Plantronics Blackwire C710-M - headset is rated4.50 out of5 by16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent wired and bluetoothSuper everyday headset I use on at least three conference calls each day. I have the freedom to use the USB connection for VOIP with Webex and other services, or connect to my cell via Bluetooth (it's not simple getting it to work Bluetooth with the PC, but it does work.) It's comfortable, and very adjustable, folks hear me very clearly. I occasionally take long calls, and jump in the car while they are still running. Super - and highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound quality...I have used this headset when travelling to provide professional audio recordings for webinars and training videos and have had no problems with it. The wireless features are great when I want to have a relaxing time watching a video on my tablet. Highly recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Issues with the wiresI have had this set for some time. It works really well. However, despite always using the case, the wiring into the volume control split the outer cover headset side. Difficult to repair. Very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Headset (Blackwire C710)I have been using this headset for a few weeks. It has the high build quality that I expect from Plantronics. Other positives include excellent sound quality, and flexibility/capability to use with both the computer (as an USB headset) and a cellphone (as a Bluetooth headset). The headset is reasonably comfortable, but I do find myself adjusting the position of the headband and the mic fairly often. But, I have not used a single-sided headset before, so this could be the reason. The only negative I have found is that, if the headset is connected to both the computer and the cellphone, any activity on the cellphone (receiving an email or text, or phone call) that generates a ringtone or message tone interrupts the computer audio during the activation of the tone. I participate in a lot of conference calls on the computer (using webex or gotomeeting) and this can be annoying. I have found a pretty easy workaround - I just disconnect the headset using the Bluetooth settings on the cellphone during these calls. It would have been nicer to have the computer audio continue at a lowered level during the phone tone, but you can't have everything (at least I can't).Overall, this is an excellent headset, and I recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Sound and MicI work in a loud and crowded sales office (8-10 people on the phone at all times calling and doing demos) and this worked perfectly. People on the other end of the call were able to hear me well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone but...Have had a 720 for over a year now along with a Legend UC and uses them 8 hours a day every day. I swap between the 2 because I have a big head and the 720, while presenting fantastic sound, gets too tight after a while and hurts my ears. Then I switch to the Legend and suffer a bit with sound quality due to the BT300 dingle being behind an aluminium iMac.Aside from the size issue.. a great headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wasted my money on this modelI bought a C720 for use with my PC. It works well enough, but I find it uncomfortable. The large, round, fat, headband is slippery and the headset falls off my head about 3 times an hour. I now use a C315 which is lighter, has a flat headband, and stays put.I don't truly need Bluetooth, but I did test it. Yes, Bluetooth makes you mobile, but the long cord with the Bluetooth dongle is annoying. I end up wrapping it around my neck so it does not swing around. For me, the USB connection works best.Sadly, you can't plug this C720 into an analog jack on a phone or tablet. On the new C315, you can pop the USB adapter off, and plug the headset cable into a 3.5mm jack on a phone or tablet that does not have USB. Yes, you can use Bluetooth instead, but that often has other issues on phones. I prefer a wired connection when one is available.
