Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cracked after a month- no drop! I’ve had the screen protector about a month now and it’s already broken right where the iphone16 side button is. It’s cracked on both corners where the case is lacking, and has cracked allllll the way down from one side of the phone to the other. I decided to get this one to better protect it, but it wasn’t that good. I didn’t even drop my phone, I’ve been incredibly careful in how I place the phone down. I am not sure if the screen itself is cracked or just the protector, and I’m honestly too scared to check

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad adhesive system The packaging to put this on the phone is totally flimsy and is almost guaranteed to leave bubbles somewhere on your screen. If you try to fix it, you’ll just make the problem worse. There’s so many cases with better self-adhesive systems on the market now. Buy one of those instead.

Hers chipped at the bottom in the first 48hrs and she never dropped the phone. Should be a 2-3 star on that one. Mine for my 16pro has been good so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s pretty good, except… Otterbox iPhone case is really good. The only thing I don’t like is the tab over the charging port. I realize it’s supposed to keep out dust, but it’s a nuisance. I have to pull that tab back really far in order to put the cable to charge the phone. Otherwise, the charging port can become “out of whack”. This actually happened to me on a Samsung phone, where the charging port was on the side. Fortunately, at that time, my plan allowed me to exchange my phone for a brand new phone at no cost. I ended up buying a charger where I put my phone on top of it to avoid this issue altogether. Not too thrilled about it. The phone doesn’t charge as quickly. I’d rather charge it with the charging port.

I splurged & spent the money on the Otterbox brand, not necessarily hoping that it would be any more durable that a cheap one, but that Otterbox would at least honor a”Lifetime Warranty”. Alas, they apparently do not warranty the screen protectors. I should have gone with my gut & ordered an inexpensive one from Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible customer service The directions for installing the screen protector were confusing and I messed up. I tried calling OtterBox multiple times. Was on hold forever. Tried having them call me back; they never did. Then FINALLY got a person on the phone (after a week of calling). They told me to send in pictures of the damaged screen protector; I did. The response was that it wasn’t the correct screen protector?!?! I took a picture of it WITH the box it came in and a paper with my name, the date, etc. I am done wasting my time and money. Won’t purchase from them again. I had just purchased two screen protectors & cases from them (for my husband and myself). I will never buy anything from them again.

At a couple of the corners and on one end, I had to gently lift and reseat it a couple times to get all the air bubbles out, but not too difficult. The applicator box that came with it made it simple to line it up perfectly on my phone.

I always found screen protectors difficult to install because I’m really picky and I always got dust under it and had to live with the bubbles for years. Not this one! It comes with an amazing installation apparatus that is foolproof. It’s completely straight with absolutely no imperfections, and I’m delighted!

The packaging was really well-designed, the instructions clear, and both made installation a breeze. I can't even tell that it's on there, it has a really smooth feel. A bit pricey, but if it protects my screen it's worth the investment.

It performed just as poorly as those cheap, no-name options you find flooding Amazon. I expected much more durability for a Otter Box product. It clearly didn't live up to any reasonable expectation of protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Already have a cracked screen after one week Not a week into using my new iPhone 16 Pro in my new Otterbox and the screen is cracked at the cut out for the camera shutter button from a fall from an airplane seat to the floor in front of the seat. (Yes I had the screen protector on - it cracked too) I upgraded from an 11 Pro and NEVER had one issue with it and I had that since 11 Pros came out. Beyond disappointed.
