Rated 5 out of 5 by from Short lifeIt worked great for a few months, then Blue tooth dongle stopped working and the system seemed to degrade for connecting with other Bluetooth sources.  Now I am having trouble getting it to connect to anything. Seems to have operation life issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to useI've had this product for a few weeks and so far have had no problems. Its easy to use and compact. The people on the other end of the call said the difference was remarkably different - a clearer and crisper sound in comparison to a regular computer mic to the point they could really differentiate between voices. I purchased the one with the USB port and am very happy with that choice. The computer instantly recognizes it when its plugged in and the length of the cord is roughly 3 ft so you can have a good distance between the computer and mic. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something simple that doesn't need much to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality!I wanted a good quality, compact size, wireless speaker phone. Other models I've tried and used looked cool but didn't function well as a speaker phone. "You sound like you're in a tunnel or a hole." The Plantronics - Calisto 600 wireless has lived up to my expectations of Plantronics devices. Excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great sound!I am a field manager in the construction industry, and often need to use a speaker phone function for "tailgate meetings". This device works great, and the sound is loud and clear, even on construction sites!. I use mine with my iPhone. Also sounds good (for its size) when playing music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Example: Great features!Very annoying Calisto 620 only works via Bluetooth. Sometimes the bluetooth connection does not work, or takes very long to connect. Also, when the battery is empty, I would simply like to connect Calisto 620 to my computer and use it but USB connection is only to load the battery! why?! If the battery is empty, even connected to the computer it will not work, it must charged beforhand! Very unpractical!! About the sound quality: I can clearly hear the colleagues in the call so the receiving fonction works well. BUT my colleagues complain each time that the sound quality using Calisto 620 is very poor, so the sending fonction is poor. Conclusion: bad sound quality, far from an easy plug-and-use, complicated Bluetooth search, battery to charge even though you did not use it.... Calisto 620 is really not recommanded!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice idea, poor executionI've owned the Calisto 620 speakerphone for a couple of months. It was a replacement for my very old Plantronics Vista (M12) headset. I work at home and use web meeting technology everyday (often two or three times per day). The older headset had some cord problems that when pulled the wrong way caused an overload on the USB ports and shut them down. I thought the Calisto might be a good alternative. First of all I never got the bluetooth USB dongle to work. Even though my Windows 7 BlueTooth client reported that I was connected it never transmitted or received sound. Note: The USB cable does not make an audio connection and is only used to charge the battery. I was able to make a normal BlueTooth connection with my Dell Laptop and that did conduct the microphone and speakers. This was a very easy connection and seems like a good solution. However, I was disappointed that the sound I received had static and was choppy. I also found out from friends that my voice sounded like it was in a tunnel. So I now only use this device when I'm in a conference room connected to GoToMeeting or WebEx. I did recently get a new headset (Plantronics Blackwire 700). This is an excellent device and I could not be more pleased. Sound quality is excellent, my voice is very clear, and its much more portable than the older model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall good way to have the benefits of a confereAs a Silicon Valley company, we use modern communication methods over traditional ones; in fact we believe the fax is where the telex was in 1988 (dying). In lieu of phone systems, we use an array of internet based services and mobile phones. The only downside prior, was that it was very difficult to have a decent conference call with multiple parties in the same room, without running into echo and feedback loops. This device completely solved this. We installed it fix to a USB hub, along with an HD wide angle webcam and a large screen TV monitor. Running a professional video conference call now only takes to connect a laptop to the USB hub and you're ready to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Example: doesn't workIt doesn't work - because it doesn't even show up in the list of devices (Windows 8.1 Enterprise and Toshiba. Oh - and by the way the video setup guide is just a glowing "play" button. I suppose it works aabout as well as the device.
