OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!
I placed a web order for P/N:15729-05 but was disappointed when they arrived because the ear muffs were too small. I called Plantronics who immediately shipped me the correct P/N: 71781-01 at no charge which was a Win-Win in my mind.

Foam Ear Cushions
We love Plantronics in our office. We can always count on their products to be high quality and durable. The foam Ear Cushion are comfortable and rest on the ear in a comfortable fashion you almost do not realize you have a headset on. I would highly recommend any Plantronics product.

Great product
I ordered a pair of Plantronic foam ear cushions earlier this month and have been extremely happy with the product. They were easy to install and are very comfortable. The price is more than reasonable and the service was fantastic. I received the ear cushions via UPS a short time after I placed the order and was surprised that there was no shipping or handling fee.

Didn't fit my wireless headphones
I ordered these to replace the pads on my wireless headphone but they don't fit the same and keep popping off.

The original foam cushions have become hard and flaky with age. a perfect replacement and the earphones are as good as new.

I bought this item to replace my old ear cushions that came with the headset. They are not as soft as the original cushions, and are slightly itchy. I paid 3x more than if I had gone to an office supply store for the convenience of having them mailed to me, since I didn't have time to go to the store. I would not buy them again. Just what you need for most Plantronics headsets!
I've been on the job a long time, and have worn out at least two sets of the foam ear cushions for my Plantronics head set. It was great to be able to find these so easily. Free shipping is a nice touch, too!
