Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saving my back while looking elegant Let's talk about the Aesthetics. A very beautiful and elegant bag with gold accents. It is spacious but might be a little bit too big to put underneath an airplane seat. I was doubtful when I first saw it, but asked other people on Amazon on their experiences. I personally have not used it as a bag to put under seat on a plane, however the answer is I received on Amazon were mixed. There are some planes that can accommodate the size of this bag, and some that cannot. The bag is also too thick to be placed as a shoulder bag. The wheels feel finicky. As I use it as a daily bag now to save my back, I feel like the wheels will not last as long. The telescopic handle feels a bit too long and unsecure, and can be difficult to pull. Pulling is not smooth.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! The handle feels very wobbly and like it will break off while trying to roll the bag. I don't actually know if mine is defective or not? It's like a grocery cart that pulls to one side or the other! It is really nice looking but, Not too impressed with the usability and trying to decide if it is worth it to return it!?

When it arrived I fell in love with the entire bag, the size is perfect. The bag is lightweight and will not add to the weight of what I need to travel. The accents and interior are very classy as well. Would buy this bag again and am telling all of my fellow stitchers about it!

I love the modern, feminine style, and it has a very professional look and feel. It has a good amount of space and holds just about everything that I need for work very comfortably. The middle padded compartment has enough space to hold a large laptop. There's many different compartments that make it easy for me to stay organized and find what I need quickly. There's also plenty of room for files and notebooks, my tablet, phone and any other office supplies I might need. There is also a space in the back for clothes, so this is also a perfect bag for overnight or weekend trips. The material is a great quality, the stitching is strong and the zippers work very well, and I don't see them wearing down quickly. The wheels move smoothly and easily in all directions, making it easy for me effortlessly pull this bag with me everywhere I walk. The telescopic handle moves up and down pretty smoothly and I love that it has handles that I can use to pick it up when it gets really crowded or I need go down a flight of stairs, ect. I would absolutely recommend this mobile office. It's stylish, well made, and has plenty of space for everything you need.

But the handles are too big and floppy -- what was the designer thinking - and the handle clasp that ships with the product barely fits over one handle. More like an overnight bag that can't decide if it wants to be more functional. I bought it for back and forth to work/wfh to hold laptop, planner, folders, lunch, water bottle e.t.c ... lunch never fits have to sling it around the handle, 32oz water bottle takes up a lot of the room in the large compartment. There's just too many pockets. Go down to 2 and a zip front, less dividers taking up space and make it easier to access everything without having to "unpack" at my desk.

Sometimes it clicks into place on the first try but it usually takes several tries to get it to function properly. I didn't return it because I needed it for travel right away. Hope this issue is addressed.

The size is perfect, I can fit my 2 laptops and other important documents. The wheels is very convenient and durable. The handle may be wobbly when extended out but can still hold on. Daily between office and home and on trips is not only easy to use in aisleways and put in overhead bin, but can set other things on top while moving through airport so is a great help for that. Has held up really well, even the wheels. Separate compartments make it easy to separate work from personal items. Perfect size, it fits everything, and because it has different compartments, you can keep everything organized. I also put my purse on top of it so I don't have to carry anything. It is Incredibly easy to use and durable. The quality is fabulous and hold up beyond the standards. It is versatile, spacious, very attractive, and easy to roll around. Wheels = Should be a little bigger/thicker to carry the weight of the case. Handle = The handle is flimsy and feel like it can easily break. Although I have read comments from other people that the handles have broken.

This is my first bag from this brand and so far, I am super surprised and impressed about the amazing quality of the product and how premium and expensive it looks. The material inside and outside is beautiful, super well-designed and super functional. The division inside is just what I have always been looking for in a carry on bag. I can fit my laptop (that is 15.6" size) and clothes for a 3-day trip very comfortably. The bag also has something that I do not see in other bags; Wireless charging pocket and USB port to charge all my devices. This is super useful while I travel and wait at the airport for my flights. I am beyond happy with this product and I don't have enough words to describe how amazing it is. Now, I want other Samsonite bags to substitute my old ones! I truly recommend this product and the brand Samsonite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious, attractive and lightweight I needed a bag that I could roll instead of carrying on my back due to neck and shoulder issues. The handle on this bag locks into multiple positions so it’s great for people of different heights. I’m almost 6ft tall and the highest position is perfect for me. I also tested it at lower heights and the locking mechanism worked. The bag has a lot of nifty compartments. I travel for work so having a bag that can accommodate clothes, my laptop, tablet, chargers and a few personal items is essential. I was able to slide this bag over my Delsey luggage with no problem. I was also able to fit this bag under the airline seat, but you cannot fill the front pocket if you want to do that. Otherwise, it fits well in the overhead bin and even on small planes like a CSJ-900, you won’t have to check planeside.

