Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't touch the settings. The principle by which the monitor registers the signal remains a mystery to me. If you specify in the monitor settings that the signal is transmitted via HDMI, it will still look for an analog input at startup. If you change the login method during use (for example, we logged in, but the monitor does not show a picture right away and we change the input to HDMI in its settings), the picture will not be picked up, it will not be picked up even if you turn the monitor on and off, in my case, even rebooting the computer helped in 1 case out of 6). In other words, it is completely unclear what state the screen is in that did not receive an image right away. Is it on? Off? Looking for a source? Just standing and waiting for a reboot? In my case, I got an adequate response from the monitor only by disconnecting it from the power supply for 30 seconds and starting it after the system started. After such machinations, to put it mildly, there is no desire to go into the settings and change anything there, it is scary that as a result the monitor simply will not light up. But these are connection and setup problems. Regarding the image, everything is clear, bright and generally wonderful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Dissatisfied Worked good for about 9 months then screen just went black. Contacted Samsung they had me to send the monitor to have it repaired( they were going to cover the cost), once they received the monitor a week later I was finally contacted and told they didn’t have the parts to repair my monitor. I asked what was the next step, I was told someone would give me call back the issue had to be escalated, after 4 days of not receiving a return call, I contacted Samsung again and was told the same thing as before, I was asked did I know the screen on the monitor was broken. NO, the screen was not broken when I dropped it off to have it shipped and I will be going to the UPS Store to get the pictures they took before packing my monitor. This is ridiculous,, Now you are trying to not cover your end of the warranty

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm going to wait because I got a good deal. I ordered this 2 months ago it's expected to be delivered in another month and a half. Just curious how it's for sale on Amazon but Samsung doesn't have their own product?
