Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rich colors! First month. So far so good. Had to upgrade from an 11 year old Samsung that still had a great picture but suddenly the speaker sounded like it was under water. It wasn’t able to use software updates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV for the price. This TV is brilliant. Way better than my old Sony. Love the solar remote. No batteries. Yeh. Has all the apps we need so now w have our Roku as a backup. We found that our Samsung doesn't play well with Roku anyway. Nice touch with the ambient selection for a screen saver. The only down side we can find is it takes about a minute to actually warm up. For instance when you turn on the TV and go right to Netflix as an example, it takes some time before the app fully loads and gets to load our selection. The old smart Sony did not have that problem. It's very minor so I just will learn to live with it. Now I turn on the TV about 5 or 10 minutes before settling in. With the addition of the Samsung soundbar we now have a great entertainment system at home up and running ready for 4K.

As an owner of 7 nightly vacation rental homes for 10 years I have purchased over 30 Samsung TV's (living rooms and all bedrooms have TV's) so I can vouch for their dependability, quality and ease of use. Ease of use is very important because our average guest stay is only 3 nights and guests must be able to navigate the remotes and smart hub's without training and Samsung's operating system is so easy to use that our guests are never confused. With an average of 70 bookings per year (over 220 nights each house per year) with 4 to 6 guests each stay we have had as many as 20,000 travelers in 10 years using our Samsung TV's with no downtime and amazing picture quality, sound and operating system response times (changing channels, etc). We have never had a breakdown or failure of the TV's in the full 10 years. We do replace our TV's every 5 years just to take advantage of new technologies but it is comforting to know that it is our choice to do so and not because of any issues with the sets. I highly recommend the Samsung brand and only buy this brand for our rental houses and our personal needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product I am out in the sticks, so we have an antenna and a hot spot to steam movies. Given that you would think we would get a bad picture, no at all. The picture quality is amazing. I will never buy anything other then a Samsung, this is the third one I have purchased over time and they all have been amazing. In most cases I bought a new to upgrade. if there was 1 thing bad I could say about it. I am not that impressed with the NexGen channels. Again I have an antenna, but Nexgen tv is advertised as better sound and better picture quality. I get 6 Nexgen channels when a scan for channels and none of them work. but please don't get me wrong this is and amazing TV

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV is awesome! We use the TV for streaming at present. The picture is fantastic, I find myself repeatedly commenting to my wife how realistic it is. Our prior TV didn't display dark scenes very well and we would have to adjust settings but it did not help that much, this TV displays the dark scenes very well. The audio is very realistic, so much so that our two dogs will react to various sounds as if they were real and happening in the room or just outside. The TV has a feature that we are unable to use at present (due to grandchildren running around) but intend to use when we get our home theater room set up. The feature is a stand that came with the TV that will change the orientation of the screen while using it to view pictures in the portrait or landscape. Love this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchased for Next Gen tuner This is proof that fringe ATSC 1.0 stations that also broadcast next gen come in much better as next gen. I thought that a native 120 Hz TV wouldn't have the picture jumping on some shows that I watch. I was wrong. The voice remote has some good features but I would still prefer the old "buttons" remote. I have an older model Samsung and it seems the older remotes work on this TV. Guess what I'll be purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best man cave addition ever Incredibly sharp picture and the glare resistant coating prevents our room's two west facing windows from allowing annoying reflections. I'm cutting the cable because the modern type 3 tuner pulls in about 20 local HD channels, while the Samsung apps filling any gaps needed for streaming.

Let’s hope this 90C outlives the 95B I recently returned! Samsung stands behind their products with excellent warranty support! Thank You Samsung!

The sound is amazing a bonus I was about to purchase a Hue HDMI light control package after some research Samsung has it built into their TVs. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for my 10-year-old Samsung This Neo 55" QLED television is a replacement for my 10-year-old Samsung HDTV. I do like the Smart television features on this television, and I feel that it has improved quite a bit when compared to my previous Samsung television. I also like the Samsung live television feature. I purchased this television from Best Buy and I already had to have this television replaced. the first television would make a loud popping sound when I changed the channels. The Best Buy Geek Squad also witnessed this, and we all decided to replace the television. The new television now makes a clicking sound every time I change the channels. I still have this television. I found that both the popping and the clicking noise to be very annoying. I do not know if this will create a possible problem for me in the future. I did not have this problem with my first Samsung television. Also, when there is fast motion action in the picture, the picture goes fuzzy. It finally gets sharp when the shows action slows down. I also did not have this problem with my first Samsung HDTV. Unfortunately, my first Samsung HDTV HDMI port malfunctioned and would not work with my cable box. I still wish that I still had this television, no popping or clicking noises and a much sharper picture. Sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Picture Replaced my 12plus year old Samsung 55in TV that was starting to have sound issues. With this newer model even though it's a 55in it's smaller due to my old set had a frame around it, so it fits better in my room. My old set had a nice picture, this one has a great picture. I have a lot of back light that made viewing my old set difficult. Not this set. Set up was easy and even though I have a hardwire network cable available I opted to go Wi-Fi. Got all my streaming services connected. Using the remote was simple, and still playing with the set up options as I like to get the most out of it. I am an android home, so I wish it would have Google home too so I could tie it in. It does have Bixby, but haven't tried it much. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I don’t have a game console, but that is no problem with all the different gaming options built in like Xbox hub . This definitely changes how smart tvs should act . I love it .

