Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek, Vibrant and Fast Delivery was a breeze with samsungs 3rd party delivery service even came in early with a driver asking if he can drop it off 2 days early. Was easy to assemble the legs, base as the foam in the box acts as tables when you click in the plug and play base. Tv was up in running within 10 minutes of drop off. Colors are vibrant even had to turn it down a wee-bit because it was a little overwhelming. Would highly recommend and the solar remote and smart features are game changers.

It's good for watching movies in dark rooms as it displays deep blacks and has incredible black uniformity, but it lacks a local dimming feature so dark scenes are washed out when bright highlights are present. It's also good for watching TV shows or sports in bright rooms as it has great SDR peak brightness and decent reflection handling, but it has a narrow viewing angle so the image won't stay consistent when you watch content from the sides. It's decent for gaming due to its low input lag, but it doesn't have any extra gaming features such as VRR or HDMI 2.1 bandwidth. Finally, it's good for watching HDR content thanks to its great dark room performance, but bright highlights don't pop due to the lack of local dimming and its low HDR peak brightness.

The controller sun charging iron is useless cause if something goes wrong you can't change the battery. And the controller doesn't have enough buttons. Like numerical buttons

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 2023 Tv. Great TV for the price. Better than my Q60T. Great picture. Sounds great with my HW-Q60T soundbar. Love the rechargeable remote with solar charging. The ui is better than my previous tv. The option to pair with my Galaxy Buds Pro 2 is even better. That's one reason for buying this tv. This tv has very slim bezels. The remote is alot smaller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regretful I received this TV yesterday. I “upgraded” from a 65” Samsung curved screed tv. I am regretting this decision. While the color is every bit as beautiful as the say, the quality of the picture not so much! The picture is slightly blurry around the edges. I wish I could reverse the transaction. I would go back to Crystal UHD or spend a little more for a higher grade QLED.

I was watching one of the stock market channels, and the commentators got into a off-topic subject about Samsung TVs and they dog the crap out of them and everything they said I completely agree first of all they push their channel every time you turn on the TV it’s at the free crappy channel, secondly it’s supposed to be a smart TV but if you try and fast-forward or back up, it just stutters and just goes into a stammer. I have never before owned a TV that you would have to do a hard restart. I will never ever buy another Samsung product again. Plus when I was surfing YouTube to see if other people had issues or patches or fixes for the TV. I found a bunch of other people without looking that hate Samsung products too including washer, dryer, refrigerators, freezers, etc..

This TV has taken my viewing experience to the next level and more. It makes all my shows better in so many ways. I could not be happy with my decision to upgrade from my older 50 inch Samsung. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to Operate with tons of Apps We use our Samsung for everyday streaming of TV, movies and music. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is the amount of memory the TVs have for installed apps. Don’t get me wrong…..I still have some memory left but not as much as I would like. This is also after downloading all of our apps that are used on a weekly basis. On another note, this is by far one of the best looking TVs I’ve ever had. It was simple to install, calibrate and it’s also very user friendly. I will definitely purchase more (even with the memory default) and would recommend this product to anyone looking for ultimate quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ESPN Freezes Only issue is the ESPN app, continuously freezes and I have to exit the app and reopen it. Multiple troubleshooting searches have not helped. I added a Roku stick to stream the ESPN app. All other apps work perfectly fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture, but can't update firmware. I bought this TV a month ago without the soundbar. While it is a great TV with beautiful color, but it's sometimes blurry when viewi g certain movies, the sound wasn't as crisp as we wanted it to be, so we ordered the Q Symphony Soundbar. This took our movie watching to a whole other level, and we love our TV and Soundbar. The only problem I'm still having is that the firmware is outdated and when I try to download the firmware update onto a flash drive it won't load. I called into Samsung support today, and after trying to download the firmware several times without luck, the technical support person hung up on me, then text messaged a ticket and told me I would have to call back in andtalk to someone else to help me. So my TV doesn't have the latest firmware.

Love the ability to download an app for various platforms. We use to use it for streaming and gaming but have since purchased a monitor designed for gaming with a faster refresh ratio.

