Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unsure This is an overall a nice backpack. However, there are a couple of things that they need to improve for their next models. The hidden pocket in the back of the bag is too small. You can't fit your passport or wallet. I like the idea of having an usb port to charge the ipad, but it would be good to have an extra one for the phone outside the bag in case that you want to use your devices while charging them. The cable organizer is small and does not fit all my cables. I had to buy another one online to fit my needs. It is a very comfortable bag to carry even when it's full, and the pockets seem spacious and you can increase the size of one of the pockets if need it. The laptop pocket could have a little more of extra padding at the bottom to prevent damages in case of falling.

I particularly appreciate the sunglass pouch on the side and the water bottle holder which can hold my 32oz hydroflask. I was initially hesitant on paying so much for the bag but the overall quality and convenient design features have significantly improved my travel experience after a year of using it. If you are looking for a new travel backpack, I recommend to visit a Samsonite store to physically look at all the different options and sizes they offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable backpack made of quality material I travel most of the year and I needed a durable backpack that is comfortable enough to carry all of the time. I finally found it. This backpack has been with me through the Chicago snow, Seattle rain and Las Vegas heat. It is very well made. It is easy to clean. I really like all of the compartments, I have found use for all of them. I like the cord compartments. The compartment for my laptop was my favorite compartment it protects my laptop and is kind of hidden which I liked a lot. I liked the tablet sleeve a lot as well. I work and travel with a lot of tech so a backpack that has a compartment for all of my gadgets was necessary. Another great thing are the RFID pockets that protects your items from identity theft. This is a must have and I recommend it to all of my fellow business colleagues.

I used it for personal business trips and it is super professional, helps me find my items exactly where they belong! And then I used it for a quick fun trip, holds exactly what I needed. I highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product!! I have to travel for work quite a bit. Once or twice a month for 1-3 weeks at a time. (Which is part of why it took me so long to write this review. Sorry Viewpoints). It's a bit of a pain honestly because I usually have multiple bags for my laptop, laptop accessories, files, paperwork, etc. With the backpack I was able to keep everything organized and secure. Also had room for some of my more casual clothing. There's a pocket where I can put my spare charger and the USB cord comes out conveniently without having to pull all the cords and charger out. The only thing I didn't care for, and I guess it's just my OCD kicking in, is that the front of the backpack has a kind of fabric that even light scratches show. The fabric isn't torn or anything, you can just see where you might have bumped something. If you run your fingernail across it, that shows. Overall though, the bag looks and feels excellent. It's sturdy, has tons of pockets and room, and my belongings are completely organized. It's a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

It went on sale so I pulled the trigger. It is better than expected. The material is strong, the zipper quality is great, and there a lot of sorting compartments, pockets, etc. #sweepstakes It is exactly what I was looking for and is even better than my last backpack which I loved dearly.

I ordered this backpack and it comes extremely scratched , cut, dirty! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Pay all this money for the worst backpack! I tried to contact the customer service by phone and email twice and no one even bothered to answer! I would think 50 times before buying from them again !!!

It has everything to make your travel experience a breeze with comfort and practicality. Very thoughtful design gives modern style yet professional look. Has right amount of pockets for your belongings to keep you organized during you trip. Quality is superb - sturdy zips, inside and outside material is stitched just right. Wide enough straps and memory foam cushion layer in the back will make you forget sometime that you even carrying something on you back. Light weight and just perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Specifications are not correct I bought the backpack for my 14 "Lenovo ThinkPad but the Fast Fit does not work for a laptop up to 15.6" as described in the product specifications. The adjustable closure is very forced to the point that the velcro cannot be kept closed and opens under pressure. If you are thinking of buying this backpack, only consider buying it if your laptop is 10 "or maximum 12". Bad investment and very dissatisfied for buying on the web with an expectation and when receiving the product it does not work correctly.

I'm a sheet metal worker & use it for work everyday to carry some work tools, my laptop, and all my essentials. The backpack has plenty of space for all the electronics needed for my business trips. The laptop sleeve is the perfect size to hold my laptop snuggly without it sliding around the back pack and the charging cable feature is great. Currently in contact with Samsonite so I'm hoping they will stand by their warranty and replace this for us and I can update this review. My husband only uses Samsonite because of their quality and good warranty (so he says). So when he needed a new bag for work I went with this one. He actually loves the bag (hence the 2 stars), but within a few months the straps were starting to tear. He works mostly from home so this product isn't used daily, probably used a few times every few weeks. I'm not impressed, and noticed this bag increased $70 since I purchased it, wow. Do NOT spend over $200 on this bag.
