The smart things app allows for many options to use the TV. Smart calibration with my phone to setup the picture settings is a neat addition as well. The TV also has the ability to use ultra wide display resolutions when connected to PC. So many features to share and it's fun finding them all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible TV get it Simply an incredible TV. I am blown away by how much I love this TV. The brightness at times is overwhelming but the wild part is it keeps color saturation while being that bright. I do dial back the brightness to avoid feeling like I need sunglasses but this is the first TV I've had where the colors and black levels don't wash out when driven that bright so while it's almost painful it is fun to watch sometimes that bright. OLED black levels so they are perfect and skin tones are fantastic too. I use mostly for my gaming and if you don’t game in an oled your doing yourself a disservice. So far the motion handling seems great. Do yourself a favor and get you’ll love it.

My wife, now does not like going upstairs to bed, as the picture quality (sharpness, color, clarity, etc) is night and day to the unit in our bedroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Customer Service 0 stars trying to void warranty I have not had a chance to check out the television yet but Samsung would stars for customer service if i could. Black screen right out of the box. Took a week to get "servicequick" to come out. They determined it was a bad panel and said Sam sung should replace the television but they will order a new panel in case they wont (apparently they also know how bad Samsung customer service is). I call for status on replacement and am told the tech indicated there was physical damage and therefore the warranty is void....alledgedly a scratch 1 there is no physical damage 2 the tech did not point out any physical damage 3 in the remote chance there was physical damage it was from the factory as we did not even take off the protective film until after it was mounted 4 even if there was a small scratch (which cannot be seen in person or in any of the photos they took) that should have nothing to do with a black screen. Possibly the tech wrote the info on the wrong ticket but they refuse to let me talk with the tech 5 I got bounced back and forth from Servicequick to Samsung. Eventually I asked for a Samsung supervisor, After hokding 32 minutes they said they would transfer me. I was immediately disconnected with no call back, 6 I reached out to the social media team who were equally worthless and incompetent. Will dispute with cc company this is my fourth (and last) major Samsung appliance

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Software is HORRIBLE! Constant Restarts Drops hdmi input saying source not supported. Have to restart TV to work. TV restarts every 6 hours saying pixel refresh starts at next remote power off...EVERY SINGLE DAY, TWICE ADAY! Once in the morning, once in the evening. Picture is best I've seen. But the software is garbage. I updated software using USB software from Amazon. Still has the same problems with multiple restarts throughout the day.

With usage I've been able to see some details I've missed from when I watch on my phone or smaller tablet. With the vivid imagery, it almost makes my screens for work obsolete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replace with Samsung: 10 second decision When our old TV went out in a second home, replacement decision was driven by a customized space. Best Buy and Costco are closely. Best Buy's inventory is dominated by very large TVs. Costco had two choices in the desired size, one Samsung. Little bit more $, but a lot better quality and brand reputation. The install was easy, especially comparing the weight of the 20-yr-old Mitsubishi that the Samsung replaced. Picture is great, electronics easy to use. We paired it with our new Amazon fire stick. Access to streaming services through the Amazon fire stick is the only question, but that appears to be a spotty internet problem (the location of the home). Once that is solved, we're good to go. Samsung was an easy decision. We also replaced our Pioneer TV (an original plasma - remember those? it lasted for 25 years!) with Samsung. Amazing high quality, reasonable cost.

It is way better than the Roku tv that came with our rv and it fits in the space we have. It is simple to use and we love the Samsung brand.

But we've grown increasingly frustrated with the TV's tendency, after being in use for more than 5-6 hours, of becoming unresponsive to remote control inputs. We've checked for software updates, and we're running the latest. Not sure what could be causing this, but if it keeps up, we may have to return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beauty to behold Wow this is one beautiful oled tv. Samsung makes some of the best tvs in the world and this oled one is at the top of the best. I'm not tech savy but in comparison to other tvs this one stands out in image quality. Contrast ratio is unreal, and color is life like. It has the darkest blacks and plenty bright for hdr content. It a perfect tv for movies and games too, especially since oled has the lovesr response time compared to other panels. It's also very thin and bezels are non existant. It's a work of art and Samsung has really done a great job in making it happen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung S90C Picture is beyond good, and the Bluetooth allows it to sync with a like kind equipped high end A/V system which eliminates the need for a sound bar. In fact, this thing is so nice, I may put one above our hot tub.

