Plantronics Voyager 3200 UC - headset is rated4.73 out of5 by11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing functionality, clarity, & ease of use!The V3200UC actually wowed me, this isn't a BT earpiece you've tried before I promise you that. The V3200UC is convenient you don't have to keep it in your ear, simply pull it outward lift it up to your ear and you are speaking; (I can tell you it is possible to do this with gloves on) if it's already in your ear you have the option to say answer or ignore I love this feature, being on call 24hours a day like I am the Voyager 3200 UC is a friend to my family, my ears, and my serenity it will be yours as well. The belt loop construction could use a small bit of work I did nearly have it fall off twice in the first couple of days before it was more broke in so be aware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worthless noicecansellingI bought this yesterday and ofcourse im compairing it to my old Legend (that is 1,5 years old and getting some issues with sound) and has no chance in compeating to its amazing noicecancellation. All noice from surrounding is horrible to my call recipient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Returned.Did not work as expected with my laptop. The Bluetooth connection may be faulty as the audio made a repeated skipping noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great call qualityI have been using the Voyager 3200 UC for a week and I can say that it does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to connect with comfortable fit (once you find the right ear tip size) and good sound quality. I was slightly disappointed with the paint finish around the power button area since it chipped after a day of use but overall is good headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality communications device! The Voyager 3200 UC is a great piece of kit with excellent sound quality. It's a nice compact unit which means it's easy to transport between work and home. The portable charging case keeps it protected while you're on the move, I especially like the compartment to keep the USB bluetooth adapter safe.Amazingly simple to set up, just plug the USB adapter into your computer and switch the headset on for it to automatically pair, the same goes for your phone but without the need for the USB adapter.Making calls is easy and with the option to use Google Now for voice commands I can do it without touching my phone. The sound quality of the call is excellent with voices coming through crisply and the caller has had no problems hearing me on the other end with the discreet microphones doing the job well. I've found the mute button a handy feature to use while I'm at work.I'm also using it for listening to music and podcasts while I'm working, it handles both of these well and the sound always comes through clearly. The sensors work great, both pausing and resuming my music and podcasts when I take the headset off and put it back on.The Plantronics Hub app helped to set it up as I wanted and looking for firmware updates. The How Do I? section of the app explains many more of the features that I am yet to use but it is packed full of useful tips..All in all I've been really impressed by the build, sound quality and features of this headset. Definitely worth the five stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very lightweight and comfortableI have used the Voyager Legend UC for years and really enjoyed being able to connect to my phone and computer for Skype calls. This new device has the same great capabilities and is in a super lightweight package that does not pull on the ear like the Legend did. Great battery life and getting the app on my phone to see updates, battery life, and the find feature are terrific. I mostly use it on my Surface Pro and will see in the future if the bluetooth connection is as good as the BT600 or substitute for when out of the office. The only knock I have is the carrying package is quite a bit different and does not really protect the headset like the Voyager case did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad sound on both endsI ordered a similar plantronics headset roughly two years ago, and had the same experience. Because everybody else loved it, I figured it'd be my phone. Now I have a new phone and Loved the fit and the functionality of it, so I gave it a try again. The same problems occured:1. My conversation partners feel I'm a little distant. They understand me OK but recognize it's a headset.2. I hear all high frequency noises like breathing, surrounding noises etc. very very loud.I compared directly to my old headset (on the same call) and incoming and outgoing sound was so much better. I compared directly the sound of my conversation partner drawing on his e-cigarette which sounded hardly like taking a breath on the old headset, but like operating a 19th century train engine on the Voyager. My conversation partner gave me the feedback that on the old one, I sounded like I'm regularly on the phone with him, with the Voyager I sound like I'm playing World of Warcraft, or make announcements in an airplane cabin. I moved it forth and back, tried all positions, but it didn't change.Other than that, I love the functions, the comfort (although it takes a while until you can figure out how it doesn't touch ones cheek), the charger, the connectivity, ... but that's worth nothing if the sound is bad. Nobody else experience this?I will need to return the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new Go To Bluetooth Headset.I have owned many bluetooth headsets with several of those being the Plantronics brand. 3 of those being the behind the ear Legend style. I never thought that I'd like the Voyager style due to the little ear gel thing that goes in your ear. I was pleasantly surprised that the size ear gel that came on it fit my ear perfectly and no once tried to fall out. It also comes with a thin ear loop that goes around your ear to offer more security but, this headset is so light (surprising) that it stays put just fine. One huge benefit of the headset fitting in your ear and not requiring a bulky piece behind your ear is if you wear glasses. This makes things so much nicer now and I think this style is all I will ever buy in the future. This particular version of the Voyager comes with the UC USB adapter which allows your computer/laptop to wirelessly connect to your Voyager 3200 and provides you with greater range so that you can easily walk around the room or even walk down the hall which taking a call. This headset works with all of the VOIP programs and a lot of them I had never heard of. All of these programs can be seen on a page when you install the Plantronics Hub program on your computer. In the past this program allowed you to change several settings on your headset but, with these latest headsets you can actually install the Plantronics Hub app on your Android and IOS devices and do a firmware update on your headset using bluetooth alone. This is great since many people are so into their phone's and tablets and don't even have Windows based computers. One of my favorite features of this headset is the new and improved noise cancelling. I work around large diesel trucks occasionally and even when standing close to a truck the person on the other end can barely hear the truck's engine running which is pretty impressive since I can easily hear it. Another thing I like with this headset is it's range. The quoted specs say that the Class 1 bluetooth is supposed to deliver 100 ft. which it comes close to when using the UC adapter but, when using my phone it doesn't offer quite that range since my phone doesn't likely have a Class 1 transmitter. The range is still better than any regular sized bluetooth headset I have ever tried. I really like to listen to streaming audio (iHeart mainly) and I can leave my phone on the dash of a truck and walk all around the truck and still keep a good connection and hear the audio clearly. This headset also comes with a charging case that you can use to charge up your Voyager several times before it will need recharging itself via a regular Micro USB cord. I also love that Plantronics has brought back charging your headset with the simple Micro USB cable instead of the proprietary only cord so no need in taking a special cable with you if you want to charge the headset directly. This headset has a separate button you use just to interact with Siri or Google voice commands. The only improvement I would like to see Plantronics do would be to make it so that when you tap the button one time it activates Siri or Google instantly. The way it's currently done is that you have to hold the button for 3 seconds for it to activate those services. When I first received the headset I thought that the Call button was broken since it didn't activate those services and then I did some reading and realized that it had it's own separate button for that. All in all, I'd say that Plantronics has hit this one out of the park and this is my new favorite bluetooth headset hand's down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not quite the PLT Voyager Edge when new, but goodI use my headset while driving and talk on it several hours per day. I feel in love with Plantronics with the Voyager Edge and it worked great until about 2 years of use. The 3200 is awesome, but the old button configuration was much better on the edge. Otherwise, sound quality and clarity is the same. Battery life is very good, especially for such a small headset. Much better than my old Jawbone and I like it better than the Plantronics 5200.
