Excellent Product.
Awesome eraser! We had been having trouble cleaning our white board with the ubiquitous Expo erasers that had previously worked fine. Ordered this item and couldn't be happier. Ordered a second one right away, just in case they stop selling them, but I believe it is washable and will last a long time.

Magnets in eraser not strong, it slides to bottom of board
The eraser does its job but the magnets in the eraser is not strong enough to hold it in place, so it slides down to the bottom of the board. I wouldn't consider it "Premium since it does that.
Also they should sell real earth magnets on their site. The ones they sell are not strong enough.

Don't count on receiving your order from this company!
I placed an order with Quartet Online on 12/1/25 for the following items:
Quartet Infinity® Glass Magnetic Dry-Erase Board, 96" x 48", White Surface
Quartet Classic Low Odor Dry-Erase Markers, Fine Tip, DryGuard Ink, Black, 12-Pack
Premium Magnetic 3-in-1 Eraser, 6 1/2" x 2" x 1 3/8", Black
Delivery was scheduled for 12/17/25 between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
After the holiday break, I contacted Quartet on 12/30 and spoke with Tami. She read the delivery address and suite number to me, which I confirmed were correct. Tami then contacted Mark Henderson, the Saia delivery driver, who stated that the delivery had been completed and that he had spoken with Security, who instructed him to leave the items to the left of the receiving area.
On 1/6/25, I conducted a thorough investigation to locate the delivery. I met with the Building Manager, who confirmed there were no large deliveries awaiting pickup. I also met with Security, who advised that the statement provided by the driver was inaccurate. Additionally, I checked with Security in the adjacent building, who had no record of such a delivery, and met with our Facilities team, who also had not seen the items. Together, we reviewed security camera footage both inside and around the building for 12/17/25, covering the timeframe between approximately 3:15 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tami had previously informed me that the delivery timestamp was 3:30 p.m., with a delivery window between 3:29 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. No evidence of the delivery was found during that period.
Also on 1/6/25, I contacted Saia directly and spoke with Katrinea. After explaining the situation, she advised me to submit a claim form and emailed me a link to complete the process.
Based on our internal investigation and discussions with all potentially involved parties, it is believed that the items were never received by anyone in the building and our company, Kaseware, located on the 15th floor, did not receive it. Nor was I contacted by anyone about the delivery on or after 12/17/25.
