nice sound, poor quality
I bought this product less than two months ago and already broken. It has to be removed from head or ear piece every night to get charged. The locking plastic piece is already broken and can not be connected to head or ear piece now. Cheap little plastic piece that will surely continue to break down the road. Very nervous that 2 months in I already can't use it. After warranty period will be useless. Will see how long it takes to get a replacement.

Spoilt after barely 2 months
Bought this less than 2 months ago and the sound was cut off until I positioned it to a specific angle. Barely a day later, the entire earpiece was dead. Expensive but poor quality. I expected better from Plantronics.

So Far So Good
We Use This Headset In Our Office For The Ones Who Have To Move Around More Often. No Problems With Reception. You Can Hear Both People Clearly. No Static Noises Or Anything. This Is A Great Choice For A Headset.

it works well enough but it needs to have a noise cancelling feature for when you have it in your ear as well as more comfort the plastic piece is latex and several of our folks can't use it due to allergies and the ones who do use it complain that it makes your ear sweat and it hurts after a while. the other problem is when you switch to the headband that it breaks off very easily it is not user friendly at all.

nothing special, poor quality
After waiting a month to get a replacement headset, the unit works as expected. nothing great for the price. Although this unit seems to work better than my first one, so far, however, I have only had the replacement about a week. The first unit did not even last four years.

Reliable headset
Good headset that I and the whole company use. The one thing they need is more comfortable and earpieces that help keeping noise out and create a sort of seal in the ear canal

Battery issue
Bought approx. 1 year ago and had to replace battery. While replacing battery, the little connector box that the battery plugs into came out. I am requesting a replacement, and fingers crossed they will come thru for me.

office phone- good quality

Comfortable for long periods of time and also very clear sound. I have used many headsets over the years and this is definitely one of the better ones I have used.

We used one of these for a phone that is not compatible with the headsets we use on other model phones that we have in service. This headset has worked well and after a little bit of adjusting lifts the handset fine and repeatably.

Works great! Had issues with the lifter falling off. Fixed that with industrial strength velcro. Great range on this device!

These things are the best. because it comes with a lifter attachment it will work with just about any phone out there. Nothing to configure or setup really. Plug and play for real. The range of 350 is definitely selling themselves short. I'm sure that is through walls and stuff. I have one in my office and I can be downstairs, on the otherside of the building in the server room and it may just start to drop. Otherwise our parts sales people have them and they can traipse all over the warehouse with nary a hitch. fantastic product. They are a little rich, but if you need the best wireless headset; this is it.
