You actually forget that you have it on. I have literally tried to get up & walk away with it on my head! Love it!

I assumed, since it was purchased as compatible with the ShoreTel 230, that I could just plug it in and use it. I had to borrow a connector cord from our IT guy.

The only part I replace regularly is the ear cushion. Other than that my former set cracked but still functioned. I recommended this to 2 co-workers who were using a lesser quality headset and had constant issues with not being heard on the other end. These new sets resolved that issue, we can now all hear and be heard.

I am impressed with Plantronics in general. Not just the products but the company also. I called and asked for some help in selecting a good headset. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most of all I appreciated their desire to have you be a happy customer. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for telephone headset equipment. Great company! Great People! Great Products!

They're cheap feeling, complicated, and just as expensive as the HW251s.The HW251s are awesome! Solid cord, replaceable voice tube, comfortable headband, and excellent voice quality (crystal clear). My only complaint is that they are arrive in a box that squishes the headband into an egg shape. They seem to easily return to shape, so not really an issue.
