More outer ear loops, fewer inner ear gels please
I needed to replace the broken acrylic ear loop on my M90 bluetooth earpiece. Customer service informed me that to get that part, I needed to order this kit with 3 inner ear gel pieces and only 1 outer ear loop. I would rather the kit offer 2 outer ear loops and 2 inner ear gel pieces. My experience has been more damaged loops than gel pieces.
