There are Sound issues at points and also it says unable to find network and when I go in there are no networks to choose from and ai have to reboot the TV by holding down power button. I have to do this multiple times a week it seems

The quality of the picture does not decrease when gaming. No lag either! I love how easy the set up process was. Simply logging in to my samsung account transferred over all of my previous Samsung TVs settings! Super easy!!! Definitely recommended!!!!!

After a couple weeks we like the picture quality and sound from this tv. I was a little skeptical about this one but it fit perfect in our area and it gives out a quality picture. Good color quality and haven’t seen any pixelating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PICTURE QUALITY!!! The resolution on this TV is great. Very clear picture, details are clear. The TV also has a great scale for brightness. You can choose in the settings how bright you want it. Like at night we can Dim it and it doesn't effect resolution, or the contrast. It still gives out a great color all around. They're very vivid, which I was pleasantly surprised to find out. Between commercials is the only time I see a refresh on the TV and transition is smooth, not glitch or time consuming it is quick. All in all the Television puts out a great picture. Clear bright and colorful with a good co trast between colors.

The picture is super clear, colors are vibrant, and everything looks very sharp. It has beautiful contrast and color, easily adjustable brightness and one of the best resolutions I've had on any set. It's easy to refresh selections. I'm shopping for an upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product with caveats Great picture. Remote is too small and does not have good range. I press on the buttons several times before the TV response. Feels like we are indirectly encouraged to use the smart things app. Certain apps are faster than others. Never had that problem with LG. Paramount+ and Disney+ for example are slower to load anything from main page to the site itself vs Netflix or YouTube are nice and smooth.

I understand that more people stream than ever, but launching into a main screen with the option to bring in cable or home theater via HDMI1/eARC or direct cable input buried several menus down is annoying for those who understand electronics and confusing for those who don't. Also, the eARC interaction between the Samsung TV and the Denon home theater receiver via eARC is balky and unreliable.

While the little ones play video games and enjoy cartoons. 4k quality and awesome sound we can all enjoy our content with no complains. The UI is very intuitive, and has a lot of adjustments to your liking with video and sound. Enjoy having all the applications with quick access. It pairs well for video games for our son with the quality and refresh rate. Makes for a great movie night with great color balance. You cannot go wrong with any of the samsung series.

But the interface is balky and the manual doesn't make it clear how to default out of the Samsung opening screen, making my wife, who's not a technophile, crazy. Once I changed the settings it was easier, but the TV doesn't play nice with my Denon home theater receiver. Sometimes the eARC works fine, but when you go from external source to TV, they don't communicate.

You can search and find, but not on the home screen. Also, occasionally have to turn off/on the sound bar so things re-sync together. I keep expecting a software update to fix this, but has not happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed We replaced our 10 year old LG 60" smart TV with Samsung's 58" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. We were looking for a 60" TV that was compatible with our entertainment center, but apparently nobody is manufacturing 60" TVs any more, which is very strange. Anyway, major pitfalls with this Samsung TV include that it does not have an optical output connection, this was a problem because I wanted to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the TV, so I could listen to my Sony headphones and Samsung soundbar at the same time. Unfortunately, the transmitter could not be connected without an optical output. Funny, that Samsung hasn't figured out how to make a TV that can connect to a soundbar and bluetooth headphones simultaneously. Huge bummer for us! Otherwise, the TV picture quality is acceptable, but the sound quality mediocre because we have to listen to the TV speaker when I am donning my bluetooth headphones. Goes without saying, we are not real happy with this purchase, but we're stuck now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Side view image looks awful. Front is fine. If you step off to a side angle, it looks awful. From the front it's fine. My old LG tv didn't have this issue. I didn't realize this was something I needed to be aware of. Overall I like the smart features and it looks great if you are viewing straight on... just don't get up and try to look at the tv from someplace else in the room other than directly in front of it.