We bought this first and foremost because of its fast processor because my husband loves his video games and he is absolutely thrilled with performance of the television. It’s fast and the picture is stunning. I love my movies and video games too and the picture is incredibly detailed, vibrant, and absolutely one of the best televisions I have owned. We had Samsungs for years and then went with a Sony and we are so glad to be back with a Samsung cause it’s the best.

We enjoyed watching movie on it, also the tv inbuilt speaker are good for watching any shows or movies. We loved this tv at our friend’s place and looking to buy one in coming days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV around for the price S90C is the best Tv I ever purchased. Love the Contrast it produces and I'm a gamer and have pretty sweet gamer mode. For instance. If you have a 30fps game running, you can turn on a mode where it doubles it. to 60 fps. note* it does add a pinch of latency but using it for single player games was non issue since I don't have to worry about multiplayer. Only gripe I have for the tv is the UI and changing to different inputs. there's like a 5 step system just to change input. Wish there was a dedicated button for input. other than that its great. I have my Shield TV hooked up to it with plex server installed. Works great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb i own a lot of sammy 4ks, but this set in particular is the best i've seen out of the box. samsung techs if your listening, please reduce (apl) how the brightness goes across the screen too much in the "high" peak brightness setting for future updates. besides that, this tv is a beast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good but needs to fix the bent panel issue Best tv for the money but u might have to return it once or twice as there's a flaw in the design causing bent panels it's too thin needs a thick rear support like LG to overcome this issue and mine has stuck pixels which I can't notice from 3 feet away or further so it doesn't matter to me. If you don't like the adventure to ur store n returning it then buy an LG c2 c3 or g3. If you're patient and r fine with packing n unpacking driving to store for replacement then get this one its worth it and if u luck out with a non bent panel then ull love it

Remote is nice as well has all the basic buttons If ur thinking ?? about it just so for it . Picture is great the sound is great the interface n setting are easy to navigate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and responsive interface Picture quality is very vivid and clear. Use in my bedroom and it is very sleek. The interface is smooth and snappy. The setup went easily and we were able to be online with updates quickly I installed all my favorite apps like Netflix Hulu Prime Video etc and had no issues with loading and logging into them. The wifi connection seems strong and able to handle heavy streaming. It is wall mountable and will hold up well with a quality mount.

Remote has invisible markings and is about the size of a credit card. Easily misplaced. The remote charges with either a solar cell or cord. Cord not included and connection is not standard. Screen occasionally emits strobe like flashes in lower left and right quadrants and may be defective. Picture quality is the best I have ever owned.

The colors are dynamic and easy to brighten or dull down, if necessary. With a wrap around couch, there is not one bad seat in the house. Clear picture from any spot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV until... I absolutely loved the TV until it updated to firmware 1220.9. This picture was absolutely beautiful when I originally unpacked it and set it up in my living room. Now since the firmware update which happened on Sept. 10th the picture is not awesome any longer. it is only okay at best when watching fast moving action like football games, the motion is blurry, the details are not sharp and crisp, the picture looks flat. Support states there is no way to go back to the previous firmware. They had me reset the TV and the picture settings, neither of which helped resolve the issue. I just want it back to the way it was when I originally set it up.

