Who has the time?
Otterbox sent the wrong glass. It took forever to get them to respond —so I could exchange it. Then it took them a very long time to approve the change. i started a dispute on my credit card— they finally answered— now I am still waiting for a refund. This is unusual for otter box -in my experience.. most of the time they are quick responders— I used their products a long time ago —when they had otters on their phone cases. I just give up.. who has the time.

Great protection
Great product but I had problems with installing it. Probably my fault. I couldn’t get all the bubbles out. I contacted OtterBox and they supplied me with a replacement. I do feel this is a little over priced

Disappointed with the coverage. I see a bright thin line edge down the left side that is distracting and annoying. It’s like it’s just slightly too small to cover completely.

Some screen protector may have quality issue.
1 of the 2 screens protectors I got has dust and bubbles. I’m asked to send back the unit and will deduct shipping fee from the refund. For such expensive product, I wish the warranty would be more lenient.

Look for other options for now
I have had this on my phone for about a week now. They were one of the first to come out with a screen protector for the IPhone 16, you would think everything would’ve been checked but I guess not. It doesn’t line up and I know what you’re thinking, but it’s not even wide enough to fully fit the screen and the cutout on it is off to the right because of it.

The applicators does not align the screen protector on the screen properly. It’s slightly off on the upper portion of the screen and does not sit evenly in the case.

Not worth the money
Touch is horrible and most times doesn't detect at all. Installation "tool holder" was very difficult to use as phone popped out just as screen was being applied and had to peel off and restart. Very disappointed in product and have already ordered a different one.

Bad alignment tool
I’m not very happy with the glass. Your fancy little alignment tool put the glass on crooked and the OtterBox cover touches the glass in the glasses. Always sticking up an air in that corner. Top rock corner and I’m not very happy. Can’t afford a new one.

Always go with Otterbox!
I was hesitant to buy a different brand but I didn’t want to leave AT&T without a screen protector! One week later, I already had two huge chips in it so I went back to Otterbox and it has met my expectations! I always choose the privacy screen because I am a teacher! Students sitting next to me are always amazed that they can’t see my screen!

These screen protectors are no good. They slow the response time for tapping on your phone. I love otter cases but the screen protectors, not so much.