The blacks are so realsitic and deep.i was astonished specially with blues and blacks...sound was above average when it comes to loudness. But when it comes to audio quality it was really great.we combined it with samsung sound bar which supports samsung q symphony feature. And coming to features easy to cast mobile and as it has all the useful ports we connected pc to it and playing games with a good refresh rate. Smooth and crisp. Final verdict would be its a worthy buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QLED a solid choice Recently purchased a QLED 4k which fit my budget and provides a terrific picture, easy navigation, fast and no-hassle set-up, and lots of great extras through the Samsung channel from ambient scenes to fitness and meditation content, etc. Plus, the sound is excellent. I may buy a sound bar in the future as simply a luxury toy but the TV sound alone is fantastic and lives up to the hype. Very happy with my purchase, overall quality and attention to details.

Bixby and Alexa are spotty. Alexa doesn't work properly if you're phone or Echo is in the same room, so the next best thing is to use Bixby, which is a hit and miss. Overall, the TV is awesome

Rated 5 out of 5 by from upset Two months ago I bought this 55" television. I made all the settings for a better image. I have it in filmmaker mode. The problem is that when I turn it off, the high contrast setting changes to off and the screen looks reddish and when I turn it on I have to configure it again, I think something is wrong because when I turn it off it makes a click and after 10 seconds it does it again. I don't know what solution they can give me for this problem.

It is very user friendly making us Baby Boomers look cool having to provide entertainment and keep up with this technology. Clear image and sounds are both of good quality. This is a very good buy. Highly recommended. Need to go now as it is movie night now with my spouse and Samsung TV.

From brilliant colors, deep blacks and sharp resolution, no matter what the content, this TV will deliver the best results you would only expect from Samsung. I have the sound bar along with the subwoofer and it truly shocks the senses with the clarity and ease of use. I'm looking forward to my next Samsung TV and have no doubt it will be "go big or go home"...with the 98". Thanks for another quality product Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upset A month ago I sent you a message to explain the problem with my QN90C TV which makes a click when it turns on and off and the settings are also changed automatically. I called the number that you give to customers when they have problems with your products, which made me They said that they would send me a message to send a technician, until now I am waiting for that message, I do not understand why they give that number if they are not going to solve the problems with the products that you sell, the TV I bought at PC Richards in the month of September I contacted them and told them the problem. They sent me to the technician twice and they didn't solve anything. The TV still has the same problems. I don't know what to do about it. And Samsung, don't give me that number again because they don't solve anything at all. They are garbage and that The warranty is another farce, so to conclude, I do not recommend these Samsung products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Shipping Experience I bought this directly from Samsung. It was scheduled to be delivered on Friday and required someone over 18 to be home. My wife took off work so that someone was home. We then found out we had to schedule a delivery. This wasn’t explained to us until the day of the scheduled delivery. I then scheduled it for Monday and took the whole day off of work because they wouldn’t give me a time for delivery. Sunday night at 6:33 I get a text saying it can’t be delivered on Monday. After being on hold for over an hour, I find out it can’t be delivered because the truck is full and now has to be delivered on Wednesday. Now, a third day off work unless I can find someone to be home. I can’t review the television, but Samsung should find someone more reliable for delivery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung QN90C Excellence!!! I'm really in love with this TV! Out of the box, it is blindingly bright, so much so that I had to turn down the brightness quite a bit! Colors pop and the sound quality from the built in speakers on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 7 which is not bad but a soundbar will always enrich the sound. I did not want to get an OLED TV due to it not getting bright enough for me and the way the brightness dims after a while. So my alternative was to go for the QLED and I am thrilled I ordered this TV!! Highly recommended!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine until the firmware updated Was a really nice tv until the firmware was updated in Nov/Dec of 2023. After that it continually stops displaying the non-digital live tv channels. On average I have to restart it completely at least once a day, sometiomes immediately after turning it on. Makes this tv little more than a glorified gaming monitor since the Samsung TV+ is basically a skinned version of PlutoTV.

Had repairs done and although the TV works, the "connection" with the remote control is now horrible. You have to point the remote directly at the box for it to work. I own several Samsung TVs and this one is just a big dud. I wish I'd never bought it.
