Works very well.
I bought 2 of these headsets and it works very well for me. It announces the remaining battery at the beginning. It is comfortable to ears and light weight as well.

Improved my office calls
Purchased for untethered Teams calls/meetings. It has exceeded my expectations so far. Clear and isolated listening, very clear voice. great fit, and moderate weight. Foldable to fit in my computer bag for easy transport. Quick power up and connect allows me to answer calls without delay.

Great voice quality and range. Need modern style
I was looking for a TAA certified wireless headset with good voice quality and wireless range. The Poly Voyage focus 2 ticks all these boxes.
The mic boom is shorter and doesn't pick up voice in certain positions.. have to trial and error to find a best position for good voice pick up.
Also What could be improved is to have a boomless mic like Cisco. Better usb-C dongle with LED indicator. Busy indicator light should be on both sides like in Jabra headset and volume up /down buttons on the side could have been better. Old school charging station could be changed to the latest trend.
