Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vibrant and realistic Upgraded from a 65 Samsung LCD to this beauty and I can honestly say it was the best decision. I was unsure between QLED and NEO QLED at first. The NEO hands down has a great picture, vibrant colors, and easy to use platform. Who can't also not love the Q Symphony. Definitely recommend NEO and as a hardcore Samsung fan, I would recommend this Samsung

Back in November 2023, I made the decision to invest in what I thought was a reliable and high-quality TV directly from Samsung's website. Fast forward just four months, and I'm already regretting that decision. Imagine my frustration when the LED display on the TV suddenly stopped working. It's not like I was trying to run a marathon with it; I simply expected it to function for more than a mere few months. Thinking that perhaps this was just a minor hiccup, I promptly raised a ticket (#4175715046) with Samsung's customer service team. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a seemingly endless wait for any sort of resolution. It's been over two weeks now, and I'm still left hanging, waiting for an update. The lack of communication and the apparent indifference towards my issue is beyond infuriating. Let me be clear: this isn't just about a malfunctioning TV. It's about the complete lack of accountability and responsibility exhibited by Samsung. As a consumer, I expect the products I invest in to live up to their promises. And when they don't, I expect the company behind them to step up and make things right. But Samsung has failed on both counts. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing a Samsung LED TV. Save yourself the headache and the heartache. Look elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers and stands behind its products. In the meantime, I'll be here, waiting for Samsung to finally do right by me. Though at this point, I'm not holding my breath.

The graphics are amazing on this TV and the options available for video game quality are absolutely amazing. It's like having a private video game studio in your living room. Outside of that, my family uses it for watching movies. The quality is so good that my wife stopped watching soap operas because her characters look way older than what they portray because the quality brings out every feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 8 out of 10. Beautiful TV. Love the UI/ home screen. The color is vibrant and black is black. Game mode is a nice added feature. Definitely an upgrade from my last TV which was 10 years old. The remote is small, it feel nice in the hand but can be easily misplaced. I wish there was a find my remote feature that you can ask alexa to locate. The panel is semi reflective, some scene is hard to see in day time but it's still viewable and enjoyable to watch. Also, I wish there was a option for 1 connect. That's the one feature I missed from my old tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture -apps interface is not user friendly I have Direct TV so I use the TV primarily for viewing programs on it. When I try to use the media section and the apps, things get complicated and weird. The interface is not user friendly and at times I have been unable to figure out how to get back to Direct TV. Previous models were not this complicated. Honestly it has caused me so many problems I have quit using anything but Direct TV. Great TV otherwise.

Neo QLED is a worthy technology will definitely recommend Loved that the remote control is usb c charging + it has a solar panel for charging as well, more than a month did not have to charge the remote yet.

The size is amazing and with q symphony speaker system the sound is so soothing hearing every note and voice. Perfect ....if not close to it. Thanks Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture but questionable sound I've had this tv since October and I loved it. The picture is second to none and how it integrates with my Playstation is phenomenal. However, occasionally I lose sound to my tv and/or soundbar. Once I reset it with the built in Alexa and another time it took 15 minutes of watching videos and having to unplug/reset. If I didn't have sound issues this tv would easily be 5 stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blah…… Love my other Samsung tvs. Ten minutes and you figure everything out. This 75 Neo is just……… Setting are hard to find. And very very small icons. Apps icon also very small and in an odd place- under and over big “shows or movies to watch” which have really big icons. The remote is confusing- is there are alternative bigger one like past models? Settings should have 4k etc settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must-have TV I've always been skeptical of getting a new TV over the 50" Samsung TV that we have. With my wife convincing me, we brought this one. It is one if the best decisions I've ever made. The quality is astounding especially for gaming. The software is amazing on how it automatically picks up the gaming system you have regardless of it being Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo. Plus the apps that you can download are very varied. If you need a TV, this is a must-have without question. I love this TV!

Few bugs on some of the software that gets the occasional freeze ups, hopefully system updates fix that. Otherwise I am very happy with this television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing similarities to OLED We watch a lot of different and variable content; ranging from movies to mostly live streaming content on Discovery Plus. We watch another of sports and other types of entertainment. This TV is extremely well adapted to gaming with a Ps5 and the graphics are amazing with very little latency issues observed. Honestly the best TV I have ever owned especially when watching HDR content but it does require a lot of adjustments to fit the content best and can be a bit cumbersome to get the picture settings just right. Depending on the app and content used over saturation can be a problem and at times too much emphasis is done on the dark scenes that get too dark. Overall still pretty close to oled. I also did not win the panel lottery because I had to have my panel replaced due to vertical banding. I am definitely ready for the 2023 Oled model now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest set up I have experienced This TV sets up streaming devices with ease and sets up peripherals such as my seven channel surround sound system quite easily too along with cable systems. The refresh rate makes sports coverage especially clear. When transmitted in 4K it's almost like being there in person. When the Masters golf tournament is on, you can reach out and feel the azaleas blooms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bright picture with reflection problem I really enjoy the picture and sharpness of the tv. It’s great for sports, movies, and everyday use. The remote is a weak spot and somewhat difficult to use. For example, there is not a button to select input and you have to keypress several times to get to inputs. Also there is a reflection issue when any light is reflected on the screen from behind, see picture. The viewing angle is very good and I don’t have any loss of picture when viewed at a 45 degree angle. One final observation is that if you are going to mount the tv on a vertical support, the base cannot be used and therefore you can’t place a soundbar directly below as advertised, or use the wire organizer on the base.

This TV is by far the best I have ever owned. Picture quality, ease of use, app capability, flawless. Would buy another one in a heartbeat!

The menus feel a little slow and clunky at times, but if that is what is holding you back from pulling the trigger, I have to ask; Do you purchase a TV to shift endlessly through menus, or to watch content? Buy it. You won't be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV with many features and beautiful pictures Love the TV and the features. I also love the remote control although it is too easy to hit the Samsung program button. If I am watching other content and the remote is brushed, hit by a pillow, is picked to turn down the volume, I often hit the Samsung programming by accident, and it switches to that content. When I go to the home screen, there is a place to switch back to last content, but that also shows Samsung because that is where I accidently went. I am ok with your intent to get customers to watch your content, but I think the remote should be less sensitive or at least when you go to the home screen, have another icon that will take you back two contents. i.e. If I were watching YouTube TV and then accidently went to Samsung and went to the home screen it would be nice to have the large icon beside the one that will say "return to recent content" that would say "return to YouTube TV". Also, we often use the TV while we are on the treadmill and need to use earbuds to hear over the treadmill motor, but since we don't have Samsung earbuds, we can't adjust the volume like we can using other Smart TVs. I think this should definitely be fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright and emerse!!! So much brightness from all angles. The emersion is is fantastic! Doesn't matter if it's sports or gaming, the picture quality is so beautiful! I especially love watching football and not seeing the football in the air in segments. The picture is fluid and keeps up with fast moving objects like football, hockey, and of course 4k gaming. This TV is not the top of the line, but is a HUGE step up from the crystal series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TV We upgraded from a 2019 4k qled TV that failed, to the new neo qled, and are loving it. The HD upscaling is considerably better than the old model. Dark scenes are much brighter and easier to see. The TV is amazingly thin compared to the older models. The app selection is also amazing since we subscribe to numerous streaming services. I give this TV a score of 10 out of 10.