It has a charging station inside of the bag so if your on the go you can charge your phone. It has a place for tablets and a place for laptops and any other documents you may need. Had a place to store your pens as well. The back part makes for travel when your on the go and need to bring a change of clothes. This luggage is the perfect addition that you will ever need for those small business trips. The wheels spin great and they havent caught on to anything yet which is amazing. This goes up stairs great without hesitation or twisting of the mobile office. I am in love with this office!

Outdoor on the sidewalk it's gonna make some noise, that's to be expected. The bag is spacious for the size. I use it for college, carrying two to three textbooks(not very thick), a 1.5inch binder and a laptop, plus many more little items such as wallets, hand creams, pens, etc. I would say, the only downside of this bag is the handle. It's kind of flimsy maybe because it needs to be parted into four sections to fit the size of the bag. It bends slightly as pushing or pulling when the bag is packed full. I just started using this bag so I'm not sure how long the handle will last. Overall, this bag fits my needs and is a very good daily commuting bag.

I haven't taken it anywhere yet and am considering whether I should return it or try to get it fixed through the warranty because the telescoping handle won't lock in place. It will only lock in the most extended position, but I'm short and want to use it locked one spot down. It won't do it. It's either up all the way, or down all the way. It won't lock in any of the other positions. I was looking forward to buying other pieces in this set, but am apprehensive about that now. We'll see what I decide to do with this piece first.

What it fits: compartment #1 Opens flat to pack & holds shoes, hair tools, change of clothes+ PJ's in a compression cube. #2 Laptop,TSA sized toiletries, flight essentials & water bottle. Add quick access front pockets #3 fits an iPad mini & power bank) it's just what I needed. Two complaints: 1) Difficult to handle when packed & placed on the trolley handle of a large 26inch suitcase. 2) Wish it was lighter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sharp looking rolling bag! Limited though First, I am replacing a Delsey underseat rolling bag with only two wheels after 15 long years as my main briefcase. Still works great but tattered on the bottom. My new Samsonite has 4 spinner wheels that really stabilize this bag and make it a breeze to roll around. Unfortunately, the pockets are not easily accessible due to the tightness (especially the two front pockets). You really have to unzip every zipper all of the way to access the spaces. I used to be able to throw my travel coffee mug and a sandwich in my last bag's front pocket as well as multiple power cords, tons of pens and pencils but neither of the front pockets are deep enough (especially the first pocket). The two main compartments are also tight but if you unzip all of the way, can slip in my iPads in one and my laptop, notebook and a few thin files in the laptop compartment. My previous Delsey I could carry a lot of files and books in both pockets. Unfortunately, I could not find the previous model of the Delsey anywhere. On the positive note, this bag is super sophisticated looking (Black with gold hardware) and a lot lighter than my previous bag.

I love that the inside is a lighter color so it's easy to see inside. The ONLY thing I would ask for at this point is.... LOCKABLE ZIPPERS (the overlapping round holes!!! Why would any briefcase or mobile office at this price point not have this, especially as it's probably not much more expensive to do at this price point. I am having a hard time finding locks that fit the little zipper rings and will probably need to carrot it. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied and I will update with my lock solution and further usage.

Too much weight upfront (where all your electronics would go) bakes it topple forward. There is a front zip pocket that is almost worthless. Doesn't hold as much as you would expect Twists while walking in spinner mode. My wrists get tired fighting the constant twisting. Handles are flimsy as several have stated. In summary, this isn't a good overnight bag, nor is it a good office brief. I think the pockets need to be reduced or laid out differently, the handles need to be higher quality as well as the wheels. Something should be done about the toppling over when there is weight along the front of the carrier.

The bag is compact and sturdy yet, like I mentioned, plenty of room inside. I like the color a lot - such a classy change from the typical black. I've been dragging it across snow- and salt-covered parking lots when I visit my 3 school buildings, and it isn't showing any stains or discoloration. I like that the wheels stick out... my previous Samsonite roller bag had recessed wheels which made it harder to drag across bumpy parking lots and things would get caught up in inside. These wheels make the bag more maneuverable and also the bag sits just a little higher and out of the puddles. The bag itself is light and the sturdy handles make it easy to carry up steps when I need to.

