Basic Phone for Work at Home CRS
I bought the phone in 2012 and it lasted for four years. I like the phone and have had no trouble with it until today when it would not allow me to answer a call.

terrific headset
I have been using wired headsets for 20 years -- and this one is the best. Best feature is that a lot of the prior headsets were battery powered -- needing battery changes regularly that reduce quality when batteries are low. This one is A/C hook up so I don't have to worry about turning it off when not in use.

I love this product, my ears are sensitive to most headsets until i bought this one! It is very comfortable, i forget it is on, clear sound, have had mine 3 years and no issues, if i had to improve, make the cord a bit longer from headset to device. Love it!

Terrible sound
This headset is terrible. I have heard comments from callers that I sound like I am in a tin can or they say that the static on my end is very lound. I have adjusted all of the controls numerous times to try to find the right setting but it doesn't make a difference because the sound quality is horrible. I am returning this and will get another model. Piece of garbage!

Good at work, only ok at home
This headset worked fine with our office phone system for the occasional extended conference calls. For work from home use I find in order to be compatible with our everyday residential phone I have to max out the transmit volume and settings which results in the sound of my own voice to be way too loud in the earpiece. Also listening to others, typically the earpiece volume will not go low enough so I end up wearing the headset only partially over my ear which brings up comfort issues. Overall I would rate the product as adequate to better than adequate. It may be perfect for those with hearing problems. I have a quiet office environment at home and work, and I tend to be soft spoken.

Confusing installation
For some reason, the headset holder was the one thing that drove me crazy when trying to install it. Also after all that, it doesn't even hold the headset securely!

Prefer handset
The comfort isn't bad but the sound quality is that of a walkie-talkie. Tons of static on incoming calls and the lowest volume is still too loud.

Not worth it
I have this for my office and hate it. No one can hear me on calls. And that picture? Doesn't happen. The headset does NOT sit on the stand like that, and I can't get it to sit anyway and just leave it on my desk. Requesting a different brand/model from admin now.

My first S11 lasted for nearly 5 years of extended daily use. Just bought a new one, and like the first set, it works like a charm. The headset rest is a joke but of no consequence to the use of the device.