Especially for less than the price we paid for older LED T.V.s in the past. This TV works great for active viewing and pairs perfectly with the Samsung soundbar for movies and casual background streaming. Setup and integration was super simple and it's great right out of the box, although it does require swapping to a more movie friendly mode to eliminate the soap opera effect. That is to be expected, though, since not all sources will have the same frame rates. Overall we're very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning picture We love our 55" OLED TV - we've had it about three weeks. The picture is beautiful, and watching movies in Blue Ray level video is great. The TV is easy to operate but does take a couple of weeks to understand and find all the settings. It was easy to install but does take two people as the screen is very thin, which allows it to lay almost against the wall. The one con is the remote; the buttons on it are a little too basic and our old universal remote only partially works with the new Samsung TV. The new remote does have a learning curve, and it works fine but does have some kinks. For instance you cannot just swap to the last program you watched, but must go to the list of most recent programs and select the correct one. Very nice if you want to go back to several programs prior to what you are currently viewing, but a definite nuisance if you are just toggling between two programs - such as two simultaneous live sporting events. Also the "backspacing" has a quirk. You cannot stop the backspacing easily - until you clear the pause button from the screen - and even then it may not stop. Hence you almost always overrun the point where you wanted to backspace to. Aside from the remote the TV is fantastic. I definitely recommend it to others.

The 55 inch OLED is the perfect size for our Livingroom! The picture is so clear and this TV enhances the fine details that can be seen now on the older movies that we watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV has a terrific picture and fast processor. I use it as my main TV and primarily for streaming content, recently we decided to cut the (cable) cord. My previous TV was seven years old and I noticed it was slow changing between streaming apps. This TV changes between apps quickly and has a beautiful picture. I also like the solar powered remote control, you can also charge it via a port on the bottom. I have the TV connected to my other Samsung devices, I get notifications on the TV for my washer & dryer or refrigerator. Really cool, I am very satisfied with my purchase but not surprised. This has been my experience with everything I've purchased from Samsung. You get a reliable and quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous TV This TV was purchased for my son and he loves it. He uses it for gaming, YouTube, and video streaming. The features are wonderful. The apps installed on the TV are ones I already use because I was able to personalize during setup. I was also able to connect it to my phone for ease of use if i misplace the remote, there is also a feature of buttons on the tv for manual access. The remote is easy to use and unique in that the volume button is more of a switch that you tap downward or upward.

Whether watching movies or sports, I am pleased with the picture quality. I am also pleased to be able to watch from different angles in the room and the picture quality is equally impressive regardless of where I am positioned in the room.

I've heard the S95B software is slow, but that's definitely not the case here. No complaints really, except maybe the lack of Dolby Vision and ads in the OS. Very pleased with this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV we have had In November 2023 I replaced a 15 year old Samsung 50" with a new Samsung 55" Class S90C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. This was highly praised and rated TV by many sources and it certainly has lived up to its expectations. The picture quality is first class and so life like that you actually think the characters on the screen are there with you in person. The sound system is good and can be played at lower levels and easily understood. The operation and remote is simple and easy to understand and watching fast action sports has been great. I would highly recommend this TV.

The colors pop, so vibrant if i had one of these big enough you could convince someone they were looking outside and not an image.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what I expected! This is a warning for those who live close to the Canadian border and use an outdoor antenna to receive their stations. When tv was installed I was unable to receive any of their stations Which I clearly received with my previous Panasonic Viera model. Best Buy installer couldn’t explain why and the antenna dealer could not explain it either.The Canadian signal tower is 47 miles from my residence in Buffalo. Called Samsung service at least 4 times and received different reasons for the situation.From what I understand, Samsung pre programs stations in your area and doesn’t include Canada as being in my area. This information should have been available at purchase. The remote is so small that it is not a question of if I lose it,but when. Good thing I sit in the same chair when watching as I frequently have to search into the cushions to locate it l The app set up is also confusing. On a positive note, the picture is by far the best of any tv that I have previously owned!

Many additional features that are very useful such as the dog bark sensing which alerts an also starts playing music to help calm my dogs. Other cool features are being able to turn it on and control it from my Samsung phone. Overall very happy with it and would highly recommend
