I like that I don’t have to plug my phone in, but I also like that it’s magnetic so I don’t have to worry about my phone falling off and know it’s getting a good charge the entire time.

I can feel it connect to my phone and I'd like to have it as a charging station but it's difficult because it does not come with a block to plug into the wall, or an adapter to traditional USB port, so I'm unable to use it until I purchase one of those things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice charger The MagSafe charger from otter box was more than I expected. The sleek design at color scheme to match my charger was just a plus. I’ve tried it with and without a case but had an issue with one case that has the magnetic strip for the car and didn’t work. I’d have to have another case. The only down side is not being usb and is a type c outlet. I would recommend it as it’s fast charging but beware needing the right plug as I have outlets but only usb and I’d have to have to get additional type c plug in.

I had previously only bought cases from them, but this charger is great. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new charger. The wireless aspect makes it so easy!

I purchased an otterBox Defender case for my phone and as far as I am concerned the most protective case in the market The plug-in charger that I bought with the phone charges at 20W and charges the phone quickly, but the OtterBox wireless charger only charges at 7.5W. I returned the OtterBox charger

I’m unfortunately past my return window with Target for this item or I would return it. Great concept at a great price just the overheating is too much.

I included a photo so you could see the size of the charger compared to my coffee cup. It charged my iPad with no problems. It got a little warm, but not any warmer than my other chargers. It wasn’t as fast as charging with my cord, but it was fast enough. Overall I am happy with this.

This charger does not disappoint. It works just as I'd hoped it would and connects to my phone easily both with and without my case. I also recently got a stand for this charger so that I could set this up on my bedside table. They both look great together, take up very little space, and most importantly, work well. Now it's time to get another one since my wife already stole mine.

When paired with a mag safe otter box it magnetically locates to the right spot for perfect charging every time. It is also smaller than most others on the market so it fits better in pockets. 2 thumbs up.

Although it is a USB-C plugin, it does not seem to charge as fast as expected, which may be because it is a wireless charger rather than a hard wired connection.

It has a strong magnetic attachment that was able to charge my phone through a regular case. I love how I can just lay my phone on top of the charger and not worry with trying to find the charging port at night. The charging pad also glows in the dark which is an added bonus!

It works just as well as the Apple branded one for a fraction of the price. My phone and AirPods charged so quickly and it’s super convenient to be able to charge it without physically plugging it in. I highly recommend this MagSafe charging pad to anyone who has a compatible device!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow! MagSafe charging is slower than the lightning speed and I'm aware of that. The speed of this charger, however, makes it kind of unpractical. While a brand name MagSafe is supposed to charge from 0 tp 50% in an hour, this charger takes about 100 minutes and it kept at its average of a percent per two minutes rate in various conditions. I think it's slower to allow it to be meaningfully used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very slow, very dissapointing! I bought the Otterbox Defender Pro XT with magsafe case for my brand new iPhone 14 plus. I also purchased this charger. Case = great! Charger = not great!!! Since it comes with a USB-C plug I have this plugged into my laptop and it has been charging for over half an hour and only increased by 10% charge. At this rate it will take another 9 hours to fully charge my phone. If I use a USB-to-lightening cable, I can usually charge my phone in a couple hours. This is ridiculous. If the problem is that I am plugged into the USB-C port on the laptop, then this should either come with a standard USB plug or the recommended 20W charger. Really disappointed, not what I've come to expect from Otterbox.

I was able to get a full charge in a little under two hours which was about a quarter of the time of my regular charger. And I also love not opening the port on my waterproof case every day. Incredible!

I worry that the cover over the outlet will weaken over time and affect the case’s water proof feature. I would recommend this to anyone who has a compatible iPhone and case.

Charging pads from Verizon and Apple would not charge the iPhone with the Defender case. Opening the charging flap to charge the iphone will eventually cause the flap to fall off. Care must be taken to ensure that the iPhone is positioned on the charging pad for charging to take place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect charging pad to have Since I'm using a protective case for my phone, this product is perfect to have when you either can't find your charging cord or you're having trouble plugging the cord into your phone at night when you don't want to turn on the light to do it, with the protective phone case, it has a built in charging ring for you to just set it on the charging pad, which makes it so much easier to use.
