Plugable's DisplayPort to VGA passive adapter allows you to connect from a Dual-Mode DisplayPort (DP++) output on your laptop, desktop, or tablet to virtually any VGA-enabled display. Passive adapters rely on the DisplayPort source output supporting DP++ in order to pass video signals to a VGA display. Our adapter supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 @ 60Hz refresh rate.
Compatibility Plugable's DPM-VGAF adapter is compatible with systems that have a Dual-Mode DisplayPort output port (DP++) on a laptop, desktop or tablet PC to add a VGA capable monitor, TV or projector. This adapter is not bi-directional and will not convert in the other direction. Note: Dual-Mode DisplayPort source ports are often noted with a DP++ symbol next to the port itself. Works great!
My son is using the adapter for hs new monitor and he says that it is workng well. The adapter is well made and not made with cheap materials. As long as the product contiues to work, I will always look to this brand in the future.

I received the Pluggable Monitor Adapter I like the fact that it is a mini one and it don't take up much room it was very easy to Install . When it comes to computers I like to hook it up fast and easy.

Great product! Does exactly what its supposed to!
I really liked this adaptor. We connected an old monitor with my new laptop with this.
The best thing I liked about this was, it was simple, plug and play and easy to use.
In many adaptors sometimes the connections are either too tight or lose. This was perfect. It does what it's supposed to do, which is a great thing for any product. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Plugable adapter for older computers
I got this in the mail a few days ago and it works as it is intended, I have an old pc monitor that works just fine but does not have an hdmi port nor a VGA port so with this easy plugable tool i am able to now continue to use my monitor!

Quality is great and not like the others that last for a few months. All of it is very simple. Plug and play. Nothing feels loose or gives that impression of it breaking after a few uses. With plugging in and removing.

Plugable Monitor Adapter
The Plugable Monitor Adapter is easy to use and works like I need. I'm able to use my home monitor when needed for working at home. I have had similar products that required drivers or were not easy to hook up. The Plugable adapter does exactly what I need it to do without any hassle.

Works great and easy to use.
I love how easy this is to use. You do not have to be. Computer genius to use this. The set up is super simple. You just plug it in to the devices turn them on and it’s that easy. The connection works great. I haven’t had any issues at all. I like that it’s small and compact that I can take it with me easily for traveling. It’s very well-made and the connection is absolutely amazing.. I’ve purchased other adapters before and I had problems with the connection. I had to unplug it and replug it to keep the connection working correctly. This one I’ve had no issues plug it in never once has it caused any issues for me I definitely recommend it.
