RoomWizard™ allows for networked “on-line” reservations and displays its room’s schedule with times, dates, topics, meeting host, and more. Bright red and green lights signal a room’s availability.

RoomWizard™ is the first web-based room scheduling system with touch screen display providing real-time, displayed meeting information, right where you need it – right outside the room. The interactive digital signage incorporated into the display reduces meeting interruptions, eliminates scheduling conflicts, and encourages more effective use of space.
Use Your Space Wisely
Each RoomWizard display shows its room’s schedule: times, topics, meeting hosts, and more, encouraging effective time management and helping to reduce scheduling conflicts. With RoomWizard, you can:
Reserve a room when you need it from any networked computer
Display information outside the room, such as meeting topic, date, and location
Use the touch screen to claim an unoccupied space or to extend or delete your reservation on the spot
Bright red and green lights signal room availability from a distance – perfect for finding impromptu meeting space or for avoiding interrupting other meetings
Use RoomWizard as a stand-alone system, or seamlessly book rooms with an existing reservation system such as Microsoft® Outlook®, Lotus Notes®, or other software systems.
Optimize Room Use with RoomWizard Reports
RoomWizard’s reporting function records room occupancy and reservation patterns, providing insight into the needs and use of shared spaces. RoomWizard provides real-life statistics that expose how a room or group of rooms is really used. There are 36 standard reports, with the option to create your own.
One-Click Publishing™
When used with PolyVision’s CopyCam®, One-Click Publishing enables you to email whiteboard notes to all attendees in three simple steps:
1. Use RoomWizard to schedule a meeting time and location, and to invite attendees.
2. Create and capture notes and sketches with CopyCam,
3. With the touch of a button, RoomWizard compiles notes and automatically emails them to each attendee. Notes appear exactly as in the meeting, retaining information in its original context.
Synchronize with Your Existing Calendaring System
Schedule meetings via the web-based reservation system or your corporate calendaring system. RoomWizard synchronizes with many server-based calendaring systems, allowing users to continue using their existing system.
