I wanted to review this case because it is actually much prettier in person than it is in the pictures. The darker pink dots toward the bottom are not a purple/mauve color; they are just a medium shade of pink. And each pink polka dot has a pretty light rose gold colored shadow behind it that you can't see in the photos. This case is perfect for a rose gold phone. I don't know how this will hold up to scratching on the back, but it's quite pretty. It has sort of a Kate Spade look with Otterbox protection. Very nice.

The price was still steep, but thought of more pros than cons to make the purchase. The product itself is self is quality made, people say "i didn't know you could get cute otter boxes", the pattern on the back shows off my rose gold phone without leaving it totally open to the elements. Does add on some weight and width which I Imagine I will get used to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great-looking Case for the iPhone 8/7 I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and I can say that I'm honestly quite happy with it. The main reason why I went with OtterBox is because I knew it to be reliable in terms of protection yet functional. This case does not disappoint! One thing to note, not necessarily a bad thing, is that the button covers are very tactile, and require a much more solid press than the phone itself. That said, the case does a very nice job of highlighting the phone's features, a major reason why I got the case, in addition to offering an interesting graphic (I got the Confetti Pop). If you've got an iPhone 8 and you're wondering about wireless charging, I have an ANKER Wireless Charger that is admittedly on the higher end in terms of case thickness capability, but it does just fine with this case, which only adds probably about 4mm. Overall, feels like a very natural extension of the phone!

I am prone to dropping things, so I always went with the Defender series for maximum protection. Those phones came out of the case looking brand new, but the cases were bulky and not very pretty. When I switched to iPhone, I took someone's advice and tried the symmetry. It fits in my small hands much easier than Defender ones do and I am so thrilled they have cute options now! I LOVE Otterbox and always recommend them!

Online it is shown on a black phone, I think it looks better on the black than on my silver one. At first, I thought I would just keep it, but I just found another Symmetry design I like better. So I think I will get the other one.

The only thing is that it will show up my more clearly on a light colored phone. I have a black iPhone and you don’t see the ombré well unless it catches the light. Other than that, it’s fantastic. Just realize that the case is clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only Case I Trust! Otterboxes are the only cases I trust with my phones. I have dropped, thrown, and sat on my phone many times. It's in perfect condition. This is true for the last 3 otterboxes I have had (including one drop in the ocean). When I upgraded phones, I knew I needed a new otterbox right away, and this case looks so cute with my gold iPhone 8. It does get a little bit of fingerprint smudges in the right light, but that's just a good reminder to wipe it down. The back is a clear, hard plastic, and the sides are a bit more rubbery which is good for grip. This case does not have the little rubber covers for the ports on the bottom. I believe you need the Commuter Series if that's what you're looking for. This version is pretty lightweight and relatively slim for an otterbox, while still offering great protection.

There is barely any color and I really wanted it to be pink as it showed in the picture that is why I ordered it I could’ve got one in the store for half the price that I paid for this but I chose to order it because I love the design I would not recommend this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fashionable With The Security That Is Otterbox I love the new features of the iPhones that showed the classy colors, but was always disappointed that Ottebox didn't make cases that allowed people to show off the colors of their phones. Until now. I love how I can show off my phone with the added safety and security that comes from Otterbox. This case is still slim and not bulky like some of the other cases, but adds some extra protection from the inevitable slips and falls that are bound to happen. Many other fashionable see-through cases don't have the raised edges that protect the screen from falls like Otterbox. I have always been an Otterbox user and always felt my phone was well protected in an Otterbox. Now I finally have a fashionable case that allows me to show off my new rose gold iPhone! I particularly like the symmetry series cases for the streamlined design, but this one is way better in quality. The case I had for my iPhone 6 was made of a more flimsy plastic that eventually lost its elasticity around the volume buttons and by the charge port. This particular case is made of a less flexible plastic that I'm certain won't sag like the other case I previously owned.

This phone case is awesome and makes my phone look so good! The only downside is that the rim of the case isn’t as grippy as the traditional symmetry case, so your phone will slide easier when placed face down. Overall, I am super happy with this case!

One day of pushing the On/Off button left my thumb hurting really bad I was worried it was sprained. I had to change the settings on my phone so that it turns off after a min, that way I don't have to push the button as often.

I drop it on corners, facedown, you name it. The case does a wonderful job protecting the phone, and I feel safe with my phone inside it. However, my biggest pet peeve with this case (and it really does irritate me a lot) is that the power button is EXTREMELY hard to press. I mean, ridiculously hard. I am not a weak person by any means, but for some reason, Otterbox has made a case that does NOT want you to turn your phone screen on or off. When it comes to taking screenshots, I have to hold the phone a very specific way just to generate enough power to press this power button. The volume buttons are just fine. My best friend has the same case but in glitter, and she has the same problem. This is my only complaint with the case.

I knew it wasn’t a new phone I would need but a new case. I have dropped my phone twice (not too hard or far from the ground) and no issues. I recommend the alpha screen protector on this website with it for maximum screen protection.
