Has a great range and was not at all a burden to use. Was lightweight and had a good range meaning it was perfect to walk away from your desk, make a coffee and stroll back while still being on the phone.

Seriously can't go wrong when you use Plantronics! I have everything routing through my 720. It's easy to switch between computer sound, landline calls, and mobile calls. The range is more than adequate, allowing me to walk around the office while still on a call.

I acquired the model 720 (binaural stereo headphones, not pictured correctly on this page) for my office phone and I'm in love with it. It's perfect for conference calls where you want to shield out (most of) the noise in a shared space and hear the other person clearly. The headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods. I also bought the Savi over other models because of the ability to connect to my laptop's docking station via USB so I can listen to computer audio discreetly. My only quip is that the wireless connectivity is occasionally buggy where you'd hear a low hum in the audio, but that can be quickly rectified by a press of the headset's volume button. Strange, but it works and it doesn't happen often. All in all I'm very happy with this product.

I purchased the Savi 720 for my Panasonic deck phone and for video conference call on the PC. The triple connection feature was the main draw to this product. I have to say that it does not dis appoint in the least. This headset has great audio quality that you have come to expect from Plantronics along with the ease of use. If you are using the PC connection for audio, Skype or conference, and you get a call on your desk phone all you have to do is tap the headset and the PC is place on hold and you answer the desktop. Once done with you call a simple tap and your back to the desktop. Bluetooth connection was perfect and again simple to do. Just remember the Bluetooth is paired to the base unit not the headset.
The range on the DECT 6.0 headset is incredible. I have no problem leaving my desk and getting to the server room a hundred feet away and thru 4 walls and the call quality crystal clear. I am very pleased with this headset and I hope to be able to purchase more for my CSR staff in the future.

Service sucks
Tried for 2 days on phone to get an invoice. Loved Plantronics, poly not so much. This will be my last purchase.
