional frame TV's for any area that has daylight and we want that art look when the TV is not in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture and fits right on the wall I was skeptical about paying this much for a tv but wow is this amazing. Picture quality is great and seamless use of a sound bar. Mounting was a bit of a challenge definitely need two people and take your time. Took me about 2 hours from opening package to up on the wall. There is a tiny wire that goes from the tv to the “box”. Read instructions and take your time. Won’t be disappointed.

Tons of settings and love the homescreen and the set up. I will always be buying Samsung in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV Wanted a large TV with 4K QLED picture quality for a newly remodeled family room. My wife is not a fan of exposed wires or cables & and does not like a TV that over powers a room wall when off. She spotted the frame TV online so we went to Best Buy to check it out. I was skeptical due to reviews of previous models picture quality but, was blown away with the picture quality on the 2022 model and the ease with which the TV turns into a painting or large photo that instantly blends into any decor. Needless to say, my wife loves it. We got the 75 inch because we have a large room with high ceilings and watching movies together is a great experience. The picture is spectacular. My little granddaughter says it feels like the people are in our TV room LOL. Football game are fantastic to watch. Sound audio was flawlessly connected to my Sonos system and family movie night is theater quality. Love It, Love It, LOVE IT!

When we were looking for a television for our new home, we knew we wanted something that would last for years, but we especially wanted something that wouldn’t *look* like a massive tv in our new space. The Frame TV has been perfect. Being able to so easily add art or pictures allows me to “redecorate” as often as I want. I can add seasonal art or special photos for any occasion. And it is SO easy to operate, which is a huge plus. The truth is that I was concerned we would spend the money for a premium product like The Frame and regret it. But thankfully, the opposite is true! We get comments about our “art” and how great it looks above the fireplace… and every time, I’m glad we went with The Frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If at all on the fence, go with something else i know this won't change anyones mind, but this has been wildly frustrating, if you are all on the fence, go with another product. - install service did not get tv to mount flush - black is cloudy - fast motion stutters - software across all this is awful - initial setup failed (twice) - packing marks left on screen , may not clean - audio went out of sync (across all apps), restarts would not fix, started working again the next day - internet connection went down (just the tv, bad mac address), power cycle, factory reset, network reset, modem reset, router reset did not fix. started working next morning - art mode colors worked well at first, but not after factory reset - repair service never answered to confirm appointment - errors with support forms on this site

My friend bought the 21 Frame TV last thanksgiving and I really wanted to get one too. I heard early this year that the next version would be matte, so I waited until now to get one. I love this TV, matches my decor very well and the rep who helped me with my order gave me a coupon for a free bezel. Very happy with this transaction. I don't have cable and all the built in streaming apps do a great job. The resolution is great. I was also contemplating an 8k TV, but honestly I don't see any difference, maybe its just me. The picture quality on this TV is just stunning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Remote won’t pair with TV I loved this TV at first but just before Christmas and one month prior to the warranty expiration the remote stopped pairing with the TV. It was busy at Christmas time so when I called customer service in January my warranty had just expired. I ordered 2 new remotes and both of them did the same thing. The TV is essentially unusable without a working remote. I am furious that a nearly $2000 TV would stop working within one year and that there is nothing Samsung will do about it. I would not recommend this tv at all based on my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for mimicking a painting I love that it almost sits flush to the wall and that it has a magnetic frame that you can install to mimic a painting. For watching tv though, don’t expect the best quality like you get with other brands. I also don’t like the fact that the tv just turns itself off when you’re in the middle of watching a show. It also turns on out of the blue without anybody touching the remote. I know it’s supposed to turn on its own to show the painting mode but mine turned on and in a tv mode where the movie is playing not the painting. I did buy this for the reason to occasionally watch tv and to turn on the painting mode when I’m not watching tv so I guess it’s doing what’s it’s supposed to. I also like it that it has a matte finish that does not reflect the window or the things around it. For mimicking a painting I’d give it a 5/5, as a tv 3/5 and the Samsung os 3/5.

Saw the exact same TV just 1 month 1/2 later for $1000 less! I called Samsung to get a price credit (The TVI bought is still in its box unopened) but Samsung refused to extend anything to me and refused to take the TV back eventhough what they didn’t tell me when I bought the TV is that they were retiring this model and were going to launch a new 2024 model - making the one I just bought overpriced and obsolete. Totally unethical.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Customer Support Experience I've Had Within less than two months of purchasing this TV, a pixelated line emerged on the screen between the top and bottom of the frame. I reached to Samsung support and was told I was 1 day past the return window (even though the issue happened multiple days before I called - I just couldn't reach out because I was traveling). Instead of just letting me return the TV, they told me I would have to work with Technical support. Let me tell you what that process looks like - they send a contracted repair group out and the TV has to be removed from the wall (just paid $150 to have this installed). I was told it could take more than 10 days to repair the TV offsite because of a hardware issue. So, instead of just making an exception, they stuck to a technicality in a policy on their TVs that have known issues (just look at reviews on other sites), and force you to go through a technical repair process. For such a pricey TV unit, I would expect a more customer-focused process. This is just my experience, but let me tell you what I paid for - I paid for a TV that malfunctioned in less than two months, experienced the unrelenting enforcement of a silly technicality that isn't focused on the customer, and now I get to have a company take that TV away and potentially damage it in the process to "repair" it. Samsung, you could have just let me return it, and it would have saved all of us time and energy. Will likely never purchase another Samsung product again.

I love coming down in the morning to a new piece of art. It's completely changed the feel of our living room and several of my friends have purchased Frame tvs just after I described how great it was.
