I purchased this item to replace a broken cord for one of our headsets in our office. It arrived quickly and was easy to replace our old one. It looks sturdier so I'm hoping this will hold up longer than our original. It's great to be up and running and mobile again!

Part arrived and worked instantly
My colleague lost the charger and the headset is useless without it.
So I couldn't find the replacement anywhere and ordered from the mfg.
It takes a while to arrive (Free shipping) but it worked right away.

Needed US prongs
I purchased a Plantronics Legend headset in the UK and then moved to the US. The UK power supply has removable prongs so that the power supply can be switched to other outlet standards. All I wanted were the US prongs, but that wasn't available, so I had to buy the entire power supply. Price wise, that wasn't a big deal, but for storage and travel I would rather have removable US prongs to save space.
