Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor sound quality, awful customer service from HP Clients noted poor sound quality several times on calls - I'd expect this to have excellent audio quality. This was on my PC, using the supplied Bluetooth dongle (not built in BT) and with the headset a meter away from the laptop/dongle. It was notably worse than my previous (cheaper) wired Jabra headset which I've now switched back to. I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, checked all updates and settings - nothing helped. Called first thing on a Friday to do a return and found that HP are only open central time, I'm eastern. Called back the next working day (Monday) when they are finally open and was told I was on day 31 since purchase and outside the 30 day return period. No ability to make an exception for that one day, no help, just mindless repetition and rudeness. So it just goes in the trash - what a waste of time, money and material. Don't bother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Headset with Great Features Prior to purchasing this headset, I had only owned sub $50 wired headsets. Needless to say those cheaper headsets were uncomfortable and they just didn't perform very well. I finally decided I needed to spend a little more and get something that is high quality. This headset fits the bill perfectly. It also can connect simultaneously to my PC for Teams use as well as my cell phone via Bluetooth. The only glitch I have noticed is when the cell phone has a notification, it mutes the PC audio to play the cell phone notification. This is ok, but it keeps the PC audio muted for several seconds after the cell phone notification causing you to miss several seconds of the Teams call you are on. It would be nice if there was a setting to ignore cell phone notifications while on a Teams call. Another issue is with the Poly software. I like having it start with Windows for the popups (mute on, mute off, etc), but I don't want the software loading full screen every time I log in. I would rather have it start automatically in a minimized state. This seems like a simple change to make. All of that said, I really do like this headset, and I plan to use it for many years to come.