I love how i can use it with my iPhone using mirror features. I’m able to view all of my videos and photos on this TV. I thought thats very important ever! I will buy the 85” in the near future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE but has its quirks Long time lover of Samsung products, and will continue to use them. I think this may have been partially my fault for not doing enough research up front and going with an older model to save some money, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. My annoyances are: There are often dark scenes where the black is BLACK and caused a glitchy look, very obvious and annoying on the eyes. Tried adjusting settings to no avail. Then there's my playstation 5 we have hooked up through a HDMI port on the tv, and every single time we turn on the TV, it turns the playstation on and switches over to it. We tried adjusting the settings such and smart features, but to no avail. Alex on this model is a pain to work with, unable to pause shows most of the time, and quiet slow at responding. Also, setting the TV up in Alexa's routines is complicated - I have two TV options (but only this smart tv in the house) which do different things, and not all of the functions work as they should. It looks great though, the colors (outside of black) are fantastic and I'm obsessed with the remote! Why don't all remotes have a solar panel on the back?! It even controls my playstation when I have to turn it off each time. Overall I'm very happy with it though, just need to sit down and work out these kinks and spend an hour with support team.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, Good picture quality I use the TV for streaming and it has been a good buy. I also use it for basic games and have been enjoying. The size is the perfect fit to my living room just above the fireplace. The pros; 1. It is smart, you can just call out the channel number or streaming app you want to watch on the remote mic and it switches to your command. 2. It has Alexa and Bixby 3. You can connect your phone and split the screen i.e. view your phone while watching TV 4. It has sreensaver/ambient options that are cool 5. It has gaming options 6. Easy to use or convenient app display 7. You can connect other compatible devices as e.g speakers. I can connect my Amazon echo as a speaker and also my soundbar at the same time. Cons; 1. The only biggest drawback I've had with the TV is that Alexa does not work efficiently on the TV. It may be an Amazon problem as I habe seen it on my Samsung phone also. Samsung may need to reach find out why there is a problem there. I ended up switching to Bixby but Bixby doesn't understand some of the commands like Alexa does. Samsung may need to make Bixby more smart in that area for example, if I say "Hey, Bixby, switch my Living room TV to Netfilx" it gives me web results or goes to my phone Netflix instead of implememting the command. Overall, I give it a 5 star because some of the operationability is a nonissue.

When I was looking for a TV I was mainly going to use it to connect my consoles like a ps5 and others and let me tell you when I saw the image quality of this TV I was shocked by how good it was. I've had this TV for a while and I am pleased to say that this TV was a very good investment (sorry about the mess in the photo out basement is under construction and that's where the TV is)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is great but sound not so much We bought this tv after our previous 65" was ruined in our move. We love Samsung TVs and the picture with this TV is amazing. It is crisp and the colors are true. However, the sound is not amazing. It is very low, and I find myself turning the volume up very high to hear things properly. I have tried everything to see if I can make the volume be more appropriate, but it still is not of the same quality as the picture. Agan, I do love Samsung TVs and the picture is great. I just wish the volume was clearer as it is with another make and model I have in my house.

We have football Sunday’s here. Everyone love the color the excitement f the the game and they way it looks like you’re at the game. Love all the smart TV features. I love streaming. I can watch what I want when I want. Thanks for keeping us entertained in the market for another larger Samsung for my grand daughters room. Will give her TV she has now to her lil cousin. Thanks again.

I love how it integrates with all of my other smart devices. There's even a notification on the screen whenever my refrigerator door is left open for too long or when there's an Amazon delivery. The price is good compared to other 75" screens. Overall I would recommend this.

The picture and sound are perfect, and I really enjoy the display. Also I wanted to say that my TV being as big as it is which is about 75 inches it was remarkably light and easy to carry. I would certainly give this TV two thumbs up and definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The only issue is the Home Screen has the apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are tiny compared to the advertisements they have. Why? Can we not escape from ads everywhere we turn? Besides that, the tech is beautiful.

The TV comes with many options, and the picture is crystal clear with a various settings to adjust the TV to fit your personal needs. I am very happy with my purchase and would most certainly recommend this purchase to family and friends. Overall I give the Samsung QLED 4K a 9 out of 10 it's a great TV hands down.