I bought this bag and received it today. Here is my initial review: Pros: The product is beautiful and uniquely designed especially with the combination of black and gold colors. It has different spaces for laptop, cords, phone, a few folders or couple of notebooks, plus the main section which can hold spare clothes, a pair of shoes, and makeup bag for an overnight trip; but not longer than that. Seems It’s made of good material and it has enough padding inside. The wheels moves almost smoothly on a non-carpeted surfaces. Cons: The shipping box I received was falling apart and taped all over to keep it together. Fortunately I have not seen any visible damage on the bag yet. The telescopic handle is not sturdy and a little flimsy. It doesn’t lock properly where you need it when adjusting the height. You would have to play with it until you can find the right spot. The stitches around the main section zipper could be cleaner and better quality, not like cheap products. That’s what I expect from a top brand like Samsonite. I have not fully tested this bag yet but planning to take it in my upcoming business trip. Will see how it works. Hopefully it lasts long and holds its shape well.

Most important for me is that slides over the handle of a mid sized case and I can roll thee whole thing anywhere. Once I check my mid size, this one rolls easily along all the way to the plane! It is too big to go under the seat in front but fits fine in the overhead. Only one drawback. The slide out handle feels rather flimsy and don’t know if it will hold up over time. However has a 10 yr warranty - last Samsonite bags lasted 15+ years’

Also the bag itself has a nice protective hard case which is great to protect the contents but not easy to get things in and out of the bag without unzipping it all of the way. It's a little heavy if you're carrying it even with nothing in it but the 4 wheels are very easy to navigate the airport. Would also have loved a removable laptop sleeve so I could just take out my laptop for the conference I'm attending without having to take the entire bag. Definitely great for travel.

The zippers are solid, as are the wheels. When unzipped all the way, the compartments open up fully and are easy to pull things from. It is very stylish--check out those gold colored wheels! The main thing to realize, however, is that it is heavy--heavier than other briefcases that are perhaps made out of thinner materials or with shoddier zippers. While I appreciate the construction, once my laptop in inside, it's a bit of a lift to get this up steps, into a train or car, or onto a platform. Just be aware.

I live in an area with forest fires happen and this spinner is perfect for evacuating. Throw some clothes in the packing area, important papers in Office area, toiletries in the front and I “spin” it to my car and off I go! I have no worries about finding things anymore.

The bag holds everything you need from laptop and files to a change of clothing and shoes. It is sturdy yet glides easily over all types if surfaces. So glad I made the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant, smooth, practical It’s an amazing trolley for your computer and few things to throw in. Very smooth wheels. The computer compartment is padded. Sturdy handle that extends at different heights. I used it to commute to school and also when I travelled for a few days to a different state and it was perfect for me. Add to that how feminine and beautiful it looks. The black one with gold zippers is so elegant. I always get compliments when I am moving around with this bag! My only note is that it does not adhere to all the carry-on standards by some airlines - not all. For example, I was flying Etihad and this one is a little wider than the assigned dimensions so I had to pack it in my checked baggage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, but didn't last long. I love the design and space. It is perfect for my consistent short work trips. However the wheels are giving out after 1 year. Wheels have not be the smoothest which has effected the handle from all the pulling. It's uncomfortable to roll around the busy airport. Samsonite should work on smoother wheels then this bag would be perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spinner -handle The handle, when pulled, does not lock & stay in position when selecting the length of the handle. Unless you select to pull it all the way out, the shorter sections will not lock in place. This is a very important feature since not always do you need to release the handle all the way. I prefer a short handle at times. Other than this, there is plenty of space & the fabric and design of the the bag in nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FLIMSY, WEAK HANDLE. I purchased the Mobile Office on order SAM02043627 and traveled with it for the first time last week. Not good. The handle would not lock in place so I had to carry by handles instead of using the spinner feature. The handle is rather flimsy. I own other Samsonite luggage, however this one is proving to be the worst. I purchased this piece for the spinner feature as I am unable to carry heavy items.

The compartment for a laptop fit perfectly with secure velcro tab, the other compartments held all of my essentials, and the front zippered pouch is convenient for your visa and boarding pass. It rolls easily which is important as my destination airport is a tarmac deplaning and long travel to get to the terminal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicely Done This roller bag is really nicely designed and durable. I just returned from my first trip using it and it was great! The wheels roll well, even when loaded down. The zippers are quality. It easily fit in the overhead bin (Southwest Air). As others have mentioned, the retracting handle is a disappointment. I expect more from Samsonite here. I used the back section for handouts and reports for meeting, so the middle computer section is a really nice feature. The roller back also fit easily on my check in bag, so that was helpful moving from car rental to ticketing. Overall, a nice bag for business travel.

I use the back larger pocket that’s meant for clothes to put a light weight jacket and my Apple pro headphones. The laptop and iPad fit well with chargers in its compartment easily.
